The marketing strategy carried out by the company has an impact called marketing performance. and evaluation of benchmarks is something that is very much needed. To get an evaluation as well as a benchmark, a marketing performance measurement is needed. One of the tools to measure marketing performance is marketing materials where in this measurement there is a calculation of financial metrics. Measurement with financial metrics is usually oriented to measuring profitability with financial ratios of profit on sales from the business carried out by SD Baiturrahman. The method used in this research is descriptive analysis research with a quantitative approach. Where this research will explore the company's performance which is calculated through the marketing metric of profit on sales. Based on this research, the marketing strategy process carried out by Baiturrahman Elementary School to increase the interest of parents to send their children to school is by conducting strategic analysis and internal and external analysis of the company, conducting strategic planning, and developing marketing programs.

This study aims to: (1) develop thematic textbooks based on local wisdom of our best friend's environmental theme material for grade V elementary school students, (2) Know the validity, practicality and effectiveness of thematic textbooks based on local wisdom of our best friend's environmental theme material for grade students V elementary school. The development of thematic textbook learning media based on local wisdom uses the Research and Development (R & D) method. The development stages include: (1) Potentials and problems, (2) Data collection, (3) Product design, (4) Design validation, (5) Design revision, (6) Product testing, (7) Product revision (Sugiyono, 2016). The research was conducted with 33 students from class V SDN 2 Sendang Jepara Regency. Initial product development is a process of making media based on needs analysis. Expert testing or validation was carried out by 2 experts, namely media experts and material experts. The data collection method in this research is observation, interview, and questionnaire. The data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and comparison test of two independent groups, namely using the independent t-test. Based on the results of the trial, this thematic teaching material is very valid, very interesting, effective and can be applied in learning. This can be seen from the results of the validation test from three experts which show that the product is good. The results of the effectiveness test showed that the experimental class students had better learning outcomes than the control class. This means that textbooks based on local wisdom of Jepara Regency are developed effectively

Marketing is an essential aspect of the strategy of increasing product sales. Manis Bakery UMKM itself does not have a specific plan for promoting mani bread. This study aims to design the marketing strategy of UMKM Manis Bakery based on the concept of Quantitative Strategic Planning Matrix (QSPM), Competitive Profile Matrix (CPM), and Strategic Position and Action Evaluation (SPACE). This research conducted at Manis Bakery UMKM with respondents chosen were business owners and respondents who bought bread at least once a week or more. Based on the results of the analysis that has done, the results obtained that the strength possessed by the Sweet Bakery UMKM are products without preservatives, bread has a soft texture, food that is not easy to expire, strategic company location and affordable prices. The strategy is a priority based on six alternative strategies, namely creating sweet bread with flavors or innovations and making unique and attractive packaging that will do when having additional business capital.

AbstractThe marketing performance models, regardless of their nature and applications, should ultimately lead to creation of cash flows efficiently. This common objective emphasizes on a basic proposition: the output (dependent) variable must be intrinsically correlated to the financial behavior of the firm at the micro level. The four criteria for marketing performance and evaluation are Financial relevance, Actionable, Stable behavior, and Reliable long-term guidance respectively. By using those four criteria as the cornerstone, the Core Sales – Response Model was formulated under the Process perspective (the marketing procedure which helps to generate cash flows along with other antecedents of financial performance). This research paper is aimed at restructuring the fundamental Sales – Response model with the dependent variable Sales and three independent variables, namely, Marketing Support, Firm – controlled factors, and Uncontrolled factors in view of uncertainties related to global turmoil and widespread economic recession into a three – dimensional model by dropping ‘Marketing Support’ to fit the foundation of mathematical chaos theory and try to test its impact in the real world scenario by two ways: first, whether it can accurately define the current nature of functioning of a business firm under chaotic business environment, and second, given the condition of chaos; if the firm fails to prove its stability, what actions should be taken to stabilize its position in the feasible space. In order to serve the purposes, the manufacturing giant Apple, Inc. ® has been considered as the sample firm for the time – series study of 10 years (2009–2018).

Islamic Commercial Banking in Indonesia generally has not fully carry out business activities in accordance with sharia provisions. Therefore, there is a need for a performance measurement tool that is able to express spiritual and social values embodied in Islamic banks. The purpose of this study is to describe the performance of Islamic banking based on Islamicity Performance Index. This research is a quantitative research using descriptive analysis. The data used in this research is secondary data. The study population was Islamic banks in Indonesia during the period 2015-2019, with a sample of twelve banks. Sampling was done by using purposive sampling method. The results showed Panin Dubai Sharia Bank was the best bank in the Profit Sharing Ratio (PSR) indicator. The value of Zakat Performance Ratio (ZPR) in Islamic banking in Indonesia is still low. BNI Sharia is the bank with the highest average value for the ZPR indicator. Equitable Distribution Ratio (EDR) indicates that Mandiri Sharia Bank has the highest average value. Directors-Employees Welfare Ratio (DEWR) shows that BTPN Sharia have fairly high levels of disparity between directors and employees. IIR and IsIR shows  that in general Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia have carried out businesss performance in the halal sector. Meanwhile, overall, it received a satisfactory predicate. This research is expected to be taken into consideration for the related institutions to apply the performance measurement of Islamic Commercial Banking in accordance with the concept of Islamicity Performance Index, and be taken into consideration in taking policy measures in accordance with the concept of sharia that will be used in the future.

