Abstract This study aims to reveal information about his struggle in improving the quality of education of Sundanese women, more specifically in their skills. The vision carried by Raden Dewi Sartika is ”Mun jadi awéwé kudu miboga keterampilan, kudu sagala bisa, ambéh bisa hirup”,, the meaning is woman have everything possible in order to live. It means that a woman should be smart (cognitive), polite (affective) to her husband and anyone, and have the skills (psychomotor). The success played by Raden Dewi Sartika in managing his institution, certainly not without reason. He applied the management education in accordance with the conditions at that time. A good institution can not be separated from the implementation of good management as well. The study of management applied by Raden Dewi Sartika is the subject of management's perspective. This research uses qualitative approach with descriptive analytic method. The method used is observation and documentation. Data analysis phase is data reduction, as well as conclusion and verification (Conclusion and verification). The management of Raden Dewi Sartika in managing hereducation has followed the management concepts by J. David Hanger, this can be seen directly in the implementation of the environment, planning, management, supervision and evaluation. In this connection the authors are interested to conduct research on the management carried out by Raden Dewi Sartika in managing his education named Sekolah Kautamaan Istri. Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap informasi tentang perjuangan Raden Dewi Sartika dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan wanita Sunda, lebih khusus dalam keterampilannya. Visi keterampilan yang ditekankan Raden Dewi Sartika adalah ”Mun jadi awéwé kudu miboga keterampilan, kudu sagala bisa, ambéh bisa hirup”, artinya kalau jadi perempuan harus segala bisa agar bisa hidup). Artinya seorang perempuan harus pintar (kognitif), sopan (afektif ) kepada suami dan kepada siapa saja, dan memiliki keterampilan (psikomotor). Keberhasil yang diperankan oleh Raden Dewi Sartika dalam mengelola lembaganya, tentu bukan tanpa alasan. Ia menerapkan manajemen pendidikan yang sesuai dengan kondisi pada waktu itu. Lembaga yang baik tidak terlepas dari penerapan manajemen yang baik pula. Kajian mengenai manajemen yang diterapkan oleh Raden Dewi Sartika menjadi pokok bahasan dari perspektif manajemen. Pendekatan menggunakan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif analitik. Metode yang digunakan observasi dan dokumentasi. Tahap analisis datanya adalah reduksi data, serta penarikan kesimpulan dan verifikasi (Conclusion and verification). Manajemen yang dilakukan Raden Dewi Sartika dalam mengelola pendidikannya telah mengikuti konsep-konsep manajemen J. David Hanger, hal ini bisa dilihat langsung dalam pelaksanaan dari lingkungan, perencanaan, pengelolaan, pengawasan dan evaluasi. Dalam kaitan inilah penulis tertarik untuk mengadakan penelitian tentang manajemen yang dilakukan oleh Raden Dewi Sartika dalam mengelola pendidikannya yang bernama Sekolah Kautamaan Istri. The problem that is the subject of the study in this study is the madrasah chief's strategy in implementing supervision to improve the quality of Islamic education, and the factors that influence it. This study uses a qualitative approach, and the instruments used in data collection by researchers include interviews, observation and documentation. The informants from this study are the Heads, Waka, Teachers and Students. The technique used to check the credibility of the data is the extension of the presence of the researcher, in-depth observation, triangulation, detailed description and analysis of negative cases. The results of the study show that the madrasah chief's strategy in implementing supervision to improve the quality of management of Islamic education institutions is to use several methods, which are varied and some of the approaches taken by the head of the madrasah which can then improve the quality of education in this educational institution, then the other is to use an approach individuals, group approaches, educational approaches, religious approaches or religious approaches, fulfillment of school facilities and infrastructure, appreciation of student learning and so on. While the factors that influence the madrasah chief's strategy in implementing supervision to improve the quality of Islamic education institutions are positive factors which include the existence of adequate human resources, student awareness, and also the existence of cooperation between existing education practitioners, complete facilities and infrastructure, then the teacher's creativity in teaching.

