Abstract The development of information and communication technology makes all things we need is more practical and easy. For example, ordering or booking ticket for cinema through an application. It is an example of the application of technology that is used to attract the number of buyers by service providers. The easy access on getting product or item is the desire of every consumer. The entry of technology changes the patterns of consumer behaviour from manual to digital or online. The service provider of online cinema ticket provides some features which can attract and will be the important thing for some buyers. The changing of ticket sales through application will definitely change ticket sales figures. This study aims to determine the factors which influence audience buying interest through the online cinema ticket application. The method used is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Data collection is done through interviews with viewers who use the online ticket booth application in buying tickets in the mall jatinangor town square. The results showed several factors that influence the interest in buying tickets using the application, namely time efficiency, promos and discounts, the latest films available (coming soon), the opportunity to get bigger tickets, can determine the choice of seats, avoid the queue, easy to use in transactions.

The development of information and communication technology (ICT) now is unstoppable. This condition had impacted the calung show development, due to people's appreciation has shifted and tend to like popular culture which is introduced by ICT products than the calung show. The issue in this study is how the development of the performing group calung Pitaloka as a medium of communication in the era of convergence. The purpose of this study is to analyze the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats, develop strategies, and formulation development of Pitaloka the group of calung show as a communication medium in the era of convergence. This study used a qualitative method with a case study approach. In this study determination of informants is using purposive sampling technique. The results showed that based on the conditions of Pitaloka the group of calung show currently they have more weaknesses than strengths, but they still have a chance even though the treat still exist from the outside, therefore the strategy could be implemented is to utilize the existing facilities and utilize the support and good cooperation with all parties.

Over the years, the rise of digital economy has confused countries in their efforts to tax foreign companies without physically presence within their jurisdiction. One of the potential tax revenues that have not been optimally digging comes from the digital sector. The digital economy sector has enormous potential along with the rapid development of information and communication technology, especially the internet. This digital economy market is dominated by internet-based services commonly called Over The Top (OTT) services and is filled with global content owned by foreign companies. This article argues the provisions of taxation for foreign OTT lending providers in England, Australia, India, and Japan. This research used a qualitative non-case study approach. This study outlines the strengths and weaknesses of each alternative.

This study aims to review the use of ICT in learning at SLB N Boyolali, with all educators in the school as respondents. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study approach, and examines the use of ICT using strategic management theory by David (2011). Data collection techniques used in this study were observation and interviews. The data analysis used was Creswell's analysis and interpretation technique. The results of the study show that ICT in learning in terms of strategic planning, implementation, and evaluation have not been fully utilized by all educators and not all students get the same learning experience. This is due to the lack of understanding of educators in utilizing information and communication technology is still very limited.

The development of Digital Government Services (DGS) is a form of bureaucratic transfor-mation. This research focuses on virtual digital technology used in the government, especially in the tourism office department of Yogyakarta special administrative region which is also known as Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta (DIY) Province. Based on Ministry of Communication and Information (MoCI) 2012 report, e-Government adoption in DIY was ranked 4th in the country. The province has the vision of becoming a cyber province as one of the ways to fulfil the needs of its residents. The objectives of this study encompass: 1) description of the imple-mentation of e-government in DIY Tourism department; 2) mapping and utilizing the tourism communication strategies to identify e-government implementation in the Tourism department; and 3) assess the role that e-government technology adoption can help to strengthen service encouraging the enhancement of service and creative industries towards contributing to im-prove the higher tourism development in DIY. The research used a case study approach with data collected using informal interview and documentation. Results of the research showed that: 1) the expertise in information and communication technology (ICT) is pivotal for was necessary for the development of ing the tourism-based websites and e-government applica-tions; 2) the importance of developing multimedia-based content to ensure relevant and updat-ed content; and 3) the importance of taking into account the needs and interests of undergradu-ates and undergraduate audience in developing and adoption of e-government services because they constitute the largest segment that uses the virtual digital government services.

