Public perception of immigration content at the TPI East Jakarta Class I Immigration Office is very important in determining the quality of information and understanding of immigration provided to the public by focusing on social media Instagram. With some literacy regarding public perceptions it can produce a public view of immigration content that has been disseminated through social media Instagram TPI Class I Immigration Office, East Jakarta. This can be used as study and learning material in seeing some of the shortcomings that must be addressed by the TPI East Jakarta Class I Immigration Office regarding public perceptions of immigration content. With the descriptive qualitative research method, it explains that there are still gaps or shortcomings of immigration content disseminated through social media Instagram TPI Class I Immigration Office, East Jakarta. So it is very necessary to make several further research studies related to public perceptions of immigration content so as to harmonize understanding between the information provider and the recipient of the information.

Public perceptions of the performance of the employees of the Pineleng Sub-District Office in the City of Minahasa were positive efforts from the people in Pineleng's sub-district to improve the services of the apartement of the Pineleng District Office. This study aims to (1) Describe the public perception of the quality of service in the office of the Pineleng District of Minahasa City in carrying out tasks in serving the community. The research method used is a qualitative research method. The results of this study stated that public perception of the organizational performance of the Pineleng Sub-District Office in Minahasa City for leadership was appreciated both because of the discipline shown by the leadership in the office. In the quality of service to the community is not optimal because: (1) Often found employees leave the place during service hours, (2) Employees are not quick to respond to the needs and suggestions given by the community.

The purpose of the study was to determine the influence in public perception, brand image and quality services to buying interest at PT. Asuransi Raksa Pratikara Jakarta. The research method is descriptive qualitative research method, data collection is done by using a questionnaire to respondents insurance customers Raksa Pratikara. Hipotesis used are H0 1 Hyphotesis allegedly there is influence between the public perception of the insurance buying interest. H0 2 Hyphotesis, allegedly there is influence of brand image with the insurance buying interest. H0 3 Hyphotesis, allegedly there is influence between service with the insurance buying interest raksa. Model of analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS-17 approach in processing the data. From these result it can be concluded that partial public perception, brand image and services positive and significant impact on the insurance buying interest Raksa Pratikara. R square value of 0.65 which means that the influence of variable public perception, brand image and service affect the insurance buying interest by 65 percent and the remaining 35 percent influenced by other factors. In partial assay result t1 count is greater than t table which means that people’s perceptions significantly influence buying interest insurance, text result t2 count is greater than t table which means the brand image significantly influence buying interest insurance Raksa Pratikara and t3 count is greater than t table service which means a significantly effect on the insurance buying interest Raksa Pratikara

Social media is no longer a taboo for Indonesian people, young and old all using social media, for example, Instagram. Instagram users have reached 56 millions and become the fourth largest country in the world beat Russia, Turkey, Japan, and United Kingdom (according to cuponation.co.id april 2019 sources). The writing of this article aims to describe the form of utilization from the Instagram account @ruang_bimbingan_konseling. The research method used was descriptive qualitative research method with uses data in the form of words and produces descriptions in the form of words. The results of this study show Instagram can be a medium for informing all information about guidance and counseling in the form of photos and videos. Instagram can be a solution in overcoming the lack of information about guidance and counseling, which raises the stigma to the public about guidance and counseling is the school police or just dealing with bad boys.

This paper presents results from a study in Aotearoa New Zealand 1 which explored the ideas of social work practitioners on public perceptions of social work and how to improve them. This qualitative research was part of a Master’s project for two of the authors and followed on from two previous quantitative studies on this topic in Aotearoa. In-depth, semi-structured interviews were conducted with 15 social work practitioners. Thematic analysis was used to create themes concerning what the perceived public perception was, what contributed to it, and how to improve it. The findings have implications for being better able to understand factors that contribute to the public perception of social work so that it may be improved, for increasing the public’s understanding of social work, and for recruitment of students into the profession.

