Negro. Luz. Silencio. Ibn ʿArabī. Imaginación. Color.Abstract: Bill Viola approaches Ibn ʿArabī’s universe, drinks from the beauty of his paradoxes and he even specifies them in visual enigmatic paradoxes. In the following article, we present a reflection about the symbolic quality of the black color in Viola’s work and the relation it has with the heart’s silence, explaining how, from the inner silence, we seek into a lucid dimension of conscience in the interworld barzaḫ’s interworld (imaginal world). Viola’s figures are born and then areblurred within a marvelous Black, a Light night, a Black of wisdom that contains everything and in which colors of changing states are dissolved.By the paradoxical use of time, light and space, Viola’s work leads to a contemplative experience which is a knowledge related to taste, a sufi term that means tasting (ḏawq). The temporary nature of Viola’s images produces a distancing from quantitative time and it takes us to an inner silence that Ibn ʿArabī calls the heart’s silence. The images bring us to inhabit that bright and immeasurable intensity of the dark Light.Key words: Bill Viola. Light. Silence. Ibn ʿArabī. Imagination. Color.

Urushi has various characteristics. For example, Urushi coating surface is very smooth and glossy. It is considered that these characteristics are influenced by skill level of craftspeople. Then this study aims to analyze a difference between expert craftspeople and non-expert craftspeople in the painting process of Urushi. Body and eye motion between expert and non-expert craftspeople were analyzed and compared. As a result, there were differences in the time of painting with brush. And more there were differences in eye movement. It is considered that these differences were due to the difference of skill level, and in turn, the quality of Urushi products has been influenced.

Abstract The objective of this paper is to formulate an acceptable definition of teacher quality based on effective use of time during the teaching process. Assessing teacher quality is hampered by the complexity of intersecting criteria in teaching profession. Quality is often defined broadly and in general concepts isolated from the actual classroom processes. Society, politicians, parents, educators proclaim that the quality of teachers matters, but it is difficult to come to a consensus, which markers of teacher quality can be measured reliably and which of these elements do have crucial impact on teaching. The major goal of this paper is to clarify what efficiency means in the teaching-learning process if time is taken as the main criterion; how knowledge can be defined and how teacher efficiency can be used as an objective marker of quality in teaching profession.

The task of the teacher is to improve the quality of learning in a systematic and controlled manner through the use of educational research. The results of interviews with the principal at SMPK Santa Clara Surabaya, have obtained information that most teachers have not been able to improve the quality of learning. Classroom Action Research (CAR) training is expected to be able to understand and apply educational research methods to help solve learning problems. The training methods include material explanation, assignment, proposal making, individual presentation, task discussion, presentation assessment and training evaluation. The results of the training evaluation conducted through the Google Form application showed that 7 participants (58.3%) stated it was sufficient, 3 participants (25%) said it was good, and 2 participants (16.7%) stated that it was very good in understanding and implementing classroom action research proposals based on training method used. The results of the assessment of the PTK proposal presentation showed a very good criterion value with details of the performance criteria of 5 people (41.6%), mastery of 3 participants (25%), quality of material 4 participants (33.3%), use of time 5 participants (41.6 %) and the ability to answer 4 participants (33.3%).

Summary Physical education has been the subject of research for a long time. Research focuses most often on the use of time to get pupils to move actively or on their physical load during a lesson. The evaluation of the didactic interaction of the teaching student - pupil(s) is also an essential area of research. The aim of the paper is to introduce the MADI method and its subsequent use in the evaluation of didactic outputs of teaching students in subjects focused on the didactics of swimming. The method Analysis of Didactic Interaction (ADI) has been modified to assess didactic interactions between the teaching (student) - pupil(s). Modified Analysis of Didactic Interaction (MADI) was created by reducing the number of monitored categories and focusing attention on the activity of the student. The achieved results showed that the most frequent form of behaviour among the students was observation followed by instruction. This influenced both the form of their manifestations, dominated by silence, and the overall manifestation, which was neutral and mostly without material significance. In terms of activities that have been the subject of didactic interaction, students have been taught these activities. The results obtained show that the chosen method seems to be effective for evaluation of didactic output of teaching students. A deeper analysis of student didactic outcomes can contribute to influencing the quality of student didactic competencies. At the same time, it can also serve as a feedback tool on their didactic activities for their faculty teachers.

Everything that exists in this world, which is visible, has its own color. Whether it belongs to space, planets, constellations, animals found on earth, birds, trees, rivers, humans, man-made objects etc., all things are independent of their existence due to the many colors. Those people who are lucky have a sense of varna. The reason for the sense of varna is we feel the beauty of this world.Varna realization happens only in the presence of light. Varna is the quality of light. "Physiology scholars state that light enters the eyes through the pupils." Stops directly on the back of the eye. There are two types of fibers on the retina called 'Rhodus' and Coens which are related to the vision veins. Through the nerves, it has a direct effect on our brain. Therefore, the color of day and night appears white and black. Color originates from light. Sun is the biggest form of light. The kind of object that is visible by the influence of the Sun is the same and as soon as the light is lost the object is of any type, black is visible only.

Background:Schools must play a central role in combating the prevalence of overweight and obesity among children and youths. This cannot be achieved without more robust policy and funding programs at both federal and state levels. Methods:Reviews of meta-analyses were used to assess the efficacy of improving PA/MVPA through interventions in school physical education programs. Individual research studies were reviewed to assess the efficacy of improving PA/MVPA in preschool settings, recess, and classroom activity breaks. Legislation at the federal and state levels was reviewed along with surveillance and accountability mechanisms at the state level. Results:Physical education interventions produce improvements in PA/MVPA if protocols relating to use of time are followed. PA/MVPA in recess can be increased through careful planning for attractive activity opportunities on carefully designed playgrounds. Classroom activity breaks provide important PA/MVPA daily and improve student on-task behavior. Conclusions:Federal legislation is needed to provide guidelines and financial support for states to improve the quantity and quality of PA in school programs. States need to develop clear expectations for quantity and quality of PA programs in schools, surveillance systems to monitor district compliance in meeting those expectations, and an accountability system aimed at ensuring that state expectations are being met with assistance for districts that do not meet expectations.

Current organizational theory looks at time on task, as opposed to time off task. However, there is a more complex pattern of time use. Organization time, based on these findings, is defined as whether one engages with organization, or disengages from organization, and engages with task, or disengages from task. This article explores the theoretical implications of these complex relationships, as the locus of an individual’s use of time moves along the axes of engagement/disengagement from organization and task. The author urges organizational theorists to explore and evaluate the importance of understanding time usage for a better understanding of phenomena such as organizational learning, creativity, and quality of work life. This model provides a framework for further investigation and theoretical understanding of time from the perspective of the individual as well as of the organization.