KNOWLEDGE MANAGEMENT AS A COMPETITIVE STRATEGY IN PT INDOSAT OOREDOO This study discusses Knowledge Management which is carried out in business organizations with the aim to find out the strategy in implementing knowledge management in PT Indosat Ooredoo. This study uses a qualitative method with a case study approach at PT Indosat Ooredoo. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, archival notes, interviews. From the results of the research that has been done, the following conclusions can be drawn: Knowledge management is carried out by creating a process based on information technology and virtual competence. Media technology supports information and communication that is intended to enhance the transfer of information and the overall sharing of organizational knowledge through cooperation and communication between individuals. Knowledge Management is very important as one form of organizational competitive strategy. The form of virtual communication in KM must also explore tacit knowledge. Abstract This research was conducted using the qualitative method so that the researcher can thoroughly and comprehensively elaborate on the phenomenon being studied. The research was focused on the process of e-Budgeting policy implementation in the government of Jakarta Province, as well as the supporting and obstacle factors of the process of e-Budgeting policy implementation in the Government of Jakarta Province. The process of e-Budgeting policy implementation is a part of the process of budget planning in the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget, therefore, the implementation process follows the APBD budgeting, which is started from the preparation of the General Budget Policies and Provisional Budget Ceiling and Priorities to the stipulation of the APBD. The implementation of the e-Budgeting policy is conducted to facilitate the effective and efficient establishment of APBD. The effectiveness of the e-budgeting policy implementation is influenced by the human resources capacity in the mastery of information and communication technology, budgeting politics, and the opposing interests of the executives and legislatures. The supporting and obstacle factors of the process of e-Budgeting policy implementation are in the factors of commitment and executives’ interests, coordination and communication between the executives and legislatures, competence and commitment of the legislatures, coordination and competence of the OPD, as well as the factor of law. Additionally, the allocation of budget by the executives in the discussion of RAPBD, beside the inadequate planning in the initial preparation, there are also attempts to prioritize interests. Meanwhile, the issues in the SKPD in planning the budget based on working achievements, as mandated in the RKA-SKPD, is actually still related to the competence of the SKPD.

So far, in implementing school strategies, they tend not to utilize Information and Communication Technology (ICT), despite the availability of ICT resources available. Stages of strategic management are needed to generate the vision, mission, objectives, policy, program, budget, and procedures as well as control and evaluation process as an effort to utilize ICT to improve school quality. Based on the interpretation and the results of the study, it is concluded that schools have organized stages in strategic management that enable schools to have a quality profile. The impact of effective utilization of ICTs for schools is the achievement of effective school management, as per the National Education Standards, which is characterized by effective planning, implementation, control, and evaluation of school ICTs.The purpose of this study is to get a general description, describe, and reveal the Strategic Management of Information and Communication Technology Utilization to Improve the Quality of School Learning in Ciledug Al Musaddadiyah Vocational High School and Garut 1 Vocational High School, both on environmental analysis, strategic formulation, implementation and strategic evaluation. The research method used in this research is the case study method, because the problems studied occur in the place and situation of Ciledug Al Musaddadiyah Vocational School and Vocational High School 1 Garut. The use of case study models in this study is based on the consideration that to provide an overview of the strategic management activities of the use of ICTs carried out at vocational high schools with the ultimate goal of being able to improve the quality of school learning. Based on observations in the field of SMK 1 Garut and SMK Al Musaddadiyah Ciledug Garut is one of the public schools and private schools that have these advantages.

This research is generally aimed at strengthening Muhammadiyah union institution in one of Muhammadiyah's business charity in Gorontalo Province, whereas specifically the purpose of this research is to know objective description about reality that happened at campus of Muhammadiyah University of Gorontalo from organizational culture that developed on campus This, taking into account the organizational culture found in Muhammadiyah in accordance with the PHIWM. This research uses qualitative method with case study approach. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation. Research time started from January to June 2017 From the results show that the employees have not implemented properly. Indicators of hard work still have not shown good results because most employees still do not understand the main duties and functions in work. Discipline indicators are also not well implemented where there are still many employees who enter the campus through the provisions of the time set as well while attending events on campus and when entering the time of prayer still not heed these things. The last indicator is the optimization in the work also has not shown the maximum results because only a few who are able to work effectively in accordance with the work agenda that they set previously.

