Efforts to improve the quality of education by conducting curriculum development are a necessity, because there are a number of pillars as well as the direction of the implementation of education in schools. In accordance with global demands ahead of the enactment of AFTA (Asean Free Trade Area) and AFLA (Asean Free Labor Area) the demands of the education world are increasingly complex. The world of education is required to be able to produce skilled workers who are able to exist and survive in this global development. because to meet the demands of these developments, improvement and renewal of various components of education especially the educational curriculum becomes an urgent thing to do, because in reality the 1994 curriculum was no longer relevant to deliver students to be able to compete with the global development of society for the government through the Ministry of National Education in academic year 2004/2005 will provide a new curriculum called the Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC) with a variety of studies and planning that is expected to be able to produce quality HR and be able to answer the global challenges of society.

Lack of teacher understanding of techniques and ways of carrying out Discovery Learning in learning, especially elementary school teachers in Supervisory Primary Schools. The purpose of the study was to improve the implementation of Discovery Learning by the Group Guidance method for Elementary Teachers in Palas Subdistrict, South Lampung in 2018/2019 Academic Year. The research method uses School Action Research (PTS), with research flow within the 2004 National Education Department, the research cycle starts from planning (planing), organizing, observing and reflecting and following up. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation of activities, mentoring performance, implementation of Discovery Learning in learning, partnering with partners and colleagues. The results of Cycle I Counseling Performance reached a score of 44 (65%) Good category, Workability 19 (63%), Activity 18 (60%) Active. Cycle II Counseling Performance reached a score of 52 (76%) Good categories, Workability 21 (70%), Activity 23 (73%) Active. Cycle III Counseling Performance reached a score of 66 (97%) in the category of Very Good, Workability 26 or (87%), Activity 28 (93%) Active.

This study was centered on the fact that the history course given at high school in Turkey was associated with the topics of sociology based on the interdisciplinary approach in the teaching/learning of the concepts and the subjects in the curriculum. In the study, the document analysis method was used. The curriculum of 10th-grade history course was put into practice in the 2017-2018 academic year, and the concepts and the topics in the content of one of the history coursebooks for 10th graders prepared according to this program in the 2018-2019 academic year with the approval of Board of Education and Discipline of the Ministry of National Education were examined based on the relation between history and sociology. The topics such as “Establishment of the Ottoman State, Meaning Attributed to the State by the Turkish Society, Institutions and Organizations, Economic Activities of the Society, Rebellions, Invasions, Conquests, Transition to Rumelia and Settlement, Turkification and Islamization of the Region, and Migration” in the 10th-grade history coursebook are also sociological concepts and phenomena.  As a result of this examination, it was determined that sociology would contribute to teaching/learning of the concepts and the topics in the 10th-grade history course, considering particularly the learning outcomes in high schools in Turkey. The aim of this study is to determine the effect of Big Math for Little Kids (BMLK) Program on the early mathematics skills of children with lower socioeconomic level. The participants of the study consist of between 60-72 months of aged children with lower socioeconomic level recruited to kindergartens of Ministry of National Education from Turkey in Diyarbakır in the 2018-2019 academic year. The sample of the study consists of 40 children with above mentioned characteristics. Of these, 20 were assigned to the experimental group and 20 to the control group. Two schools were selected for experimental and control group, and the study was conducted after selecting ten children in a class of each school. In the study pretest-posttest with control group experimental model was used. The data of the study were collected through the Tests of Early Language Development Test (TELD-3) to determine children with adequate language skills of their own age group, and Test of Early Mathematical Ability (TEMA-3) to assess early mathematical development of children. As a result, BMLK program was determined to be effective in the mathematics development of children with lower socioeconomic level. Keywords: early mathematics

This research aimed to determine the level of digital citizenship of the school directors in Turkmenistan, a developing country, and compare the level of digital citizenship of the school directors of the Ministry of National Education in TRNC. A causative comparison, one of quantitative designs, was conducted in this research. The participants were secondary school directors of the Ministry of National Education, TRNC in the 2017-2018 academic year. Convenience sampling method was used in this study. Due to time constraints and because it was easier, only 45 high school directors in Lefkosa, TRNC were involved. In Turkmenistan, 38 high school directors in the city of Dasoguz could be reached. The total number of the participants was 83. The "digital citizenship scale" and personal information form were used in this research. When the rate of Digital Citizenship, based on countries, is examined, the level of digital citizenship of the Turkish (TRNC) secondary education school directors is observed to be higher than of the Turkmeni secondary education school directors.

