Building an educational environment at a preschool has a direct influence on the quality of children's education, shaping its own values in the organizational culture of each school. This study aims to clarify what work needs to be done to build an educational environment from a child-centered point of view? What are the requirements for preschool teachers and principals? How have preschools in Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province, Vietnam built an educational environment? Theoretical research methods are used to have a theoretical model of building an educational environment from a child-centered point of view. The survey method by questionnaire combined with observation and unstructured interviews was used with a survey sample of 10 managers and 50 teachers to find out the above situation in preschools in Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province, Vietnam. Building an educational environment should pay attention to the physical environment in the classroom and outside the classroom, the psychosocial environment, all of which must be based on the needs of the child and create the most favorable conditions for the child to develop. The survey shows that preschools in Thai Nguyen city perform well in the contents with an overall GPA of 3.51/4.0 and are ready to welcome children back to school after more than 3 months of suspension because of the covid epidemic and summer vacation.

This study is aimed at describing the library service quality of State Institute for Islamic Studies (IAIN) Sunan Kalijaga Yogyakarta from the point of view of users, and at finding out factors influencing it. This description is really important in order to be able to develop it, as the supporter of realizing the three responsibilities of university or institute, namely education, research, and social service. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach of survey method. Sampling is taken from the group of library users numbering 338 people, and 50 of library staffs. Whereas data collecting is conducted through library research, field research consisting ofdocumentation, questionnaire, and interview The data is organized in tables offrequency and percentage distribution, and it is then described. Based on the service quality concept quoted from the decision of minister of state apparatus empowerment no. 8l of L993, there are ten indicators of service quality namely simplicity, clarity and certainfy,o pennesse, fficiency, economy,f air distribution, punctuality, physical facility, capacity and staff attitude. The result of study indicates that the library service quality of IAIN Sunan Kalijaga yogyakarta based on of users' opinion is generally good. This conclusion is based on the mean result7O.247o of the users have good opinion about the indicators of the library service quality. Factors influencing the library service quality are organization climate (87.007o),s upervisions ystem( 68.67Vo)a, nd bureaucracys tructure( 85.337o)A. lthough the serviceq uality at the IAIN Sunan Kalijaga's Library is in general good, there are things to consider. The first is about library location which is, accarding to the majority of users, not strategic. The second, is the necessity of developing service security and comfortable service' The third is the necessity ofdeveloping reliable physical facilities. Lastly, it is necessary to develop library collection both in quantity and in quality taking the needs of new departments and study programs into consideration.

Аннотация. В статье рассматриваются сущность, структура, основные требования к проектированию информационно-образовательной среды профессиональных образовательных организаций. Представлены различные точки зрения в определении понятия информационно-образовательной среды. Отмечено, что информационно-образовательная среда должна обладать структурированной избыточностью, интегративностью, многокомпонентностью, адаптивностью по отношению к системе образования. Наполнение ресурсами системы производят разные структурные подразделения образовательной организации, обеспечивается их достоверность, полнота, сохранность, использование. Автор подчеркивает, что наравне с полнотекстовыми документами необходимо формировать и базу данных видеолекций преподавателей и учёных, которые являются на сегодняшний день популярной формой удалённого доступа к научно-образовательным ресурсам для людей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. The paper assess marginal and control territories within the Moscow Metropolitan area using a comparative analysis of fluctuating asymmetry method and determining the area of leaf damage to obtain a comprehensive assessment of the territory from the point of view of human habitation with minimal comfort parameters within the sensitivity of plants. The results of the combined analysis of two methods are obtained, which confirm the possibility of their use and the representativeness of the results obtained in assessing the comfort of the environment. The assessment of the quality of the environment in marginal territories was made by quantitative and qualitative indicators for the rational use of land resources, their involvement in economic turnover with the creation of favorable conditions for ensuring the flow of social processes of territorial development and comfortable life support of the population. It was proposed that socially-oriented infrastructure, leisure facilities, and social and cultural facilities have been formed in these territories with a sufficiently large and diverse number of types and forms of employment for the population, which should become the basis for the development of marginal territories.