The law of Indonesian Republic Number 20 year 2003 Chapter XIV article 50 verse 5 states that The local government manages the primary and secondary education and a unit of education on a local basis. The purpose of this study was to describe how local wisdom ethnic Madurese as the basic for analysis in planning of the management of the relationship between school with society to improve the quality of education. This research was conducted using qualitative approach using multi sites study. The activity in sites data analysis is done by data condensation, data display, and conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the research findings of the school which understands local wisdom as a way of dealing with things based on local culture as the basic of the analysis in the planning of the management of the relationship between school with society.

KKM is the target of the education unit in achieving the competence of each subject. The education unit must make every effort to exceed the specified KKM. The success of achieving KKM is one of the benchmarks for the performance of the education unit in implementing educational programs. Education units with a high KKM and implemented responsibly can be a benchmark for the quality of education for the community. Therefore, there needs to be activities that can improve teacher competence in compiling KKM so that KKM in schools can really be measured and  accounted. The method in this research is the action research method (action research). This study uses a qualitative approach. The subject of the study was the teacher of MTs Daarul Muhsinin in the area of ​​the Ministry of Religion Office of Labuhan Batu Regency. The number of teachers who participated in this activity was 29 people. The results of the first cycle activities still cannot be said to be successful, this is because the average score of the teachers is still below 50 or less. In the second cycle, the training activities were followed up by providing practical assistance, in which the researcher and participants jointly set the minimum completeness criteria. In the second cycle, the results of determining the minimum completeness criteria for subjects prepared by the teacher increased sharply, this was evidenced by the teachers getting an average score of 85 or good. From the results of the study it can be concluded that there is an increase in teacher competence in determining minimum completeness criteria. In the first cycle the average teacher competency score was 25 or less, then increased to 85 or good. This means that training activities have a positive impact on increasing teacher competence in determining minimum completeness criteria.

AbstractAccreditation is one of the governments to improve the quality of education. Likewise, to ensure the quality of education at the PAUD and PNF levels, the government held an accreditation program. However, it still has issues that need to be resolved. This study aims to identify and describe the problems of accreditation and quality mapping in the Education Office of Kulonprogo Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach and type of case study research. Based on the results of this research, in mapping the quality of accreditation in PAUD and PNF in Kulonprogo Regency, the first activity carried out was to conduct a quality mapping analysis of each institution. And the results show that the average standard kindergarten, KB, Pos PAUD, LPK and PKBM institutions that must be supervised strictly is the standard of financing. After conducting the analysis, a workshop was conducted with the Dikpora and all PAUD and PNF heads. Keywords: Quality mapping, accreditation, PAUD, PNF.

The purpose of this study is to know 1) the values of religious character education developed, 2) the process of internalizing the values of religious character education, and 3) the supporting and inhibiting factors of the process of internalizing the values of religious character education in RA Persis 39 Jamanis Tasikmalaya Regency . This research uses descriptive analytic method with a qualitative approach. The data collection techniques are carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation The research subjects are the Principal, Teachers, and students. Data analysis is done by selecting and sorting the answers of the data obtained then collected for analysis and conclusions drawn. This study found that 1) The values of religious characters developed were divine values and insyaniyah 2) The process of internalizing religious character education values was first, the stage of giving knowledge and understanding both inside the classroom and outside, Second, the habituation stage. Third, the stage of trans-internalization, and 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors of the internalization process of religious character education values, namely factors that support and inhibit the role and policies of the principal, the cooperation of the school and parents. As for the inhibiting factor, the environment outside the school is so rapid with the presence of sophisticated technology and does not get a good example from parents in his home

