The first movement of human existence as residential settlement in Jan Pato?ka’s phenomenological thought   Resumen: El presente estudio se centra en la interpretación del primero de los tres movimientos de la existencia humana postulados por el fenomenólogo checo Jan Patocka, como un procedimiento orientado a ocultar la originaria alteridad del Ser y, consecuentemente, a favorecer el habitar humano en el mundo. La propia estructura de nuestra percepción y nuestra relación original con los otros formarían parte de ese mecanismo de inserción residencial que caracteriza al movimiento de “anclaje” o “enraizamiento”. Palabras clave: Patocka, habitar, movimiento de la existencia, enraizamiento.   Abstract: The present work focuses on the interpretation of the first of the three movements of human existence postulated by the Czech phenomenologist Jan Patocka, as a procedure tending towards the concealing of the original alterity of Being and, in consequence, to favour human dwelling in the world. The structure of our perception itself and our original relation with the others would form part of that residential insertion that characterizes the movement of “anchorage” or “rooting”. الملخّصإنّ الفقر والإملاق من المشكلات الرئيسة التي يواجهها العالم اليوم، ومن أسبابها ندرة الموارد الاقتصادية الشديدة وندرة الغذاء والماء. فندرة الموارد وقلتها كانت ذات أثر مباشر في قتل الملايين من الأنفس البشريّة. وتعدّ ندرة الموارد عند الاقتصاديين الخطر الأساس الذي يهدد الوجود البشري في هذا العصر. ويعتبرها الاقتصاديّون كذلك معضلة اقتصادية ناتجة عن رغبات الإنسان غير المتناهية مقابل موارد محدودة ومتناهية. ومن الأمور التي يقترحها الاقتصاديون من اجل التغلب على هذه المشكلة أن النّاسن ينبغي عليهم أن يختاروا الموارد الضرورية والحاجية لتلبية رغباتهم. فمفهوم الندرة من منظور الاقتصاد التقليدي يعني موارد محدودة في العالم مقابل حاجات ورغبات غير محدودة. وسبب ذلك عند الاقتصاديين أن الطبيعة لا توفر موارد كافية لتلبية حاجات الناس ورغباتهم غير المتناهية. ونظرة الإسلام التي يمثلها القرآن الكريم والسنة النبوية الشريفة لمسألة الندرة نظرة مختلفة تماما عن نظرة الاقتصاد التقليدي. ويعنى هذا البحث ببيان أن الندرة ليست مشكلة الطبيعة التس سخّرها الله تعالى للإنسان،  ولكن المشكلة في أخلاقيات الناس وتصرفاتهم في الموارد الطبيعية وطريقتهم في الانتفاع بها التي أدت إلى إدخال الضرر والفساد على الموارد الموجودة.الكلمات المفتاحية: الإسلام، ندرة الموارد، الاقتصاد المعاصر، الموارد الطبيعية، الطبيعة. **************************************               AbstractAmong the main problems that the world is facing today are poverty and destitution caused by severe scarcity of economic resources and the scarcity of food and water. The lack of resources has already caused the death of millions of human beings. The scarcity of resources is counted by economists as the primary danger that threatens the human existence. Economists also consider it an economic dilemma caused by infinite human desires against limited and finite resources. In order to overcome this problem among the suggestions made by economists is that human beings should choose only necessary resources to satisfy their desires. The conventional concept of scarcity is that the resources in the world are limited vis-à-vis the unlimited human needs and desires. The reason for that according to economists is that the nature does not provide sufficient resources to meet people’s endless needs and desires. Islamic approach as represented by the Holy Qur’an and the Sunnah to the issue of scarcity is essentially different from the conventional viewpoint of economists. This paper proposes and explains that the problem is not in the nature which Allah has made subservient to man, but it is in the ethics of the people and their behaviour and way of utilization of natural resources, which ultimately damage and corrupt the available resources.Keywords: Islam, Scarcity of Resources, Modern Economy, Environmental Resources, Nature.