  The aim of this study was to measure the effect of the use of oral history on the achievement of the sixth grade students in national education and the development of their national values. The study sample consisted of (60) students of the sixth grade in the Directorate of Education in the Direla District، The second method was used for the academic year 2017/2018. The semi- experimental method was used by randomly dividing the study sample into two experimental and control groups. In order to achieve the objectives of the study، the mean and standard deviations were used، and ANCOVA was analyzed.

In this study, it is aimed to determine teachers’ lifelong learning (LLL) tendencies. It is also aimed to reveal the variables that are associated to the LLL tendencies and to predict its levels. This research, which was a relational model, was utilised in spring term of 2017–2018 academic year. The participants of the study consisted of 199 teachers working at various school levels associated with the Ministry of National Education. According to the results of the study, it was found that demographic, occupational variables and the burnout in the multiple linear regression analysis were significant predictors of LLL tendency. When the variables are considered one by one, it is concluded that the predictors of teachers’ LLL tendencies are age, occupational seniority and burnout. This study aims to determine the PAI learning process at Homeschooling Al-Ma'mun Hanif Arsyad starting from the lesson planning to the evaluation used in PAI learning at Homeschooling Al-Ma'mun Hanf Arsyad. Considering today's adults, homeschooling has become one of the alternative schools that are in demand to replace formal schools. This research is a qualitative research. The subjects in this study were PAI learning teachers at Homeschooling Al-Ma'mun Hanif Arsyad and the principal or head of the foundation. The research method used in this research are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique in this study is descriptive qualitative, the results are described in words so as to produce a conclusion. The result is that learning planning at Homeschooling Al-Ma'mun Hanif Arsyad is carried out at the beginning of each new academic year, compiled together with the homeschooling administrator. The PAI learning process at Homeschooling Al-Ma'mun Hanif Arsyad where for PAI learning students are required to follow while for general learning students are free to choose which learning students want to follow after going through a discussion process between teachers, parents and students. While the evaluation of PAI learning at Homeschooling Al-Ma'mun Habif Arsyad is carried out every mid and end of the semester in collaboration with the National Education Office, but the social issues are adjusted to the homeschooling manhaj. The advantage of PAI learning at Homeschooling Al-Ma'mun Hanif Arsyad lies in the curriculum that is applied, where they apply 75% of the diniyah curriculum and 25% of the education curriculum.

The study group was composed of 575 physical education and teachers of sports who were selected by the simple random method among individuals who worked as physical education and sports teachers in the state schools affiliated to the Istanbul Provincial Directorate of National Education in the 2019-2020 academic year.

The objective of this study was to examine the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational silence of teachers. While there is a lot of work regarding the relationship between organizational commitment and organizational silence, it has been observed that there are few studies on teachers. At this point, the study was considered significant and it was thought that it should be performed. In order to accomplish the purpose of the study, a survey was conducted to the teachers. According to the results of reliability analysis of organizational commitment scale which was used in the research, while Cronbach’s alpha coefficients is 0.745, Cronbach’s alpha coefficients of the organizational silence questionnaire is 0.89.The population of the research consisted of teachers who were affiliated with the Ministry of National Education and Culture and who were working in the elementary schools in Northern Cyprus, in the 2018-2019 academic year. The sample consisted of teachers from 28 different schools in the Guzelyurt, Kyrenia, and Nicosia regions. In this quantitative study, a total of 387 teachers, who were enrolled as participants, took organizational commitment and organizational silence scales. As a result of the analyses, it has been found that there is a significant negative relationship between the two.
