This research was conducted to find out how Work Motivation and Work Competence Toward Performance of Medan City Culture Department Employees. This study uses three variables consisting of Performance variables namely Employees (Y), while the independent variables are Work Motivation (X1) and Work Competence (X2). This type of research is explanatory research through associative research, namely research that aims to explain the difference between two or more variables. The population in this study were all employees of the Medan City Culture Office received 38 civil servants. The method of data collection is done by literature study questionnaire, and observation. Data analysis conducted in this study was hypothesis testing with t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous test). The results showed that: (1) based on partial tests of Motivation Influenced the performance of Medan City Culture Department employees with a t test of 3.721. (2) Based on a partial competency test on the performance of Medan City Culture Department employees with a t test of 4.073. (3) Based on the Simultaneous test the Effect of Work Motivation and Work Competence on the Performance of Medan City Culture Office Employees with an F test of 62.332.

This research shows. (1) It can be seen that the amount of adjusted R square value is 0.743 or 74.3% This shows that the Work Motivation Variable (X1) and Work Environment Variable (X2) can explain the Employee Performance Variable (Y) of 74.3% , the remaining 25.7% (100% - 74.3%) is explained by other variables outside the research model. (2) The results of the t-test (partial) can be seen that the obtained tcount is 4,750 With = 5%, ttable (5%; 34-2 = 32) the ttable value is 1,694. From the description it can be seen that tcount (4,750) > ttable (1.694), as well as the significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the first hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Work Motivation Variable (X1) has a significant effect on the Employee Performance Variable (Y). (3) The results of the t-test (partial) can be seen that the tcount value is 5.915 With = 5%, ttable (5%; 34-2 = 32) the ttable value is 1.694. From the description it can be seen that tcount (5.915) > ttable (1.694), and the significance value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that the second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Work Environment Variable (X2) has a significant effect on the Employee Performance Variable (Y). (4) The results of the simultaneous test (F) can be seen that the value of Fcount (48.721) > Ftable (3.30), and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, it can be concluded that the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Work Motivation Variable (X1), Variable Work Environment (X2) has a significant effect simultaneously (simultaneously) on Employee Performance Variables (Y).

This study aims to determine the effect of transactional leadership on employee work motivation at PT. Wijaya Sukses Sejahtera in Berau Regency. The variables used in this study consisted of independent variables, namely contingent reward (X1), exception management (X2), and exploitative management (X3) and the dependent variable was work motivation (Y). Simultaneous test (F test) with 95% confidence level of employees in the office of PT. Wijaya Sukses Sejahtera in Berau District proves that simultaneously Contingent Reward variables (X1), active exception management (X2), and passive exception management (X3) amounted to 11.541 so (11.541> 2.76) significantly influence work motivation (Y). The results of the t-test are known that the contingent reward indicator is the most influential indicator on the performance of employees at PT. Wijaya Sukses Prosperous Berau. Thus proving the hypothesis influential on work motivation simultaneously received (H0 is rejected and Ha accepted).

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of leadership style, work motivation on employee performance at the Medan Marelan District Office. The population and sample used in this study were employees of the Medan Marelan sub-district office as many as 50 respondents. The type of data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews, questionnaires and literature studies that are measured using a Likert scale. Hypothesis testing in this study uses a validity test analysis tool, data analysis conducted in this study is the hypothesis test with t test (partial test) and F test (simultaneous test). The results of this study were obtained that: (1) based on a partial test of leadership style Influenced the performance of Marelan district office staff with a t test of 2.562. (2) Based on a partial test of work motivation, the effect on the performance of Marelan district office staff with a t test of 3.796. (3) Based on the Simultaneous test the Effect of Work Motivation and Work Competence on the Performance of the Employees of Medan Marelan Sub-District Office with an F test of 425,327.

