Abstract: Evangelism as a means of bringing people together with God through testimony or example must continue to be echoed. However, there are many different paradigms and concepts of evangelism. Moreover, churches and believers are reluctant to do evangelism because they do not consider it their duty and responsibility. Indeed, believers do not escape the actualization of the mandate of the Great Commission of the Lord Jesus in preaching the gospel to humans. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach, it can be concluded that the study of mission theology in Romans 10:13-15 on the actualization of Christian missions studied through exegesis can be concluded, First, evangelism must be carried out as part of the actualization of the mandate of the Great Commission by giving oneself to preach the news to others so that People who don't know Jesus can hear salvation only in Jesus. Second, the task of the believer is continued as a person who continues to preach by listening and proclaiming the gospel of salvation for humans. The three churches or leaders are obliged to send messengers of evangelists for the sake of saving souls.

God as the Initiator of culture in Israel put celebration to be celebrated by them. The celebration is Passover celebration, unleavened bread, firstfruits, Pentecost, trumpet, atonement, and booths as written in Leviticus 23. In order to understand God's purpose in each of these feasts, one must have the same way of thinking as the Israelites. One form is to celebrate the feasts. But there are groups within Christianity who refuse to celebrate it on the grounds of Paul's direction in Colossians 2:16. Through descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach, it can be concluded that the current condition of the church only celebrates Passover and Pentecost of the seven Israelite feasts. There are groups who thought that not all the Words are things that the church must do, especially in Leviticus 23. Celebrations based on the Hebrew language mean entering an appointed cycle and time, thus explaining that the church should follow this celebration in order to align with God's cycle and experience God's appointed time. Each of Israel feasts has great significance and is an image that can help believers experience spiritual growth. Church history proves that Israel's celebrations were no longer celebrated not by the decree of the apostles, but as a result of the shift in Constantine's reign in Rome. So, the Israelite Festival should be celebrated and taught its meaning by the church.

Many pastors have become stumbling blocks due to their inability to dedicate their lives to God's calling, in applying pastoral principles. Through a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach, the author describes the theological review of the shepherding principle being the main goal of exegesis in Jeremiah 23: 1-4. So that the pastor's role can be maximized by understanding and actualizing the principles of shepherding. The principle of shepherding in Jeremiah 23: 1-4 found that shepherding is the ministry of finding the lost and scattered congregations, gathering the scattered congregations and bringing them back to worship and giving courage not to be afraid to face the problems at hand. Pastors are also required to care about the condition of their congregation both physically and spiritually. The pastor must care for, find and gather the congregation back.

The pastor cannot be separated from his ministry life. In the church, the pastor is a leader, the attitudes and actions of pastors are often imitated by their congregation. Therefore, the pastor must maintain the attitudes and actions of his congregation as well as possible, the most important thing is that he must be able to set an example for others. For this reason, this article describes Paul's life teaching in serving as the goal in this writing which is beneficial for the implementation of the shepherd in serving God and others. Using descriptive qualitative method with literature study and analysis approach. So it can be concluded that the implementation of teaching about the life of the Apostle Paul in serving is based on 2 Timothy 3:10-17, among others: The Apostle Paul's Way of Life (Verse 10a). The Patience of the Apostle Paul (Verse 10b). The love of the Apostle Paul (Verse 10c). Perseverance of the Apostle Paul (Verse 10d). Live Hold on to the truth (Verse 14). Seek to know the Scriptures (Verse 15a). Wisdom (Verse 15b). Faith in Jesus (Verse 15). Living in the Word (Verse 16) Willing to Teach God's Word (Verse 16a). Willing to admit mistakes (Verse 16b). Willing to correct behavior (Verse 16c). Willing to be educated in the truth (Verse 16d). Willing to do good (Verse 17). All of this can be a guide for pastors in implementing Paul's teachings for the church and its ministry entrusted by God.

The term ‘double predestination’ simply means that, just as God predestines some, but Education is something that is very important for human life, and this is a divine mandate. This study uses a qualitative method with a literature study approach by reading, observing and analyzing literature sources on Christian education from time to time and its implementation in the Industrial Revolution Era 4.0.
