Evaluation of type and planting system at the median road of Ir. SoekarnoMedian strips the City of Saumlaki, Maluku Tenggara Barat. Planting plants in the median strip Ir. Soekarno was dominated by Trembesi trees (Samanea saman) with tree branches that grew beyond the median strip. It was quite dangerous for road users because the Trembesi trees can easily be fallen when exposed to strong winds. Despite its problems, the Trembesi tree had ecological potential benefits such as the highest oxygen-producing and pollutant-absorbing capacity. This study aims to determine and evaluate the types of plants in terms of the physical categories and functions of plants and spacing. This study was located in Ir. Soekarno Road, South Tanimbar District, Town of Saumlaki, Maluku Tenggara Barat Regency. The standard of assesment for median road plant used The Guidelines Regulation of Public Works Minister 2008. Survey method with quantitative descriptive approach was used was this study by taking four samples of the median road segment. The physical assessment results for the four samples varied, those were moderate, good, and very good. The assessment result of functions in each segment had been fulfilled the categories with good and very good criteria, howevere the function needs to be improved. The value of distance assessment for each segment varied, those were good and very good. In order to increase plant distance category, it was necessary to add plants in each segment.

Bandung is one of the main tourist destinations in Indonesia. The city has many pull factors for visitors. Since 2014, the city of Bandung has done many improvements in various places such as making thematic parks, improving it's town square, etc. This affects the development of tourism in Bandung. So far, design concept of tourism in Indonesia has not been design for disabled people, or people with special needs even though tourism is a right for everyone. Friendly tourism for people with disabilities will be able to provide facilities and accessibility for everyone with different needs and characteristics. This study aims to find out to what extent tourism management can provide facilities and accessibilities for disabled people and the extent to which the application of universal design principles is applied to the building. The inspection method used is an applied research using quantitative descriptive approach to collect data. Data collected is analyzed by using guidelines from No.30/PRT/M/2006 under regulations by Ministry of Public Works, and Smithsonian Guidelines for Accessible Exhibition Design..

This study discusses about imported cosmetic products which are beauty products that are becoming a great choice for Indonesian women, where most of the imported products have higher quality brand than local products. This study uses a quantitative descriptive approach that is empirical inductive namely data collection, data analysis, based on facts and previous research in the field. This research uses a quantitative approach through a survey method and is carried out with an explanatory approach using a Likert scale. Respondents were asked to convey their level of agreement about the values and influences between the variables to be measured. The analytical method used in this study is the the method of multiple linear analysis with statistical methods using the Statistical Solution and Services (SPSS) version 24 software tools.The results of the analysis that have been done show that Brand Image has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, this result is proven by a significance value greater than 5%. Brand awareness also has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, this result is evidenced by the significance value greater than 5%. Perception of Price has a significant effect on purchasing decisions, this result is evidenced by the significance value greater than 5%.

Bee breeding is a side job and source of income for local population. The research objectives were to analyze the characteristics breeders and business profile of kelulut honey, to know the kelulut honey cultivation technology, recognize the rocessing (agroindustry) of kelulut honey, determine  the production costs, production, income, and efficiency of kelulut honey, and analysis the marketing of kelulut honey in Kampar regency. This study used a survey method. The sample was selected by purposive sampling as 26 breeders. Data were analyzed qualitative and quantitative descriptive approaches. The results showed that the characteristics of the breeders were in the productive age category (26-55 years old), SD-Bachelor education and breeding experience between 1-6 years. The business was established in 2016 with the name of “Kelompok Madu Galo-Galo Kuok Lestari”.  The breeders have 2-40 bee boxes and use family labor.  Technology of breeding kelulut honey consisted of a parent colony, colony splitting, manufacture and placement of hive, maintenance, and harvesting. The processing was traditional. Kelulut honey required a production cost of IDR 487,883.33/production process, produce an average production of 20.04 liters during the flowering season and the non-flowering season 7.79 liters. The average net income derived each harvesting as IDR 2,973,655.13/breeder/boxe and IDR 858,270.52/ breeders/boxe during on flower season and off season, respectively.  Kelulut honey marketing only sells to the city of Pekanbaru.

