This study aims to analyze the influence of the work environment on professionalism, analyzing the effect of individual characteristics on professionalism, analyzing the effect of professionalism on pilot performance, analyzing the influence of the work environment on pilot performance with professionalism as an intervening variable and analyzing the influence of individual characteristics on pilot performance in Lion Air with professionalism as an intervening variable. The number of samples in this study were 165 respondents. The data analysis technique used path analysis. The results of the analysis show that the work environment has an effect on professionalism. Individual characteristics affect professionalism. The work environment affects pilot performance. Individual characteristics have an effect on pilot performance. The work environment affects the pilot's performance with professionalism as an intervening variable. Individual characteristics affect pilot performance with professionalism as an intervening variable.

The purpose of this study was to analyze: 1) Effect of leadership style on the work environment, 2) Effect of leadership style on work achievement motivation, 3) Effect of work environment on achievement motivation, 4) Effect of work environment on work ethic, 5) Effect of leadership style on work ethic, 6) Effect of achievement motivation on work ethic. The population of this study were all employees of the Ministry of Religion of the City of Payakumbuh, amounting to 95 people. The number of samples is 49 people. The data analysis technique for testing the hypothesis is path analysis. Research found that: 1) Leadership style has a significant effect on the work environment. 2) Leadership style has a significant effect on achievement motivation. 3) The work environment has a significant effect on employee achievement motivation. 4) Leadership style has a significant effect on work ethic. 5) The work environment has a significant effect on employee work ethics. 6) Motivation for achievement has a significant effect on work ethic. Judging from the direct or indirect influence of the Effect of Leadership Style, Work Environment and Achievement Motivation on the Work Ethic of the Ministry of Religion of Payakumbuh, it is found that the work environment has the greatest influence, namely 26.41%

The purpose of this study is to explain and obtain empirical evidence about the effect of trust on perceived usefulness, the effect of trust and perceived usefulness on buying interest. The population in this study is consumers in the city of Denpasar who have an interest in buying fashion products at the online store Zalora. The number of samples used in this study were 110 respondents. The data analysis technique used in this research is Path Analysis. The results showed that trust has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness, trust has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on consumer buying interest, and perceived usefulness positively and significantly mediates the effect of trust in consumer buying interest. This has the meaning that consumers who already have confidence in Zalora's online store fashion products, then supported by the perception of good benefits for consumers, can increase consumer buying interest in the online site Zalora. Job achievement is very important for an organization or company to achieve its goals. The expected goal can be achieved through this research is to see the Effect of Mutation and Job Training on Job spirit And Its Impact at Ministry of Religion Office Of, Cilegon. The sample in this research were 100 employees of Cilegon city ministry office of total population of 339 employees. Data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results show that there is a significant influence between mutation, job training system and job spirit partially. Job mutations (X1) and job training (X2) affect job spirit (Z) by 85 percent, and the rest are influenced by other variables. Furthermore there is also significant influence between work mutation, job training and work morale on job performance partially, where the influence of 78,5 percent, and the rest influenced by other variables Keywords: mutation, job training, morale, employee achievement

The increasing number of tourist visits to Bali makes the tendency of tourists to buy Balinese souvenirs, this will affect the sales of Balinese souvenirs which are a measure of the producers' marketing performance. The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of product innovation in mediating the effect of market orientation on marketing performance. The sample used was 100 people. Data was collected by distributing questionnaires directly and using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used is path analysis (path analysis) and sobel test. The results of the analysis show that market orientation has a positive and significant effect on product innovation and marketing performance. Product innovation has a positive and significant effect on marketing performance. Product innovation plays a significant role in mediating the effect of market orientation on marketing performance. This study aims to see the effect of motivation and work environment on employee performance with work discipline as a mediating variable for the employees of the Bagelen District Office. The population for this study were employees of the Bagelen District Office, Purworejo Regency. The sample used was 45 respondents. The technique used in this research is saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used the SPSS 25 application. This study used a quantitative approach. The test instruments used in the study were validity and reliability tests. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive analysis, classical assumption test, normality test, multicolinearity test, heteroscedasticity test. The hypothesis test used in this study is the t test. The results showed that extrinsic motivation has a positive effect on employee performance, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance, work discipline has a positive effect on employee performance, extrinsic motivation has a positive effect on employee performance through work discipline, the work environment has a positive effect on employee performance through work discipline. Morale for employees has a big impact on company productivity. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of transformational leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture on employee morale at BPR Angsa Sedanayoga in Batubulan Gianyar partially and simultaneously. This research was conducted at BPR Angsa Sedanayoga in Batubulan Gianyar. The number of samples was set at 41 respondents. The data analysis technique used multiple regression. Based on the analysis, it was found that transformational leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on employee morale at BPR Angsa Sedanayoga in Batubulan Gianyar partially and simultaneously. The suggestion in this research is that the management of BPR Angsa Sedanayoga pays more attention to employee morale in terms of transformational leadership style, work environment, and organizational culture.

The purpose of this study was to determine the analysis of the influence of motivation, work environment, and work morale mediation on employee performance at Metro Kampus Yogyakarta. The sample in this study is part of the target population is 100 employees of Metro Yogyakarta Campus, where the sample is determined by the Slovin formula. The data was collected using a questionnaire or questionnaire collection method. The data analysis technique used is the regression technique which is supported by t-test and classical assumptions, the data that has been obtained are processed using SPSS 21. The results of this study indicate that motivation has a positive and significant effect on morale or performance in accordance with the significance test carried out by the test. -t and obtained tcount> ttable (6.089> 1.67722) and (2.987> 1.67722) with a  = 0.05 so that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on morale or performance according to the significance test which was carried out by t-test and obtained tcount> ttable (4.273> 1.67722) and (2.037> 1.67722) with a  = 0.05 so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted, morale had a positive and significant effect on performance in accordance with the test. The significance was carried out by t-test and obtained tcount> ttable (2.560> 1.67722) with a  = 0.05 so that Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted.

This study aims to determine the influence of motivation, reward and work environment on commitment and its impact on performance (Study on Teachers and Staffs at SD Al Baitul Amien 01 and 02 Jember). Research aim to analyze influence of 1) Brand Awareness on Trust, 2) Brand Image on Trust, 3) Brand Awareness on Purchase Intention, 4) Brand Image on Purchase Intention, 5) Trust on Purchase Intention, 6) Brand awareness on Purchase Intention through Trust, 7) Brand image on Purchase Intention through Trust on sharia bank product. Sample has taken by using purposive sampling technique with 328 respondents. Data analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The research showed that brand awareness has positive and not significant effect on trust, brand image has positive and significant effect on trust, brand awareness has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand image has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, trust has positive and significant effect on purchase intention, brand awareness has not significant effect on purchase intention through trust, brand image has significant effect on purchase intention through trust. The implication of this research would benefit to the management of sharia banking to formulating strategy for increasing market share of sharia banking in Indonesia.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of capital, labor, and raw materials on production in the ukir kayu industry in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. The data analysis technique used in this study is path analysis. Capital, labor and raw materials directly have a positive and significant effect on production in the wood carving industry in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. Capital, labor, raw materials and production directly have a positive and significant effect on income in the carving woodwork industry in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency. Capital, labor, and raw materials have an indirect effect on income through the value of production in the carving woodwork industry in Sukawati District, Gianyar Regency.
