The research purposes to measure the level of job satisfaction and motivation and its influence on employee engagement PNS administrative staff of Bandung State Polytechnic, amounting to 293 employees spread across 15 units and work.Determination by cluster random sampling technique method and samples were taken at random (random) that required 168 samples. Methods of research done by the survey, the data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the pegawaits. While the research model depicted in the form of the relationship between variables: Variable Satisfaction (X1) and work motivation (X2) on Employee Engagement (Y).The results generally show that the effect of the level of employee satisfaction "high", the level of employee motivation "very high", and the level of employee engagement "very high". Anova test results showed a difference in strata on aspects of job satisfaction, work motivation, and engagement of employees, but not significantly. Regression Test Results and Test t, partially shows that three variables affect each other positively. F test results and the coefficient of determination shows that simultaneous job satisfaction and motivation influence employee engagement.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the Influence Emotional Intelligent and Work Motivation  on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)  with Job Satisfaction as a Mediating variable (Study at  employees PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Surakarta). This study used 168 employees of  PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Surakarta. The sampling technique was done by using probability sampling. In this study  a model of analysis was Regression Analysis with path analysis. Hypothesis Test Results show Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Work Motivation has a significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Emotional Intelligence has a significant effect on OCB, Work Motivation has a significant on OCB, Job Satisfaction mediates Emotional Intelligence towards OCB, Job Satisfaction mediates Work Motivation towards Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). F test results are known the value of F = 125,764  significance of  0.000 <0.05, with the conclusion of the variables Emotional Intelligence, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction have a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The total coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.798 can be interpreted as variation in OCB Employees at PT. Pos Indonesia Persero Surakarta explained by the variables Emotional Intelligence, Work Motivation and Job Satisfaction of 79.8% and the remaining 20.2% is explained by other variables outside the variables studied in this study.Keyword: Emotional Intelligent, Work Motivation,  Job Satisfaction, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior.

The purpose of this research is to investigate the relationship between significance or know the academic efficacy and procrastination academic with achievement students academic of project study guidance and counseling, Teaching and Education Faculty University PGRI East Nusa Tenggara. The number of samples used in the study as much as 92 students drawn from population 1180 includes force 2009 as much as much as 102 students 2010 force 205 students, 2011 as much as 368 students, and force as many as 505 2012 student. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling technique. Tool collecting data using a detailed questionnaire with Likert scale, which consists of a detailed questionnaire for academic procrastination and academic efficacy. While the achievement of student learning is measured based on the CPI. The analysis used in this study is the technique of correlation of Product Moment with the help of SPSS Version 18.0. The first hypothesis test results showed that the relationship between academic procrastination and academic achievement, known (r) correlation coefficient between academic procrastination and academic achievement of 0.015 with p 0.890 > 0.05 negative correlation, direction and with the guidelines of the wear level of significance of 5%, obtained p 0.890 > 0.0.5 then correlation between academic procrastination and academic achievement is declared not significant. The second hypothesis test results showed a relationship between academic efficacy with academic achievement, known coefficient of correlation (r) between academic efficacy and academic achievement -0.004 0.970 > with p 0.05, direction correlation negative and wear guidelines significance level 5%, obtained p 0.970 > 0.05 then correlation between academic efficacy with academic achievement is expressed is not significant. While the third hypothesis test results showed the absence of significant correlation between academic procrastination and academic efficacy simultaneously toward academic achievement with the retrieved R square (coefficient of determination) of 0000, and the coefficient correlation of 0.015 with 0.990 > p 0.05. Further, it is known from the Fcount of 0.010 of Ftable of 3.10, so that H0 is accepted and Ha was rejected.

The research aims to (1) reveal the work motivation teachers in SMA Muhammadiyah 02 Tj. Sari Medan, (2) reveal the teacher communication at SMA Muhammadiyah 02 Tj. Sari Medan, and (3) reveal the contribution of work motivation to the teachers’ performance in high school Muhammadiyah 02 Tj. Sari Medan. Sample withdrawal is done by probability sampling technique using total sampling method, with the number of samples used is 27 people. Data is collected using a Likert scale that has been tested with validation and its reabilitations. Data in analysis with simple regression techniques. The results of the first hypothesis analysis showed that the correlation coefficient between the work motivation variable (X1) and performance (Y) amounted to 0.263 thus the relationship is relatively weak. Meanwhile, based on the above summary of visible coefficient of determination (R2) obtained from the calculation of 0.069 which gives the meaning that the work motivation (X1) contributes to the contribution of 0.069 x 100% = 6.9% against performance (Y).

