One of the classical issues teachers face in East Nusa Tenggara is the lack of academic articles based on scientific research, including Classroom Action Research (CAR). It was happened because of the low interest, motivation, and ability of teachers to write the research in the form of an academic article and publish it in an academic journal. Therefore, it was essential to hold training on writing CAR articles for publication in academic journals. It aims to improve the ability of teachers to write CAR article and publish it in academic journals. This activity is running in the form of online training. The methods used in implementing activities include webinars through zoom meetings, presentations, discussion, training, and mentoring through WhatsApp Group. This activity hold in two stages, namely the preparation stage and the implementation stage. The result of the activity indicates the high enthusiasm of participants both during the webinar and training and mentoring. In addition, this activity can also improve the participants' understanding and abilities in making or writing good CAR article for publication in academic journals

This activity aims to increase the understanding of SDI Mbongawani Ende teachers regarding the implementation of the seminar on the results of classroom action research. This activity also aims to help the teachers collect documents on the implementation of the seminar so that it can be used as evidence attached to the proposed promotion file. This activity was attended by teachers and principals of SDI Mbongawani, lecturers, group heads and teachers from related clusters. This activity was carried out in two stages, namely the preparation stage and the seminar implementation stage. At each stage, teachers are guided and trained to prepare, implement and document evidence of classroom action research seminars. The results of this activity have an impact on increasing the understanding of SDI Mbongawani teachers regarding the implementation of the seminar on the results of classroom action research.

Education and Training is a form of institutional intervention so that employees have competency standards so that they are able to carry out their duties properly and appropriately. This study discusses the improvement of teacher competency in the implementation of scientific publications through Training in the Workplace (DDTK) Classroom Action Research (PTK). DDTK aims to improve the technical competence of civil servants and non-civil servants of the ministry of religion according to their duties and positions and develop insight into employee duties related to new regulations / policies / provisions, new technologies, or new knowledge relevant to their main tasks and functions. The main objective of Classroom Action Research (CAR) is the improvement and improvement of learning services. The population and sample of this study were participants of the Madrasah teacher training in the Workplace (DDTK) in Bangka, Belitung, and East Belitung Regencies in the 2016 and 2017. The study used multiple regression using Adjusted Square. Calculations for this multiple regression using SPSS statistical version 16 software. From the results of the research, it was found that the average of DDTK Bangka District Classroom Action Research (PTK) 2016 and 2017 were 51.41, and the average DDTK Class Action Research substance (PTK) Belitung Regency in 2016 and 2017 amounted to 50.39, with a difference in mean scores of 1.02. The average understanding of madrasah teachers in Bangka Regency 2016 and 2017 PTK writing was 118.20, and the average madrasah teacher understanding in Belitung Regency PTK writing in 2016 and 2017 was 118.88, with a mean difference of 0.68. The regression coefficient of the Education and Training Center (DDTK) variable (X2) has a positive sign (0.074), which means that the Education and Training Center (DDTK) variable has a positive influence on teacher understanding. The hypothesis which states that there is an effect of the Workplace Education Training (DDTK) substance on Classroom Action Research (CAR) on the understanding of madrasah teachers in writing PTK is statistically proven. Keywords: Training at Workplace, Classroom Action Research, Teacher's Understanding

