SUPERVISI AKADEMIK DENGAN TEKNIK KLINIS UNTUK MENINGKATKAN KINERJA GURU DALAM PEMBELAJARAN TEMATIK KURIKULUM 2013  PADA SD SE-KECAMATAN GISTING

ABSTRACT This study begins with the condition of the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum thematic learning for grade 1 and 4 teachers in SD N 1 Gisting Permai, SD N 2 Gisting Permai and SD N 1 Gisting Atas who just implemented one semester is still not optimal and found various obstacles. This study aims to improve teacher performance in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning through clinical technical academic supervision and find out the magnitude of teacher performance improvement in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning after academic supervision activities with clinical techniques in SD Gisting Subdistrict even semester 2017/2018 academic year. This research method refers to the procedure of action research (action research) carried out in three cycles for six meetings each cycle with the steps of planning, implementing actions, observing and reflecting. The results of the academic supervision actions with clinical techniques for 3 cycles on the performance of the teacher in preparing RPP the final value of RPP in the first cycle averaged 77.8; cycle II averaged 81.8 and cycle III averaged 85.7 with a cumulative increase of 7.9 and the implementation of 2013 curriculum curriculum thematic class 1 and 4 teachers the final value of the first cycle averaged 77.2, cycle II on average 85.7 and cycle III averaged 90.7 with a cumulative increase of 13.5. Thus it was concluded that the increase in teacher performance in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning after akaedical supervision with clinical technique in the elementary school of Gisting Subdistrict in the semester of 2017/2018 school year and the magnitude of teacher performance improvement in the 2013 curriculum thematic learning after academic supervision with clinical techniques at the Elementary School Even semester Gisting for the 2017/2018 school year, namely the performance of teachers in compiling thematic RPPs cycles I, II, III experienced a cumulative increase of 7.9 and teacher performance in thematic learning had a cumulative increase of 13.5. ABSTRAK Penelitian ini diawali dari kondisi pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik Kurikulum 2013 pada guru kelas 1 dan 4 pada SD N 1 Gisting Permai, SD N 2 Gisting Permai dan SD N 1 Gisting Atas yang baru melaksanakan satu semester masih belum maksimal dan menemukan berbagai kendala. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran tematik kurikulum 2013 melalui supervisi akademik teknis klinis dan mengetahuai besarnya peningkatan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran tematik kurikulum 2013 sesudah kegiatan supervisi akademik dengan teknik klinis pada SD Kecamatan Gisting semester genap tahun pelajaran 2017/2018. Metode penelitian ini mengacu pada prosedur penelitian tindakan (action research) yang dilaksanakan dengan dalam tiga siklus selama enam pertemuan yang setiap siklus dengan langkah perencanaan, pelaksanaan tindakan, pengamatan dan refleksi. Hasil dari tindakan supervisi akademik dengan teknik klinis selama 3 siklus terhadap kinerja guru dalam menyusun RPP nilai akhir RPP siklus I rata-rata 77,8; siklus II rata-rata 81,8 dan siklus III rata-rata 85,7 dengan peningkatan kumulatif 7,9 dan pelaksanaan pembelajaran tematik kurikulum 2013 guru kelas 1 dan 4 nilai akhir siklus I rata-rata 77,2, siklus II rata-rata 85,7 dan siklus III rata-rata 90,7 dengan peningkatan kumulatif 13,5. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa peningkatan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran tematik kurikulum 2013 setelah adanya supervisi akaedmik dengan teknis klinis pada SD Kecamatan Gisting semester genap tahun pelajaran 2017/2018 dan besarnya peningkatan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran tematik kurikulum 2013 sesudah kegiatan supervisi akademik dengan teknik klinis pada SD Kecamatan Gisting semester genap tahun pelajaran 2017/2018, yaitu kinerja guru dalam menyusun RPP tematik siklus I, II, III mengalami peningkatan kumulatif 7,9 dan kinerja guru dalam pembelajaran tematik mengalami peningkatan kumulatif 13,5. The ability of teachers to manage student interactions in learning activities relates to communication between students and other students, students with teachers and vice versa. The purpose of this study was to measure the improvement in the ability of Surabaya Elementary School 5 teachers to communicate with students after clinical supervision. This classroom action research was carried out by taking place at SD Negeri 5 Surabaya. The school's action research was conducted in the first semester of the 2016/2017 school year. The subject of this study was the teacher of SD Negeri 5 Surabaya, amounting to six teachers. The results of this study are the teacher's ability to communicate with students from cycle to cycle has increased, namely from prasiklus 33.86%, the first cycle of 66.08%, and the second cycle of 88.30%, so that the increase during the action is 54, 44%. Increases occur in all aspects. The increase in teachers' abilities was due to clinical supervision activities based on objective assessments that were delivered transparently to teachers, besides the implementation of supervision with a small number of teachers tended to facilitate communication between researchers, principals and teachers. The existence of such supervision increases the teacher's awareness of the importance of the ability to communicate with students, and raises the awareness of teachers that this ability is one aspect of teacher performance assessment.

