Each company must manage the administration of existing letters in the company / office effectively so that it does not interfere with company operations. Procedures are a series of tasks that are integrated in an integrated manner with one another.Citeras village office employees have an important role in serving the administrative needs of the Citeras village community for writing correspondence to and from various institutions, the general public and organizations. Many letters are made and received by village office employees that require structuring, filing and filing letters / documents so that they can be neatly and well organized.The method of implementing this community partnership program activity is the method of participation, namely collaboration between the service team and Citeras village officials. This method is used so that partners can apply it at the village office after training on filing of letter / document archives at the village office so that administration at the village office is neatly organized and there is no difficulty finding the required incoming or outgoing mail archives.Assistance to village office employees is carried out so that the skills of village office employees can increase, this can be seen from the results of the questionnaire and the neat and good administration of the village office. It is hoped that a good administrative arrangement can be maintained so that the community can be served as expected by the government, namely providing the best for the community.

The Community Partnership Program aimed to provide direct benefits to people's lives in the social and economic fields and to improve the quality of resources through the empowerment of the women of the PKK and Karang Taruna groups in Dukuh IV Cerme, Panjatan, Kulon Progo Regency by utilizing natural ingredients in around his residence. This activity was expected to solve the problems in the partner villages, namely the source of income for the community is only dominated by the agricultural sector, the natural potential of the village that has not been used properly, lack of skills in managing the potential of the village, the majority of the residents of Dukuh VI Cerme are housewives who have minimal income. The Community Partnership Program consists of two activities, namely the training in making ecoprints by utilizing natural materials in the neighborhood around Dukuh VI Cerme, Panjatan and making audio-visual videos on how to make ecoprints. The Partnership Program activity is expected to be carried out continuously so that it can be an additional livelihood for the local community because the selling value of the ecoprint product is still quite high on the market. Keywords: Ecoprint; Income; Natural Ingredient; Kulonprogo

ABSTRAK Kegiatan Program Kemitraan Masyarakat dengan judul “Bagaimana membangun kehidupan spiritual selama masa pandemik COVID-19” diawali dengan fenomena yang ada saat ini mengenai COVID-19. Fenomena yang ada menunjukkan jika masyarakat belum siap menerima perubahan yang terjadi akibat kondisi pandemi. Perubahan yang terjadi meliputi kebijakan baru dari pemerintah yaitu PSBB (Pembatasan Sosial Berskala Besar). Kebijakan baru ini diadakan sebagai tindak lanjut dari peningkatan jumlah warga yang terinfeksi dan meninggal akibat COVID-19. Hal ini juga berdampak pada perputaran sektor ekonomi, masyarakat ketakutan berpergian, salah satunya termasuk pergi ke tempat ibadah. Dibutuhkan kesiapan mental bagi masyarakat dalam menghadapi masa pandemic COVID-19. Upaya dalam membangun kehidupan spiritual di masa pandemik COVID-19 dilakukan dengan meningkatkan komunikasi atau silahturahmi, mengurangi paparan berita dari berbagai media, membaca kitab suci, meluangkan waktu untuk beribadah, dan mendengarkan siraman rohani. Salah satu hal positif dalam pandemi ini ialah memperbanyak kesempatan untuk semakin dekat dengan Tuhan yang jika selama ini waktu lebih terkuras habis dengan pekerjaan. Kehidupan spiritual Karakter yang kuat akan meningkatkan spiritual dalam diri masing-masing untuk menghadapi keadaan yang sulit di masa pandemik.   ABSTRACT The Community Partnership Program activity entitled "How to build a spiritual life during the COVID-19 pandemic period" begins with the current phenomenon regarding COVID-19. The existing phenomenon shows that the community is not ready to accept the changes that occur due to pandemic conditions. Changes that occur include a new policy from the government, namely PSBB (Large-Scale Social Restrictions). This new policy was held as a follow-up to the increase in the number of people infected and dying from COVID-19. This also has an impact on the rotation of the economic sector, people are afraid to travel, one of which includes going to places of worship. It takes mental readiness for the community to face the COVID-19 pandemic. Efforts to build a spiritual life during the COVID-19 pandemic have been carried out by increasing communication or friendship, reducing exposure to news from various media, reading holy books, taking time to worship, and listening to spiritual sermons. One of the positive things in this pandemic is that there are more opportunities to get closer to God, who if all this time has been drained more by work. Spiritual life A strong character will enhance each other's spirituality to face the difficult circumstances of the pandemic.