The development of learning media model becomes a necessity for improving the quality of education in Indonesia. Following the development of technology and information, new models continue to be developed, one of which is comic. This study aims to develop a model of electronic comic (e-Comic) as a medium of learning. With the ADDIE development method, it is done through needs analysis, model design, prototype development, prototype implementatio (testing) and evaluation of prototype implementation results to the field. The result is a comic electronic model in which graphic-shaped graphics are highlighted to deliver learning materials in accordance with the applicable curriculum. The material is delivered in story form so the delivery is not rigid. Implementation of field trial prorotype obtained data that the user liked the model of this e-Comic learning media and feel like learning to read comics with digital format. The conclusion of the development of e-Comic model, innovative learning media, fun, effective and efficient, so as to increase the students' attention in understanding the subject AbstrakPengembangan model media pembelajaran menjadi kebutuhan untuk peningkatan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesai. Mengikuti perkembangan teknologi dan informasi, model-model baru terus dikembangkan dari waktu ke waktu. Komik yang dimaknai sebagai sebuah gambar kartun berteks mampu menyampaikan sebuah pesan dengan gaya yang ringan dan menyenangkan.Tujuan pembuatan model ini untuk membuat sebuah model berformat elektronik komik (E-komik) sebagai media pembelajaran menyampaikan materi pendidikan. Dengan metode pengembangan ADDIE, yang dimulai dengan kegiatan Analisis Kebutuhan, Desain/Perancangan Model, Development Prototype, Implementasi Prototype berbentuk ujicoba prototype ke user dan dilanjutkan dengan Evaluasi hasil implementasi prototype ke lapangan model Elektronik komik ini dikembangkan. Hasil dari pengembangan ini adalah sebuah model elektronik komik yang didalamnya berupa grafis berbentuk kartun ditonjolkan untuk menyampaikan materi-materi pembelajaran sesuai dengan kurikulum yang berlaku di sekolah. Materi disampaikan dalam bentuk cerita sehingga penyampaiannya tidak kaku. Implementasi ujicoba prorotype dilapangan diperoleh data bahwa user menyukai model media pembelajaran E-komik ini dan merasa belajar seperti membaca komik dengan format digital. Kesimpulan pengembangan model E-komik yang dilakukan menjadi salah satu jawaban atas kebutuhan terhadap media pembelajaran yang inovatif, menyenangkan, efektif dan efisien, sehingga dapat meningkatkan perhatian siswa dalam memahani mata ajar. Untuk itu penerapannya dapat dilakukan secara bertahap pada SMA tertentu.

Mutu pendidikan dipengaruhi oleh banyak faktor, salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi mutu pendidikan adalah kualitas pembelajaran di sekolah. Salah satu indikator sebuah pembelajaran yang berkualitas dapat dilihat dari hasil belajar yang diraih siswa. Motivasi belajar dapat mempengaruhi pencapaian prestasi belajar peserta didik. Pemanfaatan media dalam proses pembelajaran di kelas untuk membuat suasana pembelajaran menjadi menyenangkan serta dapat menumbuhkan motivasi belajar peserta didik. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat dimanfaatkan dalam meningkatkan motivasi dan prestasi belajar peserta didik adalah media powerpoint berbasis animasi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah pemanfaatan media pembelajaran powerpoint berbasis animasi dapat meningkatkan motivasi belajar dan prestasi belajar peserta didik didik pada standar kompetensi membuat dan menjaga kearsipan untuk menjamin integritas. Subjek penelitian ini adalah semua peserta didik kelas X Administrasi Perkantoran berjumlah 34 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa 1) Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran powerpoint berbasis animasi dapat meningkatan motivasi belajar peserta didik pada standar kompetensi membuat dan menjaga kearsipan untuk menjamin integritas, 2) Pemanfaatan media pembelajaran powerpoint berbasis animasi dapat meningkatan hasil belajar peserta didik pada standar kompetensi membuat dan menjaga kearsipan untuk menjamin integritas. Kata kunci : Media Pembelajaran, Powerpoint, Motivasi Belajar, Prestasi Belajar   Abstract: The Effectiveness Of Learning Media Powerpoint Based Animation In Increasing Motivation And Learning Achievement. The quality of education is affected by many factors, one of the factors that affect the quality of education is the quality of learning at school. One of the indicators of a quality learning can be seen from the results of the study earned students. Learning motivation may affect the achievement of the learning achievements of students. The utilization of the media in the process of learning in the classroom to create an atmosphere of learning into fun learning motivation can grow as well as learners. One of the media learning which can be utilized in improving learning and achievement motivation of learners is a media-based powerpoint animation. This research aims to find out whether the utilization of media learning powerpoint based animation can increase motivation and learning achievements learning educates learners on standards of competence to make and keep the archives to ensure the integrity. The subject of this research is all learners class X Office Administration amounted to 34 people. The results of this study indicate that 1) utilization of instructional media in powerpoint based animation can improve the learning motivation of learners on the standard of competence to make and keep the archives to ensure the integrity of media Utilization, 2) powerpoint animation based learning can improve the learning results of students on the standard of competence to make and keep the archives to ensure integrity. Key word : learning media, powerpoint, motivation of learnier, the learning achievements