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 9 Medan, Jenis penelitian yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X DKV 1 yang berjumlah 36 orang siswa terdiri dari 20 laki-laki dan 16 perempuan, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar sketsa, melalui motode demonstrasi dan latihan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal yang di temukan oleh peneliti, masih rendahnya hasil belajar sketsa siswa. Peneliti melakukan pre test untuk mengetahui kondisi awal sebelum dilaksanakannya tindakan persiklus. Hasil pre test menunjukkan masih rendahnya ketuntasan belajar siswa, dari 36 orang siswa hanya 7 orang siswa (19,4%) yang tuntas dalam pembelajaran sketsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan motode pembelajaran demonstrasi dan latihan. Pada siklus I diperoleh 24 orang siswa (66,7%) yang tuntas dan 12 orang siswa (33,3%) yang tidak tuntas. Dengan begitu, peneliti melanjutkan ke siklus II dengan perolehan 35 orang siswa (97,2%) yang tuntas dan 1 orang siswa (2,8%) tidak tuntas dalam pembelajaran sketsa. Terdapat peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 30,5%, maka peneliti tidak melanjutkan ke siklus berikutnya. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan motode pembelajaran demonstrasi dan latihan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan belajar sketsa pada siswa kelas X DKV 1 di SMK Negeri 9 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2019/2020.Kata Kunci: hasil belajar, sketsa, demonstrasi, latihan.AbstractThis research was conducted at SMK Negeri 9 Medan. The research employs a classroom action research method. The research subject was the ten grade students of DKV 1 with a total of 36 students consist of 20 men and 16 women. This research aims to improve skectch learning outcomes through demonstration and training method. Based on the results of preliminary observations found by researcher, the researcher found the low student sketch learning outcomes. The researcher used a pre-test to determine the initial conditions before the pre-cycle action was carried out. The result of pre-test showed that students' learning completeness was still low. From 36 students only 7 students (19,4%) who complete in sketching learning. This research was taught by using demonstration and training learning method. In cycle I, there were 24 students (66,7%) was complete and 12 students (33,3%) was incomplete. Therefore, the researcher proceed to cycle II with the acquisition of 35 students (97,2%) was complete and 1 students (2,8%) was incomplete in sketch learning. There was increase from cycle I to cycle II of 30,5%, the researcher does not proceed to the next cycle. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of demonstration and training method can improve the ability in sketch learning of the ten grade students DKV I at SMK Negeri 9 Medan in the academic year 2019/2020. The purpose of this study was to find out the application of the qowa'id wa tarjamah method with card sort strategy in improving the shorof ability of the 9th grade student’s at Madinah Modern Boarding School . This research is a Classroom Action Research study. It is the research which oriented to solving the problems that occurred in the classroom by improving the learning process in accordance with the expected goals. Research analysis was conducted inductively. The research used qualitative research, the data in the form of verbal and analysed without using statistical techniques. This classroom action research consists of two cycles through four stages of the process as follows: 1) the planning stage, 2) the implementation stage, 3) the observation stage, and 3) the reflection stage. The application of the qowa’id wa tarjamah method with card sort strategy can improve shorof ability towards 9th grade student’s of the Madinah Modern Boarding School . Student’s are able to understand the material well and make sentences and are enthusiastic in participating in class teaching and learning activities. This can be proven by improving the shorof ability of the student’s in each cycle.

Abstract: The creativity of learners in the learning process is mainly related to the management of education and training is needed and become the standard of competence that should be obtained. But at educational institutions most of the efforts to improve creativity is still not successful. During this effort to foster creativity of learners is based on efforts to motivate and consequently less than optimal. Through the method of assignment with the application of classroom action research and qualitative data analysis obtained the result that through the method of assignment to learners with the limits of assessment results then the creativity of learners in learning is increasing. This study aims (1) To know the moral values of children aged 3-4 years in KB Amanah Guwo Tlogowungu Pati Lesson Year 2016/2017. (2) To know the improvement of moral values of children through the method of ceritadi KB Amanah Guwo Tlogowungu Pati Lesson Year 2016 / 2017. Metode this research using classroom action research. This research is conducted in two stages, that are cycle I and cycle II. The subjects of this study are students of Amanah Playgroup Group age 3-4 Guwo Tlogowungu Pati as many as 20 students. The results of this study indicate that storytelling can improve the moral values of children carried out with two cycles, the first cycle is done by telling stories directly, sikus II is done with the book cerita. From data analysis and observation through storytelling showed an increase from pre cycle 35% children which is complete in moral values, rises in the first cycle to 60%. It means an increase of 25%. And in the second cycle increased to 85% and an increase until 60%. The results achieved in cycle II already meet the determined completion target, which is 80% of the total children, they get the value with the category of the total value of 85. The increase of this average value proves that storytelling can improve the moral values of children.

