Slowly a civilization that is changing, all aspects are required to follow the flow of change, including educational institutions, especially Islamic boarding schools. Like it or not, Islamic boarding schools must have a quality in the midst of the development of this era to maintain their existence in the world of education and be able to produce human resources that are relevant to the needs of the community. This study aims to find out: (1) How is the education of PPTQ students Fatimah Az-zahra. (2) How is the parenting strategy for PPTQ Fatimah Az-Zahra students (3) How is the parenting strategy for PPTQ Fatimah Az-Zahra students from the perspective of education quality management, while this study uses qualitative methods using a descriptive approach and researchers take data sources from primary data, namely the main data which will be processed and analyzed sourced from observations and direct interviews with related parties, secondary data or complementary data in the form of documentation. As for the results of the research (1) education at PPTQ Fatimah Az-zahra there is academic and non-academic education where the academic curriculum uses the Indonesian Dakwah Council curriculum equivalent to education in Dirosah Islamiyah (D2) and non-academic in the form of a tahfidz diploma. (2) The parenting strategy is carried out in collaboration with the recitation assembly in Magetan and monitoring by conducting evaluations every week, month and year (3) Implementation of the parenting strategy for students from the perspective of education quality management at PPTQ Fatimah Az-zahra using planning, oraginizing , actuacting, controlling (POAC).

Higher education quality management is a strategic concept that is able to bring a university to the world level. In the basic concepts of quality management, quality is always planned, controlled, guaranteed and continuously improved. Practical and strategic models such as TQM, EFQM, SQM and others, provide philosophical offers to managers who wish to improve the quality of their institutions. Providers of quality management models in higher education services must consider customer satisfaction as one of the main quality measures. The implementation of higher education will ultimately have an impact on the competitiveness of the nation's human resources.

The Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) is an accrediting body that assesses the quality and integrity of business-related training programs at educational institutions. As ACBSP applied the Boyer model in evaluating, categorising the business faculty, forcing the faculties to develop the quality of their human resources indirectly, improved education quality. This paper was written to reflect how the Boyer model was applied in business faculties in Vietnamese member institutes and how the institutes are changing to fulfill the standards. The methodology that would be used to analyze the secondary data is descriptive analysis. The data is collected under the acceptance of those institutes. The primary data could be deep interviews with faculty managers, faculty members, board of management of the institutes. In order to be more convincing, the research would also pick some ACBSP members as empirical studies. The findings of the research are the trends of the faculties and the lesson withdrawn from their changing experience.

Islamic boarding school is the oldest educational institution by the nation that participated in creating literate society. In the midst of this globalization era, Islamic boarding schools maintain both classical and modern education and teaching systems. In educational institutions need to pay attention to the quality management of education in order to improve and develop educational institutions for the future. The reality that we get in guaranteeing the quality of education in Islamic boarding schools is that there are many obstacles that must be resolved. With this the author intends to examine several management systems or quality management based on Islamic boarding schools. This study used qualitative research methods. This research is specifically directed towards descriptive qualitative research design. Trying to solve the problem based on the data concerned with the concept of quality management based on Islamic boarding school. The concept that has been prepared in the management of education quality in Islamic boarding schools is oriented to improving the quality of education by referring to the values ​​of Islamic boarding schools / Islamic society that have been entrenched among Indonesian people, by using tools, techniques and philosophies to create quality education in order to achieve educational goals.

The purpose of this study is to analyze the effectiveness of public complaints services through Doorstops, to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors for the point of public protests services through Doorstops, and efforts to overcome barriers to the effectiveness of Public Complaints Services through Doorstops in Kebayoran Baru District, South Jakarta Administration, DKI Jakarta Province. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data needed in this study include primary data and secondary data. This research used data collection techniques through interviews, documentation and observation. Informants were determined using purposive sampling and incidental sampling techniques. According to Gibson, Ivancevich, Donnelly (1995), the theory used is the basis for developing a framework of thinking and research instruments. It appears that there are several problems, including the number of complaints received is still very small and even decreased from 2017-2019, the amount of budget used is not proportional to the number of services provided, the service process is still prolonged, there are still some repeated complaints, human resources still lacking, the facilities and infrastructure used are still minimal, and socialization has not been maximized so that it has an impact on decreasing public complaint services. Suggestions to increase productivity and quality of general complaint services, re-evaluate the budget used, increase Human Resources, fulfil infrastructure, and socialize, as well as optimize online-based public complaint services.