Community Partnership Program (PKM) is an activity to empower community members as a form of partnership among academia, the community and the government. The program aims to improve the skills, production and welfare of the community. The program's target partners are located in the village of Darunu, Wori District, North Minahasa Regency. Geographically located on the coast with potential for marine fisheries that have the potential to be developed. The village is categorized as a fishing community, where around 30% are classified as poor families and have a small business as fish sellers of fish processors. The specific target of activities is to produce superior diversified products in terms of taste, sanitation and hygiene, as well as to provide business continuity for diversification of fish meatball products, dragon legs, and fish nuggets. The issue that has to be solved is that how to utilize  fishery products  during abundant harvests. The methods applied in this program are 1) Training of how to produce fish products using good manufacturing practices;  2) Mentoring and evaluation on the way the partners handling fish product.

Lontar Tourism Village, Hendrosari Village, Menganti Subdistrict, Gresik Regency is located in the range of 15 Km from the center of Gresik. The locals are very creative by continuing their culinary innovations besides Legen and dawet siwalan to the grilled chicken menu as a companion. The community's huge interest in the typical culinary of Hendrosari Village is then continued with the development of the tourist village of Lontar Sewu Nature & Culinary Tourism Village. There is a jogging track built to cross the palm plantations, a traditional culinary center of Gresik and a tourist attraction for game rides and a great place for selfies.Physically, the development of the tourism village has been completed and began to operate, but there are still many stakeholders, especially the main activists of the Tourism Village and the community still need guidance as to how they are able to optimize the potential of the tourist village in their place through entrepreneurship. How to take the right steps so that the local wisdom of this tourism village is able to significantly strengthen the superiority of the product which is expected to be able to raise economic independence in the village of Hendrosari.This problem then became the basis of the Community Partnership Program (PKM) in Hendrosari village. Through this program, the main activists of the Tourism Village consisting of Bumdes, PKK cadres, Karang Taruna cadres and the Tourism Village Activity Organizing Committee and the community will be given a briefing to foster entrepreneurial spirit enhancing the competitiveness of MSME products, the Lontar Tourism Village, Hendrosari Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency .The purpose of carrying out PKM activities are; 1. Growing the entrepreneurial spirit of the community of Hendrosari village 2. Increasing the product competitiveness of the community of the village of Hendrosari. The method used is the lecture and discussion method, technology transfer and demonstration method.Through coaching in the PKM program, it is expected that the main activists in the Tourism Village and the community will be able to foster an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to increase the competitiveness of the MSME products of the Lontar Tourism village community, Hendrosari Village, Menganti District, Gresik Regency.

This article aims to find out the developmentidea or paradigm through village financial management based on Law Number 6 of 2014 concerning Villages. In this study, the researcher used a normative research methodby examining the village regulations in depth. Primary legal materials are authoritatuve legal materials in the form of laws and regulations. Village dependence is the most obvious violence against village income or financial sources. Various financial assistance from the government has made the village dependent on financial sources from the government. The use of regional development funds is intended to support activities in the management of Regional Development organizations. Therefore, development funds should be managed properly and smoothly, as well as can be used effectively to increase the people economy in the regions. This research shows that the law was made to regulate and support the development of local economic potential as well as the sustainable use of natural resources and the environment, and that the village community has the right to obtain information and monitor the planning and implementation of village development.

