The purpose of this research is to explain the capability of the Padang city government in dealing with Covid-19, where Padang City is one of the cities in West Sumatra whose level of spread of Covid-19 is quite worrying. This is based on the increase in the number of Covid-19 cases in the city of Padang when the New Normal policy began to be implemented. The low awareness of the community to implement health protocols is considered one of the factors for the soaring positive case of Covid-19 in the city of Padang. The theory that I use in this research is Disaster Management and Local Government Capability by Bevaola Kusumasari. The data collection method is qualitative, in the form of interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the capability of the Padang City government in dealing with Covid-19 shows that the City of Padang has the ability to suppress the rate of positive Covid-19 numbers. However, Padang City is still weak in terms of law enforcement in dealing with Covid-19, because there are still people who violate health protocols.

Ahmad Soleh, Wagini, Vero Agustin; Market Levy is a charge withdrawn by the Department of Industry and Trade to compulsory retribution for the use of facilities in the form of stalls, kiosks and courtyards provided by the city government of Bengkulu. This study aims to examine the potential of public market retribution in Bengkulu City. Data collection techniques in this study using documentation. Secondary data was obtained from the Office of Industry and Trade of Bengkulu City. The market retribution potential formula is used in this method of study. The results showed that the existing market potential in Bengkulu City fluctuated. The average potential of general market retribution is Rp 2,220,464,960 per year with an average growth of 2.51% per year. This is in line with the realization of public market levies that also experience fluctuations. The average realization of general market retribution revenue amounted to Rp 1,854,906,535, - with an average growth of 6.53% per year. The percentage of realization achievement of potential revenue of general market retribution in Bengkulu city from 2014 to 2016 were 82.08%, 80.23% and 88.07% respectively with an average of 83.53% per year. Achievement average achievement above 80% is considered good. However, the local government of Bengkulu city should always try to increase the realization of acceptance of public market retribution with its potential.Key Words: Potential, Public Market Levy, Bengkulu City.

This study aims to determine empirically the influence of gender, superiors support, and protection of fraud disclosure decision local government in West Sumatra.  This research is quantitative research.  The population in this study were students of Master of Management at Universitas Negeri Padang and Master of Accounting at Universitas Andalas. The sample in this research was taken by using purposive sampling, namely 81 samples.  The data collection method used is a survey method in the form of a questionnaire given personally.  Data processing is performed using SPSS. The results of this research indicate that Gender does not significantly influence the decision to disclose fraud to local governments in West Sumatra. The results of hypothesis testing with two way ANOVA test (two way ANOVA), showed that the supervisor support variable gets a significant value of 0,000, it can be concluded that superiors support has a significant effect on fraud disclosure decisions in local governments in West Sumatra and the protection variable also gets  significant value of 0,000, so it can be concluded that protection has a significant effect on fraud disclosure decisions in local governments in West Sumatra.

The purpose of this research is to examine the role of local government, especially the city government of Tidore Islands, to stabilize food prices based on Food Law No. 18 of 2012 article 55 in the perspective of Islamic economics. This type of research is classified as qualitative research by presenting the direct relationship between the author and the respondent. In data collection techniques carried out include observation, interviews, and documentation, so that the authors conducted interviews with respondents including the Tidore City government and the tomato farmers of Gurabunga Village. In this study, the authors found that the role of regional government in managing food prices, local government not only controls one sector but the role of local government also controls the distribution of supply prices from farmers to the market without going through the collectors (middlemen).