Sebagai daerah yang berubah fungsi menjadi daerah industri, Kabupaten Karawang memiliki slogan baru, yaitu Karawang sebagai kota industri. Tantangan bagi penduduk Karawang adalah kesiapan memasuki dunia industri, keterampilan sebagai petani bagi penduduk Karawang sudah tidak diragukan lagi, akan tetapi memasuki dunia industri, maka pengetahuan, keterampilan serta sikap yang dimiliki perlu dilatih dan dikembangkan agar siap menghadapi era industri. Pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran terkait sumber daya manusia di desa Sirnabaya. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengabdian ini adalah dengan menggunakan kuesioner profil desa berkelanjutan. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan melakukan interviu dengan pihak perwakilan desa yang ditunjuk oleh kepala desa Sirnabaya. Sumber data diklasifikasikan menjadi dua yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Data primer diperoleh melalui kuesioner, sedangkan data sekunder diperoleh melalui laporan dari Badan Pusat Statistik Nasional. Data hasil kuesioner tersebut dijadikan sebagai dasar pembuatan rancangan program untuk pengembangan SDM unggul di Desa Sirnabaya.  Kata kunci: Sumber daya manusia, pelatihan dan pengembangan As an area that has changed its function to an industrial area, Karawang Regency has a new slogan, namely Karawang as an industrial city. The challenge for Karawang residents is a readiness to enter the industrial world, skills as farmers for Karawang residents are no longer in doubt, but entering the world industry, their knowledge, skills, and attitudes are necessary and developed to be ready to face the industry. This service aims to get an overview of human resources in Sirnabaya village. The instrument used in this service was to use a sustainable village profile questionnaire. The data technique was conducted by conducting interviews with village representatives appointed by the village head of Sirnabaya. There are two sources of classification data, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained through questionnaires, while data were obtained through reports from the National Statistics Agency. The data from the questionnaire was used as the basis for making a program design for the development of superior human resources in Sirnabaya Village.  Keywords: Human resources, training, and development

This study aims to determine the process of preparing financial statements in terms of recognition, measurement, recording, disclosure, and presentation. This descriptive qualitative study uses primary data with the method of observation, interviews, and Focus Group Discussion, while the secondary data uses the method of literature and documentation. The results show that the Islamic boarding school had not prepared its financial statements in accordance with SAK ETAP, in terms of recognition, measurement, recording, and disclosure. This boarding school uses a single entry system in preparing financial statements and did not present its financial reports in accordance with PSAK 45. Sabilirrosyad just make one report that is cash flow. That is due to the lack of human resources who understand related to accounting. BI and IAI can prepare the socialization and workshop for Islamic boarding schools in order to make the accounting manual book for Islamic boarding schools effectively.

But not enough, management functions continue to be pursued and optimized to achieve better quality or above the standard

Education quality management is important for consumers in considering to include their children in educational institutions and therefore through good human resources are expected to guarantee the quality of education.along with the development and development of technology, the use of media in the scope of education has also changed, the most important aspects in integrated quality management such as human resource management must also be updated, renewed, what is meant here is the potential and expertise in all midwives.by developing a literacy study and existing data I developed it into an article which uses observation and interview techniques to get results that many human resources lack in responding to technological advances especially the use of IT, and maintaining the quality of education is still good, human resources must developed in accordance with the times. there are several ways of developing human resources such as workshops, training, and giving seminars, forms of development for teachers such as MGMP for secondary teachers and KKG for SD / MI / SDLB teachers, so that the goals of education are achieved

This study aims to identify and analyze opportunities, challenges, constraints and efforts of vocational high school or Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMK) to create graduates especially accounting programs that are able to manage village funds. The object of the study are accounting program students of SMK PGRI 2 Cibinong. Data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data is collected using interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis methods use data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study show that the SMK PGRI 2 Cibinong Bogor aware of the opportunities for SMK graduates of the accounting program to fill the scarcity of skilled human resources to manage village funds. But teachers have less experience in the practice of village fund accounting so that they do not have confidence in  teaching. Other constraints are less discussion of government accounting in the accounting syllabus and the absence of a standard handbook/module for teachers to teach accounting subjects.
