This article argues that the coronavirus pandemic has shown the world community that the current global economic system is unsustainable. The devastating impact of social, economic and health due to the corona virus are manifesting along with societies’ great inequalities due to the flaws of capitalism. The pandemic has also shed light on the fact that human societies cannot flourish without combatting inequalities. Thus, the seemingly more apparent internal tensions, inconsistencies and moral inadequacies in capitalism seem to necessitate a more ‘moral’ economy. Pertinent to this, Moral capitalism based on universal values can be an alternative system. Both moral capitalism and Islamic economics share similar moral ethical values that could possibly contribute to a more just economic system and therefore a better wellbeing for the global community. This article concludes that there is a dire need to have moral economy for global community. Neo-liberalism needs to be reconstructed for its structural inequalities that renders to societies unsustainablity. For, failure to protect the health and safety of people living in abject poverty around the world, we put the entire world at risk.

Corona Virus Disease-19 (COVID-19) began to spread to various parts of the world since December 2019, which was first discovered in Wuhan, China. Of course this has brought great disaster to 216 countries in the world, because no country is immune to this virus and the epidemic has spread to various continents and attacked many aspects of the world community. Distressing conditions like this require the state to play a stronger role by providing better service protection. In addition, conditions like this raise big questions about how countries in the world deal with this. In the midst of the COcVID-19 pandemic, many scientists are racing to quickly find an effective vaccine to fight this virus. An example of one that succeeded is the discovery of Sinovac or called CoronaVac, where this vaccine is the result of research from Sinovac Biotech Co. which is a biopharmaceutical company focused on research, development, manufacture and commercialization of vaccines, and the company is based in Beijing, China. Seeing the COVID-19 pandemic that is increasingly paying attention, especially in developing countries, many countries are pressing for the temporary waiver of COVID-19 vaccine patents during this crisis. The reason is none other than so that production can be accelerated so that it is expected to be able to handle the COVID-19 pandemic. Of course this raises a polemic between developed countries and developing countries where there are two different interests, one country protects its investors and the other one protects its people. From this we can see that COVID-19 leaves a lot of room for its own problems.

Migration of the population is an objective reality and is subject to universallaws throughout the world. International migration affects all aspects of thelife of the world community, leads to the evolution of the perception of universal values and rules of behavior, as well as to the emergence of countries with great cultural and ethnic diversity. The speed of migration processes is growing rapidly with the progress of science and technology. The relationship between the place of employment and the place of residence is graduallylosing its significance. The causes of migration need to be divided (and this is done for the first time) into two categories: the causes that cause the displacement oflarge masses of the population in relatively short periods of time, and the reasons thatlead to the constant displacement of small social groups and citizens for a long time. The revealed patterns of internal migration processes in Russia are extremely negative centripetal and hamper the development of the country's economy as a whole and its regions. In conclusion, the article formulates the theoretical prerequisites for solving the problems caused by migration, particularly attention is drawn to the advantage of dispersed migration in front of a compact one.

This article discusses a study of the existence of Sufism of the contemporary Islamic preaching of M. Fethullah Gülen. The thought of Gülen’s Islamic preaching originates from his view of Sufism as the spiritual life and the journey of a human life to achieve happiness in this world and hereafter. This thinking evolves and can be accepted by the global community in the contemporary era. This thought disseminates the ideas of love, tolerance, and pluralism and receives attention from over 160 countries. Then, the praxis of the Gülen’s Islamic sufi preaching manifestes into Islamic preaching practices with a methodical system that emphasizes the hizmet movement with the philanthropist and contemporary media tactics. This praxis exists in its role of producing the golden generation progressively, contributing to an increase in the positive image of Islam and Muslims and moral development of the world community.

One of the most critical paradoxes of the last quarter of the twentieth century is the declining support for area studies, especially at this time when the global community has entered such a notable phase of interdependence. The continent of Africa and its people are as important in this interdependency as any others of the world community. Indeed, no other continent in the world’s history has provided to the international community so many new and independent nations. Concomitantly, this world area has among its assets unknown quantities of potential wealth in natural resources.

AbstractThe post-Cold War era has provoked a revival of various implicit as well as explicit returns to Stoic cosmopolitan theory as a possible source of a normative conceptual framework for international relations and global community. This article confronts this revival of interest in Stoicism with an analysis of Cicero's constructive critique of original Stoic conceptions of the world community. Particular attention is paid to the arguments by which Cicero identifies major flaws in the Stoic outlook and establishes the validity of his alternative notion of the “law of nations.” It is argued that Cicero's transformation of Stoicism issues in a more modest but more solid, as well as more civic-spirited, cosmopolitan theory. At the same time, the implications of Cicero's arguments for our understanding of justice altogether are clarified.
