The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational climate and leadership effectiveness on the work performance of teachers of SMP Islam Darussalam Lombok. The research methodology is a survey selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data shows that (1) organizational climate has a positive direct relationship with job performance, (2) effectiveness has a positive effect on work performance, (3) organizational climate has a positive direct relationship with leadership effectiveness. ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan iklim organisasi dan efektivitas kepemimpinan terhadap prestasi kerja guru SMP Islam Darussalam Lombok. Metodologi penelitian adalah survei yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling. Analisis dan interpretasi data menunjukkan bahwa (1) iklim organisasi memiliki hubungan langsung positif dengan kinerja pekerjaan, (2) efektivitas berpengaruh positif terhadap prestasi kerja, (3) iklim organisasi memiliki hubungan langsung positif dengan efektivitas kepemimpinan.

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis besarnya pengaruh budaya organisasi, penghargaan dan kepercayaan terhadap motivasi berprestasi pegawai dinas pendidikan pemuda dan olahraga Kabupaten Rokan Hulu. Survei dilakukan terhadap 75 orang pegawai yang dijadikan sampel penelitian dengan teknik simple random sampling. Pengolahan data dilakukan dengan analisis jalur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi, (2) penghargaan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi, (3) kepercayaan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap motivasi berprestasi, (4) budaya organisasi berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepercayaan, (5) penghargaan berpengaruh langsung positif terhadap kepercayaan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk meningkatkan motivasi berprestasi pegawai dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan budaya organisasi, penghargaan dan kepercayaan. Sementara untuk meningkatkan kepercayaan pegawai dapat dilakukan dengan meningkatkan budaya organisasi dan penghargaan.Kata Kunci: budaya organisasi, penghargaan, kepercayaan, motivasi berprestasi THE EFFECT OF ORGANIZATION CULTURE, REWARD, AND TRUST ON ACHIEVEMENT MOTIVATION OF YOUTH AND SPORTS EDUCATION DEPARTMENT OF ROKAN HULU DISTRICTAbstractThe purpose of this study was to analyze the magnitude of the effect of organizational culture, appreciation and trust toward the employees’ achievement motivation of Education, Youth and Sports education Ministery of Rokan Hulu Regency. The survey was conducted on 75 employees. Sample was taken by simple Random Sampling Technique. Data analysis was done by path analysis. The results showed that: 1) Organizational culture has a direct positive effect toward achievement motivation, (2) The reward has a direct positive effect toward achievement motivation, (3) Trust has a direct positive effect toward achievement motivation, (4) Organizational culture has a direct positive effect toward the trust, (5) Reward has a positive direct effect toward the trust. Based on the research results could be concluded that to improve employees’ achievement motivation could be done by improving organizational culture, appreciation, and trust. Meanwhile, to increase the confidence of employees could be done by improving the organizational culture and appreciation.Keywords: organizational culture, reward, trust, achievement motivation

The purpose of this paper is to study the relationship between job satisfaction and work performance of sub- district municipality administrators in the eastern region. The population used in this research is the head and sub-head of sub-district municipality, which have offices in 7 provinces of the eastern region of Thailand, totally 531 people. The sample size consisted of 400 people. Simple random sampling technique was used to collect data. The instruments used for collecting data were questionnaires. In the data analysis, pear son product moment correlation was used to analyse the relationship between job satisfaction and work performance of sub- district municipality administrators in the eastern region by setting statistical significance at the level of 0.01. The results showed that there is a relationship between job satisfaction and work performance of sub- district municipality administrators in the eastern region.

The research on which entitle Religiosity and Purchase Intension of Purwokerto Halal Mart was aim to analyze the relationship between religiosity and trust in the purchase intention of halal mart retail in Purwokerto. This research is a survey of Taklim Assembly members of the Great Mosque of Baitussalam, Jenderal Soedirman Mosque, Wijayakusuma Mosque, Darussalam Mosque, Bhayangkara Mosque and Fatimatuzahra Mosque. The number of sample were 225 with simple random sampling technique. The statistical test performed is using SEM data analysis. The results show that several dimensions of religiosity, namely experiential, ritualistic, intellectual have positive influence on trust. While the ideological and consequential dimensions do not have a positive effect on trust. For the influence of the dimensions of religiosity on purchase intention namely the experiential, ritualistic, ideological and consequential dimensions have a positive effect on purchase intention, but the intellectual dimension does not have a positive effect on purchase intention. And trust also has a positive effect on purchase intention. This result could inform halal mart and consumers that religiosity empirically influences consumers’ trust and purchase intentions, and also consumers’ trust influence purchase intention in the halal mart.