Sustainable professional development of pedagogic teachers is a strategic effort to improve the competence and performance of teachers in carrying out their duties and functions as planners, implementers, and evaluation of learning in  the classroom. This research aims to examine the improvement of innovative, creative, adaptive, and productive quality of PBI based on Indonesian text and character through the SKBP model of teachers in junior high schools and MTs. This research was  conducted using qualitative approach with survey type. The research subjects were PBI teachers in 6 junior high schools and MTs selected research target locations by using random patterns of strata. Descriptive data of 5 research objects obtained by researchers as a key instrument with interview techniques, questionnaires, and focused observations. Data analysis was carried out using a flow model during the study.  The development models used are  R2D2 model: Recursive, Reflective Instructional Design and Development  and Oxford training strategy model. The assessment of the effectiveness of the SKBP model was carried out using a qualitative approach with the type of class action research of the Kemmis and Taggart models. The research subjects were PBI teachers and grade VIII students at 6 junior high schools in Malang districts and cities. Further data analysis is done descriptively, including (1) improvement of pbi process based on Indonesian text and character using SKBP model and (2) improvement of PBI results based on Indonesian text and character using SKBP model.

El propósito de este artículo es describir la calidad educativa en la educación universitaria venezolana, se presenta una breve descripción del término calidad educativa y de los intentos por evaluarla en las universidades venezolanas. La metodología que se utilizó fue un estudio bibliográfico, descriptivo, de tipo documental, la técnica usada fue el uso de fichas bibliográficas. Las categorías consideradas por los autores fueron: a) reflexiones sobre el concepto de calidad educativa; b) las experiencias de las universidades venezolanas en torno al tema; y c) experiencias del estado venezolano para evaluar la calidad educativa a nivel universitaria. Como conclusión se tiene que se debe seguir trabajando para realizar nuevas definiciones del término calidad educativa en el contexto venezolano, y que las universidades venezolanas y el Estado venezolano han tenido mecanismos para evaluarla, sin embargo, no se han observados cambios en la transformación de la universidad venezolana.  AbstractThe purpose of this paper is to describe the quality of education in the Venezuelan university; this is a brief description of the term educational quality and its attempts to evaluate it in the Venezuelan universities. The methodology used was a bibliographic, descriptive, documentary-style study, the technique used were the bibliographical cards. The categories considered by the authors were: a) Reflections on the concept of educational quality; b) The experiences of the Venezuelan universities on the subject; and c) The experiences of the Venezuelan state to assess the educational quality of university. In conclusion, new definitions should be developed about educational quality in the Venezuelan context, and the Venezuelan universities and the Venezuelan government they both have had mechanisms to evaluate the quality of education, however changes have not been observed to transform the Venezuelan University yet.

This research aims to analyze the strategy of leaders in improving the quality of education in Zulhijjah Muara Bulian boarding school. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Data collection is done through observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions, and verification. The results showed kiai has four roles, in improving the quality of education, namely educators, administrators, managers, and supervisors. Improving the quality of education is done by pursuing the welfare of teachers and contributing thought to the progress of the region and able to become cadres of scholars who will lead the ummah in the future by maintaining educational inputs, processes, and outputs.
