Objetivo: Identificar en la literatura científica, los matices identitarios de la enfermería en diversos contextos, especialmente en los campos de la gestión y de la enseñanza, para contribuir y desplegar nuevos apuntes sobre la temática propuesta.Método: Revisión integrativa, con el fin de aclarar la siguiente cuestión: ¿Cuáles son las configuraciones identitarias de la Enfermería como profesión en el contexto gerencial y de enseñanza? Los datos fueron recolectados en junio de 2017, sin delimitación temporal o de idioma, que estuvieran íntegramente, en la base de datos de Cinahl, en el portal de la BVS y del Dedalus, y en el directorio de revistas de Scielo. Al final del análisis de los datos, siete estudios fueron seleccionados.Resultados: Se percibió que estudios inherentes a la identidad profesional de la enfermera gestora insertada en un Programa de Integración Docente Asistencial, son todavía poco explorados. Sin embargo, se pudo discutir acerca de la referida temática sumergiéndose en publicaciones que reflexionan acerca de la identidad profesional de la enfermera docente y gerente.Consideraciones finales: La literatura enumerada en este estudio permitió vislumbrar las variantes que impactan en la construcción de un arquetipo identitario, permitiendo con ello, que nuevos desdoblamientos surgen como consecuencia de la necesidad de profundizarse en ese asunto eminentemente específico y peculiar, habida cuenta de que es un tema instigador, rico de posibilidades y de transformaciones Objective: To identify, in the scientific literature, the identity nuances of Nursing in several contexts, especially in the fields of management and teaching, to contribute and unfold new notes on the proposed subject.Method: Integrative review, aiming to solve the following question: What are the identity settings of Nursing as a profession in both managing and teaching context? Data was collected in June 2017, without time or language delimitation, in full, from Cinahl database, from BVS and Dedalus portal, and from Scielo magazine directory. At the end of the data analysis, seven studies had been selected.Results: It was noticed that studies that are inherent to the professional identity of the nurse manager at IDA Program are still little explored. However, it was possible to discuss the subject matter by immersing itself in publications that reflect on the professional identity of the teaching and management nurse.Final considerations: The literature mentioned in this study allowed us to glimpse the variants that affect the construction of an identity archetype, thus allowing new developments to arise because of the need to explore this eminently specific and peculiar subject, since it is an exciting subject, abundant in possibilities and transformations Objetivo: Identificar, na literatura científica, as matizes identitárias da Enfermagem em diversos contextos, especialmente nos campos da gestão e do ensino, para contribuir e desdobrar novos apontamentos sobre a temática proposta.Método: Revisão integrativa, visando sanar o seguinte questionamento: Quais são as configurações identitárias da Enfermagem quanto profissão no contexto gerencial e de ensino? Considerações finais: A literatura elencada nesse estudo permitiu vislumbrar as variantes que impactam na construção de um arquétipo identitário, permitindo com isso, que novos desdobramentos surjam em decorrência da necessidade de se aprofundar nesse assunto eminentemente específico e peculiar, haja vista que é um tema instigante, rico de possibilidades e de transformações.

Evidence-based research, tend to encourage the development and / or use of the results found, in the clinical practice. The amount and complexity of information in health, requires the production of literature review methods, such as integrative review, which provide a support in the form of synthesis. The aim of this study was to analyze the scientific literature available on midwifery in SciELO database from 2010 to 2015. It presents general concepts and stages of development of the integrative review, as well as relevant aspects of the applicability of this method for research in nursing and health in general. The integrative review is a research method that allows a systematic search, critical assessment and the promotion of a synthesis of the available evidence on the subject investigated.The publications reviewed here, have shown how it is relevant to clinical practice, the participation of nursing in all stages of the gestational cycle, including childbirth and the postpartum period. Also provided to identify gaps that that will direct the development of future research, such as those relating to liability issues of the nursing area hardly contemplated in studies of care in obstetrics.  Keywords: Research. obstetric nursing. ABSTRACT Objectives: to analyze, according to the scientific literature, communication strategies in the transfer of cases between pre-hospital and in-hospital services and their contributions to patient safety. Methods: this is a literature review study, that is, one that aims to gather and synthesize research results on the subject in a systematic and orderly manner. Results: ten articles were published, published between 2010 and 2018, and two points of discussion emerged: use of mnemonics; and barriers to transferring a case. Conclusions: studies point to the need to standardize the case transfer process, as well as integrative training of professionals, regular assessment of the teams involved in emergency medical services and the need for research on the subject.

The school establishes its educational practices through historical and social biases, existing outside and inside it. The present study demonstrated the continuous debate about the school context, its organization, management and dynamism, through an integrative literature review. The purpose of the research is to learn a little more about the school climate in the Brazilian educational context and what the scientific literature has been producing on the subject. The school climate has been studied for a few years, but only in recent years, through practical perspectives found in the studies, has is become possible to analyze the “reality” of the school climate in a more subjective way, exploring the concept from the perception of students as protagonists of their education. The school climate, therefore, is understood as a complex and comprehensive variable of affective, social and cognitive aspects that influence a school pedagogical practice. Notably, the articles mentioned in this study corroborate that the educational results are strongly influenced by the school climate. The positive or negative impact, depending on the climate that is established, has as a consequence the academic performance referenced by the teaching and learning process.

In the contemporary organizational context, the sharing and transfer of information and knowledge plays a significant role. What can be facilitated with the emerging interdisciplinary approach, which crosses the fieldsof InformationSciences, Business Sciences and other sciences. The problem is that, in addition to being a new construct and still little studied, conceptual divergences are fed by the amplitude of the possible dimensions of analysis. In this context, the objective of this study arises in identifying the conceptualization of the construct of the value of economic information proposed in the scientific literature to support its better understanding and prospect of future investigations. A theoretical research was carried out through a systematic literature review, followed by an analysis of the most relevant publications on the subject. The discussion on the relevant construct is considered in the context of contemporary organizations, however, it signals the importance of future studies of empirical and theoretical order, to foster discussions, on the subject today.

