Several types of allergies are currently known and are characterized by an exaggerated response of the immune system to substances from various sources called allergens. One of them is a food allergy, which is becoming more common in the population. For this reason, it is necessary to describe the issue from several aspects including genomic variability of plant allergens. The objective of this study was to analyse intraspecific variability of Bet v 1 of 10 different varieties of apple species (Malus domestica Borkh.). BBAP technique for genomic determination of the presence of Bet v 1 homologs at the DNA level was performed. Degenerate primers that anneal a variable and conserved part of PR-10 protein homologues genes were used in the analyse. Amplicons were generated and formed relatively monomorphic profiles, indicating the stability of the given isoforms of Bet v 1 within the selected apple varieties. To evaluate the potential allergenicity of selected varieties further studies on another molecular level such as a comparison of gene expression of the PR-10 family members and their protein expression levels are needed.

The stability of a rigid body on which two forces are in equilibrium can be assessed intuitively. In more complex cases this is no longer true. This paper presents a general method to assess the stability of complex force systems, based on the notion of dynamic equivalence. A resultant force is considered dynamically equivalent to a given system of forces acting on a rigid body if the contributions to the stability of the body of both force systems are equal. It is shown that the dynamically equivalent resultant force of two given constant forces applies at the intersection of its line of action and the circle put up by the application points of the given forces and the intersection of their lines of action. The determination of the combined center of mass can be considered as a special case of this theorem. Two examples are provided that illustrate the significance of the proposed method. The first example considers the suspension of a body, by springs only, that is statically balanced for rotation about a virtual stationary point. The second example treats the roll stability of a ship, where the metacentric height is determined in a natural way.

Abstract Research background: The search for stable factors affecting latent variables that reflect the assessment of quality of life in three areas of an individual’s functioning is the background of the study. In the analysis was assumed the existence of the relationships between QoL assessment and subjective factors related to socio-economic aspects. Purpose: The aim of the study was to recognize assessments in given areas of transferring subjective satisfaction with a level of social factors and checking the stability of the assumed relationship between factors describing three areas of functioning: household, country of residence, EU. The next goal was to compare the results obtained in the study of natural relationships between factors with the given systems of these factors in the areas of an individual’s functioning. Characteristics of behaviour were compared in three generations of Europeans. The application objective of the study was to indicate the usefulness of SEM in the research problem. Research methodology: The Standard Eurobarometer, autumn 2018, provided data describing adults from the generations Y, X, and BB. Structural equation models were used. Results: The effect of the used method is the determination of the factors that affect the assessments made by three European Generations in the areas of an individual’s functioning: direct, close and further. Novelty: The analysis showed the usefulness of structural equation models to achieve the goals of the study.

The article is devoted to the analysis of improving budget process trends. The author offers the concept of "financial technologism". Its usage should promote an essential improvement of the budget process. The given concept is based on the fact that the regulation of budget procedure is the process of determination of "rules of the game", and the order of interaction of different institutions within the framework of the budget process, and the trends and volumes of expenses are the strategy of institutions. The procedure within the budget process plays a principal role as compared with the trends and volumes of public expenditures.

The selection and determination of appropriate learning strategies can improve the results to be obtained from the application of classroom learning models. This writing aims to discipline students to develop individual abilities of students to be more active in the learning process and improve the quality of learning. The learning process in Indonesia in general only uses conventional learning models that make students passive and undeveloped. In order for the quality of learning to increase, the Team Assisted Individualization learning model is combined with the task learning and forced strategies. The Team Assisted Individualization cooperative learning model is one of the cooperative learning models that combines learning individually and in groups. Meanwhile, task and forced learning strategies are strategies that focus on giving assignments that require students to complete them on time so that the learning process can run effectively. Students are required to do assignments according to the given deadline. This makes students become familiar with the tasks given by the teacher. Combining or modifying the learning model of the assisted individualization team with forced and forced learning strategies is expected to be able to make students more active, disciplined, independent, creative in learning and responsible for the tasks assigned. Therefore this method of incorporation is very necessary in the learning process and can be applied to improve the quality of learning in schools.

Formulae have been obtained that are necessary to calculate cumulative deformation in the process of straitened extrusion in the central area closed to the working end of the counterpunch. The general method of plastic flow proposed by A. L. Vorontsov was used. The obtained formulae allow one to determine the deformed state of a billet in any point of the given area. The formulae should be used to take into account the strengthening of the extruded material.

Background: Since the distribution networks are passive until Distributed Generation (DG) is not being installed into them, the stability issues occur in the distribution system after the integration of DG. Methods: In order to assure the simplicity during the calculations, many approximations have been proposed for finding the system’s parameters i.e. Voltage, active and reactive powers and load angle, more efficiently and accurately. This research presents an algorithm for finding the Norton’s equivalent model of distribution system with DG, considering from receiving end. Norton’s model of distribution system can be determined either from its complete configuration or through an algorithm using system’s voltage and current profiles. The algorithm involves the determination of derivative of apparent power against the current (dS/dIL) of the system. Results: This work also verifies the accuracy of proposed algorithm according to the relative variations in the phase angle of system’s impedance. This research also considers the varying states of distribution system due to switching in and out of DG and therefore Norton’s model needs to be updated accordingly. Conclusion: The efficacy of the proposed algorithm is verified through MATLAB simulation results under two scenarios, (i) normal condition and (ii) faulty condition. During normal condition, the stability factor near to 1 and change in dS/dIL was near to 0 while during fault condition, the stability factor was higher than 1 and the value of dS/dIL was away from 0.

A new, simple, sensitive and rapid spectrophotometric method is proposed for the determination of trace amount of Nickel (II). The method is based on the formation of a 1:2 complex with 4-(4-((2-hydroxy-6-nitrophenyl) diazenyl) -3-methyl-5-oxo-2, 5-dihydro-1H-pyrazol-1-yl) benzenesulfonic acid (2-ANASP) as a new reagent is developed. The complex has a maximum absorption at 516 nm and εmax of 1. 84 X 105 L. mol-1. cm-1. A linear correlation (0. 25 – 4. 0μg. ml-1) was found between absorbance at λmax and concentration. The accuracy and reproducibility of the determination method for various known amounts of Nickel (II) were tested. The results obtained are both precise (RSD was 1. 2 %) and accurate (relative error was 0. 787 %). The effect of diverse ions on the determination of Nickel (II) to investigate the selectivity of the method were also studied. The stability constant of the product was 0. 399 X 106 L. mol-1. The proposed method was successfully applied to the analysis of diabetes blood and normal human blood.