Primary Tax Office Meulaboh (KPPP) has an important role in improving the performance of public services in terms of extension function, service, and supervision to taxpayers. If seen from the function of the Primary Tax Office Meulaboh it is helpful to the Directorate General of taxes in awaken the importance of taxes to the public. The problem in this research is how the performance of Primary Tax Office Meulaboh in increasing interest taxpayers. The purpose of this study is to determine the performance of Primary Tax Office Meulaboh in increasing interest taxpayers. The research method used in this research is qualitative research method with descriptive approach. The source of data in this study consists of primary and secondary data. Then the technique of collected data used interview, observation and documentary. The location of this study was conducted in the Primary Tax Office Meulaboh West Aceh. Based on the results of research in the discussion KPPP Meulaboh in improving performance attract taxpayers. First, productivity KPPP Meulaboh not achieve results in accordance with the vision and mission of the grounds are still no customer complaints. Second, the quality of service KPPP Meulaboh also not yet maximal, the reason there are still many queues. Third; The responsiveness of KPPP Meulaboh is not good, the responsibility of KPPP Meulaboh still not maximal in giving the requirement for the taxpayer. Further Accountability KPPP Meulaboh give good results, because the responsibility is carried out according to the procedures of KPPP Meulaboh. Keywords: performance, Primary Tax Office Meulaboh, taxpayers

This research aims to discuss a public response to education and prevention of COVID-19 on social media Instagram @satgascovididijatim and to discuss the effectiveness of media social Instagram as a medium for conveying information to the public. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a phenomenological approach. Data collection by observations, interviews, and documentation. There are two points to these research results. First, the Indonesian Doctor’s Association (IDI) of East Java conducts education and prevention of COVID-19 through the @satgascovidiidijatim Instagram account to the whole community especially the East Java community, to prevent the transmission of the coronavirus. Secondly, the community gives a response that is response cognitive, affective, and behavioral. This response states that Instagram account @satgascovididijatim is one of the effective media for delivering massage education and prevention COVID-19 to the public through social media Instagram.

This article aim to describe and analyze the Public Perceptions in Integrated Administration Service (PATEN) in Muara Jawa Sub-district Office of Kutai Kartanegara Regency. Research focus set, is public perception of service requirements, public perception of service procedure, public perception of timeliness,  public perception about facilities and infrastructure,  public perception, and public perception of technical implementers. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data analysis used is Interactive Model. The result of the research shows that the public perception about the integrated administration service of the sub-district (Patent), in Muara Jawa Sub-District Office of Kutai Kartanegara Regency aplikaif still not meet the expected qualification.Keyword : Public Perception, Administrative Service

The purpose of this study was to analyze public perceptions of public transportation in Malaysia. The type of research used is qualitative research. Data collection techniques are by observation, interview, and documentation, which then obtained data are analyzed using qualitative analysis. The results showed that people used various types of public transportation in Malaysia according to their daily needs. To avoid congestion, many people use trains, other than that people also often use buses, also now since the emergence of online transportation such as Grab, many people have also switched to using Grab, besides that, Taxis are usually used by people every day.

After the approval of the sales of IQOS in the United States market, discussions about IQOS have become active on social media. Twitter is a popular social media platform to understand public opinions toward IQOS. This study aims to explore public perceptions toward IQOS on Twitter in the United States. IQOS-related tweets from the United States between November 19, 2019, and August 24, 2020, were collected using a Twitter streaming application programming interface (API). Sentiment analysis was performed to determine whether the public perceptions toward IQOS were positive, neutral, or negative. In addition, topics discussed in these tweets were manually coded. From November 2019 to August 2020, the number of tweets discussing IQOS was relatively constant except for a peak starting from July 7, 2020, which lasted for 4 days. Among IQOS tweets with positive sentiments, the most popular topic is “IQOS is safer than cigarettes,” followed by “IQOS helps quit smoking.” Among tweets with negative sentiments, the most popular topic is “illegal marketing/selling to youth,” followed by “health risks/fire hazards.” “FDA approval/regulation” is the most popular topic for tweets with neutral sentiments. After the announcement of the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) enforcement policy on unauthorized flavored e-cigarette products on January 2, 2020, the proportion of tweets with positive attitudes toward IQOS significantly increased, while the proportion of negative tweets significantly decreased. Our study showed that the public perception of IQOS in the United States became more positive after the FDA enforcement policy on flavored e-cigarettes. While many Twitter users thought IQOS is safer than cigarettes and helps quit smoking, some Twitter users complained about the illegal marketing and health risks of IQOS. These findings provide useful information on future tobacco regulations.

This research discusses the social media Twitter, which can arouse awareness, and context sharing, which can make a tweet become viral and hotly discussed by many people, especially Twitter netizens. This research is motivated by the many uses of social media that tend to lead to actions that are inappropriate and negative. For this reason, the purpose of this study is to provide an explanation that the social media Twitter can inspire young people to provide information that is not only important but also provides profound and useful meaning. This study employs the qualitative research method and is based on phenomenology. Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the social media Twitter can get more positive feedback from the public, not only by helping others but also through other good things that can be followed by other Twitter users, especially the younger generation.
