This study aims to find out how to optimize the role of coaches to actualize the basic values ​​of Candidate Civil Servants in Samarinda City Government Environment. The research method used is a quantitative approach, where data collection is obtained from primary data through a survey with a questionnaire instrument for respondent coaches and trainees. A total of six categories of questions were addressed to trainee respondents and six open questions addressed to coaches. The results of the study after analysis are that the role of the coach in carrying out the role of coaching and mentoring towards participants is quite high. Sumbawan Cultural Village is one of the cultural village in the city of Pekalongan. Sumbawan Cultural Village has an icon that is known by the wider community namely Lopis giant cakes that exist only during the celebration of Syprefix, so that this giant lopis pastry Carnival is one of the cultural attraction for the city of Pekalongan. The purpose of this research is to determine the characteristic of the symbolism of giant lopis cakes at the celebration of Syawalan in Sumbawan Cultural village of Pekalongan. This activity has received MURI Award in the year 2000. The research method was used a descriptive method with a quantitative approach to describe the characteristics of a giant lopis symbolism. Data collection was collected in 2 ways, namely primary and secondary data. The primary Data was obtained from the observation, interviews and dissemination of the questionnaire to 100 respondents who were the committee and participants of the Syprefix celebration in Sumbawan Cultural village and performed in June 2019. The result of the research above was stated as below: 1) culinary as a symbol; Has an average value of 4.46 that’s means a good afforts; supported by togetherness between residents of Sumbawan Culture village had involved the celebration of Syawalan each year, 2) culinary as a sign of fellowship; Having an average value of 4.31 can be seen from the community that always serve Lopis to the guests when they cross into the village culture Sumbawan, 3) culinary as a status marker; Has an average value of 4.27 as a form of reverence and also an expression of gratitude to Allah SWT, 4) culinary as an icon; Has the highest average total value of 4.50 signifying a giant lopis not only popular in Sumbawan Cultural village itself even to the outside of Pekalongan and registered as a MURI record in 2000.

The purpose of this research is to examine the role of local government, especially the city government of Tidore Islands, to stabilize food prices based on Food Law No. 18 of 2012 article 55 in the perspective of Islamic economics. This type of research is classified as qualitative research by presenting the direct relationship between the author and the respondent. In data collection techniques carried out include observation, interviews, and documentation, so that the authors conducted interviews with respondents including the Tidore City government and the tomato farmers of Gurabunga Village. In this study, the authors found that the role of regional government in managing food prices, local government not only controls one sector but the role of local government also controls the distribution of supply prices from farmers to the market without going through the collectors (middlemen).

This research aims to find out the problems and solutions that can be done to overcome the problem of the protection of batik copyright law in the city of Cilegon based on law number 28 of 2014 concerning copyright.The formulation of the problem and the purpose of this paper is to see how the existence of batik in the city of Cilegon, businesses and any obstacles faced by the Cilegon city government in providing legal protection for the batik. in addition, the purpose of this study is to provide knowledge that the importance of other legal instruments that are technical. The intended legal device can be in the form of a Regional Government Regulation that regulates the protection of traditional batik art creations including folklore. The research method used is the empirical juridical approach method, where the procedure begins by examining secondary data first, then proceed with examining primary data in the field. The specifications of this study are analytical descriptive. Sources and types of data, consisting of primary data and secondary data. Legal Protection for Third Parties (Occupants: Tenants) Facing Investors who do not relinquish Building Rights After the Termination of Contract Agreement for Morning Market Business Sites in Tegal City is needed. This paper uses a normative juridical research method. The main data sources of this study come from the results of decisions and documents relating to the problems faced by traders, especially those who received complaints and were sued by Investors, including decisions between the city government and investors. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the role of the city of Tegal to protect traders is very important as a form of legal protection for the actions of investors against the occupants of the morning market stalls block B and C morning market in Tegal City. The Tegal City Government as having legal rights and relations (compensation/ peace agreement) after terminating the contract for the place of business with the Investor to collect the obligation of the Investor to give up his rights in a preventive and repressive manner (making a claim) to the investor to carry out its obligations as agreed surrender (release) the right to use the building.Keywords: Legal Protection; Business Place Contracts; Building Use Rights

This study aims to examine the benefits of e-commerce in selling "snacking" business products in the city of Manado. This research was conducted from May to June 2020. The data used in this study are primary data obtained through interviews with “Snacking” business owners. The data collection method in this study is a survey method. The data analysis method used in this research is descriptive method with a quantitative approach, to describe the sales of "snacking" business products in utilizing e-commerce. The results showed that the benefits of e-commerce in selling "snacking" business products, which can help in increasing the number of orders and sales turnover, as well as a means of business promotion, as well as helping in the development of business products.