The Rural and Urban Land and Building Tax (PBB-P2) is one type of local tax that can increase Local Original Income (PAD), as well as in the City of Yogyakarta. This study aims to determine the level of effectiveness and contribution of PBB-P2 to PAD. The method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, namely by measuring the effectiveness and contribution of PBB-P2 to PAD in Yogyakarta City during 2018-2020. The data collection method is in the form of primary data through the opendata.jogjakota.go.id page belonging to the Yogyakarta City Government. The results showed that PBB-P2 revenue grew every year, even though the revenue target was always the same every year. For effectiveness, the findings show that the annual PBB-P2 revenue is in the very effective category, this is because the realized value is always greater than the set target. As for the contribution to PAD, it resulted in the finding that PBB-P2 revenue was in the category of less contribution, so that in the future it is necessary to increase the amount of the target and its realization, so as to produce an optimal contribution.   Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Perdesaan dan Perkotaan (PBB-P2) merupakan salah satu jenis pajak daerah yang dapat mendongkrak Pendapatan Asli Daerah (PAD), begitupula yang ada di Kota Yogyakarta. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat efektivitas dan kontribusi PBB-P2 terhadap PAD. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif, yaitu dengan mengukur efektivitas dan kontribusi PBB-P2 terhadap PAD Kota Yogyakarta selama tahun 2018-2020. Metode pengumpulan data berupa data primer melalui laman opendata.jogjakota.go.id milik Pemerintah Kota Yogyakarta. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerimaan PBB-P2 mengalami pertumbuhan di setiap tahunnya, walaupun target penerimaan di setiap tahunnya selalu sama. Untuk efektivitas, menghasilkan temuan bahwa penerimaan PBB-P2 setiap tahunnya berada pada kategori sangat efektif, hal ini dikarenakan nilai realisasi selalu lebih besar dibandingkan dengan target yang ditetapkan. Untuk kontribusi terhadap PAD, menghasilkan temuan bahwa penerimaan PBB-P2 berada pada kategori kurang kontribusinya, sehingga untuk ke depannya perlu ditingkatkan lagi besaran target dan realisasinya, sehingga menghasilkan kontribusi yang optimal.

This research explores the concept of understanding of mosque managers in the public space about the importance of facing the direction of Qibla. Samples Mosque located in the public space of the Hospital Jogja International Hospital, Adisutjipto Airport and Mall Plaza Ambarrukmo be proof of the tendency of pattern of understanding of managers of religious orders to face the direction of Qiblah correctly. By using qualitative analysis method and data collection method in the form of observation, interview and documentation, it is found that first, that understanding of mosque managers in public space at three places reflects the quality of life of Islami ie measuring to the expert so that the direction of qibla . Secondly, the accuracy of the direction of the mosque building in the public space in Sleman Yogyakarta is included in the category of accurate with the maximum reason for the 6 minute arc disturbance, where the direction of the largest deviation on the mosques is 0o 1 '20.8 "or equivalent to 3,074 km which means still leads the city of Mecca.Keywords: Accuracy, Understanding and Mosque in Public Space Penelitian ini menggali konsep pemahaman para pengelola Masjid di ruang publik tentang pentingnya menghadap arah kiblat. Sampel Masjid yang berada di ruang publik yakni Rumah Sakit Jogja International Hospital, Bandara Adisutjipto dan Mall Plaza Ambarrukmo menjadi bukti kecenderungan pola pemahaman pengelola terhadap perintah agama untuk menghadap ke arah kiblat dengan tepat. Dengan menggunakan metode analisis kualitatif dan metode pengumpulan data berupa observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi diperoleh hasil penelitian, pertama bahwa pemahaman para pengelola masjid di ruang publik pada tiga tempat tersebut mencerminkan kualitas hidup Islami yakni melakukan pengukuran kepada pihak ahli sehingga arah kiblat sesuai dengan keilmuan astronomi. Kedua, akurasi atau ketelitian arah kiblat bangunan Masjid di ruang publik di Sleman Yogyakarta termasuk dalam kategori akurat dengan alasan maksimal penyimpangan 6 menit busur, di mana arah penyimpangan paling besar pada masjid-masjid tersebut adalah 0o 1’ 20,8” atau setara 3,074 km yang berarti masih mengarah kota Mekah.Kata kunci: Akurasi, Pemahaman dan Masjid di Ruang Publik

The high rate of divorce, especially in West Sumatra, is an important note for religious extension workers to increase their role and quality in providing counseling. Therefore, fast and progressive action is needed to overcome this. Another phenomenon revealed from the above data is that the divorce case is dominated by the wife's lawsuit. Therefore, it takes the role of religious counselors at the Office of Religious Affairs (KUA) to increase family resilience. The purpose of this study was to determine the role of religious instructors in increasing family resilience in the city of Padang from physical, social, and psychological aspects. Data collection techniques used interviews and were analyzed with the Miles and Huberman models following the stages of data reduction, data display, conclusion. The role of religious counselors in increasing family resilience has been carried out quite well, although not yet maximized because the raw materials are not yet available, the methods used are only advice and lectures and have not been evaluated continuously.

