A useful Information System is difficult to conceive and develop. Research on technology has revealed that end-user likes or dislikes may matter towards the success or failure of information system (IS). A highly complicated system in which developers have put lots of development efforts may fail if the end-user dislikes it after its initial installation. In software engineering literature it is claimed that system rejection is mostly caused by not meeting the non-functional requirements. In this paper, a study is being done on ‘turnitin®’ as technology and its acceptance to a group of students in order to find out confirmation of result as claimed by TAM while it is a post implementation research activity for technology acceptance.

Inventory management is the most important activity, because if the inventory in the warehouse is not managed properly, it will allow a decrease in profits and loss of customers. PT Andalan Teknik Karetindo Putra Bangsa has weaknesses in its inventory management activities, where the presentation of the information is done manually, namely through the process of recording in a book, then transferred to the Speedsheet application. Sometimes the data submitted is inaccurate, that is, there are still errors regarding the stock of goods. In this research, we used a prototype software model.. Making this website is made to overcome these problems and to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of company performance. Where we make 2 level access rights, namely for warehouse staff and company leaders. With this website, warehouse staff can quickly and accurately find out the availability of goods and leaders can immediately find out the stock of goods available in the warehouse and can immediately print inventory reports without having to ask to the warehouse

<p>One of the applications of e-government in Indonesia is the Assessment Information system implemented in the city of Bandung since 2014 where. This e-government innovation is technology-based which makes assessment instruments for leaders and the people of Bandung to assess the performance of the sub-district and village heads. It's just that the lack of community participation makes this application not work according to its function, with qualitative research methods and using the theory of the author's vision to see the readiness of the apparatus and society in implementing this program. This research shows that the performance of the SIP application has not provided the maximum expected output. The not optimal SIP application is due to several factors. There is a need for comprehensive evaluation and improvement, building intensive communication and collaboration between operators and verifiers at the city government and sub-district levels.</p><div class="WordSection1"><p><em><strong>Keywords:</strong></em><em> </em><em>D</em><em>ecision-making</em><em>, </em><em>E-Government, </em><em>Policy </em><em>In</em><em>n</em><em>o</em><em>vation</em><strong><em>,</em></strong><em> Readiness, Performance Information System</em><em></em></p></div><p><em><br clear="all" /></em></p>

As concrete steps in order to realize the vision and mission of an organization or educational institution is to implement the system of academic information. The one factor that influences the success of the academic information system is the satisfaction of users.  The problems in the user satisfaction are also issues that cannot be denied and continue to be studied. In consequently, having measurements related to user satisfaction is required. This research is done to see how the user satisfaction of the existing system has been implemented and to know what factorshas influenced the system. The method used in this study is a quantitative method using the End User Computing Satisfaction (EUCS) model whereas 255 respondents are chosen as the sample for the study. The purposive sampling technique is usedand the PLS-SEM approach with tools Smart PLS 3.0 is used for analyzing the data.  This research consists of 7 hypotheses and 8 variables, namely Content, Accuracy, Format, Timeliness, Ease of Use, System Reliability, System Speed and End-User Satisfaction. The research finds out that the current level of end-user satisfaction is in satisfied level. Inferentially, of the 7 hypotheses tested, 2 of them were rejected and the other 5; Accuracy, System Reliability, Timeliness, Content and System Spee;are accepted.Through this research, it is hoped that later it could be used as a practical consideration and theoretical study in thefuture.

Library as one of the learning media for students in finding sources of learning references and plays an important role in supporting the educational process. At SMP Negeri 2 Cisaat Sukabumi library is one of the means for students to find reference lessons. But in the current system, the library still uses a manual system, namely by recording books, managing members, and borrowing notifications. The manual process is considered inefficient and time-consuming, as well as documents that can be damaged or lost due to certain events. Therefore we need an information system that can manage library management more effectively and efficiently by using web-based Smart Library. Prototype Model is one of the System Development Live Cycle Model (SDLC) that can help the process of building a web-based Smart Library. So that it can help library management be more structured and with a fast, effective, and efficient process. The results of the beta test questionnaire on average showed 80% answered agreed on the smart library application made.

A Standish Group (1994) study showed that only 16% of all information technology projects come in on time and within budget. The situation is not better concerning health information systems. Many health information system implementations are less than completely successful (Berg, 2001; Giuse & Kuhn, 2003; Lorenzi & Riley, 2003). In this article, the health information system means “a system, whether automated or manual, that comprises people, machines and /or methods organized to collect, process, transmit, and disseminate” data that represent user information in healthcare (Kuhn & Giuse, 2001, pp. 275). What is successful implementation and whose success is measured? Successes can be measured in many ways. Delone and McLean have been finding out the success factors of management information system which are also applicable to health information system. The success factors are: system qualities, e.g., the ease of use or time savings, information quality, e.g., completeness or data accuracy, usage, e.g., the frequency of use or the number of entries, user satisfaction, e.g., user-friendliness or overall satisfaction, individual impact, e.g., changed work practices or direct benefits and organizational impact, e.g., communication and collaboration or impact on patient care. Furthermore, user involvement during system development, implementation and organizational culture have been identified as possible factors measuring the success. However, the need for further research to determine which attributes are the most useful ones in measuring success has also been revealed. (van der Meijden, Tange, Troost & Hashman, 2003). The different phases in implementation process are, in general, user needs and requirements analysis (specification), system design, initial system implementation and testing (Ahmad, Teater, Bentley, Kuehn, Kumar, Thomas & Me-khjian, 2002; Schuster, Hall, Couse, Swayngim & Kohatsu, 2003; Souther, 2001). The system requirements analysis includes workflow analysis, and the initial system implementation includes the technical installation of the information system, integration of the information system to other information systems and users’ training. Project management is an important factor in every phase of the implementation project. The purpose of this article is to highlight the health information system implementation process from end-user perspective. Which factors are crucial in the implementation process from the point of view of the end-users? How does project management contribute to the implementation process, what is the role of the end-user in system designing and how does training effect the information system implementation?
