Management of Tourism Objects for Lemo and Buntu Burake in Tana Toraja Regency, South Sulawesi Province. Some regions of Indonesia have very interesting tourism resources, with natural and cultural diversity, which if managed properly can be a source of regional income. The purpose of this study is to find out and describe tourism objects managed by the community, as well as how the role of the Regional Government in the community of Tana Toraja Regency in managing tourist objects. The research method is carried out using a qualitative approach, with data collection techniques through literature studies and interviews. The results of this study can be used to increase knowledge of tourist objects located in Tana Toraja Regency and are expected to contribute ideas about the management of community-based attractions. This study aims to describe the representation of sex education in the film Dua Garis Biru by director Gina S. Noer. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach. The research method uses Roland Barthes's semiotic analysis with two-way significance and the meaning of denotation, connotation, and myth. The subjects of this study are Dara and Bima, the object of this study is a sign of sex education represented in scenes, dialogues, and characters in films. Methods of data collection by observation, literature study, interviews, and documentation. The film Dua Garis Biru tells the story of how Dara and Bima, two teenagers, must be responsible for the consequences that they did not think of before due to free sex. This film also illustrates the important role of parents in communicating information about sex to children. The results of this study indicate that there is a picture of sex education in the film Two Blue Lines. It was concluded that the side or form of sex education is displayed in scenes, dialogues, or characters that insert the importance of knowing sex education and knowing the consequences of every action related to sex. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggambarkan representasi pendidikan seks  dalam Film Dua Garis Biru karya sutradara Gina S. Noer. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Metode penelitian menggunakan Analisis Semiotika Roland Barthes dengan signifikan dua arah dan pemaknaan denotasi, konotasi, dan mitos. Subjek penelitian ini adalah Dara dan Bima, objek penelitian ini adalah tanda pendidikan seks yang direpresentasikan dalam adegan, dialog, dan karakter dalam film. Metode pengumpulan data dengan observasi, studi pustaka, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Film Dua Garis Biru bercerita tentang bagaimana Dara dan Bima, dua remaja harus bertanggung jawab atas konsekuensi yang tidak mereka pikirkan sebelumnya karena melakukan seks pranikah. Film ini juga menggambarkan pentingnya peran orang tua dalam mengkomunikasikan informasi tentang seks kepada anak. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat gambaran tentang pendidikan seks dalam film. Sisi atau bentuk pendidikan seks ditampilkan dalam cuplikan adegan, dialog, atau karakter tokoh yang menyisipkan pentingnya mengenal pendidikan seks dan mengetahui konsekuensi dari setiap perbuatan yang berhubungan dengan seks.

The purpose of the study was to find out the title role of Pesantren believer Cooperative Mandiri Sidoarjo towards economic empowerment and independence employee boarding schools. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative approach to the case study method. Data collection was carried out by interviews and direct observation to informants, namely those in charge of pesantren, cooperative and cooperative employees (santri). And secondary data collection comes from journals, text books and other literature. The result of this study is the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative plays a major role in enhancing the empowerment of cooperative employees (santri) and playing an optimal role in supporting the independence of the cottage. The economic empowerment of pesantren employees conducted by the Mukmin Mandiri Pesantren Cooperative is by making the Cooperative a work field, a place to apply knowledge and a place to increase income. As for the independence of the cottage, that is to become the main source of funding for Islamic boarding schools in carrying out operations and the sustainability of Islamic boarding schools. The purpose of this research is: 1) To know and analyze about enclaving on the cultivation rights title as a land source for low-income people housing development, 2) To know and analyze the role of the regional government in spatial planning organizing on cultivation rights title of the enclave of the land as a land source for low-income people housing development.This research use normative legal research method with qualitative approach. The results of this research is: 1) enclaving on the prolongation or renewal of the cultivation rights title can be used as a land source for the housing development for low-incomwe people, with a terms that its still concerned with the suitability and design on the spatial planning in that area, 2) regional governments as the representatives of the state in the regions authorized in planning, utilizing and controlling spatial in their regions, especially on the regional spatial planning policies, granting licenses, and giving punishment to anyone who violating the regional regulations. enclaving on the cultivation rights title as a land source for low-income people housing development must suitable with the spatial allocation that allows housing / flats to be built.

Role Of The Principal

The main objective of educational institutions is the output of their students. Therefore it requires good student management as well as the role of the principal in running and managing it. This research uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. The purpose of this research is to describe in real terms the implementation of student management and to know the role of the principal in the management of students at MI Nurul Yaqin Bululawang Malang. Data collection techniques include: observation, interviews and documentation. The research subjects were school principals, student staff, teachers, PPDB committee heads, students and alumni of MI Nurul Yaqin Bululawang Malang. The results showed that: 1) the implementation of student management at MI Nurul Yaqin Bululawang Malang was quite good. This is evidenced by implementing the stages of student management properly even though there are some that have not been implemented. 2) the role of the head of the madrasah in the implementation of student management has been carried out properly in accordance with its role as educator, manager, administrator, supervisor, leader, innovator and motivator.