The increase in population in Malang City can encourage the implementation of good population data recording, this is because population data is very important in planning and development in the evaluation stage. The purpose of this research is to analyze the policies of the population service and civil registration in the administrative services for data collection on Covid-19 social assistance recipients in Malang City. This research is a descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The population administration policy in this study is focused on administrative services for the data collection of Covid-19 Social Assistance Receipts in Malang City. The results of this study indicate that there is a policy of centralizing the management of resident identification cards, the first step to progress in the city government of Malang, especially in the field of administrative services for data collection on Covid-19 Social Assistance Recipients in Malang City so that they try to make other policies that have concrete data.

Flooding is a threatening problem both in the city and in the countryside. One of the flood-prone cities is Tangerang City. The cause of flooding is overflowing from the Kali and blockage of existing drainage. Various efforts have been made to prevent flood disasters, the Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daearah (BPBD) of Tangerang City which is an agency that has the task to assist the disaster, in coordination with the Tangerang City government in order to overcome the problems of frequent floods. The purpose of this study is to analyze how the coordination of Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah (BPBD) in flood prevention in Tangerang City. The research method used is qualitative research. The results of the study show that the coordination of the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) is well underway and in accordance with the managerial hierarchy, rules and procedures, and plans and goal setting.

This paper provides the organizational structure of institu-tional investment in the city of Bandung.Dalam Undang-Undang Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 tentang Pemerintahan Daerah dise-butkan mengenai urusan wajib dan urusan pilihan, dimana salah satu urusan wajib ini adalah pena-naman modal, kemudian dalam Peraturan Pemerintah Nomor 38 Tahun 2007 tentang Pembagian urusan antara pemerintah pusat, pemerintah provinsi, dan pemerintah kabupaten/kota, salah satu kewenangan pemerintah daerah adalah dalam bidang penanaman modal, di pemerintahan Kota Bandung, penanaman modal yang merupakan urusan wajib dan salah satu kewenangan pemerintah daerah ditempatkan dalam struktur organisasi Bappeda Kota Bandung yaitu pada Bidang Pena-naman Modal, ini tentu saja berseberangan dengan UU No. 32 Tahun 2004/UU No. 23 Tahun 2014 dan Peraturan Pemerintah No. 38 Tahun 2007. Padang City is a city located in the province of West Sumatra, with a very strategic geographical condition, making the city of Padang rich in natural beauty. The beauty of nature is used by people in Padang City as a tourist spot, so that it is able to steal the attention of foreign tourists to come to visit, foreign tourists who enter and leave the Padang City area, all of which are under immigration control. Immigration is a form of enforcement in the implementation of state government sovereignty, therefore to facilitate immigration in carrying out its duties and functions in the supervision sector of foreign visits, a class 1 Padang Immigration office was formed. Since the enactment of Presidential Regulation Number 21 of 2016 regarding Visit Visas in Indonesia, it is clear that 169 countries are free to visit Padang City only with their passports. The purpose of this Presidential Regulation is to increase foreign tourist visits to Padang City so that it has an impact on increasing national development in general and increasing economy in particular, foreign tourists who come are expected to have a positive impact on the economy of the people of Padang City. However, the fact is not as imagined by the Padang City Government, the tourist visit permit granted to foreign tourists is prone to abuse, especially looking for work or opening business land and settling in a place. Researchers took the research location at the Padang Class I Immigration Office, because the city of Padang is one of the most attractive cities to be visited by foreign tourists, especially its natural beauty. As a government effort in order to support the maintenance of stability, security and vigilance against all negative impacts arising from the crossing of people between countries, and the activities of foreigners in Padang City, it is deemed necessary to carry out supervision of foreigners and immigration actions in a fast, thorough, and coordinated manner, without must ignore the openness in providing services to foreigners who are at the Class 1 Padang Immigration Office.
