This research was motivated by the importance of workers harvesting oil palm fruit on productivity. One of the stages of oil palm cultivation is harvesting, which is one of the key determinants of oil palm productivity. Productive labor can be seen from the achievement of targets set by the company or the difference between the results obtained and the task bases that have been determined by the company. This has prompted researchers to analyze the factors that influence the productivity of oil palm harvesting workers. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of age, years of service, and level of education on the productivity of harvesters and to calculate the value of labor productivity in oil palm harvesting. In data analysis using descriptive method, where the data obtained from direct interviews with oil palm harvesting employees by asking several questions that have been prepared and will be processed using the SPSS method, respondents were taken as many as 35 respondents from all afdeling using the Slovin formula. The results showed that the labor productivity of oil palm harvesters at PT. WIN is significantly influenced by age and education factors. Meanwhile, tenure does not have a significant effect on labor productivity of harvesters. The productivity of harvesting labor that was achieved was 135 hrs / HOK, having exceeded the company's target of 110 hrs / HOK.

Research conducted at the Division I Megasawindo PT Perkasa I Sub Pelepat Bungo on December 1, 2015 until January 1, 2016. Selection of the location of this research was done intentionally (purposive sampling) with the consideration that Division I had a workforce of most on the harvesting of coconuts oil with 79 workers to harvest. This study was conducted to determine the factors that affected the productivity of harvest labor of Oil palm fruit in the Division I PT.Megasawindo Mighty I Sub Pelepat Bungo. The data collection method used in the study was documentation technique that was to obtain data directly from the data of research that palm fruit harvest workers at the Division I PT.Megasawindo Perkasa District of Pelepat many as 79 workers harvest the palm fruits. But the workers must studied the labor of its work effectively during the year 2014 as many as 39 people. The results showed that the average labor productivity of oil palm fruit harvest workers amounted to 37.31 tons / person / month. Harvest Labor productivity of the palm fruits together significantly affected by factors of wages, work experience, number of dependents and age, it could be seen from the calculated F value (983.312)> F table (2.649), but the partial factor wages were on a very real effect on the productivity of harvest labor of the palm fruits, as seen from the value of 49 997 t> t table 2,032. While working experience factor, number of dependents and the age factordid not significantly affected harvest labor productivity of oil palm fruit division I PT. Megasawindo Mighty I Sub Pelepat Bungo.Keywords: Productivity, Labor harvest, factors and Palm Oil

This research aims at describing overarticulator contoid [r] deaf children Indonesia. This research uses the qualitative descriptive method. Data researched is overartikulator contoid [r] deaf children. The source of data is the son of deaf SLB-B on kindergarten groups A deaf bit heavy. Data collection is done with the data source mimicked speech researcher and teacher or when pronouncing vocabulary list  Containing contoid [r]. The collection of data using techniques of natural observation, observation, participation,  of a scheduled Fishing fishing substitution,  recording, record-keeping, and field. Data analysis using the method in accordance with the technique of determining element is broken. Based on data analysis, contoid [r] resulting in two groups of deaf children. The Union, contoid  [r] generated anyway. [r], [«r«r], [arer], [rr], [l], [ll], [«l], [l«], and [et]. Second, contoid [r] produced change. In two of the group, contoid [r] created by [r], [ The results contain the differences distinguishing characteristic on the basis of the representation and the representation of contoid phonetic [r]. In the difference that happens  overarticulator contoid [r] which does not occur on other contoids. From an overarticulator, it changes the sounds anaptiksis,  reduplication, and contoid attenuation [r].

The research in the city of Padang, West Sumatra, to analyze the difference in perception of employees by education level, years of service, and age on the variables of market orientation in the banking industry in the city of Padang, with the number of respondents 200 people, to prove the research hypotheses using Wilcoxon rank test analysis. In SPSS printout showing the value Asymp. Significant level of education, years of service, and age of the entire market orientation (customer orientation, competitor orientation, inter-functional coordination) variables is 0,000 (<0,05), The results showed that employees perception of banking industry in the city of Padang on the basis of level of education, years of service and age of employees are different in view of the entire market orientation variables.

