The purpose of this research is to examine the role of local government, especially the city government of Tidore Islands, to stabilize food prices based on Food Law No. 18 of 2012 article 55 in the perspective of Islamic economics. This type of research is classified as qualitative research by presenting the direct relationship between the author and the respondent. In data collection techniques carried out include observation, interviews, and documentation, so that the authors conducted interviews with respondents including the Tidore City government and the tomato farmers of Gurabunga Village. In this study, the authors found that the role of regional government in managing food prices, local government not only controls one sector but the role of local government also controls the distribution of supply prices from farmers to the market without going through the collectors (middlemen).

This study aims to find out how to optimize the role of coaches to actualize the basic values ​​of Candidate Civil Servants in Samarinda City Government Environment. The research method used is a quantitative approach, where data collection is obtained from primary data through a survey with a questionnaire instrument for respondent coaches and trainees. A total of six categories of questions were addressed to trainee respondents and six open questions addressed to coaches. The results of the study after analysis are that the role of the coach in carrying out the role of coaching and mentoring towards participants is quite high. This paper provides the organizational structure of institu-tional investment in the city of Bandung.Dalam Undang-Undang Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah dise-butkan mengenai urusan wajib dan urusan pilihan, dimana salah satu urusan wajib ini adalah pena-naman modal, kemudian dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 38 Tahun 2007 tentang Pembagian urusan antara pemerintah pusat, pemerintah provinsi, dan pemerintah kabupaten/kota, salah satu kewenangan pemerintah daerah adalah dalam bidang penanaman modal, di pemerintahan Kota Bandung, penanaman modal yang merupakan urusan wajib dan salah satu kewenangan pemerintah daerah ditempatkan dalam struktur organisasi Bappeda Kota Bandung yaitu pada Bidang Pena-naman Modal, ini tentu saja berseberangan dengan UU No. 32 Tahun 2004/UU No. 23 Tahun 2014 dan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 38 Tahun 2007. Artikel ini berisi tentang struktur organisasi kelem-bagaan penanaman modal di Kota Bandung.

Ahmad Soleh, Wagini, Vero Agustin; Market Levy is a charge withdrawn by the Department of Industry and Trade to compulsory retribution for the use of facilities in the form of stalls, kiosks and courtyards provided by the city government of Bengkulu. This study aims to examine the potential of public market retribution in Bengkulu City. Data collection techniques in this study using documentation. Secondary data was obtained from the Office of Industry and Trade of Bengkulu City. The market retribution potential formula is used in this method of study. The results showed that the existing market potential in Bengkulu City fluctuated. The average potential of general market retribution is Rp 2,220,464,960 per year with an average growth of 2.51% per year. This is in line with the realization of public market levies that also experience fluctuations. The average realization of general market retribution revenue amounted to Rp 1,854,906,535, - with an average growth of 6.53% per year. The percentage of realization achievement of potential revenue of general market retribution in Bengkulu city from 2014 to 2016 were 82.08%, 80.23% and 88.07% respectively with an average of 83.53% per year. Achievement average achievement above 80% is considered good. However, the local government of Bengkulu city should always try to increase the realization of acceptance of public market retribution with its potential.Key Words: Potential, Public Market Levy, Bengkulu City.

This study aims to determine whether there is a role for tax consultants on taxpayer compliance in fulfilling tax obligations. This research is a type of qualitative research. Data collection techniques are semi-structured interviews and triangulation. Interviews were conducted with companies in the city of Padang. The population in this study were companies in the city of Padang, and 20 companies were sampled in this study. The result of this study prove that (1) the reasons for taxpayers using tax consultant services are divided into three, namely lack of knowledge of taxpayers regarding all tax regulations, complicated taxation systems and the last reason is that tax obligations can be carried out effectively and efficiently, (2) the type of tax consultant that is chosen by many corporate taxpayers is type honest consultant because taxpayers use tax consultants rather than aiming to help find loopholes but to help taxpayers who have difficulty managing their own taxes, and (3) advice from tax consultants chosen by all taxpayers are conservative advice, because companies do not want to bear the risk of using aggressive sanctions. For the next researcher, I suggest collecting data not only from interviews, but also suggested for further research to conduct research into a wider scope in various regions and add other variables related to the role of tax consultants for taxpayers in Indonesia

The purpose of this research is to explain the capability of the Padang city government in dealing with Covid-19, where Padang City is one of the cities in West Sumatra whose level of spread of Covid-19 is quite worrying. This is based on the increase in the number of Covid-19 cases in the city of Padang when the New Normal policy began to be implemented. The low awareness of the community to implement health protocols is considered one of the factors for the soaring positive case of Covid-19 in the city of Padang. The theory that I use in this research is Disaster Management and Local Government Capability by Bevaola Kusumasari. The data collection method is qualitative, in the form of interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the capability of the Padang City government in dealing with Covid-19 shows that the City of Padang has the ability to suppress the rate of positive Covid-19 numbers. However, Padang City is still weak in terms of law enforcement in dealing with Covid-19, because there are still people who violate health protocols.

