Abstract This study aims to analyze the magnitude of the influence of digital services and conventional services on customer satisfaction at Bank Sumsel Babel Prabumulih Branch. Primary data obtained from the results of customer questionnaire answers as many as 140 customers. The collection of population samples is carried out without regard to the existing stratum in the population (sample random sampling). Data is obtained from customers who make transactions from April 2021 – June 2021. Data analysis uses the SPSS program. From the results of the analysis, it is found that digital services have no significant effect on customer satisfaction. However, conventional services have a significant effect on customer satisfaction. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis besarnya Pengaruh pelayanaan digital dan pelayanan konvensioal terhadap kepuasan nasabah di Bank Sumsel Babel Cabang Prabumulih.  Data primer diperoleh dari hasil jawaban kuesioner nasabah sebanyak 140 nasabah. Pengumpulan sampel populasi dilakukan secara tanpa memperhatikan strarta yang ada dalam populasi (sample random sampling). Data diperoleh dari nasabah yang melakukan transaksi dari bulan bulan April 2021 – Juni 2021. Analisis data menggunakan program SPSS. Dari hasil analisis diperoleh bahwa pelayanan digital tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah. Akan tetapi pelayanan konvensional berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan nasabah.

The research is proposed to test the influence of Leadership and Motivation Work on Public Service Quality. The population in this study was the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh who had received the last 1 year service at the Kantor Kementerian Agama Sungai Penuh, amounting to 260 people. Furthermore, by using the Slovin formula, a sample size of 158 people was chosen with a sampling technique based on Simple Random Sampling. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Data analysis techniques used are path analysis and hypothesis testing using t test with data analysis using SPSS version 20. The results of the study based on showing that partially the Leadership and motivation work have a positive and significant effect on Public Service Quality. The results also show that motivation work variables act as intervening variables between Leadership and Public Service Quality.

The aim of this study was to analize the effects of product quality and service quality on the customer satisfaction. This study took place in the City of Bekasi and objects in this study are all customer who use the Matrass GM-9000. Primary data was obtained from customers of Matrass GM-9000 in Bekasi City through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. The respondent of this study was chosen through accidental sampling method, and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that product quality and service quality positively and significant influenced the customer satisfaction

Creative agriculture is a vast and deep knowledge of a product from its preparation from raw material to the end consumer of the product. Hence creative agriculture deals with deep analysis, production process, and commercialization, of a product. The present study explored the relationship between food service quality, innovation in production, customers’ satisfaction, and local product promotion. Both the foodservice quality and innovation in production increase customer satisfaction and local product promotion. An increased level of customer satisfaction is also promising for the increment in local product promotion. A survey from 300 food engineers working with different food providing companies, were the respondents of the present study for the collection of primary data. Then, a statistical software, named Partial Least Square (PLS) was used for the finalization of the data analysis process. The results achieved from the data analysis were used for the accomplishment of the end results of the present study.

The topic of the research is Customer Satisfaction (CS) and Customer Loyalty (CL); special reference to the leading supermarkets in Jaffna. The objective of the research is to identify the impact of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty of leading Supermarkets in Jaffna, Sri Lanka. The research is simply deductive approach to find out the impact between Customer satisfaction and Customer loyalty. Quantitative method is available based on primary data. At present there are 08 numbers of supermarkets functioning in Jaffna district and popular three were selected. Random sampling technique is used to collect the data from customers of supermarkets in selected area. The analysis is carried out using a sample of 240 customers in Jaffna and only 218 were taken to analyze. ‘Statistical Package for Social Sciences’ (SPSS) 22.0 version was used in order to analyze the data. Correlation was used to find the connection between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty. Also Regression analysis is used to predict the value of a variable based on the value of two or more other variables. Also found that about 40 percent connection between Customer Satisfaction and Customer Loyalty and also found around 16% affect by Customer satisfaction to Customer loyalty.