Abstrak. Perhitungan harga pokok per unit merupakan kegiatan yang sangat penting dilakukan perusahaan karena dapat dijadikan dasar untuk menilai persediaan, harga pokok penjualan, perhitungan laba dan sejumlah keputusan lainnya. Harga pokok produksi adalah semua biaya yang dikeluarkan untuk memproduksi barang atau jasa selama periode bersangkutan. Dengan kata lain bahwa harga pokok produksi merupakan biaya untuk memperoleh barang jadi yang siap jual. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis penentuan harga pokok produksi pada usaha Socolatte di Kabupaten Pidie Jaya.  Penelitian ini dilakukan di Desa Musa Baroh Kecamatan Bandar Baru Kabupaten Pidie Jaya.  Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif  dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan kuantitatif.  Teknik pengumpulan data diperoleh dengan melakukan wawancara dan penelitian lapangan.  Analisis data harga pokok produksi dilakukan dengan metode full costing.  Perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) menurut Perusahaan Socolatte lebih rendah dibandingkan perhitungan Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) menurut metode full costing dengan selisih sebesar Rp 1.277, untuk produk coklat bar besar, coklat aneka rasa, coklat 3in1 besar dan coklat 3in1 kecil, sedangkan selisih HPP untuk coklat bar kecil sebesar Rp 479.  Perbedaan nilai Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP) menurut perusahaan dan metode full costing terletak pada komponen biaya OHP tetap karena perusahaan tidak menghitungnya sebagai komponen Harga Pokok Produksi (HPP). Analysis Of Cost Of Goods Manufactured In Socolatte Company Of Pidie Jaya RegencyAbstract. Calculation of the cost per unit is a significant activity for the company because it can be used as a basis for assessing the inventory, cost of goods sold, profit and some other decisions. The cost of goods manufactured is all costs to produce goods or services during the period in question. In other words, the cost of goods manufactured is the cost to obtain finished products ready for sale.The purpose of this study was to analyse the determination of cost of goods manufactured in SocolatteCompany inPidie Jaya. This research was conducted in the village of Musa Barohof Bandar Baru sub-district of Pidie Jaya Regency. This study used a descriptive method with thequalitative and quantitative approach. Data were collectedthrough interviews and field research. The data analysis of the cost of goods manufactured was done by using a full costing method.The calculation of the cost of goods manufacturedaccording to SocolatteCompany was lower than the calculation of goods manufactured according to the full costing method with the difference amounting to IDR 1,277.Meanwhile, for big bar chocolate products, different flavor chocolate, big3 in 1 chocolate and small 3 in 1 chocolate, while the difference of cost of goods manufactured for the small chocolate bar was IDR 479.The difference in the value of the cost of goods manufactured according to the company and the full costing method lies in the fixed manufacturing overhead costscomponent becausecompanydid not count it as an element of cost of goods manufactured

This study aims to produce a description within the meaning of tolerance in piil pesenggiri Lampung society. The scope of the study includes: 1) an overview of tolerance of Lampung society; 2) Description of the meaning of tolerance in piil pesenggiri Lampung society; 3) the value of tolerance in guidance and counseling. This research uses a qualitative approach with the descriptive method. Participants were determined by purposive sampling, among other's traditional leaders (one person), community leaders (two people), and academics (three people) engaged in research in Lampung society. The research conducted, namely: 1) researchers construct the meaning of tolerance in pill pesenggiri passenger based on theory and research results; 2) the researcher clarifies to the participants (customary figures, community leaders, and academics) to constructions made through interviews; 3) the researcher performs data analysis by data reduction; and 4) the researcher conducts an interpretation of the constructs based on upon the results of the data analysis. Based on the results of data interpretation, the resulting definition of tolerance in piil pesenggiri is the recognition of the rights of others that are different from the cultural norms of Lampung culture applied in social life in the form of appreciating the difference, open and accept the opinions of others, caring, and give freedom to others in acting.

ABSTRACTBackground: Hypertension is one of the most common diseases, because this disease is suffered byboth men and women, as well as adults and young people. Treatment of hypertension does not onlyrely on medications from the doctor or regulate diet alone, but it is also important to make our bodyalways relaxed. Laughter can help to control blood pressure by reducing endocrine stress andcreating a relaxed condition to deal with relaxation.Objective: The general objective of the study was to determine the effect of laughter therapy ondecreasing elderly blood pressure in UPT Panti Wredha Budhi Dharma Yogyakarta.Methods: The design used in this study is a pre-experimental design study with one group pre-posttestresearch design where there is no control group (comparison). The population in this study wereelderly aged over> 60 years at 55 UPT Panti Wredha Budhi Dharma Yogyakarta. The method oftaking in this study uses total sampling. The sample in this study were 55 elderly. Data analysis wasused to determine the difference in blood pressure before and after laughing therapy with a ratio datascale that was using Pairs T-TestResult: There is an effect of laughing therapy on blood pressure in the elderly at UPT Panti WredhaBudhi Dharma Yogyakarta marked with a significant value of 0.000 (P <0.05)

This study aims to describe 1) the form of cohesion contained in the news Watching Sakinah Movies, UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise Students and 2) describing the forms of coherence contained in the news Watching Sakinah Film, Students of UIN Yogyakarta Give Praise. The subjects used in this study were news of watching Sakinah film, UIN Yogyakarta students giving praise, and the objects used were sentences containing grammatical cohesion, a form of lexical cohesion. The approach used in this study is a qualitative descriptive approach. The data in this study are sentences in the news of Watching Sakinah Movies, This student is a method of literature study. While the method of data analysis in this study is descriptive method analysis method, the method used to analyze and describe cohesion markers and analyze markers of coherence. Test The results of the study show that in the news of watching Sakinah films, UIN Yogyakarta Beri Pujian students have varied markers of cohesion and coherence in the Tebuireng Online news discourse. Cohesion markers were found to reference (3), substitution (1), ellipsis (2), conjunction (3), collocation (1), and markers of coherence found cause-effect relationships (2), relationship coherence suggestions — goals (1), coherence temporal relations (1), and coherence of causal relationships (1).

This study is aimed at (1) analyzing reading exercises based Bloom’s taxonomy for VIII grade in English on Sky textbook. (2) Found the distribution of the lower and higher order thinking skill in reading exercises. (3) To reason for level reading exercises. After analyzed the data, the result of the data analysis also infers that the six levels of Bloom’s taxonomy in reading exercises weren’t applied totally. The creating skill doesn’t have distribution in reading exercise, and the understanding – remembering level more dominant than another levels. The distribution of the higher order thinking level was lower than the lower order thinking level and the six levels are not appropriate with the proportion for each level of education based Bloom’s taxonomy, such as the distribution of the creating level in the reading exercise must be a concern because no question that belong to the creating level. It was concluded that reading exercises in English on Sky textbook cannot improve students' critical thinking skills for VIII grade.