AbstractThe underlying consideration of this research is that given the increasingly growing the urban village chief’s duty in the field of government, development and community empowerment, the presence and role of Social Institution is very much needed to assist the urban village chief’s duty in the implementation. This research was conducted in Bukit Cermin Urban Village Tanjungpinang City which is the best Urban Village of Riau Islands in the year 2015. This study aims to determine the role and constraints of Social Institutions in assisting the The urban village chief’s duty in the field of development in Bukit Cermin Urban Village of Tanjungpinang. The results of the study found that the role of Social Institutions in assisting the urban village chief in the development of Bukit Cermin Urban Village of Tanjungpinang includes educational inspirator, environmental facilitator, entrepreneurial motivator, order mediator and development initiator. Then that hamper the role of social institutions in assisting the urban village chief’s duty in the field of development such as lack of support from the local government, does not occur the process of good regeneration, and inequality in the coaching of social institutions. The authors argue that the obstacles that occur because the Regional Government of Tanjungpinang City just issued a Regional Regulation on Social Institutions in 2016, so that in previous years for the city of Tanjungpinang only refers directly to the Regulation of the Minister of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia No. 5 of 2007 on Guidelines Setup  of Social Institutions without more specific rules. Keywords: roles, social institutions, development AbstrakPertimbangan yang mendasari penelitian ini adalah mengingat tugas lurah yang semakin bertambah dibidang pemerintahan, pembangunan dan pemberdayaan masyarakat, maka kehadiran dan peranan Lembaga Kemasyarakatan teramat sangat dibutuhkan guna membantu tugas lurah dalam penyelenggaraannya. Peneltian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peranan dan hambatan lembaga kemasyarakatan dalam membantu tugas Lurah di bidang pembangunan di Kelurahan Bukit Cermin Kota Tanjungpinang. Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa peranan lembaga kemasyarakatan dalam membantu tugas lurah dibidang pembangunan di kelurahan bukit cermin kota Tanjungpinang meliputi Inspirator pendidikan, Fasilitator lingkungan, Motivator kewirausahaan, Mediator ketertiban, dan inisiator pembangunan. Kemudian yang menghambat peranan lembaga kemasyarakatan dalam membantu tugas lurah dibidang pembangunan seperti minimnya dukungan dari pemerintah daerah, tidak terjadi proses kaderisasi yang baik, dan ketidakmerataan dalam pembinaan lembaga kemasyarakatan. Hambatan itu terjadi dikarenakan Pemerintahan Daerah Kota Tanjungpinang baru mengeluarkan Peraturan Daerah tentang Lembaga Kemasyarkatan pada Tahun 2016, sehingga pada tahun-tahun sebelumnya untuk Kota Tanjungpinang hanya mengacu langsung pada Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Republik Indonesia Nomor 5 Tahun 2007 tentang Pedoman Penataan Lembaga Kemasyarakatan tanpa peraturan lebih khusus Kata Kunci: peranan, lembaga kemasyarakatan, pembangunan

The study aims to determine the extent of policy effectiveness that comes from the polarization of executive and legislative relations can affect the welfare of the people of Cilegon city. To get the achievement and progress for the improvement of people's welfare, it is necessary to analyze policy concerning politic and law policy to be reviewed to document, observation and interview. thereby facilitating an analytical, constructive, explorative and documentative study. this is often called the data triangulation method. method is merging various methods of data collection. The research was conducted in Cilegon city using Qualitative research with Grounded Theory approach. data collection techniques is by data triangulation method. this is often called a method that combines various methods of data collection, such as observation, interviews and documentation. of this research is expected to increase the productivity of policies and efficiency of planning programs in the field of politics and law formulated by the regional government of Cilegon city can improve people's welfare. The results achieved from this research is the political policy of law conducted by the City Government Cilegon can encourage the improvement of the welfare of the people, this can be seen from the legislation product endorsed by Parliament Cilegon in quality and quantity is very good so that the product can be implemented properly by executives and provide juridical strength for the City Government Cilegon in improving economic development, as seen from indicators of improving the welfare of the people themselves. The political policy of law that is processed and in synergy between the existing government institutions in Cilegon City, indicates the strong and strong commitment of these institutions to encourage and improve the welfare of a just and equitable people.

