All languages have a common, ontological nature, and this nature cannot be changed. Although there are some differences in the fictions of languages, the general course of this ontological nature is the same in all languages. Although we are talking about an ontological nature that is the same in all languages, the differences that exist between languages affect and determine the attitudes of societies that use this language. In another respect, history is a totality of social attitudes. Therefore, the language used by society can affect the attitude of that society. In other words, societies have an attitude in such a way that the language they use is foreseen. So much so that, beyond the fictional difference, even the presence or absence of a word in any language can be decisive of a social attitude. Of course, the presence or absence of a word is a small detail in the whole; but when the peculiar fictions of languages are evaluated as a whole, the effects of social attitudes on history, which is the totality, will be seen more clearly. In this study, first of all, the concept of “language family” will be focused on by giving the “definition of language”. Then, the nature of Turkish will be discussed through the language family fiction and its reflections on history will be discussed. Turkish, English, Arabic and will be sampled throughout the study.

AbstractModelling is an essential activity in software engineering. It typically involves two meta-levels: one includes meta-models that describe modelling languages, and the other contains models built by instantiating those meta-models. Multi-level modelling generalizes this approach by allowing models to span an arbitrary number of meta-levels. A scenario that profits from multi-level modelling is the definition of language families that can be specialized (e.g., for different domains) by successive refinements at subsequent meta-levels, hence promoting language reuse. This enables an open set of variability options given by all possible specializations of the language family. However, multi-level modelling lacks the ability to express closed variability regarding the availability of language primitives or the possibility to opt between alternative primitive realizations. This limits the reuse opportunities of a language family. To improve this situation, we propose a novel combination of product lines with multi-level modelling to cover both open and closed variability. Our proposal is backed by a formal theory that guarantees correctness, enables top-down and bottom-up language variability design, and is implemented atop the MetaDepth multi-level modelling tool.

This Article explores the concept of public accommodation in a civil rights context and presents an argument for revising the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (Act) to extend public accommodation obligations to private healthcare providers and the healthcare industry as a whole, regardless of their participation in federally assisted programs. To the extent that the Act currently reaches healthcare conduct within a relatively narrow definition of “federal assistance,” this view has been eclipsed by the evolution of social attitudes toward the community-wide obligation of healthcare providers, U.S. civil rights policy at both the federal and state levels, the enormity of the federal investment in the U.S. health system and changing concepts of basic health quality. This analysis begins with a brief overview of the current structure of U.S. civil rights law in the context of racial and ethnic minority groups’ access to healthcare.

Such as low self-care among others, mutual esteem is very low when friends come forward, attitudes tend to be selfish and apathetic attitude towards the environment, resulting in low competence of the social attitudes of learners. One of the ways that teachers can do is to implement cooperative learning model Numbered Head Together (NHT). This study aims to determine the effect of cooperative learning model Numbered Head Together (NHT) the competence of the social attitudes of students of class VII SMPN 1 Padang. This study was an experimental study with a quasi-experimental methods (quasi-experimental). The study population was the students of class VII SMPN 1 Padang. Sampling was done by purposive sampling with learners VII.D class as the control class and the class as a class experiment VII.E. The instrument used is the observation sheet attitude competence of learners. According to statistic reports the number of disabled people in the world is still increasing. Nowadays it’s estimated that one for six citizens in European Union is disabled. New laws are established to improve the social attitude towards the sick and the disabled. The perception of people with disabilities is widely dominated by their limitations that often take priority. Completely different social attitudes concern artists. They are admired. The aim of the paper is to discuss the extent to which the disabled people can contribute to the culture and to reflect on the importance of art for the rehabilitation process as well as for the social integration of artists with disabilities. The Jesness Inventory and 10 concept measures were administered to 60 male delinquents immediately before and after participation in an Outward Bound program. Significant changes were found on 6 Jesness Inventory Scales indicating more favorable social attitudes and evaluation of feelings. Significant improvements were also observed for the 3 concept measures “I am,” “I would like to be” and “Boys who don't get into trouble.” These results suggest that Outward Bound is a desirable short-term means of promoting positive change in the social attitude and self-concept of male delinquents.

International audience In this article, we propose an architecture of a socio-affective Embodied Conversational Agent (ECA). The different computational models of the architecture enable an ECA to express emotions and social attitudes during an interaction with a user. Based on corpora of actors expressing emotions, models have been defined to compute the emotional facial expressions of an ECA and the characteristics of its corporal movements. A user-perceptive approach has been used to design models to define how an ECA should adapt its non-verbal behavior according to the social attitude the ECA wants to display and the behavior of its interlocutor. The emotions and the social attitudes to express are computed by cognitive models presented in this article.