Sektor pariwisata yang saat ini sedang banyak diminati masyarakat adalah konsep pariwisata pedesaan, seperti desa wisata. Di Gresik sendiri terdapat banyak sekali wisata yang dikembangkan oleh Pemerintah melalui Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau BUMDes seperti Desa Wisata Lontar Sewu di Desa Hendrosari. Berawal dari potensi desa yang apabila dikembangkan secara optimal dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat sekitar sehingga mampu meningkatkan perekonomian masyakat Desa Hendrosari. Sebab itu perlu untuk dilakukan penelitian lebih jauh mengenai pentingnya pemberdayaan masyarakat. Sehingga penting untuk dilakukan pemberdayaan masyarakat dimana di Desa Hendrosari terdapat sumber daya alam yang mumpuni untuk dikelola sehingga jika dikelola lebih baik bisa untuk menambah pendapatan desa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan fokus penelitian menggunakan teori Pemberdayaan Masyarakat oleh Tim Delivery (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Karena pada awalnya dahulu desa hendrosari terkenal dengan desa penghasil minuman fermentasi sehingga konotasi dari Desa Hendrosari lebih ke arah negatif. Sehingga dengan adanya program kerja tersebut mampu mengubah image masyarakat tentang desa tersebut menjadi desa wisata. Masyarakat Desa Hendrosari mempunyai peran penting untuk melestarikan dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada seperti sumber daya alam dan sumber daya manusia. Sehingga mereka memiliki peran penting dalam tindakan pengambilan keputusan, mempengaruhi serta memberi manfaat bagi kondisi lingkungan yang ada disekitar. Pengelolaan yang baik menghasilkan tempat wisata yang dikenal dengan nama lontar sewu. Dengan adanya tempat wisata baru tersebut menghasilkan banyak pemberdayaan masyarakat melalui pengembangan desa wisata lontar sewu. Kata kunci :Lontar Sewu, Desa Hendrosari, Desa Wisata, Pemberdayaan Masyarakat,   The tourism sector which is currently in great demand by the public is the concept of rural tourism, such as a tourist village. In Gresik itself, there are lots of tours developed by the Government through Village-Owned Enterprises or BUMDes such as Lontar Sewu Tourism Village in Hendrosari Village. Starting from the potential of the village which, if developed optimally, can increase the income of the surrounding community so as to improve the economy of the Hendrosari Village community. Therefore it is necessary to conduct further research on the importance of community empowerment. So it is important to do community empowerment where in Hendrosari Village there are natural resources that are qualified to be managed so that if they are managed better they can increase village income. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach with a research focus using the theory of community empowerment by the delivery team (Totok Mardikanto, 2013: 125-127). Because in the beginning, Hendrosari Village was known as a village that produced fermented drinks, so the connotation of Hendrosari Village was more negative. So that the existence of this work program is able to change the image of the community about the village into a tourist village. The Hendrosari Village community has an important role to play in preserving and developing existing potentials such as natural and human resources. So that they have an important role in decision-making actions, influence and benefit the surrounding environmental conditions. Good management produces a tourist spot known as lontar sewu. With this new tourist spot, it has resulted in a lot of community empowerment through the development of the Lontar Sewu tourism village. Klungkung Regency is not only famous for producing songket and endek fabrics, but there are still many other Micro, Small, Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) that have been born and developed there. Semarapura Kaja Village is one of the MSME centers which certainly has a lot of potential that must be supported and developed so that it can become bigger and more independent. However, not all of these MSMEs have adequate capital, strategies, and support to be able to develop rapidly so that synergy and collaboration with the government and other parties are needed to overcome these problems. One solution that can be offered is to carry out promotional activities with interactive advertising language to attract consumer interest through online media in the hope of expanding market share and of course increasing income for MSME in Semarapura Kaja Village. This Community Partnership Program (PKM) educates and assists MSME to create good promotion and marketing strategies, either through print or online media. Assistance in optimizing the use of interactive advertising language in making online advertisements for superior products in Semarapura Kaja Village is targeting MSME who sell Balinese traditional clothing as one of the characteristics of Klungkung Regency which is the center of MSME traditional clothing. In its implementation, it was found that people are still very ignorant not only about advertising language but also with how to create, manage, and develop social media for promotion because there are still social media such as: Instagram and Facebook that are not effective and even not active in uploading content so that the form of implementation of assistance is direct and not in groups to maximize the results. MSMEs that are partners in the Community Partnership Program (PKM) are Dex's Pong and Tri Arta Collection. MSME have been assisted to socialize the importance of professionally managed social media with interactive advertising language, how to create attractive visual content for potential customers, to the importance of publication in print or online media. It is hoped that MSME will be able to consciously and independently promote their products in the future through the media consistently and continuously.