Abstrak: Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan kegiatan penelitian tindakan yang dilakukan oleh guru di kelas. Artikel ini merupakan hasil kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan oleh tim PKM Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Papua. PKM ini bertujuan untuk melatih kemampuan menyusun PTK bagi guru IPA yang ada di Kabupaten Manokwari Papua Barat. Pelatihan diberikan kepada guru-guru IPA yang ada di Kabupaten Manokwari yang dihadiri oleh 35 orang guru IPA dari 17 sekolah SMP yang ada. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ini yaitu metode ceramah, diskusi, demonnstrasi dan latihan penyusunan perangkat dan pelaksanaan PTK.  Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket respon yang diisi oleh peserta pelatihan untuk mengetahui tanggapan mereka tentang PTK dan pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan PTK. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pemodelan Rasch. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai person measure +0,11 lebih besar dari 0,00 logit yang menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan setuju terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan PTK. Berdasarkan hasil penelusuran pernyataan angket, sebagian besar guru belum pernah melaksanakan PTK sebelumnya sehingga pemahaman mereka tentang PTK masih perlu untuk terus dikembangkan. Kegiatan pelatihan PTK sangat membantu guru-guru IPA di Kabupaten Manokwari dalam menyusun perangkat, melaksanakan, mengevaluasi, dan melaporkan hasil PTK.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan; Penelitian Tindakan Kelas; Respon.Abstract: Classroom Action Research (CAR) is an action research activity carried out by the teacher in the class. This article was the result of Community Service activities conducted by a team of lecturers from the Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Universitas Papua. This activity aims to train the ability to develop CAR for science teachers in Manokwari District, West Papua. The training was given to the existing science teachers in Manokwari District, which was attended by 35 natural science teachers from 17 existing junior high schools. The method used in the implementation of this training was the method of lecture, discussion, demonstration and training in the preparation of tools and implementation of CAR. The instruments used were response questionnaires filled out by training participants to find out their responses about CAR and the implementation of CAR training activities. The data analysis technique uses Rasch modeling. The results of the analysis obtained a person measure value of +0.11 greater than 0.00 logit which indicates that the training participants agreed to the implementation of CAR training activities. Based on the search results of the questionnaire statement, most teachers have never implemented CAR before so their understanding of CAR still needs to be developed. CAR training activities are very helpful for science teachers in Manokwari Regency in compiling devices, implementing, evaluating, and reporting on CAR results. SMTK Teon Nila Serua is one of the schools which its  learning process are affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. This school does not have its own Learning Management System so an alternative is made for students to study in groups in their respective villages and will be visited by the teacher every month. Several problems were found such as unattractive material in the form of a text module, students’ difficulty in understanding hardcopy teaching materials, and reprinted teaching materials that should be taken by all students living quite far from the school location. The purpose of this training is to overcome these problems with training on making interactive videos and training on the use of Google Classroom for teachers and students. Activities are carried out in four stages, namely the preparation stage, implementation stage, evaluation, and program sustainability. This activity has been carried out well where there has been an increase in participants' understanding in making interactive videos by 95% and the use of Google Classroom in simulating the teaching and learning process by 90%.

This research is a classroom action research that aims to find out the improvement of the results of learning Arabic through the video base learning method of grade X IPS SMAIT Baitussalam prambanan. The subject of this study was grade X students of SMAIT Baitussalam school year 2020/2021 a total of 20 students. Research is carried out with 2 cycles namely cycle I and cycle II. The research stage conducted in cycles I and II includes 4 stages, namely: planning stage, implementation stage, observation and reflection stage. In the implementation stage the researcher is slightly different because the learning is not done in the classroom but the students and teachers are in different places. Based on the results of the study in cycle I obtained the average grade value is 60.25 included in less predicate. While the result in cycle II is obtained the average grade value is 90.25 included in the high predicate. Thus, from the results of cycle I research and cycle II student learning results increased by 30%.Keywords : Learning Results; Arabi; Video Base Learning.

Abstract: Pengabdian pada masyarakat pada kegiatan ini adalah memberikan wawasan pengetahuan tentang penulisan karya ilmiah. Pelatihan pengabdian ini tujuannya adalah mendampingi para guru dalam menulis karya ilmiah penelitian tindakan kelas secara benar dan mendampingi guru dalam prosedur penulisan karya ilmiah dalam jurnal.Metode yang digunakan dalam kegiatan pengabdian adalah metode ceramah, diskusi dan praktik. Metode ceramah untuk menyampaikan tentang penulisan karya ilmiah berbasis penelitian tindakan kelas dan prosedur penulisan karya ilmiah dalam jurnal. sedangkan metode praktik untuk memberikan kesempatan berlatih kepada peserta untuk membuat tulisan karya ilmiah. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian secara keseluruhan dapat dinilai cukup baik, dilihat dari keberhasilan target jumlah peserta pelatihan dinilai baik (90%), prosedur pelaksanaan dalam melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas di nilai baik mencapai (76%), dan ketercapaian tujuan pelatihan dalam penulisan artikel dinilai cukup baik (50 %).Abstract: Community devotion to this activity is to provide insight into the knowledge of the writing of scientific papers. This devotional training is aimed at assisting teachers in properly writing scientific research on classroom action research and accompanying teachers in publication procedures of scientific papers in journals. The methods used in devotional activities are lecture, discussion and practice methods. Methods of lectures and discussion to convey about the writing of scientific papers based on classroom action research and scientific journal writing procedures in journals. While practice methods to provide the opportunity to participants  practice writing scientific papers. The results of overall devotion activities can be considered good enough, seen from the success of the target number of trainees is considered good (90%), implementation procedures in conducting classroom action research in good grades reached (76%), and the achievement of training objectives in the article writing is considered quite good (50%).
