Abstrak: Penelitian Tindakan Kelas (PTK) merupakan kegiatan penelitian tindakan yang dilakukan oleh guru di kelas. Artikel ini merupakan hasil kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat (PKM) yang dilakukan oleh tim PKM Fakultas Keguruan dan Ilmu Pendidikan Universitas Papua. PKM ini bertujuan untuk melatih kemampuan menyusun PTK bagi guru IPA yang ada di Kabupaten Manokwari Papua Barat. Pelatihan diberikan kepada guru-guru IPA yang ada di Kabupaten Manokwari yang dihadiri oleh 35 orang guru IPA dari 17 sekolah SMP yang ada. Metode yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan pelatihan ini yaitu metode ceramah, diskusi, demonnstrasi dan latihan penyusunan perangkat dan pelaksanaan PTK.  Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu angket respon yang diisi oleh peserta pelatihan untuk mengetahui tanggapan mereka tentang PTK dan pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan PTK. Teknik analisis data menggunakan pemodelan Rasch. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai person measure +0,11 lebih besar dari 0,00 logit yang menunjukkan bahwa peserta pelatihan setuju terhadap pelaksanaan kegiatan pelatihan PTK. Berdasarkan hasil penelusuran pernyataan angket, sebagian besar guru belum pernah melaksanakan PTK sebelumnya sehingga pemahaman mereka tentang PTK masih perlu untuk terus dikembangkan. Kegiatan pelatihan PTK sangat membantu guru-guru IPA di Kabupaten Manokwari dalam menyusun perangkat, melaksanakan, mengevaluasi, dan melaporkan hasil PTK.Kata Kunci: Pelatihan; Penelitian Tindakan Kelas; Respon.Abstract: Classroom Action Research (CAR) is an action research activity carried out by the teacher in the class. This article was the result of Community Service activities conducted by a team of lecturers from the Teacher Training and Education Faculty, Universitas Papua. This activity aims to train the ability to develop CAR for science teachers in Manokwari District, West Papua. The training was given to the existing science teachers in Manokwari District, which was attended by 35 natural science teachers from 17 existing junior high schools. The method used in the implementation of this training was the method of lecture, discussion, demonstration and training in the preparation of tools and implementation of CAR. The instruments used were response questionnaires filled out by training participants to find out their responses about CAR and the implementation of CAR training activities. The data analysis technique uses Rasch modeling. The results of the analysis obtained a person measure value of +0.11 greater than 0.00 logit which indicates that the training participants agreed to the implementation of CAR training activities. Based on the search results of the questionnaire statement, most teachers have never implemented CAR before so their understanding of CAR still needs to be developed. CAR training activities are very helpful for science teachers in Manokwari Regency in compiling devices, implementing, evaluating, and reporting on CAR results. Making Classroom Action Research (CAR) for teachers at SD, Barabai District, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency, South Kalimantan. The methods used in this research are lectures, discussions, and training which are carried out through webinars using the Zoom application. The community service participants are 36 teachers from elementary schools in Barabai District, Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency. The training activities went well and received positive responses from the teachers. This activity has a positive impact on the ability of teachers in terms of knowledge and self-development related to making CAR.

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan kemampuan guru-guru IPA di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah tentang PTK. Kegiatan pelatihan ini bertempat di SMPN 10 Barabai yang dihadiri oleh 36 orang guru IPA di Kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah yang tergabung dalam Musyawarah Guru Mata Pelajaran (MGMP) IPA. Kegiatan dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah, tanya jawab, diskusi dan pendampingan pada saat penyusunan proposal. Kesimpulan dari hasil kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan pendampingan penyusunan proposal PTK bagi guru IPA di kabupaten Hulu Sungai Tengah telah dilaksanakan dengan lancar dan mendapat respon yang positif dari para peserta. Pelatihan ini telah memberikan informasi bagi guru tentang penyusunan proposal PTK. Dengan demikian, para guru mampu memahami dan menyusun proposal penelitian tindakan kelas. Setelah pelatihan ini, guru diharapkan mampu membuat proposal penelitian tindakan kelas serta  melaksanakan penelitian tindakan kelas untuk mengatasi berbagai permasalahan yang ada dikelasnya.  This community service activity aims to improve the understanding and ability of natural science teachers in the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency about Classroom Action Research (CAR). This training activity took place at SMPN 10 Barabai, which was attended by 36 science teachers in the Hulu Sungai Tengah Regency who were members of the Science Teachers' Conference (MGMP). Activities were carried out using lecture, question and answer, discussion, and assistance methods when preparing proposals. The conclusion from the results of this community service activity was the training and mentoring for the preparation of CAR proposals for science teachers in the Hulu Sungai Tengah district, which had been carried out smoothly and received positive responses from the participants. This training has provided information for teachers about the preparation of CAR proposals. Thus, the teachers are able to understand and prepare class action research proposals. After this training, teachers are expected to be able to make class action research proposals and carry out classroom action research to overcome various problems in their class.