Surabaya City Government is part of the regional government system in Indonesia which adopts a decentralized system. In line with these various regulations, regional fiscal or financial management consists of three main components, namely Regional Revenue, Regional Expenditure, and Regional Financing. This study aims to calculate the fiscal potential of the City of Surabaya for the 2017-2021 period. Furthermore, to obtain and complete optimal results, research uses a quantitative approach. The results showed that the economic growth of Syria showed good performance. However, in terms of inflation, the numbers also continue to increase. It is recommended to the Surabaya City Government that inflation control must be carried out through various policies that can increase economic growth that can improve people's welfare.

The research objective was to identify and analyze the role of district / city government in the guidance and supervision of village regulations. This research method is a normative-empirical approach, by examining Laws and regulations related to the role of district / city local governments in fostering and supervising village regulations with their implementation. The conclusions from the results of this study indicate that in the formation of a Village Regulation, the role of district / city Regional Government is regulated in Article 115 of Act No. 6 of 2014 concerning Villages, one of which is to provide guidelines for drafting village regulations and village head regulations. The technical guidelines for the preparation of village regulations in Kolaka district are regulated in Perda No. 4 of 2009 in its implementation the technical guidelines are still very difficult to adjust to the current conditions due to the issuance of the Law of Permendagri No. 6 of 2014 concerning the Village.Keywords: Coaching; Supervision; Regional Government; Village Regulations; Regent Regulation.

Implementation of performance-based budgeting in government agencies in Indonesia, proclaimed through the enactment of Law No. 17 Year 2003 on State Finance and implemented in stages beginning in the budget 2005.Reformasi financial management resulted in a fundamental change in the financial management of the country / region. The research was conducted at the Regional Working Units Manado City Government. The study population was an employee who worked in Manado City Government on education. Samples were three and four echelons as the authorized users of government budget on education in the city of Manado. Officials in the city of Manado worked as secretary department / agency, department secretary, the head section, sub-section chief, the head of the field, sub-field head and section head who is considered able to describe the performance of each regional secretaries, departments and institutions as a whole technical area . This study aimed to determine the effect of organizational commitment and the role of manager of financial management on the performance of managerial work unit. Collecting data using primary data collection, namely the questionnaire by using purposive sampling technique. Samples were obtained from three-and four-echelon employees who work in regional work units Manado City Government who has served as secretary of the department / agency, the head section, sub-section chief, the head of the field, sub-field head and section head. Data analysis using SPSS software with five stages.First, descriptive statistics.The second phase, testing the quality of the data.The third phase, to test the assumptions of classical aberrations.The fourth stage, performing multiple regression analysis.And fifth stages, testing the hypothesis. The results showed that organizational commitment and significant positive effect on the performance of managerial work unit. While the role of manager of financial management has no effect and no significant effect on work unit performance.

The study aims to determine the extent of policy effectiveness that comes from the polarization of executive and legislative relations can affect the welfare of the people of Cilegon city. To get the achievement and progress for the improvement of people's welfare, it is necessary to analyze policy concerning politic and law policy to be reviewed to document, observation and interview. thereby facilitating an analytical, constructive, explorative and documentative study. this is often called the data triangulation method. method is merging various methods of data collection. The research was conducted in Cilegon city using Qualitative research with Grounded Theory approach. data collection techniques is by data triangulation method. this is often called a method that combines various methods of data collection, such as observation, interviews and documentation. of this research is expected to increase the productivity of policies and efficiency of planning programs in the field of politics and law formulated by the regional government of Cilegon city can improve people's welfare. The results achieved from this research is the political policy of law conducted by the City Government Cilegon can encourage the improvement of the welfare of the people, this can be seen from the legislation product endorsed by Parliament Cilegon in quality and quantity is very good so that the product can be implemented properly by executives and provide juridical strength for the City Government Cilegon in improving economic development, as seen from indicators of improving the welfare of the people themselves. The political policy of law that is processed and in synergy between the existing government institutions in Cilegon City, indicates the strong and strong commitment of these institutions to encourage and improve the welfare of a just and equitable people.

Management of Tourism Objects for Lemo and Buntu Burake in Tana Toraja Regency, South Sulawesi Province. Some regions of Indonesia have very interesting tourism resources, with natural and cultural diversity, which if managed properly can be a source of regional income. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe tourism objects managed by the community, as well as how the role of the Regional Government in the community of Tana Toraja Regency in managing tourist objects. The research method is carried out using a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through literature studies and interviews. The results of this study can be used to increase knowledge of tourist objects located in Tana Toraja Regency and are expected to contribute ideas about the management of community-based attractions.