Competition in the restaurant and cafe industry at this time is very tight and competitive. This is marked by the growing number of new competitors in the world of Resto and Cafe. The restaurant and cafe industry as one of the food and beverage supply sectors that can support national and regional economic development. In Depok, there are 170 restaurants and cafes operating. The purpose of this study was to find out how the results of the implementation of Marketing Strategy During the Covid19 Pandemic at Like No Other Cafe Depok. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Using interviews, questionnaires and observations to related parties as data collection techniques. Thus, the data analysis techniques used were VRIO and PESTLE analysis to analyze the business environment, profitability analysis to evaluate the results of the implementation of the marketing mix program used and descriptive analysis to analyze planning, implementation and marketing strategy activities. The results showed that the strategy implemented by Like No Other Cafe during the Covid19 pandemic was considered effective so that Like No Other Cafe was still able to survive and generate income even though the income was only 50% of normal conditions.

Abstrak: Analisis Pengukuran Kinerja Dengan Pendekatan Balance Scorecard di RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kinerja RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal dengan menggunakan Balance Scorecard (BSC). Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian studi kasus dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 180 responden yang terdiri dari 94 pasien/ keluarga pasien dan 86 karyawan rumah sakit. Data dikumpulkan melalui metode dokumentasi dan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Perspektif keuangan menunjukkan kinerja sangat-sangat baik mencapai skor 13 dari 15 (86,6%); (2) Perspektif pelanggan menunjukkan kinerja baik mencapai skor 10 dari 14 (71,42%); (3) Perspektif proses bisnis internal menunjukkan kinerja yang cukup mencapai skor 5 dari 10 (50%); dan (4) Perspektif pembelajaran dan pertumbuhan menunjukkan kinerja baik mencapai skor 8 dari 13 (61,54%). Secara keseluruhan, kinerja RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal dinilai baik dengan skor 36 dari 52 (67,17%).Kata kunci: Pengukuran Kinerja, Balance Scorecard, Kinerja Rumah SakitAbstract: Performance Measurement Analysis Using Balance Scorecard in dr. H. Soewondo Kendal Hospital. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal by using the Balance Scorecard (BSC). This research is a case study research using quantitative descriptive analysis techniques. The research sampels included 180 respondents consisting of 94 patients’ / patients' families and 86 hospital employees. Data was collected through documentation and questionnaire methods. The results show that: (1) Financial perspective shows a very very good performance reaching a score of 13 out of 15 (86.6%); (2) The customer perspective shows good performance reaching a score of 10 out of 14 (71.42%); (3) Internal business process perspective shows sufficient performance to reach a score of 5 out of 10 (50%); and (4) Learning and growth perspective shows good performance reaching a score of 8 out of 13 (61.54%). Overall, the performance of RSUD dr. H. Soewondo Kendal was rated as good with a score of 36 out of 52 (67.17%).Keywords: Performance Measurement, Balance Scorecard, Hospital Performance

Pemimpin menjadi ujung tombak yang menentukan keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Begitu pula yang terjadi dalam pendidikan tinggi. PTS sebagai sarana meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia dihadapkan kepada persaingan yang lebih ketat diantara PTS dan PTN. Hal tersebut menyebabkan PTS perlu mengadopsi strategi pemasaran yang digunakan dalam industri non pendidikan. Salah satu unsur dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan, selain pimpinan adalah kinerja dosen, untuk dapat menjamin terjadinya penguasaan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi maka tingkat keprofesionalan kinerja dosen harus ditingkatkan pula. Pengelola PTS harus mulai menjalankan kegiatan operasionalnya dengan berorientasi pada mutu kinerja PTS yang ditunjang dengan kepemimpinan yang efektif, dan kinerja dosen, sehingga mereka dapat memenangkan persaingan atau paling tidak bertahan dalam menghadapi persaingan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh antara efektifitas kepemimpinan dan kinerja Dosen dalam peningkatan Mutu terhadap Strategi Pemasaran PT. Data terdiri dari data primer dan data sekunder. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Mei di Perguruan Tinggi X dengan sampel 22 responden. Analisis Data menggunakan Analsis Deskriptif dan Regresi Linier. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan Efektifitas Kepemimpinan dan Kinerja Dosen mempunyai pengaruh dengan tingkat Signifikansi 0,013 dan 0,043. Faktor yang paling besar pengaruhnya terhadap Peningkatan Mutu PT adalah Efektifitas Pimpinan.  Hasil penelitian ini sesuai dengan kondisi yang terjadi di Perguruan Tinggi X yang resmi diakuisisi oleh Universitas Y dan menjadi Fakultas Kesehatan Universitas Y.  Private University as a means of improving the quality of human resources is faced with tighter competition between Private University and Public University. This causes Pruvate University to adopt a marketing strategy used in non-education industries. One of the elements in improving the quality of education, in addition to the leadership is the performance of lecturers, to be able to guarantee the mastery of science and technology then the level of professional performance of lecturers should be improved as well. Private University Manager must start their operational activities with the quality which oriented performance of Private University which is supported by effective leadership, and the performance of lecturers, so that they can win the competition or at least survive in Against competition.  This study aims to analyze the effect of leadership effectiveness and the performance of lecturers in improving the quality of the Marketing Strategy of  University. Data consists of primary data and secondary data. The study was conducted in May at University X with a sample of 22 respondents. Data Analysis using Descriptive Analysis and Linear Regression. The results is Effectiveness of Leadership and Lecturer Performance has an influence with a significance level of 0.013 and 0.043. The most influential factor on University Quality Improvement is Leadership Effectiveness. The results of this study are in accordance with the conditions that occurred in the University X which was officially acquired by the University Y as the Univerity Y at Health Faculty.