Green Open Space "RTH" plays a very important role in realizing a sustainable city and has a balance of functions both ecologically and psychologically for urban communities. Green Open Space can be divided into two, namely public green open space and private green open space, but only public green open space can still be controlled directly by the government. The purpose of this study is to identify the availability of public green open space in the city of Denpasar and to formulate strategies and policies for managing public green open space in the city of Denpasar. Data collection techniques were carried out using interviews and questionnaires, qualitative and quantitative descriptive data analysis with SWOT analysis for the use of public green open space, and the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) to determine management strategies and policies. The availability of public green open space in 2011 was recorded at 2,341.48 or 18.32 percent. The availability of public green open space in 2019 was recorded at 1,572,990 ha or 12.49 percent. The difference in 2011 and 2019 was 768,490 Ha or 5.83 percent. The minimum area for public green open space following the 20 percent rule is 1.68 percent (in 2011) and 7.51 percent (in 2019). The implementation of Denpasar Public Green Open Space (RTH) management has not met the standards of the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 1 of 2007 and Minister of Public Works Number 5 of 2008. The strategy for managing Green Open Space is to develop detailed spatial plans, install information boards, enforce laws, and implement incentives disincentives to relevant stakeholders

This research was conducted in the city of Palangkaraya in Central Borneo and city of Banjarbaru in South Borneo in order to describe the perception of public, especially in the city of Palangkaraya and the city of Banjarbaru about the Impact of to-up mobile credit's by ATM to the SMEs mobile credit seller. The research was conducted by survey method and quantitative approach, while the sampling technique used was quota sampling and quantitative descriptive analysis performed. The results showed the less Impact of top-up by ATM to the SMEs credits seller, because top-up by ATM have certain customer segment. However, the top-up by ATM economically very positive impact for the people, eventhough its needs long time transistion of top-up SMEs to the ATM. According to the most people and SMEs need regulation and oversight to create more conductive business for SMEs Keywords : Impact, SMEs, Mobile top-up, Top Up Credit, ATM   ABSTRAK Penelitian ini dilakukan di kota Palangkaraya Kalimantan Tengah dan kota Banjarbaru Kalimantan Selatan dengan tujuan untuk menggambarkan persepsi masyarakat khususnya di kota Palangkaraya dan kota Banjarbaru tentang dampak isi ulang pulsa di ATM terhadap UMKM penjual pulsa seluler. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survey dan pendekatan kuantitatif sementara teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah quota sampling dan analisa dilakukan secara deskriftif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa isi ulang pulsa seluler di persepsikan kurang berdampak terhadap UMKM penjual pulsa seluler dikarenakan isi ulang pulsa di ATM maupun isi ulang pulsa di kios pulsa memiliki segmen pelanggannya masing-masing. Namun demikian dengan adanya isi ulang pulsa di ATM sangat berdampak positif secara ekonomi bagi masyarakat meskipun peralihannya dari kios pulsa ke ATM atau pola pembelian pulsa berlangsung dalam waktu yang lama. Menurut sebagian besar masyarakat dan pelaku UMKM penjual pulsa seluler bahwa perlu pengawasan dari pemerintah untuk menciptakan iklim usaha yang lebih kondusif bagi UMKM penjual pulsa seluler. The research was conducted on a number of consumers who bought broiler chicken and not sold again. The number of respondents in each market amounted to 100 respondents incidental sampling. Research location was chosen with consideration because the big market is in the middle of the city, while for dinoyo market because of its location on subdistrict and reside in the residential area. The data collected are primary and secondary data. The type of this research is quantitative descriptive, that is research which describes or describe characteristic from a state or object of research done through data collecting, data analysis and interpretation result of its analysis. The research method used survey method. Data processing from the results of research conducted using Cobb-Douglas function using SPSS version 16.0. Based on the results of research conducted on broiler consumers in Malang City can be concluded that the factors that affect the level of demand for broiler meat in the city of Malang is the price of the goods themselves (broiler meat prices), price of chicken meat, beef prices, cooking oil prices, incomes per capita, education and consumer tastes.