In this paper, we try to give a different perspective to the one that has been studied and offered in linguistics until now. Language starts as the main form of oral communication that is transmitted from generation to generation. Language is in constant evolution. One of the greatest evolutions in the linguistic field has been precisely writing. It represented perfectly the union of graphic ideas and concepts with the beginning of the religious beliefs. We also try to analyze which are the causes and consequences of interventionism in something as personal and private as language. We will try to demonstrate how socialism, even in linguistics, distorts the correct evolution of lan guage, remembering the Universal Declaration of Linguistic Rights (1996) whose consequence is the strengthening of various nationalisms around the world. Finally, conclusions and solutions will be given to a very specific linguistic problem: Spain. Resumen: Este artículo pretende abordar una perspectiva diferente a la que se viene estudiando y ofreciendo en lingüística, pues el lenguaje comienza a forjarse como forma de comunicación oral que se transmite de generación en generación y que no deja de evolucionar. Está en constante evolución. Una de las mayores evoluciones en el campo de la lingüística fue precisamente la escritura que representaba a la perfección la unión de ideas o conceptos de forma gráfica y el comienzo de las creencias religiosas. En este mismo artículo analizamos cuáles son las causas de una interven - ción desde los poderes públicos en algo tan personal e intransferible como el len guaje, así como sus posibles consecuencias. Intentaremos, pues, demos - trar cómo el socialismo en materia lingüística (o su imposibilidad) distorsiona la correcta evolución del lenguaje, comenzando por la Declaración de De - re chos Lingüísticos del año 1996 que no ha hecho sino fortalecer un gran nú mero de nacionalismos a lo largo y ancho del globo terráqueo. Finalmente, intentaremos humildemente extraer conclusiones y poner posibles soluciones en un ejemplo muy concreto: España. Resumen: A lo largo de este artículo, dividido en dos partes, se hace una valoración global de la poesía de Valente, atendiendo al especial vínculo que dentro de su obra mantuvieron la palabra-creativa y la palabra-pensamiento. En el primer apartado, «Hasta dónde llega una palabra», se muestran las reflexiones del autor acerca de «el lugar del canto», ese espacio que ya desde sus libros iniciales sintió la necesidad de levantar sobre la morada arruinada del lenguaje, en un «tiempo de miseria» y retóricas usurpadoras del verdadero decir poético. De manera paralela, se produce en Valente la conquista de una tradición literaria propia, fruto del acercamiento a las principales corrientes de la literatura, las artes plásticas, la música, la filosofía y la reflexión estética contemporánea. Los nombres de Juan Ramón, Cernuda, Celan, Jabès, María Zambrano, Webern o Tàpies representan algunos de los principales hitos dentro de ese itinerario, que tiene su reflejo más temprano en las páginas de Las palabras de la tribu y su Diario anónimo. La segunda parte, «La palabra sumergida», transita a lo largo de todos sus libros, prescindiendo de la cronología o las llamadas «etapas» de Valente, tan proclives a crear una ortodoxia en torno al autor. Con la expresión «palabra sumergida» se hace mención a distintos registros de su poética: la necesidad de mantenerse al margen de la superficie que llamamos actualidad, su acercamiento a los procedimientos creativos de la mística, su visión de lo inefable como un sustrato que forma parte de los depósitos del lenguaje o sus relaciones entre la atonalidad, el fragmentarismo y una estética del silencio. El propósito es demostrar que la palabra sumergida de Valente es una palabra afirmadora, que nunca enmudece ni cae en un nihilismo estéril. Poeta de la radical inmanencia y de la memoria material del mundo, es posible discernir a lo largo de su obra una «metafísica del arte», en los términos en que la concibieron Nietzsche o Heidegger. Palabras clave: José Ángel Valente; poesía española contemporánea, Juan Ramón Jiménez; Luis Cernuda; Valente traductor; Paul Celan; poéticas del fragmento; estética del silencio. Abstract: Through out this essay, divided into two parts, a global assessment of Valente’s poetry is made, taking into account the special link that the creative-word and the thought-word maintained in his work. In the first section, «How far does a word go», the author's reflections on «El lugar del canto» are shown, that space which he felt the need to build, on the ruined home of language from his very first books, in a «Time of Misery» and usurping rhetoric of true poetic saying. In parallel, there is the conquest of a literary tradition in Valente, the result of the approach to the main trends of literature, plastic arts, music, philosophy and contemporary aesthetic reflection. The names of Juan Ramón, Cernuda, Celan, Jabès, María Zambrano, Webern or Tàpies represent some of the main milestones within that itinerary, which has its earliest reflection in the pages of Las palabras de la tribu and Diario anónimo. The second part, «The word submerged», travels through out all his books, regardless of the chronology or the so-called «stages» of Valente, so likely to create an orthodoxy around the author. With the expression «Submerged Word» different records of his poetics are referred to: the need to stay away from the surface that we call current existence, his approach to the creative processes of mysticism, his vision of the ineffable as a substratum that is part of the deposits of language, or the relationships between atonality and fragmentation with an aesthetic of silence. The purpose is to demonstrate that Valente’s submerged word is an asserting word, which never keeps silent or leads to vain nihilism. The Austrian school of economics and the investment method known as value investing have a similar conception of the world, so that it is possible to find multiple links between them and form a coherent structure. To the economist, this allows for a much deeper understanding of the entrepreneurial function and the manner in which economic calculation is actually performed. To the investor, it offers a theoretical framework that explains economic phenomena, permitting him to better understand the role of the entrepreneur and to protect his investment when dangerous patterns can be observed. In this essay, we begin from the common stance of both schools of thought towards common sense, the use of realistic assumptions, the importance of prudence and the low value of complex mathematics in the fields of economics and finance. We then proceed to develop in greater depth nine aspects that have strong philosophical and scientific links. Resumen: La Escuela Austriaca de Economía y el método de inversión en valor tienen una concepción similar del mundo que permite entrelazarlas coherentemente. Al economista, le permite profundizar el conocimiento del ejercicio de la función empresarial y la realización del cálculo económico en la práctica. Al inversor, le ofrece un marco teórico para comprender mejor el papel del empresario y los fenómenos económicos y detectar temprano patrones peligrosos y así protegerse. En este trabajo partimos de la base de que ambas escuelas de pensamiento tienen sus raíces en el sentido común y los supuestos realistas, que son prudentes a la hora de ver el futuro y que dudan de la utilidad de las matemáticas complejas en los campos económicos y financieros. Sobre ello, desarrollamos nueve aspectos en los cuales hay fuertes conexiones como, por ejemplo, la manera en que el ejercicio de la empresarialidad mejora la eficiencia del mercado y coordina los planes de las personas. Nowadays more often people are asking about the meaning of life. It is a fundamental question that every human being faces. Man is asking whether life is worth living, what to do to make our life meaningful?A human being, among many needs, has the need for discovering the sense of life, the need comes from the very core of human existence as placed in time and connected with the phenomenon of passing away. Discovering the sense of life leads to the experience of happiness, joy, and to inner life lived much more to the full. Showing the meaning of life and helping to find that meaning are very important functions of religion. Due to it, a man is able to live one’s life, ambitions, goals, joyful moments as well as his or her suffering in the light of deeper understanding. Religion is the one that can often bring the richest and deepest answers to the question of the two meanings: the meaning of life and the world.