To improve the quality of learning and reflect on learning outcomes are things that really improve science teacher profesionalism. That is the biggest motivation for Universitas Negeri Padang’s community service team to make a training session about science learning on Padang Pariaman’s. Understanding the classroom action reaserch, science teachers can solve the learning problems and write their own scientific work. The purpose of this training are teachers can make their own classroom action research and do their own research untill they can make theirown journals. The result shows that the training was good and reach the target that reaserchers make. 16th proposal finished are more than enough. Proposal are the result from traning, with a lot of revition before the proposal really finished.

Teachers as professionals are required to always improve their competence and capabilities so that theycan teach their students as well as and as much as possible. One effort that can be done by the teacher is to improvethe quality of learning through classroom action research. This community service aims to motivate teachers in SMPNegeri 23 Makassar to carry out classroom action research and to help them improve their competence inconducting classroom action research (CAR). The service in the form of workshop provided training to t he teachersin the school which was attended by 55 teachers. The methods used are lectures, discussions, question and answer,and training. The activity includes: 1) lecturing on how to carry out a classroom action research; (2) techniques forpreparing classroom action research proposals; and (3) techniques for preparing classroom action research reports.The output of this program are: 1) the teachers are motivated and willing to develop learning innovations in schoolsthrough classroom action research and 2) the teachers make proposals and carry out classroom action research.

The writing of scientific writing is one of the efforts to develop the profession of teachers of SMA N 2 Tambang in Kampar regency. This training aims to equip teachers in terms of strategies to develop scientific papers properly in accordance with the guidelines of writing, and equip teachers in the publication procedures of scientific papers in the journal. The training of scientific writing is done by varied lecture method and practice. The lecture method is needed to explain the procedure for the preparation of scientific papers, including how to arrange classroom action research into a scientific paper. Methods of practice are needed to allow the participants to write scientific papers in the form of articles for journals. The training activities of the writing of scientific papers as a whole can be said to be well seen from the achievement of the target of the trainee, the achievement of the training objectives, the achievement of the planned material targets, and the ability of the participants in the mastery of the material. The supporting factors for the implementation of Community Service activities are the availability of experts in SMA N 2 Tambang, the enthusiasm of the participants, the support of the principal of the place of administration, and the supporting funds of the faculty.

One of the fundamental activities in teacher professional development is the development of teacher skills, especially in conducting classroom action research. For the teachers who are members of the MGMP PAI West Lombok Regency, the teacher's ability to conduct classroom action research is still low. For that, we need an effort that can be used as an alternative to improve this capability, one of the efforts is through training activities. The research subjects were teachers of Islamic Religious Education at MGMP PAI at SMK West Lombok Regency. This research was conducted in two cycles. Methods of data using observation and documentation techniques. data validation used in this action research is democratic validation, process, and dialogue. Data analysis was carried out by comparing the results in the initial conditions, the results of cycle I, the results of cycle II. From the results of the research and training conducted during these two cycles, there was a change in the preparation of classroom actions for teachers who are members of the MGMP PAI, West Lombok Regency.

Education and Training is a form of institutional intervention so that employees have competency standards so that they are able to carry out their duties properly and appropriately. This study discusses the improvement of teacher competency in the implementation of scientific publications through Training in the Workplace (DDTK) Classroom Action Research (PTK). DDTK aims to improve the technical competence of civil servants and non-civil servants of the ministry of religion according to their duties and positions and develop insight into employee duties related to new regulations / policies / provisions, new technologies, or new knowledge relevant to their main tasks and functions. The main objective of Classroom Action Research (CAR) is the improvement and improvement of learning services. The population and sample of this study were participants of the Madrasah teacher training in the Workplace (DDTK) in Bangka, Belitung, and East Belitung Regencies in the 2016 and 2017. The study used multiple regression using Adjusted Square. Calculations for this multiple regression using SPSS statistical version 16 software. From the results of the research, it was found that the average of DDTK Bangka District Classroom Action Research (PTK) 2016 and 2017 were 51.41, and the average DDTK Class Action Research substance (PTK) Belitung Regency in 2016 and 2017 amounted to 50.39, with a difference in mean scores of 1.02. The average understanding of madrasah teachers in Bangka Regency 2016 and 2017 PTK writing was 118.20, and the average madrasah teacher understanding in Belitung Regency PTK writing in 2016 and 2017 was 118.88, with a mean difference of 0.68. The regression coefficient of the Education and Training Center (DDTK) variable (X2) has a positive sign (0.074), which means that the Education and Training Center (DDTK) variable has a positive influence on teacher understanding. The hypothesis which states that there is an effect of the Workplace Education Training (DDTK) substance on Classroom Action Research (CAR) on the understanding of madrasah teachers in writing PTK is statistically proven. Keywords: Training at Workplace, Classroom Action Research, Teacher's Understanding

