This research is motivated by the decreasing number of consumers of PT. Emico Mitra Cemerlang Medan in the period of 2020. The decline in the number of purchase decisions indicates that purchase decisions products from PT. Emico Mitra Cemerlang Medan by looking at the existing problems, this research is directed to analyze how to increase satisfaction with the support of increasing promotion, price and distribution channels. In this study, the criteria used are regular customers, what is meant by regular customers here are product users who have used PT. Emico Mitra Cemerlang Medan. The number of samples is determined based on the calculation of the slovin formula with a tolerable error rate of 10%, it will obtain a total sample of 100 people. The data analysis method used in this study is multiple regression. The result of the research shows that promotion, price and distribution channels have a positive and significant effect on purchase decisions. The author's suggestion is to improve purchase decisions by increasing promotion, maintaining purchase decisions and setting price that are more in line with customer abilities. PT. Emico Mitra Cemerlang Medan needs to maintain elements that have been considered good by customers and need to improve things that are still lacking. Clothing is very popular these days. Advertising and Personal Sales are very important for companies to promote and influence people to be interested in buying products. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of advertising on interest, to determine the effect of personal selling on buying interest, and to determine the effect of advertising and personal selling on Dr. Ricks Denim. The research method used is descriptive verification, a population of 19,500 people, with a sample of 100 respondents. The data analysis method uses multiple regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results obtained from advertising affect buying interest in Dr. Ricks Denim. Overall respondents indicated that Dr. Ricks Denim Advertising still needs to be improved because there are still some ranks below the average such as information about product clothing models, clothing sizes according to information. Personal sales affect Dr. buying interest Ricks Denim. Overall respondents are considered quite good, this shows that Personal Selling still needs to be improved because there are still a number of ratings below the average. Advertising and personal selling affect Dr.'s buying interest Denim Ricks simultaneously show that Ho was rejected. Thus Personal Advertising and sales can increase consumer buying interest.

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership style, motivation, salary, and incentiveson the performance of employees of PT. Cement Puger Jaya Raya Sentosa. The population inthis study were 238 employees. The total sample of 110 respondents was selected based onproportional sampling. The data analysis method in this study uses multiple linear regressionanalysis. The results showed that the leadership style variable had a significant effect onemployee performance motivational variables have no significant effect on employeeperformance; Employee salary variable significantly influences employee performance;Motivational variables significantly influence employee performance at PT.Cement PugerJaya Raya Sentosa. While the incentive variable has a significant negative effect on employeeperformance at PT.Cement Puger Jaya Raya Sentosa.

The purpose of this study was to obtain an empirical description of the influence of competence, workload, leadership on nurse performance jointly or partially. Sampling using the Probability Sampling technique, which is a technique of giving equal opportunities to all members of the population selected to be the sample. The sample in this study was 50. The research method used in this research is descriptive qualitative method and the data analysis method used is multiple regression. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that competence has a significant effect on nurse performance as indicated by a significance value

The determinants of customer satisfaction are service quality and price. Therefore, this study aimed to determine the effects of service quality and price on customer satisfaction. This research was conducted at a Forwarding Company, with a total sample of 78 respondents. Meanwhile, the data analysis method used was descriptive and multiple linear regression using SPSS 25. The results showed that service quality and price has a significant effect on customer satisfaction with a determination coefficient of 50%. Meanwhile, the remaining 50% is influenced by other variables, which have been widely studied. However, research in forwarding service companies is rarely conducted.

<p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK">ABSTRACT</p><p>The study aims to examine the influence of emotional intelligence and learning behavior towards accounting learning achievements. The population in this study is a student of education accounting study program year 2014. Total samples obtained some 71 students with a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis method used is multiple regression. The results proved that among emotional intelligence and learning behavior, only emotional intelligence had a positive effect on accounting learning achievements. These results indicate that students with good self-resilience can empathize and cooperate with others. This intelligence can support their success in implementing accounting concepts when they enter the workforce and various aspects of life.</p><p class="JurnalASSETSABSTRAK"><em>ABSTRAK</em><em></em></p><p><em>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh kecerdasan emosional dan perilaku belajar terhadap prestasi belajar akuntansi. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa program studi akuntansi pendidikan tahun 2014. Total sampel diperoleh sejumlah 71 siswa dengan teknik purposive sampling. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda. Hasilnya membuktikan bahwa di antara kecerdasan emosi dan perilaku belajar, hanya kecerdasan emosi yang memiliki efek positif pada prestasi belajar akuntansi. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa siswa dengan ketahanan diri yang baik dapat berempati dan bekerja sama dengan orang lain. Kecerdasan ini dapat mendukung keberhasilan mereka dalam menerapkan konsep akuntansi ketika mereka memasuki dunia kerja dan berbagai aspek kehidupan.</em></p>

Urgency of the research. One of the most essential sources of supporting regional and local development is the banking system. Target setting. The study presented describes cooperative banking, represented by Bank Polskiej Spółdzielczości S.A. and Bank Spółdzielczy w Kielcach. The use of the statistical data analysis method allowed to demonstrate the strong position of cooperative banking in the market, fostering regional and local development. Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. The foundations for the modern cooperative banking sector were laid by cooperative financial organisations functioning more than 150 years ago [Pawlik, 2017, s. 152]. Its history is connected with difficulties faced in the period of partitions, work at the foundations after the end of World War I and Poland’s regaining its national independence. Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. At present, cooperative banking functions as a result of the adoption by the Sejm of the Republic of Poland on 7 December 2000 of the act on the functioning of cooperative banks, their associations and associating banks, which ensured new legal conditions for the functioning of the sector2. The research objective. The article formulates the hypothesis that nowadays activities of cooperative banks will contribute to regional and local development. The statement of basic materials. The purpose of this study was to analize the impacts of service quality and customer value on the satisfaction of customers. Questionnaires are used to collect data from Boks Café customer in Bumiayu, Kabupaten Brebes, Central java by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that service quality and customer value positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that customer value was dominant than service quality in influencing the satisfaction of customers

The aim of this study was to analize the influence of services quality and corporate image on the satisfaction of customers. Primary data was obtained from customers of Standard Chartered Bank through admission filling of questionnaire by using scale of Likert. In this study, accident sampling method was used and data analysis method was simple linear regression and multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicated that services quality and corporate image positively and significant influenced the satisfaction of customers. The conclution of this study is that services quality was dominant than corporate image in influencing the satisfaction of customers.

The purpose of this study is to identify and understand the factors that can influence the intention to purchase through trust, price, and service quality on consumers Bhinneka.com. This research uses quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents Bhinneka.com. Data analysis method used in this research is simple and multiple regression analysis. The result shows that the three variables used have a positive influence on intention to purchase variable. The most dominant variables in explaining the variation of intention to purchase are service quality variable of 35.5%, the price of 17.2%, and trust of 24.6%.