PT. Sinar Suri Toyota is located in Manokwari Regency, West Papua Province. The research objective was to see whether compensation and work motivation had an effect on employee performance. This type of research is associative research using a quantitative approach method. The population is all employees in the workshop who work at PT. Sinar Suri Toyota Manokwari with a total of 32 people. However, at the time of data collection, there was a pandemic Covid-19 so that data retrieval via google was from. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. To see the effect of the independent variable compensation and work motivation on the dependent variable employee performance through hypothesis testing. There are two ways used to measure the independent and dependent variables based on the t test and the F test. From the research results based on the parti al test (t test) for the variable compensation and work motivation on employee performance. For a significant value smaller than the error error (0.000> 0.05) and a significant value smaller than the error error (0.032> 0.05, so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that partially the compensation and work motivation variables have a significant effect on the variable Employee performance While simultaneous testing (F test) of compensation and motivation variables on employee performance variables with a significant value smaller than the error error (0.000> 0.05) so that H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that simultaneously, compensation and motivation greatly affect employee performance.

This research is conducted in order to assess the effect of competency, motivation, and communication on employee’s performance (case studies at Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang West Bandung Regency) partially and simultaneously. There are many factors that affect the employee’s performance, but this research is only limited to the factors of competency, motivation, and communication. The researcher used primary and secondary data. The research approach used is quantitative approach which the samples are 55 civil servants which is assessed by 5 Heads of Fields and 2 Heads Sub-Division. Before analyzing, all research validity and reliability instruments are examined. After the data are valid and reliable then analyzed by using classical assumption test, partial test (t test), and simultaneous test (F test) helping by IBM SPSS version 23 software. The result of analysis showed that competency, motivation, and communication variables are affected positively significantly and partially to the employee’s performance. Competency, motivation, and communication variables simultaneously affected positively and significantly about 54,3% and the rest is about 45,7% affected by other variable that is not observed in this research.

Balai Diklat Industri Regional – I Medan us one of technical executive unitaries in education and training sector is responsible for center for Industrial Education and Training of the Ministry of Industry. Since Regulation number 22 year 1999 for local autonomy is legalized and then has been changed to regulation number 32 year 2003, there are many changes in the structure of organization including reposition and substitution of functionaries and officials in industrial service institution. Due to the reposition, there are many officials still do not have enough technical substantive knowledge about industry sector as their aquip to do their dutter. In order to repair this condition, technical training needs to be done. It aims to synchronize perception between the older and the newer ones. The purpose of this research is to look for and analyze the effect of Technical Training and motivation of alumnae’s work in Balai Diklat Industri Regional I Medan. Hypothesis of the research is Technical Training and motivation affect alumnae’s work in Balai Diklat Industri Regional I Medan. Method use in taking the samples is by using Slovin Formulation in which from 179 populations about 124 samples are taken. Hypothesis is tested by using compound linear regressive analysis. It is held by doing simultaneous test (f test) and partial Test (t test). Both of tests have purpose to know the effect of independent variable to dependent variable on relieance level 95% or ? = 0,005. The result of analysis shows that Technical Training and motivation have simultaneous and significant effect to work motivation of alumnae in Balai Diklat Industri Regional I Medan. The significant level is 0.000. Determinant Coefficient (R2) of independent variable to dependent variable is about 59,3 % and the rest (40,7 %) is affected by another variable that is not used in this research. The result of t test (partial test) shows every independent variable used has significant effect to its dependent variable. Technical Training variable has real effect to the work with significant effect to the work 0.01 with significant level 0,000 smaller than 0,005 (5%).

