This study aims to (1) prove a significant relationship between short story writing skills and reading interest. (2) proves a significant relationship between short story writing skills and mastery of figurative language. This type of research is quantitative research and the research design used is an expost facto correlational design. The data of this research are numerical data/nominal scores of interest in reading, mastery of figurative language and short story writing skills. Data collection techniques, namely questionnaire data to collect information on reading interest, multiple choice test data, and data on the assignment of writing short stories. The data analysis technique uses statistics that aim to determine the relationship between variables. The results obtained indicate that the results of the questionnaire analysis of students' reading interest get the category level with the highest frequency, which is in the high category. The results of the analysis of students' mastery of figurative language got the category level with the highest frequency, which was in the medium category. The results of the analysis of students' short story writing skills got the category level with the highest frequency, which was in the high category. There is a significant relationship between the variable of reading interest and short story writing skills with a significance value of 0.002 with a correlation coefficient of 0.437, therefore the value of sig. <0.05 indicates a moderate positive relationship between reading interest and short story writing skills. There is a significant relationship between the variable mastery of figurative language and short story writing skills with a significance value of 0.002 with a correlation coefficient of 0.437, therefore the value of sig. <0.05 indicates a moderate positive relationship between mastery of figurative language and short story writing skills

This research aims to determine the significant relationship between reading interest with the skills of short story writing of 5th grade students of elementary school in Gugus VII Mengwi, academic year 2017/2018. This research was ex pos facto, correlational research. The population of this research was the entire 5th grade elementary students in Gugus VII Mengwi academic year 2017/2018 which amounted to 186 students. Sample determinated using proportional random sampling technique with 5% error rate so that the number of samples obtained from the population was 123 students. Interest reading data was collected by giving a questionnaire to the research sample, while the data of short story writing skill was obtained from the description test. As a prerequisite test was the normality test of data distribution. After the prerequisite test is met, and the normal distributed data statistical analysis used in this research was the product moment correlation analysis technique. Based on data analysis obtained thitung = 0,480, while at 5% significant level with n = 123, then the value obtained ttabel = 0,176. Because thitung>ttabel then the null hypothesis (H0) that states there is no significant relationship between reading interest whit the skills of short story writing of 5th grade students of elementary school in Gugus VII Mengwi academic year 2017/2018 rejected and the alternative hypothesis (Ha) accepted. In conclusion, there was a significant relationship with a weak level relationships and occurred in the form of a positive relationship between reading interest with short story writing skill of 5th grade students of elementary school in Gugus VII Mengwi academic year 2017/2018.

Management of working capital is a fundamental aspect of finance. This is because it affects the church's liquidity and financial sustainability. The study sort of establishing the relationship between working capital and financial sustainability for selected Christian denominations in Ghana. Using bivariate correlation application in SPSS 23, the financial statements from 2013 to 2017 of 15 Christian Council of Ghana denominational members conveniently sampled and analyzed. Working capital is represented by liquidity ratios of current ratio, and cash ratio and financial sustainability are epitomized by self-support. The study revealed that there was a positive relationship between working capital and financial sustainability among Christian denomination in Ghana. In a detailed outcome, there was a statistically small positive significant relationship between self-support and cash ratio and statistically large positive significant relationship between self-support and current ratio. The study recommends to churches in Ghana to seek an enhancing relationship between their working capital and financial sustainability to prevent a possible closure of the church. Not-for-profit organizations must seek self-support through income generation and diversification to improve their Liquidity. Again, not-for-profit organizations must have a positive relationship between working capital and financial sustainability in that churches exist because of liquidity.

This study aims to determine the relationship between turnover intentionwith work stress. The hypothesis of this study states that there is a positive relationship between turnover intention and work stress, assuming that the higher the work stress is, the higher the turnover intention, and conversely the lower the work stress is, the lower the turnover intention will be. The subjects of this study were 182 employees of PT. INDAKO TRADING COY MEDAN. Datas were obtained from scales used to measure turnover intention and work stress. Calculations were performed by testing the analysis requirements (assumption) that consisted of tests for normality and linearity. The data were analyzed using Product Moment Correlation with SPSS 20 for Windows. The results of the data analysis showed that the correlation coefficient was 0.405 with a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). It showed that there is a positive relationship between turnover intention and work stress. The results of this study indicate that the contributions made by the variable of work stress on turnover intention was 16,4 percent, while the remaining 83,6 percent was influenced by other factors that were not examined. From these results, it is concluded that the hypothesis, which stated that there is a positive relationship between the turnover intention and work stress, is acceptable.