The purpose of this supervisory action research (PTKp) was to determine the performance improvement of MI teachers at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah in Jumo District, Temanggung Regency in carrying out class-based assessments through clinical supervision. In this supervisory action research (PTKp) was carried out in 3 cycles, from the results of the actions taken, it was proven to improve teacher performance by achieving ideal standards. to III 86.76%. The results of this action research indicate that coaching through clinical supervision of supervisors can improve teacher performance in carrying out class-based assessments with completeness reaching 100%.

This research is motivated by poor teacher performance. For this reason the aim of this research is to improve teacher performance by carrying out academic supervision. This study uses a school action research design that has stages of planning, implementation, observation, reflection. This research was conducted at the target schools in Dumai city from March 4 to April 27. The subjects of this study were grade IV elementary school teachers totaling 11 people. Data analysis instruments use observation sheets that are analyzed and described according to the criteria set. The results showed that the teacher's performance in the first cycle had an average percentage of 65% with sufficient criteria, classically the number of teachers who achieved the indicator of success was 3 people (27%). After repairs with academic supervision, the performance of teachers in the second cycle increased with a percentage of 81% with sufficient criteria. Classically the number of teachers who achieved good performance was 9 people (81%). The conclusion of this study is the implementation of academic supervision can improve the performance of elementary school teachers in the city of Dumai.

The purpose of this study is to find out the improvement of elementary school students' learning achievement through the medium of picture word cards. The problem in this study is still the low learning achievement of students seen from the initial test of learning achievement. This research took place in class I SDN Babatan IV/459 Surabaya. The school is located at Jalan Raya Menganti Babatan Wiyung District of Surabaya City. The research time was carried out in semester 1 (odd) in October of the 2020/2021 School Year. The subject of this study was a student of class I SDN Babatan IV /459 Surabaya which amounted to 28 students. This research design is class action research (PTK) through stage flow (planning, research action, data collection and data analysis) carried out with two cycles. The result of this study is an increase in student learning achievement in each lesson cycle with a minimum completion criteria (KKM) of 70, cycle I completed learning of 15 students or 60% of students who have achieved the minimum completion criteria with an average score of 72.95. While cycle II has increased, 28 students completed their studies or 100% of students have achieved the minimum completion criteria with an average score of 85.4.

This study reveals that there is an increasing learners activity after learning by story telling method in the Kindergarten of Musara Ate, Blang Kolak 1, District of Bebesan, Central Aceh Regency, Province Aceh in 2014/2015 school year. In the beginning, there were difficulties faced by children in terms of speaking skills in telling information orally in learning processes. The difficulties mainly in to comment on their lessons in the classroom. Secondly, learners always confused and difficult to get inspired to speak. Third learners mostly silent when the teacher opens the question and answer session, so the level is very low speaking learners. In addition to these problems, the students lack motivation in learning noticed that interest to argue no idea who will be disclosed. This study uses action research (action research) as much as two cycles. Each round consists of four phases: design, action and observation, reflection and revision. Based on these results it can be concluded that the activities of learners per cycle increased significantly. Of the five aspects of the observations which is an indicator of student learning activities that liveliness asked, express opinions, answer questions, active in doing the task, working in groups active in most of the authors observe already mastered.

Abstract The research aims to improve the competence of teachers PAI SD in Piyungan Bantul Regency in drawing up scientific approach based RPP. This Research Action Research shaped the school (School Action Research) collaboration between researchers and teachers. This research uses descriptive method with engineering workshop to see improvement happening from cycle to cycle the results showed that coaching through the workshop can enhance teacher competencies PAI SD in district Piyungan Bantul Regency in preparation of the RPP by using scientific approach. Increased value and competence that occurs after the execution of the workshop teachers PAI elementary school in kecamatan Piyungan Bantul Regency was amounting to 43 points. This can be seen from the results of the calculation of the increase in the average value of a participant on one cycle only gets 69 points or 2.3 later increased to 112 or 3.7 indicating is in compliance with the criteria and expectations of researchers. Abstrak Penelitian bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAI SD di Kecamatan Piyungan Kabupaten Bantul dalam menyusun RPP berbasis pendekatan saintifik. Penelitian ini berbentuk Penelitian Tindakan Sekolah (School Action Research) hasil kerjasama antara peneliti dan guru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan teknik workshop untuk melihat peningkatan yang terjadi dari siklus ke siklus Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa pembinaan melalui workshop dapat meningkatkan kompetensi guru PAI SD di kecamatan Piyungan Kabupaten Bantul dalam penyusunan RPP dengan menggunakan pendekatan saintifik. Peningkatan nilai dan kompetensi yang terjadi setelah pelaksanaan workshop guru PAI SD di kecamatan Piyungan kabupaten Bantul adalah sebesar 43 poin. Hal ini dapat terlihat dari hasil perhitungan kenaikan rata-rata nilai peserta yang pada siklus satu hanya mendapatkan 69 poin atau 2,3 kemudian meningkat menjadi 112 atau 3,7 yang mengindikasikan sudah sesuai dengan kriteria dan harapan peneliti.