This study aims to analyze the income of potato farming in Sinsingon Village, Passi Timur District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. This research was conducted in Sinsingon Village, Passi Timur District, Bolaang Mongondow Regency. Sampling in this study was carried out by simple random sampling, as many as 30 farmers who worked on potatoes. This research uses primary and secondary data. Primary data collection was carried out by direct interview with potato farmers in Sinsingon Village. Secondary data were collected from the Sinsingon Village Office and Passi Timur Sub-district Agriculutural Extension Office. Data analysis uses the formula for income and R / C ratio. The results showed that the average potato farm receipts per farmer was Rp. 18,746,000 and the total average cost per farmer is Rp. 10,891,458.33 and produce an average income per farmer of Rp. 7,854,541.67 so as to obtain an R / C ratio of> 1 which is 1.72, it means that the potato farming in Sinsingon Village, Passi Timur District is experiencing profit so that this business is worth the effort.*eprm*

Tourism is the fastest growing foreign exchange earning subsector and the increase is almost happening in all regions, Merangin regency has a great potential in tourism. The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of visitors or tourists, identify factors that affect the interest of tourists to visit again, and how important is the participation of the community around the tourism object. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from questionnaires and direct interviews with a sample of 35 people. The sampling method used is convenient random sampling. The data analysis tool used is quantitative with multiple liner analysis used Eviews 9 software. Merangin garden tourist characteristics in Merangin district are known that the average age of the visitors is 39. The sex of visitors or tourists is male, education is high school / equivalent, the number of dependents of visitors is 4 people where visitors live are Merangin and surrounding communities. The distance between visitors to the Merangin Garden attraction is 30 km on average.

The purpose of this study is to determine how price, service quality, customer satisfaction on customer loyalty and how much influence, price, service quality on customer satisfaction which has implications for customer loyalty. The sample used in this study amounted to 100 respondents who were taken by simple random sampling technique. Data analysis in this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) which was carried out with the help of the SEM program from Smart PLS 3.0. Besides, this research also proves that the price variable will affect customer satisfaction, then the price will also affect customer loyalty, as well as service quality affects customer satisfaction and will also affect customer loyalty. and also the mediating variable of customer satisfaction which will affect customer loyalty. <p><em>The purpose of this study was to determine and test the effect of work motivation, work discipline and work environment on the performance of the employees of PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. The populations in this study were employees of PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. The sampling technique used is random sampling. The Samples were 100 people. The data used are primary data and the  data analysis using linear regression. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. Sampel diambil sebanyak 100 orang. Data yang digunakan data primer dengan analisis data menggunakan regresi linier. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat simpulkan motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai PT. Penindo II Teluk Bayur Padang. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memperoleh bukti empiris pengaruh independensi, kompetensi, dan profesionalisme auditor terhadap pertimbangan tingkat materialitas dalam audit laporan keuangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan studi kausalkomparatif dengan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Sampel penelitian adalah auditor di Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP) yang berlokasi di Jakarta Pusat dan Jakarta Selatan dengan teknik sampling simple random sampling. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan regresi linier berganda, Berdasarkan penelitian ini, variabel independensi, kompetensi, dan profesionalisme auditor yang berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap pertimbangan tingkat materialitas dalam audit laporan keuangan secara bersamaan. Kemudian, masing-masing variabel memiliki pengaruh positif signifikan pada pertimbangan tingkat materialitas dalam audit laporan keuangan juga.The aim of this research was to get empirical evidence about the effect of independence, competence, and professionalism of auditors on consideration of materiality level in the auditing of financial statements. This research uses causalcomparative study with primary data obtained using a questionnaire. The research sample was auditor on Public Accounting Firm (KAP) located in Central Jakarta and South Jakarta with a simple random sampling technique. Data analysis was used multiple linear regression, Based on this research, variable independence, competence, and professionalism of auditors were significant positive effect on considerations of materiality level in the auditing of financial statements simultaneously. Then partially, each variable has significant positive effect on considerations of materiality level in the auditing of financial statements too.

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is a significant influence between the variable quality of service, company reputation, and customer claims perception and customer satisfaction. In addition, it is also to find out whether there is a significant simultaneous effect and which variable is the most dominant in influencing customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta. The method used is a method based on quantitative descriptive, where the sampling technique uses Random Sampling, which is a random sampling technique, regardless of the level contained in the population. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques: questionnaires, observations, interviews, and literature study. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear, determination test (R2), F test, and t test. The results of the study can be concluded that: 1) There is an effect of service quality, company reputation, and simultaneous perception of customer claims on customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta, 2) There is an influence of service quality on customer satisfaction at KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta Batik in the City of Solo, 3) There is an influence of company reputation on customer satisfaction in KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta, 4) There is an influence of customer perception perceptions of customer satisfaction on KC AJB Bumiputera 1912 Surakarta.
