MSMEs are an economic driving sector that can contribute greatly to the Indonesian economy. One of the weaknesses of MSMEs is that they still lack knowledge and understanding of financial management, especially when coupled with the Covid-19 epidemic, MSMEs are experiencing various problems, so there needs to be strengthening of MSMEs through various skills so that MSMEs can survive during pandemics and post-pandemics. One of the business groups that is quite affected by Covid-19, is MSMEs engaged in the culinary or food sector, which are indicated to still have weaknesses in the financial aspect. Our MSME partners in community service are handayani catering assisted groups. The PKM team makes efforts to assist the assisted catering groups through mentoring, empowerment and capacity building activities in financial management, starting with providing financial records and bookkeeping as well as various ways to mitigate financial risk. The result of this activity was that the participants began to prepare financial reports and began to implement financial management, especially cash flow, which was previously less of a concern. Participants were greatly helped by the preparation of financial reports as an indicator of business sustainability and health.

ABSTRAKPengelolaan keuangan pada suatu lembaga diperlukan keahlian maupun keterampilan yang dimiliki oleh pengelolanya sehingga dapat menghasilkan suatu laporan keuangan yang transaparan, akuntabel dan memiliki kredibilitas yang baik, pengelolaan keuangan dapat dilaksanakan dengan cara manual maupun menggunakan perangkat bantuan guna efisiensi pada jumlah laporan dan waktu dalam proses pengerjaanya, Badan Usaha Milik Desa atau biasa disebut dengan BUMDES desa Cepaka telah memiliki beberapa unit usaha dimana dalam pelaporannya masih menggunakan model pelaporan manual dan sederhana, kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan pendampingan dalam pengelolaan keuangan sehingga laporan keuangan yang dibuat dapat diminamilisir kesalahannya, hasil yang dicapai pada program pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah Pihak BUMDES menyetujui bahwa diperlukannya analisa terkait pemberian kredit, dan juga menambah lagi dilakukannya analisa rekam jejak nasabah melalui informasi dari koperasi-koperasi di Desa Cepaka. Sedangkan dalam hal pengawasan. untuk saat ini masih bisa dilakukan pengawasan hanya berdasarkan data laporan rekening koran Tabungan setiap bulannya dan karena cash flow yang masih kecil ,menyebabkan jarang terjadinya transaksi pada Bank. Kata kunci: pelaporan keuangan; pengelolaan keuangan; pendampingan. ABSTRACTFinancial management at an institution requires expertise and skills possessed by the manager so that it can produce a financial report that is transparent, accountable and has good credibility, financial management can be carried out manually or using assistance tools for efficiency in the number of reports and time in the process. , Village-Owned Enterprises or commonly referred to as BUMDES Desa Cepaka already has several business units where the reporting still uses a manual and simple reporting model, this community service activity aims to provide assistance in financial management so that the financial reports that are made can be minimized for errors, the results obtained are The achievement in this community service program is that the BUMDES party agrees that an analysis is needed regarding lending, and also adds to the analysis of customer track records through information from cooperatives in Cepaka Village. While in terms of supervision. Based on survey and problem analysis faced by SMEs Food Field in Tangerang City in cooperation with Tangerang City Health Office, is problem of supply. MSME owners often experience excess stock in the warehouse for a particular product, or otherwise the lack of availability of goods that cause disruption of the production process. The causes of the deficiency or excess inventory include: 1) The amount of raw materials ordered only based on previous historical data and owners of MSMEs do not forecast sales and production, so it is not clear about the production plan and raw material needs plan that can be used as reference bookings materials, 2) the absence of safety stocks for each material used, causing the owners of MSMEs to lack or surplus inventory; 3) the absence of a clear inventory management system, in the absence of evidence of record keeping, valuation or inventory monitoring. So based on the analysis, the Dedication Team provides solutions in the form of knowledge management improvement for MSME owners in Tangerang City. Where in Community Service Training is held in the form of how to perform calculations, ranging from purchases, production to sales. Also provided training on product storage and efficient cost calculation in carrying out production. Community Service Activities on the training of inventory management and continued by training in making inventory cards using Microsoft Excel. Furthermore, will be provided assistance to SMEs for other fields such as making simple financial reports for MSMEs, computerized financial reports, as well as financial management and strategic management.