This study had an objective to determine the application and improvement of students' abilities in mathematics learning of subtraction material of two integers in class 1-A of Tlogomas 2 Elementary School in Malang City. The approach used in this study was a qualitative approach, in which the data obtained was objective data (by the reality in the field). The data collected in this study were taken during the learning process in class discussing subtraction material, both pre and post action given by using the number bag media. This type of research was classroom action research (classroom action research) designed for researchers and teachers, to solve problems that occurred in the classroom relating to the process and results of learning. The subject of this study were grade 1-A students at Tlogomas 2 Elementary School, Malang City, which consists of 28 students, 16 male students, and 12 female students. The results of students' abilities in a material reduction in pre-action are 25%. While the results of students' abilities after the post-action with number bag media, in the first cycle reached 67.9% and in the second cycle of 85.7%. Based on the research that had been done, it showed that the use of number bag media could improve students' abilities in the reduction material.

The objectives of this school action research are; To find out the ability of elementary school teachers with a cooperative learning model through clinical supervision at SD Negeri 02 Karan Aur, Kota Pariaman. The research subjects were 8 teachers of SD Negeri 02 Karan Aur. The results of the analysis that has been carried out using clinical supervision in improving the ability of teachers to use cooperative models are very good. At the beginning of the activity the teacher was still hesitant to use this model, but because of the guidance of researchers through clinical supervision, the teacher was able to use the cooperative model. 87% of teachers are able to use cooperative models in the learning process and this also affects the potential of students.

Teacher performance on learning process as one of the important in supporting the creation of effective education process especially in build discipline attitude and student learning result quality. However, when teacher failed to minimize student inappropriate behavior, it often make teacher lost its spirit and lazy to teach. Teacher performance has certain criterion. Their performance can be seen and measured based on competence specification or criterion that must be possessed by every teacher. In last few years many teachers that have certified, whereas their performance should be improve than before. Specifically, the purpose of research that was done : to find out the principal’s asessment to teachers performance elementary school level on kaubun sub dictrict Kutai Timur district. Method in this study apply statistic descriptive that conducted to describe certain phenomenon. Data collection performed to obtain information that related with phenomenon, condition, or certain variable and not intended to conduct hypothesist testing. This research conducted on elementary school of whole Kaubun District, East Borneo Province,. Variable in this research is principal’s asessment to teachers performance elementary school level on Kaubun sub dictrict Kutai Timur district.Based on the results of research on Teacher performance on learning process in Elementary School in on Kaubun sub dictrict Kutai Timur district be concluded that: 1) There are two (2) important component of the core activities, namely Planning evaluation of teacher performance and implementation of teacher performance evaluation 2) The performance evaluation conducted once a year by each school principal at the end of the school year between the months of May-June. Evaluations conducted simultaneously at all levels of both teachers and employees. Evaluating teacher performance in Kec. Kaubun means as an efforts to make professional teachers through performance evaluation.

The purpose of this research was to improve the study result of basic movement in kippers on students in class 4B Bratan 1 State Elementary School No.71 Surakarta school year 2016/2017. This research was a Class Action Research. This research was done in two cycles, with each cycle contains planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were 36 students in class 4B Bratan 1 State Elementary School No.71 Surakarta. The sources of data were from teachers, students, and researchers. The techniques of collecting data were observation, test. The validity of the data used data triangle technique. The technique of analyzing the data used descriptive technique which based on the quantitative analysis with percentage. From the analysis, the result obtained from pre-cycle to cycle I and from cycle I to cycle II. This was observed from the study result of the students on pre-cycle. From 36 students, it was only 12 students who passed and 24 students who failed or with percentage 33,3% of students who pass and 66,7% of students who failed. Then the study result which was shown by students from cycle I showed the improvement of 20 students or 55,6% who passed and 16 students or 44,4% who failed. In cycle II, the improvement of the study result was 86,1% or 31 students who passed and 13,9% or 5 students who failed. The conclusion of this research was using the modification of education tool could improve the study result of basic movement in kippers game on students in class 4B Bratan 1 State Elementary School No.71 Surakarta school year 2016/2017.