The paper considers the transition period of society development, based on the use of digital information and communication technologies. Now the digital economy covers all the spheres of society, so the question of its study is relevant. The transition to a new digital economy model contributes to improving the life quality of the population. In higher education institutions educational paths are changing, a rapid transition from physical to virtual reality is observed. However, the educational environment lags far behind the pace of industrial production based on modern technologies. In such situation, approaches to modernizing the training system need to be developed. This case university strategies, aimed at creating a full environment for the development of education and science, information and knowledge from the intellectual global environment, are being developed. In the context of the transition to digital technologies in education, the library, as one of the main structural divisions of the university, should also become digital. The paper reveals the different viewpoints of the library community that show the strategy and direction of library development for the digital environment. Libraries are now actively developing information and communications technology providing services to their users, while maintaining traditional forms and methods of working with readers. This symbiosis meets the needs of different groups of readers and users. On the basis of theoretical research of formation processes and development of electronic library, problems of transition period are considered, strategy of digital library development is identified, technologies of creation and introduction of information resources into university educational environment are determined. The purpose of the research was to study the activity of using information resources in the educational process and research activities, in order to improve the quality of service to library users. It will identify the attitudes of students towards information resources and library services. The relevance and importance of the transition to the digital library is noted, the impact of this process on the development of all library activities is analysed, while maintaining the continuity of its main functional purpose. In addition, the emergence of new social and technological tasks is indicated, the specifics of working with digital users are distinguished. The library works with both virtual users and real readers. Book loan and electronic resources to users are analyzed. The library’s activities are covered in educational and leisure activities with university students and teachers. In the article, the recommendations presented will improve the efficiency of the library

It is proved that the virtual learning environment enhances learning. The authors considered the benefi ts of using a virtual learning environment from the point of view of control over the work of the teacher and the student in the system. The materials of the sociological research are summarized, which was carried out among students on the issue of the importance of education through a virtual learning environment.

This paper describes an analytical approach based on a non-conventional ecological perspective to evaluate the quality of technological innovation projects. The approach is semi-qualitative and focuses on aspects of cooperation in projects and companies with favorable conditions regarding technological advancement and learning maturity, highlighting contributions of these aspects to the sustainability of R&D projects. Moreover, it considers the multidimensionality of a project in order to classify how its innovations align with sustainable principles, in terms of balancing the needs of all stakeholders. Beyond technology, the multiple dimensions associated to a project and its impacts comprise, for example, the economic, social, human and environmental spheres; similarly to the arrangement of forces for survival and evolution in comprehensive ecosystems, hence the allusive use of the term “extended ecological perspective”. Complexity theory and interrelation of the concepts of sustainability, cooperation, learning and multidimensionality underlie this analytical approach of innovations resulting from R&D efforts.

Abstract This study assess enrollees’ perception of Health care facility’s (HCFs) physical structure and equipment quality across 9 accredited National health insurance/ Health maintenance organisation (NHIS-HMO) providing healthcare facilities within the 3 local government areas in Lagos, Nigeria. Anchored on the phenomenology of time consciousness and the filter theory of attention, the study methodology was triangulated using survey method and in-depth interview. A total of 252 questionnaires and 5 in-depth interviews (IDIs) were used to elicit data from selected respondents using simple random and convenient sampling technique. There were differences between the survey result and the in-depth interview (IDIs) responses in terms of structural awareness in contrast with access to treatment equipments. 61.1% of the respondents agreed that the physical environment of the HCF was conducive, 61.5% agreed to the presence of standard and functional medical equipments in the HCF. With regards to the quality rating, 55.1% perceived the quality of HCFs physical structure and equipment fairly positive while 30.6% of the respondents perceived it negatively. From the group comparisons, the Chi-Square results (P<0.01, χ2 (16) = 66.750) revealed significant correlations between quality of HCFs physical environment and equipment and enrollees perception. The Spearman’s correlation was also positive at .064. These findings indicate that the tangible aspects of healthcare service are significant in health outcomes and should be given priority to ensure consistency in quality health promotion.

The article analyzes the acute social problem of today – the socialization of children with special needs in the educational environment (educational space, educational and correctional space, inclusive environment). The definition of the terms «socialization», «educational environment» is given. The essence and content of the concept of socialization of children with disabilities in an inclusive educational space are considered. The hypothetical statement that the improvement of the quality of life of children with disabilities can be achieved primarily by creating the most favorable conditions for socialization, given the fact that the initial socialization was unsuccessful due to objective victimhood (special needs) of the child. Emphasis is placed on the complexity and contradictions of the socialization process, because it largely depends on what social environment a person falls into. That is why a special role in the process of personality formation is acquired by the school correctional and educational space. The success of a child's socialization depends on the conditions created in the correctional and educational space and on the content of the latter. Effective socio-pedagogical conditions for the socialization of children with disabilities are analyzed.

The quality of service in a banking service company is very important from the consumer's point of view. The purpose of this study was to determine and explain the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction at Bank Syariah Mandiri Juanda in Sidoarjo. This quantitative descriptive study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to respondents. Some of the tests carriedout were the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, the classical assumption test, and the statistical test (simple linear regression). The results of the regression analysis show that service quality has a significant effect on customer satisfaction.