Religion and education are a topic that has emerged relatively recently in the Ukrainian information, research, and educational space. The relationship between religion and education meditated before, but usually in a negative sense. New circumstances also dictate new approaches to the stated topic. Polyphony of thoughts holds in itself and explicit criticism of any possibility of coexistence of religion and education, vulgarly linking religion with obscurantism, which can not bear any enlightenment, blurring the brain of a person. Such pre-historic estimates of religion are less and less popular in society, which in those years has "opened" a religion (as opposed to the present and still existing perception of it as a fantastic reflection in the heads of people of those external forces that prevail over them) as a spiritually rich reality as something that fills the meaning of human existence, defines the vocation of the person asserting it in the world, in society, in their own lives.

World immunisation week is observed every year in the last week of 24th April to 30th April. Many parts of the world are still reeling under the threats of vaccine-preventable diseases (VPDs) and the importance of vaccination cannot be understated even in times of any other crisis. Worldwide, millions of children are saved from the grip of infectious diseases like polio and measles, and annually, around 2 to 3 million deaths are being averted. Routine immunization services, mass vaccination campaigns, catch up, and mop up sessions through outreach activities form part of the vaccine delivery strategies.

The problem of human religious consciousness can be attributed to the category of "eternal" philosophical problems, which have never been removed and cannot be removed from the agenda of humanity. The world outlook of a person is updated throughout history as the person, conditions and content of his life, his goals, ideals and perspectives are constantly changing. In each era, this problem retains its fundamental importance, and, being part of all significant philosophical systems, means not a simple continuation of a particular tradition, but the identification of the changing aspects and historical perspectives of human existence. The question of what consciousness, which is its nature and essence, is of great ideological, ideological and practical importance, since it touches upon the foundations of human existence, content and purpose of life.

The present study seeks to find a reliant philosophy of development in the post COVID-19 times to come. Since being contiguous, the Novelcoronavirus has switched almost every human activity uncertain all over the world. Rather the health emergency in this pandemic has strangled human existence on this planet which every country and government are fighting against. Like many others, global economy and development are under severe threat that tend us to chalk out a theorem to be mechanized for bringing the global village back into normalcy. The paper delves deeper to establish a connection of development with wellbeing, keeping human resource at the center of significance. It also measures the interrelation of wealth, economy and development with human resource and suggests a balanced prioritization of the same in terms of accelerating Gross Domestic Product (GDP). As the future after COVID 19 will not be the same like before, even after the pandemic being over, the proposed theorem tries to contemplate the global economy with a new outlook of long-term development.

The introduction of the article outlines the topicality of eco-philosophy and eco-theology in rela-tion to life, nature and human existence problems. The notion of „eco-map” used in social sciences is dis-cussed as conditionally related to P. Florensky’s creative work. The main section displays three directions of his eco-philosophy: 1) general problematics (environment/culture; a man/a mask); 2) the direction rela-ted to P. Florensky as a representative of sophiology (Sophia or wisdom in a wide sense solving the relati-onal problematic of God and creation); 3) the direction characterizing the unity between his life and crea-tive work (the world of life, the asceticism/starecs’ problem). The conclusions stress the three basic traits of P. Florensky’s ecosophy: the consubstantiality of the All-Unified; the antinomic symbolism; the truthfulness of life. The research methods applied: the analysis of scientific literature; the hermeneutic analysis of P. Florensky’s texts.
