The research aims to develop the administrative performance of the Iraqi Athletics Federation in the light of the application of comprehensive quality standards, the researcher used the descriptive approach in the survey method to suit the nature of the research, and the researcher chose the research community intentionally from the Iraqi Athletics Federation and the number (60) individuals, as for the research sample They were chosen from the members of the Central Iraqi Federation for Athletics and members of some sub-federations of athletics in the governorates and their number reached (40) individuals and thus represented the sample rate (66%) of the total community, and the researcher used the questionnaire to collect the necessary data The researcher has applied and processed the study data using the (IBM SPSS Statistics 20) statistical program to obtain statistical treatments. The most important results regarding the requirements for implementing the comprehensive quality system in the Iraqi Athletics Federation is: There is a database in the federation that includes adequate information about the federation and the activities and services it provides Activities and events are commensurate with the preparation of practitioners, and what is related to the results of quality standards that can be applied and taken advantage of in developing the administrative performance of the Iraqi Athletics Federation is: There is cooperation between members and employees of the union in completing the work, The members and workers are self-reliant in completing the work, and the researcher recommends the Central Iraqi Athletics Federation, the following: the need to apply the results of this study and work with it in order to benefit from it to develop the administrative performance of the union in light of the application of comprehensive quality standards, an update of the requirements and areas of application Total quality standards in the union periodically, according to the latest developments, spreading the culture of total quality among the members and employees of the union.

This was aimed to identify the performance of the senior management of the extension organization in light of the comprehensive quality standards from the point of view of agricultural extension workers in the governorates of Baghdad and Diyala in Iraq through the following:Identify the field of planning, identify the field of decision-making, identify the field of humam relations.Data from agricultural extension workers in the governorates of Baghdad and Diyala, which included a graded pentagonal scale consisting of degrees of approval with grades ranging between 5-1 To measure the degree of application of comprehensive quality standards for higher management in the fields from the viewpoint of the agricultural extension workers in the above-mentioned governorates.The governorates of Baghdad and Diyala were selected as an area for conducting the research, as the research community included 38 agricultural divisions, at a rate of20%and by8divisions,and a random sample of510 agricultural extension workers was withdrawn, amounting to20%and by102 agricultural guides.The results showed that the weighted mean for the field of planning from the viewpoint of agricultural extension agents was 3.189,which is close to a certain extent from the hypothetical mean of 3 and a percentage weight 63.78%.With regard to the field of human relations,it came with a weighted mean3.136.

This study aimed at identifying the impact of applying quality standards on improving environmental tourism services of natural reserves in southern Jordan, the study population consisted of (5946) visitors from all natural reserves in southern Jordan. The descriptive analytical survey method was used, the study conducted a field survey using a questionnaire which was distributed to a six hundred (600) visitors from the nature reserves in southern Jordan who were chosen by a simple random method. The results of statistical analysis using the statistical program for social sciences (SPSS) showed that there is a statistically significant impact of applying quality standards (security and safety, accessibility, and Originality) on improving environmental tourism services in natural reserves in southern Jordan, in light of the study results, the study recommends the administration of natural reserves in southern Jordan to develop a plan to ensure the improvement of its eco-tourism services, by constantly applying quality standards.