Kulon Progo Regency is one of the districts that has many innovations, one of which is community empowerment in collaboration with a modern shop abbreviated as the shop name owned by the people (tomira). This research was motivated by the achievements of the Kulon Progo district government in carrying out development and innovation in the development of the Kulon Progo region by fully involving the Kulon Progo district community through community empowerment. This initiative was taken by the government of Kulon Progo Regency to improve community empowerment and protect the people of Kulon Progo Regency from various economic threats. Considering that in the past few years many modern shops have mushroomed in each district/city, so this is what makes Kulon Progo Regency move quickly to empower the community by collaborating between MSMEs or cooperative with modern shops. This study uses a qualitative method which case study approach. With the empowerment that has been done, the original products of Kulon Progo Regency or local products can be traded in modern stores so that local products in Kulon Progo Regency can compete with national products in these modern stores. The existence of such cooperation will indirectly improve the image of Kulon Progo Regency and lift the original products of Kulon Progo Regency. The lifting of the original products of Kulon Progo Regency will have a positive impact on the community, where indirectly the economy of the community will increase so that there will be prosperity for the community. Kabupaten Kulon Progo adalah salah satu kabupaten yang memiliki banyak inovasi, salah satunya adalah pemberdayaan masyarakat bekerja sama dengan toko modern disingkat nama toko yang dimiliki oleh masyarakat (tomira). Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh pencapaian pemerintah kabupaten Kulon Progo dalam melakukan pengembangan dan inovasi dalam pengembangan wilayah Kulon Progo dengan melibatkan sepenuhnya masyarakat kabupaten Kulon Progo melalui pemberdayaan masyarakat. Inisiatif ini diambil oleh pemerintah Kabupaten Kulon Progo untuk meningkatkan pemberdayaan masyarakat dan melindungi masyarakat Kabupaten Kulon Progo dari berbagai ancaman ekonomi. Menimbang bahwa dalam beberapa tahun terakhir banyak toko-toko modern telah menjamur di setiap kabupaten/kota, jadi inilah yang membuat Kabupaten Kulon Progo bergerak cepat untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dengan berkolaborasi antara UMKM atau bekerjasama dengan toko-toko modern. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dengan metode yang digunakan adalah dokumentasi. Dengan pemberdayaan yang telah dilakukan, produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo atau produk lokal dapat diperdagangkan di toko modern sehingga produk lokal di Kabupaten Kulon Progo dapat bersaing dengan produk nasional di toko modern ini. Adanya kerjasama tersebut secara tidak langsung akan meningkatkan citra Kabupaten Kulon Progo dan mengangkat produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo. Pencabutan produk asli Kabupaten Kulon Progo akan berdampak positif bagi masyarakat, di mana secara tidak langsung perekonomian masyarakat akan meningkat sehingga akan ada kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat.

The Bologna Process, Information and Communication Technology, and market forces have brought manyinnovations and great changes to higher education systems throughout Europe. Reforms in higher educationhave taken a new direction, towards making higher education students more autonomous. However, manycountries have not really adopted this innovative way of teaching and still maintain an old ‘transmission’ stylewhich often entails teachers trying to pour knowledge into the minds of their students. Promoting autonomouslearning (the ability of students to manage their own learning) in higher education is crucial both for theindividual and society, as the idea of an academic student comprises critical reflective thinking and theimportance of becoming an independent learner. This article will discuss the importance of promotingautonomous learning throughout self, peer and co-assessment for higher education quality enhancement. Thepaper will examine the case of International Black Sea University’s MA students enrolled in the Higher EducationManagement program. The analyses of a survey will be used to discuss the significance of autonomous learningfor students and their readiness for self, peer and co-assessment.