<em>This Research aims to identify the implementation of counseling services to the ethics of Grade 5 students at SD N 1 Kebumen 2019/2020 amounting to 39 students. This Research uses a quantitative descriptive approach with a survey method of dividing the type of closed poll in which there is an alternative answer in the form of  "Yes " or  "no " and a qualitative descriptive approach with data collection methods Interview to The teacher to get more information. The Research indicators of social ethics include manners, empathy, atmosphere and hangout, honesty and order. The collected Data is analyzed using the percentage analysis. The results showed that students  association ethics belong to very high criteria with a percentage of 87.17% (34 students) while the criteria are as high as 12.8% (5 students). Conclusion of this research is the ethical Skills of Students ' Association is good because the percentage of research results is calculated high and the results of interviews with class parents on the service of BK is effective. In connection with this research, counseling services have an effect on the level of social ethics in students</em>

ABSTRACT The purpose of research is for examine in empirical influence comprehension, trust, and transparency on zakat organization to society interest pay zakat to BAZNAS LUWU area. Subject to use in the research is independent subject (comprehension, trust, and transparency on zakat organization) but dependent subject is (interest). Research do this on Luwu Area with take population muzakki from Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (Baznas). Research kind to use this quantitative descriptive approach with survey method. Population in research is Muzakki it has name on registered BAZNAS Luwu Area. Interpretation technic sample use Accidental samping method is so easy sample to access. Amount determining sample use Slovin formulation. Sample amount to success process data has 68 people. Analysis data tecnic for use in research is Multiple Regresion linear with SPSS Version 23. Result from hypotheses test on research in a partial indication value t count for subject comprehension as big as -0,397. And for trust as 3,394 and for transparency on zakat organization as 4.114. so, result from t count show it in a partial subject comprehension nothinginfluenceto society interest pay zakat to Baznas Luwu Area but subject trust and transparency on zakat organization has influence to society interest pay zakat to Baznass Luwu Area. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris pengaruh pemahaman, trust, dan transparansi lembaga zakat terhadap minat masyarakat membayar zakat pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Luwu. Variabel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini, yaitu variabel independen (pemahaman, trust, dan transparansi lembaga zakat) sedangkan variabel dependen (minat). Penelitian ini dilakukan di Kabupaten Luwu dengan mengambil populasi muzakki dari Badan Amil Zakat Nasional (BAZNAS). Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode survey. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah muzakki yang namanya terdaftar di BAZNAS Kabupaten Luwu. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode Accidental Sampling yaitu sampel yang paling mudah untuk diakses. Penentuan jumlah sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Jumlah sampel yang datanya berhasil diolah yaitu sebanyak 68 orang. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan program SPSS Versi 23. Hasil dari pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini secara parsial ditunjukkan nilai t hitung untuk variabel pemahaman sebesar -0,397, untuk variabel trust sebesar 3,394 dan variabel transparansi lembaga zakat sebesar 4,114. Jadi, hasil dari uji t membuktikan bahwa secara parsial variabel pemahaman tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat masyarakat membayar zakat pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Luwu. Sedangkan variabel trust dan transparansi lembaga zakat berpengaruh terhadap minat masyarakat membayar zakat pada BAZNAS Kabupaten Luwu. The phenomenon of street children is a problem that has become a worldwide concern because of the increasing number. This study aims to determine the relationship between self-concept and juvenile delinquency in street children. This research was conducted in the city of Salatiga with the number of respondents as many as 34 teenagers with a quantitative descriptive approach. The sampling technique used is the technique Accidental Sampling. The results found in this study are the relationship between self-concept and juvenile delinquency in street children with a value obtained of -0.572 with a sig of 0.000. With this, that juvenile delinquency in street children is not a stand-alone situation but is a combination of several conditions experienced by street children, if a street child does not get direction from their parents and education, then delinquency in street children is a unavoidable problem.

The aim of study is to analyze and explain the influence of human capital on employee performance. In this study using human capital as an independent variable and employee performance as the dependent variable. This study uses a survey method with a quantitative descriptive approach, the location of the research on Fisheries Companies in North Sulawesi Province.The sample in this study amounted to 152 respondents. To determine the sample, to be used area proportional random sampling technique. The data that has been netted with a questionnaire is then rated and tabulated for further analysis using multiple regression. The results of the study show that human capital through education level, work experience and competency variables have a positive and significant effect on employee performance.