Because of the phenomena that arise in implementing the relocation program of the creative trader's field that is done by the city government, so it is created this research aimed to know and describe how the optimization The utilization of the single culinary Park Sangomang for empowering creative traders field in Palangka Raya city. This research uses qualitative research methods. The technique of determining the informant in this research is the technique of purposive sampling so that the informant in this research is involved in the implementation of optimization of a single culinary park for the empowerment of field creative traders Is the head of the setup and aesthetics of the city of Palangkaraya, and creative traders field a single culinary park Sangomang. Data is collected through observation methods, interviews, and documentation. And the data is analyzed by way of data reduction, data presentation, and withdrawal of conclusions. Based on the results of this study, it can be known that: 1) the empowerment of creative traders in the field of single Culinary park Sangomang in the city of Palangkaraya is good enough. 2) The process of the Creative Trader Relocation field to a single culinary park Sangomang is good enough. 3) The constraints of the creative trader's field in a single culinary park Sangomang is not maximal utilization of facilities and infrastructures that support the security and convenience of creative traders field and also visitors a single culinary park Sangomang.

AbstrakTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan pola komunikasi Islam penyuluh dalam pencegahan dan pemberantasan bahaya penyalahgunaan narkoba dikalangan remaja Kota Langsa,) untuk menjelaskan peran penyuluh dalam pencegahan dan pemberantasan bahaya penyalahgunaan narkoba dikalangan remaja Kota Langsa, untuk menjelaskan faktor-faktor penghambat dan yang mendukung dalam pencegahan dan pemberantasan bahaya penyalahgunaan narkoba dikalangan remaja Kota Langsa, dan untuk menjelaskan upaya penyuluh dalam pencegahan dan pemberantasan bahaya penyalahgunaan narkoba dikalangan remaja Kota Langsa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan, menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Metode deskriptif dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, menggambarkan, atau melukiskan secara sistematis terkait bahaya dan pencegahan Narkoba di kota Medan. Teknik pengumpulan akan dilakukan dengan triangulasi (gabungan). Informan penelitian ditentukan melalui metode purposive sumpling. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola komunikasi ang dilakukan BNN dalam pencegahan penyebaran Narkoba di Kota Medan adalah dilakukan dengan cara berkerjasama dengan berbagai pihak, melakukan sosialisasi baik langsung maupun melalui media massa. BNN juga menggunakan bentuk komunikasi penyuluhan dalam kegiatan sosialisasi dan desiminasi yang mengajak kerjasama seluruh dan berbagai elemen dari lapisan masyarakat, sehingga upaya mewujudkan Indonesia bebas Narkoba dapat terlaksana.Kata-kata kunci: BNN; komunikasi; narkoba; pola; tindakan preventif AbstractThe objectives of this study were to find out how Islamic extension agents' communication patterns in the prevention and eradication of the dangers of drug abuse among Langsa City adolescents, to determine the role of instructors in the prevention and eradication of the dangers of drug abuse among the youth of Langsa City, to determine the factors- inhibiting and supporting factors in the prevention and eradication of the dangers of drug abuse among youth in Langsa City, and to determine the efforts of instructors in the prevention and eradication of the dangers of drug abuse among youth in Langsa City. His research is a field research, using descriptive qualitative research methods. Descriptive method is carried out with the aim to describe, describe, or describe systematically related to the danger and prevention of drugs in the city of Medan. The collection technique will be carried out by triangulation (combined). The research informants were determined through the purposive sumpling method. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. ABSTRAK Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk menganalisis peran pasar kaget terhadap pemberdayaan masyarakat sekitar di Desa Cerme Kecamatan Grogol Kabupaten Kediri. (2) Untuk menganalisis upaya dalam menjaga eksistensi pasar kaget dan pengaruhnya terhadap pemberdayaan pedagang masyarakat di Desa Cerme Kecamatan Grogol Kabupaten Kediri. Pendekatan dari penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Informan merupakan pedaganng pasar kaget dan warga sekitar pasar, dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi dan triangulasi. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian adalah pasar kaget perannya sangat bermanfaat dan berdampak positif, karena bisa membuka lapak penjualan tanpa harus mengeluarkan modal besar, aktivitas ekonomi yang semakin meningkat dan mengurangi maraknya pengangguran di masyarakat. Adapun untuk peranan pemerintah daerah yaitu melakukan pembinaan dan pengawasan pasar kaget.