Village government is the lowest level of government in the Government of the Republic of Indonesia. Its existence is very strategic for the implementation of programs of the central government, local government, and the wishes of the village community, so that the village government can help create a balance between the goals desired by the state and those desired by the people, namely the welfare of the people. For this reason, the role of village government officials is important to achieve the success of implementing village government tasks. In fact, there are still many village government officials who have not been able to carry out their duties and authorities properly and correctly. How are efforts to strengthen the role of village government officials so that they are able to carry out their duties and authority properly and correctly? One effort that can be done is to provide technical guidance to village government officials regarding village governance, the duties and authorities of village government officials, as well as the preparation of village regulations. Through this activity, it is hoped that the role of the village government apparatus in carrying out their duties and authorities will be strong, so that their duties and authorities can be carried out properly and correctlyABSTRAK;Pemerintahan desa adalah tingkat pemerintahan terendah di dalam Pemerintahan Negara Republik Indonesia. Keberadaannya sangat strategis bagi penerapan program pemerintah pusat, pemerintah daerah, dan keinginan masyarakat desa, sehingga pemerintah desa dapat membantu terciptanya keseimbangan tujuan yang diinginkan oleh negara dan yang diinginkan oleh rakyat yaitu kesejahteraan rakyat. Untuk itu peran aparatur pemerintahan desa menjadi penting untuk mencapai keberhasilan pelaksanaan tugas pemerintahan desa. Pada kenyataannya masih banyak aparatur pemerintahan desa yang belum dapat melaksanakan tugas dan wewenangnya dengan baik dan benar. Bagaimana upaya menguatkan peran aparatur pemerintahan desa, agar mampu menjalankan tugas dan wewenangnya secara baik dan benar? Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan adalah memberikan bimbingan teknis kepada aparatur pemerintahan desa mengenai pemerintahan desa, tugas dan wewenang aparatur pemerintah desa, maupun penyusunan peraturan desa. Melalui kegiatan ini diharapkan peran aparatur pemerintahan desa dalam melaksanakan tugas dan wewenangnya menjadi kuat, sehingga tugas dan wewenangnya dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik dan benar.

AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menggambarkan mekanisme sistem bagi hasil yang ada pada sektor pertanian khususnya pada tanaman jeruk siam (Citrus nobilis), dan juga manfaat mekanisme ini bagi masyarakat. Kerjasama dengan menggunakan sistem bagi hasil sudah dilakukan masyarakat daerah pedesaan sejak dulu. Dalam sistem bagi hasil, ada berbagai mekanisme kerjasama antara pemilik lahan, dan penggarap, mekanisme kerjasama itu antara lain Maro, Mertelu, dan Merpat. Penelitian dalam artikel ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif yang dilakukan di Desa Tegalsari Kecamatan Tegalsari Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Teknik observasi serta wawancara digunkan untuk memperoleh data di penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini diperoleh hasil yang menyatakan bahwa sistem bagi hasil juga dapat menumbuhkan solidaritas dan integrasi sosial, selain menunjukan peningkatan perekonomian yang menjadi tujuan utama sistem ini. Hal itu dibuktikan dengan adanya rasa peduli, saling percaya, saling membantu antara pemilik lahan dan penggarap jika mengalami kesulitan. Meskipun demikian, peran serta pihak lain seperti pemerintah juga tetap diperlukan agar hubungan baik antara kedua belah pihak dapat tetap terjaga.Kata kunci: Pertanian, Sistem Bagi Hasil, Solidaritas, Integrasi Sosial.AbstractThis study aims to describe the production sharing system in agriculture, especially in the Citrus nobilis plant, and its benefits in community life. The profit-sharing system is a form of cooperation that has existed and been carried out by the village community for a long time. In the profit-sharing system, there are various cooperation mechanisms between landowners and tenants. The cooperation mechanisms include Maro, Mertelu, and Merpat. The research in this article is a qualitative research conducted in Tegalsari Village, Tegalsari District, Banyuwangi Regency. Data collection was carried out by interview and observation techniques. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the cooperation agreement with the profit-sharing system not only improves the economy, but also fosters solidarity and social integration in society. This is evidenced by a sense of care, mutual trust, and mutual assistance between landowners and tenants when experiencing difficulties. Even so, the participation of other parties such as the government is still needed so that good relations between the two parties can be maintained.Keywords: Agriculture, Profit Sharing, Solidarity, Social Integration.