ABSTRACT   The purpose of this research is to determine the factors that affect the competence of the participants graduate internship program (called it COOPs = Cooperative students) at PT Chevron Pacific Indonesia. This type of research is quantitative associative by using path analysis. Sampling technique research using simple random sampling technique, while the data collection techniques using questionnaires. Based on the research, the following results are obtained: (1) there is a direct positive effect of curriculum relevance to the competence of graduates, (2) there is a direct positive effect of learning behavior toward the competence of graduates; (3) there is direct positive effect of curriculum relevance to adversity quotient; (5) there is a direct positive effect of curriculum relevance to learning behavior, and (6) there is a positive direct effect of adversity quotient to the competence of graduates of apprenticeship program participants of PT. Chevron Pacific Indonesia.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of leadership  and organizational climate on reward school community elemtary school in village of kebon jeruk and cengkareng..The research methodology was survey which were selected by simple random sampling technique. Analysis and interpretation of the data indicate that (1) leadership has a positive direct effect in reward, (2) organizational climate has a positive direct effect in reward, (3) leadership  has a positive direct effect in organizational climate.

The objective of this research is to know the effect of motivation and leadership effectiveness to productivity at vocational school in the subdistrict of West Cikarang Bekasi district. The research was conducted using survey method with path analysis technique. Research samples were selected as much as 74teachers using simple random sampling technique. The data obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using path analysis techniques. Based on this research of data obtained the following conclusions: First, the motivation have positive direct effect to productivity. That is, improvement of motivation will lead to increased productivity. Second, the leadership effectiveness have positive direct effect to productivity. That is, improvement of leadership effectiveness will lead to increased productivity. Third, motivation have positive direct effect to the leadership effectiveness. The productivity can be improved by increasing motivation and leadership effectiveness.

This study aims to determine the effect of material compensation, social compensation, and activities compensation on work performance through organizational commitment as the mediator. This study retrieved data through questionnaires (surveys). The population in this study were all employees of PT. Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri Surakarta, with taking  150 respondents for sampling purpose. Sampling technique in this study was a simple random sampling. The data were processed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) version 20.0. The results of the data analysis found that 1) There is a significantly positive influence of social compensation variables on organizational commitment; 2) There is a positive significant effect of activity compensation on organizational commitment; 3) There is a significantly positive effect of activity compensation on job performance; 4) Organizational commitment does not mediate material compensation, social compensation, and activities compensation on job performance. Keywords: material compensation, social compensation, activities compensation, work performance, and organizational commitment, Tiga Serangkai Pustaka Mandiri

The aim of this research is; 1) investigating the level of online learning satisfaction among students during COVID 19; 2) analyzing the influence of differences in gender, years of study, major in determining online learning satisfaction among students during COVID 19; 3) to analyze the relationship between online learning satisfaction and student academic achievement during COVID 19. The population was 656 students at STKIP Singkawang, and then a sample of 357 students (87 males and 270 females) was taken using a simple random sampling technique. The instrument in this study was adapted from Aman's Satisfaction instrument, which was then used to collect research data. Data analysis using SPSS with descriptive statistical techniques, MANOVA, and correlation. The results showed that online learning satisfaction was at a high level, meaning that students were satisfied with the online learning that had been implemented. The major differences have a significant effect on determining online learning satisfaction. Intercorrelation shows that there is a significant relationship on each indicator of online learning satisfaction with academic achievement, meaning that the higher the satisfaction felt by students in online learning, the student's academic achievement will increase.

The purpose of this study was to obtain information on the relationship between the free variable that organizational climate (X1) and competence (X2) with the dependent variable is employee performance (Y), either partially or simultaneously, This study used survey research methods with the correlational approach and predictive, which aims for the relationship and influence between independent and dependent variables. The sampling technique can be done randomly (simple random sampling) of 852 employees, which is considered to resprentatif is 89 people. And to solve problems, to analyze and examine the relationship and influence between the independent variables on the dependent variable used models kausalistik through regression analysis with SPSS 14.0

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional dan efikasi diri terhadap kepuasan kerja guru di SMP Yayasan Budi Mulia Lourdes Jakarta. Metodologi penelitian adalah survei yang dipilih dengan teknik simple random sampling.