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the work discipline Resort Dangau Singkawang. This deskritptif study used a sample of the population and the use of questionnaires as the principal means of collecting data. The population is all employees at the Resort loom Singkawang. The sample is taken using a sampling technique that is saturated sampling technique when all members of the population used as a sample. Analysis techniques used in this research is to use a simple linearregression. The results showed that job satisfaction have an influence on work discipline which the test results showed 23.504 F count> F table 4.034. And has a significance value of 0.000, which is smaller than 0.05. Simple Linear Regression equations showed the following results, y = 0.893 + 0.840 X. The regression coefficient (β) 0.893 explained that when employee satisfaction at Resort Dangau Singkawang amounted to 0 (zero), then the discipline of employees at Resort loom Singkawang by 0,893. If the jobsatisfaction of employees at the Resort loom Singkawang increased by one unit then the discipline of employees at the Resort loom Singkawang will increase by 0.840 units. Correlation and Determination of test results showed that the value of R = 0.562, while the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) obtained at 0.315. This means that 31.5% (1 x 0.315 x 100%) of employees at the Resort Dangau Singkawang can be explained by employee satisfaction at Resort loom Singkawang, while the remaining 68.5% (1 to 0.315 x 100 %) employees' discipline Resort loom Singkawang is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Human resources play an important and strategic role in determining company policy. Superior human resources are required to carry out their duties in a quality and good manner. Human resources need to be well-managed and emphasised so that employees can feel satisfaction at work. Job satisfaction is vital upon measuring the work performance. If the employee is satisfied with the job, the work performance will be better. Job satisfaction also becomes an indicator for the company survival. The purpose of this study is to analyse the significance of the influence of leadership style, work motivation, and work environment on employees’ job satisfaction. This type of study is survey research on the employees at PT Tri Usaha Sejahtera Pratama company. The study population included 800 people. The research sample was 80 employees, which comprised 32 male and 48 female respondents. The sample is taken using the proportional cluster random sampling technique with criteria based on their education background and working period. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis, T-test, model accuracy test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that all variables, including leadership style, work motivation, and work environment have positive influence towards employees’ job satisfaction. The leadership style, work motivation, and work environment have an essential effect on job satisfaction of the employees at PT Tri Usaha Sejahtera Pratama company. Therefore, it can be concluded that job satisfaction at PT Tri Usaha Sejahtera Pratama company can be measured using three variables: leadership style, work motivation, and work environment

Technological developments are things that must be followed by companies to achieve a competitive advantage to improve performance. To achieve and improve performance, companies need active employee engagement by encouraging motivation and fulfilling their job satisfaction. This study aims to analyze the effect of motivation and job satisfaction on performance with employee engagement as a mediating variable. The research sample is Information Technology (IT) companies located in the cities of Jakarta and Bandung, Indonesia. Research respondents are system developers who handle system development activities for a project or part of an ongoing project. By using the convenience sampling technique 103 responses were obtained from IT developers. The research model analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) with SMART PLS Ver 3.0 software. Empirical findings prove that motivation has a positive effect on the performance of IT employees, while job satisfaction is independent. Employee engagement does not directly affect employee performance, but the effect of mediation through motivation and job satisfaction can have a significant effect on employee performance. The research findings have managerial implications, in increasing high employee involvement, motivation needs to be encouraged to be more active and innovative, and facilitate the achievement of the desired results. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the work environment on employee motivation at PT. Permata Borneo Lestari Mempawah Regency. The number of samples used in this study was 70 people.The data analysis techniques in this study are Simple Linear Regression Analysis, Correlation Coefficient Analysis (r), Determination Coefficient Analysis (R2), Feasibility Test Regression Model (Test F). the results of this study note that the regression equation Y = 2,983 + 0,387X. The value of the Correlation Coefficient (r) is 0,466, which means that the relationship between the work environment and employee motivation at PT. Permata Borneo Lestari Mempawah Regency is medium. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 0,217. it means that the contribution of the variable Work Environment in influencing the ups and downs of Work Motivation of employees at PT. Permata Borneo Lestari Mempawah Regency is 21,7% and the remaining 78,3% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study. The calculated F value is 18,889. This is higher than f table which is worth 3,98. it means that the linear regression model can be used to predict the value of Employee A motivation that is influenced by the Work Environment at PT. Permata Borneo Lestari Mempawah Regency.

Researchers conducted observations at SMP Batik Surakarta with the object of teacher research as a sample in order to determine the relationship between work motivation, job satisfaction and compensation with teacher performance. The research method is in the form of survey research using quantitative research with a sample size of about 48 teachers. The data collection method used a questionnaire with a saturated sampling technique. Processing of data using the SPSS program using multiple regression equation analysis tools. The results of the analysis can be obtained that the variables of motivation, job satisfaction and compensation have a simultaneous effect on the performance of teachers of SMP Batik Surakarta. Motivation has a significant effect on the performance of teachers in SMP Batik Surakarta. Job Satisfaction has a significant effect on the teacher performance of SMP Batik Surakarta. Compensation has a significant effect on the performance of teachers at SMP Batik Surakarta. The results of the observation show that simultaneously the independent variables which include work motivation, job satisfaction and compensation have a relationship with teacher performance. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of career development on job satisfaction mediated by work motivation. The object of research at PT Tenma Indonesia Surya Cipta Karawang Industrial Estate. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with SEM Smart PLS software as an analysis tool. The number of samples obtained by sampling technique with saturated samples amounted to 92 respondents. Data collection was carried out using Google Forms in filling out online surveys. The data analysis method used is the R-square test, Bootstrapping, Path Coefficient, and Specific indirect effects. The results of this study indicate that career development has an effect on job satisfaction, career development has a positive and significant influence on work motivation, work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, work motivation can have a positive influence in mediating the relationship between career development and job satisfaction in employees. Credit risk is the inability of the customer to pay installments on time or due. This study aims to determine the effect of interest rates and the total value of collateral, on the risk of bad credit. Data obtained from published financial statements published by IDX with the period of 2013 to 2017. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The number of samples is 4 banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression, correlation, and coefficient of determination to obtain a comprehensive picture of the relationship between variables one with other variables. Based on testing the hypothesis by using the statistical t-test and the F test results showed that the interest rate has no effect and is not significant to bad credit, while the guarantee value has a positive and significant effect on bad credit and simultaneously there is a significant influence of interest rates and collateral value on bad credit