This study aims to find out how to optimize the role of coaches to actualize the basic values ​​of Candidate Civil Servants in Samarinda City Government Environment. The research method used is a quantitative approach, where data collection is obtained from primary data through a survey with a questionnaire instrument for respondent coaches and trainees. A total of six categories of questions were addressed to trainee respondents and six open questions addressed to coaches. The results of the study after analysis are that the role of the coach in carrying out the role of coaching and mentoring towards participants is quite high. This research was conducted by the author with the aim know employee performance at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency seen in aspects on aspects inputs(input), process (process), outputs (output), outcomes (results), benefits (benefits), and impacts (impact). The research method is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques, namely interviews, observation, and documentation using the interactive model. The results of this study indicate the performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency is considered to be carried out well, this is indicated by the success of the objectives that have been planned by the Sorong Regency regional government by ensuring all inputs, starting from reliable and competent human resources for all their duties and functions, the existence of adequate facilities and infrastructure and adequacy of the budget. From the main tasks and functions, and work programs can be realized maximally and provide benefits and positive impacts for the needs of community services and also increase regional development. The performance of employees at the Regional Secretariat of Sorong Regency which is considered good is also inseparable from the work process of employees being able to utilize all resources optimally,

The research goal is to figure out the role of the Al-Mawaddah Islamic Girl Boarding School or Kiswah against economic empowerment employee of boarding school. The research method used is descriptive qualitative approach with case studies. Data collected by interviews and observations directly to the informant that is in charge of the cooperative and the community surrounding the village of Coper Jetis Ponorogo and secondary data collection is derived from the journal, text books and other literature.Results from this study is a Kiswah role in the economic empowerment of the employees but still less perfect or less than optimal. The employees economic empowerment conducted by the Cooperative Al-Mawaddah Islamic Girl Boarding School or Kiswah by making Kiswah as employment and to increase their income. Going forward, Kiswah will change the shape of this cooperative that previously was business cooperatives into credit unions or other forms of cooperatives.

This study aims to: 1) describe the forms of deviant behavior in the era of disruption; 2) describe the forms of local wisdom of Sasak tribe that can ward off deviant behavior among MAN 1 students in East Lombok. This research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study show that the form of deviant behavior found in students is often late to go to school, Anti Social (prefer to be alone rather than hanging out with peers), Students spend a lot of time with social media, Students work on assignments given by the teacher by copying faste someone else's work, Skipping class hours, Saying Rude / impolite, Lying to parents to buy a quota on the grounds of looking for material but used to play online games, Cheating during exams using cellphones, Having an attitude of indifference (Indifferent not Indifferent), bullying peers through social media. While the form of local wisdom that can suppress deviant behavior can be in the form of awiq-awiq, lelakaq, and folklore. Meanwhile the role of local wisdom of Sasak tribe community in counteracting deviant behavior in MAN 1 East Lombok is by applying local wisdom in sociology learning and early in the morning before the KBM schedule begins by waiting students with the greetings and greetings tradition.

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui sejauhmana peran orangtua dan wali kelas dalam pembentukan afektif siswa dan untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi orang tua dan wali kelas di Sd negeri Nusa harapan permai kota Makassar.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif, data dalam penelitian ini berupa data dari hasil wawancara dengan informan dan dan hasil observasi/pengamatan, pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar pedoman wawancara dengan orangtua dan wali kelas dan lembar observasi afektif siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sudah ada peran orangtua dengan cara mengasuh dan mendidik anak, bekerjasama dengan wali kelas, kendala yang dihadapi orangtua adalah karena kesibukan dalam bekerja sehingga sulit dalam membagi waktu dalam mendidik anak sedangkan kendala guru adalah masih banyak siswa yang malas dan masih ada orangtua yang tidak memperdulikan kesiapan anak ke Sekolah.   The purpose of this study was to determine the role of parents and homeroom teachers in the affective formation of students and to determine the obstacles faced by parents and homeroom teachers in SD Negeri Nusa Harapan Permai, Makassar City. This type of research is qualitative research. The research method used is descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data in this study are in the form of data from interviews with informants and observations. Data collection uses interview guidelines with parents and homeroom teachers and student affective observation sheets. The results show that there is already a role of parents by caring for and educating children, in collaboration with homeroom teachers, the obstacles faced by parents are due to busy work so that it is difficult to manage time in educating children, while the teachers' obstacles are that there are still many students who are lazy and there are still parents who do not care about children's readiness to go to school.

Role Of Parents

The purpose of this research is to find out the role of parents / guardians of learners in helping the character of learners during online learning in the covid-19 pandemic and the obstacles faced by parents during online learning. This research method uses a qualitative approach with case studies. The research subjects used were parents / guardians of learners in Pondok Benda Village, Pamulang District of South Tangerang City. Data collection techniques use observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of the research obtained are as follows: Parents are more trying to foster the character values of learners during online learning, parents provide real examples between subject matter and real examples in everyday life that can be witnessed and felt directly by learners in the environment where they live, while the obstacles faced by parents are the way of delivery in providing understanding of learning materials to learners,  Not as good as teachers in school. To overcome these problems parents create a group with Civic Education teachers to jointly conduct supervision and consultation related to learning materials so that learners are maximal in understanding learning during online learning.