<span class="fontstyle0">Gout Arthritis </span><span class="fontstyle0">is a disease known as gout, but in certain conditions this disease can cause physical<br />symptoms that are not visible to some people. When there are problems with physical health, other<br />health aspects will also have an impact. The same is true for patients diagnosed with </span><span class="fontstyle0">Gout Arthritis</span><span class="fontstyle0">,<br />not only physical aspects but can affect other aspects, especially when having physical symptoms such<br />as tofi. Mental health is a condition where there is a balance between emotional, behavioral and<br />cognitive. This is the basis of the importance of maintaining mental health for someone who does not<br />have physical health problems and for someone who has a disease such as </span><span class="fontstyle0">Gout Arthritis </span><span class="fontstyle0">patients. The<br />purpose of this study was to find out how mental health status in </span><span class="fontstyle0">Gout Arthritis </span><span class="fontstyle0">patients in Tomohon<br />City. Quantitative research using a descriptive approach was used in this study. Data collection used<br />survey methods with questionnaires. The results showed that the majority of respondents had adequate<br />mental health (80.6%). Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that mental health status in<br /></span><span class="fontstyle0">Gout Arthriti</span><span class="fontstyle0">s patients in Tomohon City was at a sufficient level. In the present study, emotional intelligence and academic listening skill levels of pre-service teachers and the correlations between these variables were determined. Furthermore, the emotional intelligence levels and academic listening competencies of pre-service teachers were also investigated based on the variables of gender, department, and the preference of the department of study. The study group included 361 freshmen pre-service teachers attending the Faculty of Education and the study was conducted with survey method, a quantitative research method. The study data were collected with the “Academic Listening Skill Competency Scale” and “Rotterdam Emotional Intelligence Scale”. In the study, the regression analysis was conducted to determine the causality between emotional intelligence scores and academic listening skill scores revealed significant findings. The study findings demonstrated that “Total Emotional Intelligence” scores of the students reflected above average emotional intelligence levels. It was determined that the academic listening skill competency scores of the pre-service teachers were above average in both scale sub-dimensions and the total scale score. The results of regression analysis showed that the causality between Total Emotional Intelligence and Total Academic Listening Skills was significant.

Information technology and top management support are considered infrastructure for knowledge sharing. This research aims to identify infrastructure profiles and their relationship with knowledge sharing. A survey method was adopted involving 231 respondents working in information technology teams in Brazil. The analysis identified four profiles, namely: focus on information technology; focus on top management support; adrift; and knowledge sharing oriented. The latter was identified as being the most effective, while no significant difference was found between the other clusters in relation to knowledge sharing. This finding is a supplement to this field of knowledge because, in addition to confirming the relevance of the two constructs, it shows that their simultaneous presence contributes to knowledge sharing. This result also helps managers by highlighting that in order to leverage knowledge sharing it is necessary to signal the importance of the process for the company, as well as provide adequate information technology.

Evaluation of type and planting system at the median road of Ir. SoekarnoMedian strips the City of Saumlaki, Maluku Tenggara Barat. Planting plants in the median strip Ir. Soekarno was dominated by Trembesi trees (Samanea saman) with tree branches that grew beyond the median strip. It was quite dangerous for road users because the Trembesi trees can easily be fallen when exposed to strong winds. Despite its problems, the Trembesi tree had ecological potential benefits such as the highest oxygen-producing and pollutant-absorbing capacity. This study aims to determine and evaluate the types of plants in terms of the physical categories and functions of plants and spacing. This study was located in Ir. Soekarno Road, South Tanimbar District, Town of Saumlaki, Maluku Tenggara Barat Regency. The standard of assesment for median road plant used The Guidelines Regulation of Public Works Minister 2008. Survey method with quantitative descriptive approach was used was this study by taking four samples of the median road segment. The physical assessment results for the four samples varied, those were moderate, good, and very good. The assessment result of functions in each segment had been fulfilled the categories with good and very good criteria, howevere the function needs to be improved. The value of distance assessment for each segment varied, those were good and very good. In order to increase plant distance category, it was necessary to add plants in each segment.

This study aims to examine the understanding of SMEs actors on accounting information and to know empirically the application of information for small and medium enterprises (MSMEs) in Sekarbela Subdistrict. This research used descriptive approach by interview and survey method. Data collection was done by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The sample of this research is food business MSMEs in Sekarbela Sub district with total of 68 UMKM. However, from 68 MSME samples only 50 samples can be processed. The data is processed by using the frequency distribution then made the average analysis and proportion. The results showed that MSMEs in Sekarbela Subdistrict have applied accounting information although in a simple form. Accounting information most widely applied is the purchase record with the number of 27 respondents or 54% and cash records 28 respondents or 56%. Then MSMEs in Sekarbela Subdistrict have used accounting information, the most widely used is the type of goods sold based on profit or profit of each type of goods with the number of 28 respondents or 56%. Furthermore, MSME also need operational information record about the number of goods sold per day with the number of 31 respondents or 62% and types of goods sold per day with the number of 31 respondents or 62%, records management information that is the production cost report with the number of 32 respondents or 64% financial information is the amount of profit each day with the number 46 respondents or 92%