Bank Sampah Lestari 25 is a community group in Serang City that carries out business activities to utilize waste to be managed with a system of refuse, reduce, and recycle. This effort is certainly a form of public concern in helping the government improve environmental cleanliness. In addition, of course, you will get income to improve people's welfare and advance the economic structure. The absence of financial management carried out at Bank Sampah Lestari 25 makes the performance of this waste bank not optimal. Financial management is an action to achieve financial goals in the future. Financial management includes personal financial management, family financial management, and company financial management. Financial management is an important part of overcoming economic problems, whether individuals, families, or companies. The objectives of financial management in general are to achieve certain target funds in the future, protect and increase wealth owned, regulate cash flow (income and expenditure of money), and carry out risk management and manage investment risk properly and manage debt and credit. From the results of the implementation of community service activities in the form of financial management literacy, training on recording financial transactions, and preparing simple financial reports, the benefits were very much felt. From ignorance of financial management and irregularity in managing finances to understanding and being able to carry out more regular financial management. Abstrak Bank Sampah Lestari 25 adalah kelompok masyarakat di Kota Serang yang melakukan kegiatan usaha memanfaatkan sampah untuk dikelola dengan sistem refuse, reduce, dan recycle. Usaha ini tentunya sebagai bentuk kepedulian masyarakat dalam membantu pemerintah meningkatkan kebersihan lingkungan. Selain itu tentunya mendapatan penghasilan guna meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat dan memajukan struktur ekonomi. Belum adanya manajemen keuangan yang dilakukan pada Bank Sampah Lestari 25 menjadikan kinerja bank sampah ini tidak maksimal.  Manajemen keuangan merupakan sebuah tindakan untuk mencapai tujuan-tujuan keuangan di masa yang akan datang. Manajemen keuangan meliputi manajemen keuangan pribadi, manajemen keuangan keluarga, dan manajemen keuangan perusahaan. Manajemen keuangan merupakan bagian penting dalam mengatasi masalah ekonomi, baik individu, keluarga, maupun perusahaan. Tujuan manajemen keuangan secara umum adalah mencapai target dana tertentu di masa yang akan dating, melindungi dan meningkatkan kekayaan yang dimiliki, mengatur arus kas (pemasukan dan pengeluaran uang), dan melakukan manajemen risiko dan mengatur risiko investasi dengan baik serta mengelola utang piutang. Dari hasil pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat dalam bentuk literasi manajemen keuangan, pelatihan pencatatan transaksi keuangan, dan penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana memang sangat dirasakan manfaatnya. Dari ketidaktahuan mengenai manajemen keuangan dan ketidakteraturan mengelola keuangan menjadi mengerti dan mampu melakukan pengelolaan keuangan yang lebih teratur. So far, the potential of MSMEs has not been fully exploited. Many MSME activity actors (owners) often experience internal problems so that it is difficult to develop and compete both among MSMEs and with large producers. The problem of financial management is one of the problems that is often encountered in MSMEs. Some of the common financial management problems that are often encountered in MSMEs include the mixing of owner's personal finances with business finance, product pricing is often done simply and intuitively, without carefully calculating costs incurred, the method of recording transactions carried out is still not good and lack of knowledge about financial recording and financial management (accounting). Based on these problems, community service activities were carried out in collaboration between the service team, the Rokan Hilir Regency Cooperatives and UKM Service and several MSME players in Rokan Hilir Regency. The purpose of this activity is to increase the willingness or desire of MSME actors in Rokan Hilir Regency to use accounting to improve the financial performance of MSMEs. Then with this activity, it is hoped that participants will be able and skilled to prepare financial reports according to SAK EMKM so that it is useful in improving the performance of MSMEs.The results of the activity provide additional knowledge and understanding to MSME actors how the process of preparing financial statement is in accordance with SAK EMKM. Participants who are MSME players can compile financial statement starting with journalizing, posting to ledgers, trial balance and preparing income statements and statements of financial position

