Noise sources can be found in the work environment. Physical stressors such as noise can cause various health problems. One of the psychological disorders found as a result of noise is work stress. PT. Bintang Intipersada has a fairly high noise intensity. So the researchers wanted to find the relationship of noise intensity with work stress levels in workers. This research method was observational analytic with a cross-sectional approach conducted at PT. Bintang Intipersada Shipyard Batam. The sampling technique was purposive sampling with a population of 100 workers in 2019 and obtained the results of 61 workers determined by the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The results of the study were analyzed using the Spearman test. The results of this study found that workers who were exposed to noise intensity ≤85 dBA and experienced mild work stress by 15 (68.2%) people, workers who were exposed to noise intensity ≤85 dBA and experienced moderate work stress by 5 (22.7% ) people, then workers who are exposed to noise intensity ≤85 dBA and experience heavy work stress as much as 2 (9.1%) people. Whereas workers who were exposed to noise intensity> 85 dBA and experienced light work stress by 3 (7.7%) people, workers who were exposed to noise intensity> 85 dBA and experienced moderate work stress by 9 (23.1%) people, then workers exposed to noise intensity> 85 dBA and experiencing heavy work stress as many as 27 (69.2%) workers. Spearman analysis results obtained significance value p = 0,000. This figure is significant because the p-value is smaller than the significance level (α) = 5% (0.05). Correlation value (r) is 0.667 which means strong correlations. So it can be concluded that there is a strong and meaningful relationship between noise intensity with work stress levels. Based on this study it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between noise intensity with the level of work stress on workers.

A semi structured interview questionnaire consisting of the Modified Caregiver Strain Index was used to assess the burden of care among mothers having children with CHD. Frequency and percent were used to describe the variables and chi- square test at 0.05 significance level was used to analyse associations. Results: Most (77.9%) of the mothers were regularly strained to find that their children’s health condition was deteriorating due to CHD. Nearly half (44.2%) of the mothers always had financial constrain while giving care to the child, nearly half (40%) of the mothers had done emotional adjustments to take care of their children with CHD, another two-fifths (28.4%) of the mothers sometimes had disturbed sleep and almost half (46.3%) of the mothers were always upset due to some behaviour of their child with CHD. Similarly, the type of family (p value = 0.005), age of the children (p value = 0.000) and type of CHD (p value = 0.002) were significantly associated with the level of burden of care among the mothers. The percentage of families in Lapulu Village that had healthy latrines was 64,84% who met the health requirements and 35,16% who did not meet the health requirements in 2019. This shows that the ownership of healthy latrines is still lower than the national achievement. This study aims to determine the factors associated with low ownership of healthy latrines in the coastal areas of Lapulu Village, Kendari City. The research design was observational, with a cross-sectional approach. The population in this study was 437 respondents, while the study sample was 209 respondents. The sampling technique used was proportional random sampling technique. The analysis were performed using the Chi-Square test. The results of statistical tests with chi-square obtained the value of land availability (p-value=0,000), knowledge (p-value=0,031), and income (p-value=0,000). It can be concluded that there is a relationship between land availability, knowledge, and income levels associated with low ownership of healthy latrines in the tidal area of Lapulu Village, Kendari City.