  Abstrak   Penelitian pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja bertujuan untuk  untuk menguji pengaruh kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai baik secara parsial maupun simultan pada PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Data penelitian dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan metode kuesioner dan analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda menggunakan uji F dan uji T. Pengambilan data dengan menggunakan sensus, sehingga data diambil dari seluruh populasi. Variabel independen terdiri dari kepemimpinan dan motivasi kerja, dan variabel dependennya adalah kinerja pegawai. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menguji validitas dan reliabilitas instrument, selanjutnya data dianalisis dan diuji menggunakan Uji F dan Uji t. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel kepemimpinan berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.  Sedangkan secara simultan variabel kepemimpinan dan variabel motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Kata kunci : Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja, Kinerja Pegawai   Abstract   Research influence of leadership and work motivation aims to to test the influence of leadership and work motivation on employee performance either partially or simultaneously at PT Cladtek Bi-Metal Manufacturing Batam. Research data collected by using questionnaire method and data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using F test and T test. Intake of data by using census, so that data is taken from entire population. Independent variables consist of leadership and work motivation, and the dependent variable is employee performance. This study was conducted by testing the validity and reliability of the instrument, then the data were analyzed and tested using F Test and T Test. The results showed that the leadership of the influential variables are partially negative and insignificant against the performance of employees, and work motivation variables positive and significant effect on performance of employees.  While simultaneously variable leadership and motivational variables work a positive and significant effect on performance of employees. This paper is analyzing the influence of marketing mix customer perception that feels and make scoring by post paid customer to ESIA cellular operator in Surabaya. Post paid customer as research object is active customer using their cell phone to become ESIA post paid customer in Surabaya. This research have to be done because understanding customer active is essential for keeping and protect them to switch another cell phone operator. This research purpose to watching carefully the perception about service of marketing mix that bargained by ESIA cellular operator to loyalty of using post paid customer cell phone. The variable in this research taking from Zeithaml and Bitner service marketing theory and Yazid adopt it (1999:21) and the composition7P’s are product, price, place, promotion, participant, physical evidence, and process. Analyze model adapted from Customer Behavior simple model by Assael (1984:11) with using multiple linear regression technique, F test and t test.  Base on analyze, can take a resume that marketing mix perception variable (cellular telecommunication service, price, facility ease, promotion, staff servicing, physical evidence, and administration process)  post paid ESIA customer feels influenced to using cell phone loyalty at ESIA cellular operator in Surabaya as significantly both of single test and simultaneous test. As a single test, this result can look at each of t test that always have score more than 1,6616. While as simultaneous test, can take a look of F test result is 51,611 that more than score of F table 2,127. From the result of analysis, knows that price of cellular telecommunication that charged to post paid customer have dominant influence to loyalty of cell phone used  post paid customer ESIA  in Surabaya. While, the variable of facility ease have very little influenced. The research aims to know the effect of compensation variable and work discipline on the performance of the production employees PG. Meritjan Kediri, either partially or simultaneously. The data collected by distributing questionnaires, research conducted on 77 respondents production, samples from the production employees PG. Meritjan Kediri. By using a likert scale,the answer of respondentsbe treated used double regression analysis, t test, F test and R2 test. The results of this study found that there was a significant effect (significant) partially between the variables of compensation and work discipline variables on the dependent variable, and no influence employee performance variables simultaneously study consisted of compensation and work discipline on employee performance. From the results found in this study that the leaders should pay attention to PG. Meritjan Kediri compensation, work discipline and supervise all activities of employees to improve employee performance Part Production PG. Meritjan Kediri

Abstract The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of proactive and reactive performance on indicators of the application of OHS in high-rise building construction. The data used in this study were obtained from a questionnaire (primary) and several observations and direct interviews with employees in 20 types of high-rise building projects in Indonesia. The analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis using hypothesis testing, namely the F test and t test. The results showed that simultaneously and partially the independent variables consisting of proactive performance (X1) and reactive performance (X2) had a significant effect on the variable construction K3 program (Y). From the ANOVA or F test, a significant number (Sig) (0.037) is obtained which is below 0.05 and the Fcount is 11.570 where the F count is greater than F table, F table is 3.84. These results indicate that the regression model is feasible to be used to predict the proactive performance and reactive performance variables together to influence the performance of the OHS culture of high-rise building construction. Seeing the performance points of construction project employees can be influenced by many other points from the results of the T Test calculation where the competence of workers obtains T results of 3.098 or the highest among others so that with this we can say that worker competence is a critical factor in improving cultural performance.