The purpose of the establishment of Durenan Indah Thematic Village in RW 06 Manguharjo Village, Tembalang District, Semarang City is to increase knowledge or education about Nusantara culture, especially Semarang City Local Art and Culture, preserving national and local culture which characterizes the city of Semarang in general. and is a hallmark of the superior product of Mangunharjo Village, community empowerment aims to reduce poverty and unemployment, beautify slum areas, uphold local wisdom in increasing potential and solving environmental problems, making the area a tourism area. The problems faced by SMEs Batik Blekok and UKM Batik Blibis include in the field of financial management, in this case is due to limited knowledge about the preparation and preparation of financial reports correctly. The solution offered is to provide training and assistance in making simple bookkeeping for MSMEs and preparing financial reports. The community service program was carried out on Thursday, November 19, 2020. Koperasi Usaha Mandiri in Manisrenggo, Klaten, Java has carried out intermediation activities by collecting funds from all cooperative members in form of savings to be distributed again to members who need funds in the form of loans. Koperasi has significant public accountability, but because it has not registered as a public company, Koperasi Usaha Mandiri is only responsible for the funds of its members. The purpose of this Community Service activity is to improve the management's ability to prepare financial reports based on SAK ETAP either manually or using a computer system. This activity begins with an introduction and submission of material on financial reports or financial reports based on SAK ETAP and is followed by training on recording using Excel. The material prepared in this training includes the process of preparing financial reports, namely making journals, ledgers, balance reports, reports on business results and cash flow reports. After attending the training, the management of the Koperasi has increased their understanding of the importance of implementing SAK ETAP to present cooperative financial reports. Increased understanding of cooperative management regarding the concepts and basic principles of cooperative accounting, elements of recognition, measurement and presentation of financial statements in accordance with SAK ETAP, can assist them in the process of preparing and presenting financial statements in future periods.

Micro small business in Tegalarum village is one of the micro small business groups in Mranggen District, Demak Regency. The majority of these micro small business entrepreneurs do not have skills in the field of finance, especially cash flow statements (cash flow statements). Therefore, non-formal education activities are needed in the form of counseling aimed at providing non-formal education through an outreach approach to the preparation of cash flow reports so that these reports can be accounted for and accountable. ) which has been prepared by the Indonesian Institute of Accountants (IAI) as a standard compiler for cash flow reports, so that this report can later be accounted for and can be read by parties with an interest in the report. The activity method in the form of a participatory training approach is carried out through several activity steps, namely: counseling, training and monitoring and evaluation. As for the results of non-formal education activities through counseling that has been carried out, it is known that micro small business entrepreneurs in Tegalarum Village, Mranggen District, Demak Regency have been able to increase their knowledge and skills in making financial reports, especially cash flow reports.Usaha mikro kecil  desa  Tegalarum merupakan salah satu kelompok Usaha mikro kecil Kecamatan Mranggen Kabupaten Demak. Mayoritas pengusaha Usaha mikro kecil tersebut belum mempunyai skill dibidang finance khususnya cash flow statement (laporan arus kas). Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan kegiatan pendidikan non formal berupa penyuluhan yang  bertujuan memberikan pendidikan jon formal melalui pendekatan penyuluhan penyusunan laporan arus kas agar laporan tersebut  dapat dipertanggungjawabkan  dan akuntabel  Dalam  penyusunan  laporan    arus kas  tersebut telah  diatur dalam  Pedoman  Standar  Arus kas kuntansi  Keuangan  (PSAK-45)  yang  telah  disusun  oleh Ikatan Akuntan Indonesia (IAI) sebagai penyusun standar laporan arus kas, agar laporan ini nantinya bisa dipertanggungjawabkan dan dapat dibaca oleh pihak-pihak yang berkepentingan terhadap laporan tersebut. Metode kegiatan dalam bentuk pendekatan participatory training dilakukan melalui beberapa langkah kegiatan. yaitu : penyuluhan, pelatihan dan monitoring serta evaluasi.  Adapun hasil kegiatan pendidikan non formal mekalui penyuluhan yang telah dilaksanakan diketahui bahwa pengusaha Usaha mikro kecil desa Tegalarum Kecamatan Mranggen Kabupaten Demak sudah mampu meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan dalam membuat laporan keuangan khususnya laporan arus kas.

Community service was one of the reciprocal manifestations of a university to society through the provision of empowerment assistance, training, counseling, mentoring, to realize the potential of the community, and help improve the quality of life and development. In this community service activity, entrepreneurship socialization was carried out as an attractive economic power for the Cikaung village community, Pabuaran Subdistrict, Serang district, Province Banten. The method was used as a training seminar. Observation activity was done with question and answer, documentation, directly looking at the situation on society then carried out coaching, training, and assistance to the community. This entrepreneurship training seminar used Tempe chips business as an example of possible business activities for the Cikaung village community. The results of this entrepreneurship training seminar were the enthusiasm of the community for entrepreneurial spirit building activities, training in Tempe chips business, financial management education in entrepreneurship, and the spirit in continuing the business activities that have been taught to a community of Cikaung village, Pabuaran Sub-District, Serang district, Province Banten