Objectives: To identify in the scientific literature the identity-related configurations inherent to the nurse’s managerial practices of a professional that works in a hospital setting, and to analyze them in the light of the Structural Dialectic Care Model (SDCM). Materials and method: The article concerns about a qualitative research where an integrative review was made enabling the selection of 15 articles, analyzed in light of the SDCM. Results: From the 15 selected articles, three thematic axes were established: Leadership, care and conflicts. Conclusions: It was concluded that the SDCM has made it possible to discover the nurse’s identity models as a managerial agent in the diverse pluralities articulated to the identity-related processes of such professional.

ABSTRACT Objective: to highlight the methodological approach used in thesis/dissertations for constructing and validating protocols in the Nursing area. Method: a literature review was performed online at the Library of the Center for Study and Research in Nursing, and at the Thesis Databank of the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel. Eight theses and 16 dissertations were included in the final sample. Results: it was found that the most common steps in constructing protocols were reviewing the scientific literature and using professionals to assist in this process. In studies related to protocol validation, the presence of groups of specialists/judges on the subject matter ranging from three to 16 in quantity was found, with the majority presenting up to ten judges. Regarding analysis of the validation process, we noticed a higher prevalence of agreement between the judges and the Content Validity Index. Conclusion: development of this type of technology constitutes a complex and multifaceted area, adapted to researchers’ expectations and objectives.

Background: Research shows that there is a high prevalence of suicide among nurses. Despite this, it has been 15 years since the last literature review on the subject was published. Aim: The aim of this article is to review the knowledge currently available on the risk of suicide among nurses and on contributory risk factors. Method: A search was conducted in electronic databases using keywords related to prevalence and risk factors of suicide among nurses. The abstracts were analyzed by reviewers according to selection criteria. Selected articles were submitted to a full-text review and their key elements were summarized. Results: Only nine articles were eligible for inclusion in this review. The results of this literature review highlight both the troubling high prevalence of suicide among nurses as well as the persistent lack of studies that examine this issue. Conclusion: Considering that the effects of several factors related to nurses' work and work settings are associated with high stress, distress, or psychiatric problems, we highlight the relevance of investigating work-related factors associated with nurses' risk of suicide. Several avenues for future studies are discussed as well as possible research methods.

The purpose of the article is to typologize terminological definitions of security, to find out the general, to identify the originality of their interpretations depending on the subject of legal regulation. The methodological basis of the study is the methods that made it possible to obtain valid conclusions, in particular, the method of comparison, through which it became possible to correlate different interpretations of the term "security"; method of hermeneutics, which allowed to elaborate texts of normative legal acts of Ukraine, method of typologization, which made it possible to create typologization groups of variants of understanding of the term "security". Scientific novelty. The article analyzes the understanding of the term "security" in various regulatory acts in force in Ukraine. Typological groups were understood to understand the term "security". Conclusions. The analysis of the legal material makes it possible to confirm that the issues of security are within the scope of both legislative regulation and various specialized by-laws. However, today there is no single conception on how to interpret security terminology. This is due both to the wide range of social relations that are the subject of legal regulation and to the relativity of the notion of security itself and the lack of coherence of views on its definition in legal acts and in the scientific literature. The multiplicity of definitions is explained by combinations of material and procedural understanding, static - dynamic, and conditioned by the peculiarities of a particular branch of legal regulation, limited ability to use methods of one or another branch, the inter-branch nature of some variations of security, etc. Separation, common and different in the definition of "security" can be used to further standardize, in fact, the regulatory legal understanding of security to more effectively implement the legal regulation of the security direction.

O estudo do Planejamento familiar, no contexto da bioética, abre-se para diversas perspectivas, entre elas a valorização dos seus diferentes atores. Situado neste contexto o artigo tem como objetivo identificar o perfil de gênero na produção científica sobre Planejamento Familiar no Brasil, entre 2000 e 2014, assim como a área de formação e especialização dos autores. Foram utilizadas metodologias que permitiram mapear o estado da arte do tema estudado, a partir de uma revisão da literatura. O resultado da pesquisa identifica que a produção científica sobre Planejamento Familiar no Brasil se compõe de perfil destacadamente feminino (71,76%). Dos 73 artigos analisados, 42 (57,53%) o foco do tema está direcionado à mulher assim como evidencia-se a área de ciências da saúde com maior concentração das publicações do tema.  Este aspecto da pesquisa abre para uma realidade complexa onde se buscam criticamente as razões para a pesquisa em Planejamento Familiar ter ênfase na mulher e ser um tema de relevância nas ciências da saúde.Palavras-chave: Produção científica, Planejamento Familiar, Gênero.  ABSTRACT: The study of Family Planning, in the context of bioethics, opens to diverse perspectives, among them the appreciation of their different agents. Situated in this context the article aims to identify the profile of gender in scientific literature on Family Planning in Brazil, between 2000 and 2014, as well as the area of training and specialization of the authors. Methodologies were used which allowed to map the State of the art of the subject studied, from a review of the literature. The results found identify that the scientific production on Family Planning in Brazil is formed with a outstandingly female profile (71,76%). Of the 73 articles examined, 42 (57.53%) the focus of the topic is directed to women as well as showing the health sciences area with highest concentration of publications. This aspect of the research opens to a complex reality where we seek critically the reasons for Research in Family Planning have emphasis on woman and be a topic of relevance in health sciences.Keywords: Scientific Production, Family Planning, Gender.