The learning of listening to the story of the child has been given to the students of grade VI of SD Negeri 020Tembilahan Hilir. However, the existing picture shows that classically, the result only reaches an average of20% or is not satisfactory based on preliminary tests. This research is a classroom action research conducted byclass VI SD Negeri 020 Tembilahan Hilir with subject 20 people. Data collection techniques through tests andobservations. Then the analysis technique is done descriptively. The result of the research concludes that thestudents' learning achievement has increased. This is seen in the preliminary study of 20%, or only 4 studentsout of 20 students completed, in the first cycle increased to 50% because of 20 students 10 students, and in thesecond cycle increased by 85% of 20 students 17 students.

Professional teachers can be seen from the ability of teachers to produce quality Classroom Action Research (CAR). If seen not all teachers are able to produce research in accordance with CAR standards. Through Community Service Program, Unipa Surabaya PGSD Study Program with the theme of Classroom Action Research Writing (CAR) for Elementary School Teachers in Gayungan II Elementary School in Surabaya is expected to help teachers in producing quality CAR. From the results of the training that has been carried out, it seems that the enthusiasm of the SDN Gayungan 2 Surabaya teacher in following the CAR was very good. The majority of participants felt they needed to get CAR training. Participants feel the benefits after receiving CAR training.

AbstrakPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di SMK Negeri 9 Medan, Jenis penelitian yaitu Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X DKV 1 yang berjumlah 36 orang siswa terdiri dari 20 laki-laki dan 16 perempuan, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar sketsa, melalui motode demonstrasi dan latihan. Berdasarkan hasil observasi awal yang di temukan oleh peneliti, masih rendahnya hasil belajar sketsa siswa. Peneliti melakukan pre test untuk mengetahui kondisi awal sebelum dilaksanakannya tindakan persiklus. Hasil pre test menunjukkan masih rendahnya ketuntasan belajar siswa, dari 36 orang siswa hanya 7 orang siswa (19,4%) yang tuntas dalam pembelajaran sketsa. Penelitian ini menggunakan motode pembelajaran demonstrasi dan latihan. Pada siklus I diperoleh 24 orang siswa (66,7%) yang tuntas dan 12 orang siswa (33,3%) yang tidak tuntas. Dengan begitu, peneliti melanjutkan ke siklus II dengan perolehan 35 orang siswa (97,2%) yang tuntas dan 1 orang siswa (2,8%) tidak tuntas dalam pembelajaran sketsa. Terdapat peningkatan dari siklus I ke siklus II sebesar 30,5%, maka peneliti tidak melanjutkan ke siklus berikutnya. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan motode pembelajaran demonstrasi dan latihan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan belajar sketsa pada siswa kelas X DKV 1 di SMK Negeri 9 Medan Tahun Pembelajaran 2019/2020.Kata Kunci: hasil belajar, sketsa, demonstrasi, latihan.AbstractThis research was conducted at SMK Negeri 9 Medan. The research employs a classroom action research method. The research subject was the ten grade students of DKV 1 with a total of 36 students consist of 20 men and 16 women. This research aims to improve skectch learning outcomes through demonstration and training method. Based on the results of preliminary observations found by researcher, the researcher found the low student sketch learning outcomes. The researcher used a pre-test to determine the initial conditions before the pre-cycle action was carried out. The result of pre-test showed that students' learning completeness was still low. From 36 students only 7 students (19,4%) who complete in sketching learning. This research was taught by using demonstration and training learning method. In cycle I, there were 24 students (66,7%) was complete and 12 students (33,3%) was incomplete. Therefore, the researcher proceed to cycle II with the acquisition of 35 students (97,2%) was complete and 1 students (2,8%) was incomplete in sketch learning. There was increase from cycle I to cycle II of 30,5%, the researcher does not proceed to the next cycle. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of demonstration and training method can improve the ability in sketch learning of the ten grade students DKV I at SMK Negeri 9 Medan in the academic year 2019/2020.