The study assesses the farmers’ use of Global System for Mobile (GSM) for communication among farmers in agricultural extension programs in Taraba State, Nigeria. Specifically, the objectives include: identify key areas in which GSM are used for communication in agricultural extension programs activities, determine the frequency of usage of GSM for information exchange between farmers and extension personnel; and ascertain farmers’ satisfaction in the use of GSM in obtaining information in the various agricultural extension programs. The population for this study included all beneficiaries/farmers under the agricultural extension programs in Taraba state, Nigeria. Purposive sampling was adopted because of the accessibility of the selected three Local Government Areas (LGAs), (Ardo-Kola, Jalingo & Lau) throughout the year. Five Fadama User Groups (FUGs) were randomly selected from each LGA to constitute fifteen FUGs for the study. From each FUG, ten respondents were drawn randomly to give a sample size for the study. In the Fadama III project, respondents’ key areas of communications with personnel of the project included: group formation (88%), mobilization of members for participation in Fadama III programs and activities (87.3%), awareness creation of Fadama III intervention (82.7%), capacity building activities (81.3%), convening of Fadama User Group (FUG)/FCA meetings (81.3%), sub-project preparation and management (80.7%), advisory services and input support services (80%), environmental/social screening friendly practices (72.7%), asset acquisition activities (68%), record-keeping activities (66%), small-scale community infrastructure activities (63.3%) and financial management (61.3%). Farmers indicated their satisfaction in obtaining information o;n capacity building activities by the use of GSM with the (M = 1.21), advisory services and input support activities (M = 1.28), asset acquisition activities, (M= 1.16), mobilization of members for participation in Fadama III activities (M = 1.40), convening FUG/FCA meetings ( M = 1.43), financial management (M=1.09), record-keeping activities (M = 1.17), awareness creation of Fadama III intervention (M = 1.27), group formation (M = 1.37) and environmental/social screening and environmentally friendly practices ( M = 1.17). The main challenges included no GSM phones provided by Fadama III to farmers (M = 1.37), low level of education of farmers (M = 1.55), erratic power supply (M = 1.41), high call tariff (M = 1.11), poor network coverage (M = 1.24), lack of maintenance e.g recharging (M = 1.11), and fluctuating services by the service providers (M = 1.16). The study suggested that the Information and communication unit of the Fadama III project should collaborate with other media outfits and extension units to disseminate agro-information to the benefits of the Fadama III beneficiaries.

Abstrak Pengelolaan mandiri oleh pemilik Taman Baca Masyarakat (TBM), seringkali dihampiri oleh masalah keuangan yang cukup mengancam kontinuitasnya. Kurang pengetahuan dari pengurus organisasi nirlaba ini dapat diminimalisir dengan memberikan lokakarya terkait pengelolaan keuangan organisasi sejenis. Dana dari donasi—baik tunai maupun non tunai—seyogyanya diterima, dicatat, serta dilaporkan dengan baik dan menarik, sehingga meningkatkan kepercayaan donatur. Tujuan dari rangkaian kegiatan ini adalah untuk memberikan keterampilan teknis terkait pembuatan laporan keuangan TBM yang mudah dipahami oleh para stakeholder, dengan menggunakan metode berupa penggalian masalah, pemberian materi serta praktik. Kegiatan pertama yang dilakukan adalah leadership group discussion yang hasilnya membantu kegiatan berikutnya agar tepat sasaran. Kegiatan selanjutnya yaitu lokakarya yang diselenggarakan dalam bentuk praktik pencatatan dan juga penyajian laporan keuangan yang menarik serta mudah dipahami. Kegiatan pengabdian ini direspon positif oleh peserta, dan mereka mulai berkomitmen untuk tertib mencatat donasi tunai dan non tunai di TBM masing-masing. Ke depannya, kegiatan semacam ini sebaiknya ditindaklanjuti dengan pendampingan untuk menyesuaikan inti dari materi dengan keunikan masing-masing TBM. Lack of knowledge from the management of this non-profit organization can be minimized by providing workshops related to the financial management of similar organizations. Funds from donations—both cash and non-cash—should be received, recorded, and reported both properly and attractively, thereby increasing donor trust. The purpose of this series of activities is to provide technical skills related to the preparation of TBM financial reports that are easily understood by stakeholders, using excavating problems, providing material and practice as the methods. The first activity carried out was a leadership group discussion whose results helped the next activity to be on target. The next activity is a workshop about recording practices and the making of interesting financial statements that easy to be understand. The community service activity was responded positively by the participants, and they began to commit to an orderly record of cash and non-cash donations at their respective TBMs. In the future, this kind of activity should be followed up with assistance to adjust the core of the material with the uniqueness of each TBM.
