Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan, pelaksanaan, evaluasi dan solusi dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru Sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Pengumpulan data yang diperoleh dari berbagai sumber, latar, dan beragam cara pada penelitian ini adalah melalui studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa kompetensi Kepala Sekolah dalam meningkatkan kinerja guru Sekolah dasar, yaitu dalam perencanaan Kepala sekolah membuat rencana kerja tahunan sekolah (RKTS) yang menyangkut 8 standar pendidikan, memberikan kriteria SKP (sasaran kinerja pegawai) pada awal tahun sebagai pedoman penilaian guru oleh kepala sekolah dan DP3 yang menyangkut penilaian perilaku guru, dalam pelaksanaannya mengadakan dan mengikutsertakan guru dalam forum ilmiah seperti pendidikan dan pelatihan (upgrading/inservice training, workshop, dan seminar), dalam evaluasi Kepala Sekolah melakukan supervisi pendidikan terhadap para guru (teknik kunjungan kelas, pembicaraan pribadi, dan diskusi kelompok), serta upaya yang dilakukan Kepala Sekolah sebagai manajer dalam meningkatkan kinerja adalah membangun komunikasi yang baik dengan semua guru dalam membangun budaya kerja yang produktif.

The New Zealand Curriculum Framework (Ministry of Education, 1993, p. 14) states that "[all] who learn te reo Māori help to secure its future as a living, dynamic, and rich language". However, I will argue here that appearance and reality are very far apart. Close examination of the context in which teachers of the Māori language operate tells a very different story, one characterised byinadequate consultation with teachers and communities, a lack of consistency between the advice provided in the curriculum guidelines document and the resources made available to teachers, and a failure to ensure that adequate pre- and inservice training is provided. Finally, as a way forward to help strengthen policy and inform Indigenous language teachers, a reflection onlessons learnt in the New Zealand context and some useful Indigenous language strategies will be provided.

Relatar a experiência vivenciada por discentes e docentes de enfermagem na realização de atividades extensionistas para o aumento da adesão à identificação correta do paciente. Relato de experiencia acerca da importância da identificação correta do paciente realizadas em um hospital universitário do Estado do Rio de Janeiro de setembro de 2019 a março de 2020. Participaram profissionais de saúde, pacientes e acompanhantes. Para profissionais de saúde, foram desenvolvidos treinamentos interativos. Para pacientes e acompanhantes, elencou-se orientações acerca da importância da identificação do paciente. Realizados dezoito treinamentos, a maioria com técnicos de enfermagem (54 - 37,76%) e enfermeiros (23 - 16,08%). Alcançadas 2.050 orientações, sendo com 998 (48,68%) pacientes. As atividades ocorreram em 32 unidades de internação. Pode-se contribuir com atividades da Meta 1 de Segurança do Paciente, além de destacar a importância de Projetos de Extensão Universitária para melhor assistência. Descritores: Segurança do Paciente, Sistemas de Identificação de Pacientes, Capacitação em Serviço, Hospitais Universitários. Educational actions for correct patient identification: experience reportAbstract: To report the experience lived by nursing students and teachers in carrying out extension activities to increase adherence to the correct identification of the patient. Experience report about the importance of correct patient identification performed at an university hospital in the State of Rio de Janeiro from September 2019 to March 2020. The group of participants was health professionals, patients and companions. For health professionals, was developed interactive training. For patients and companions, guidelines were listed on the importance of patient identification. Eighteen training sessions were carried out, most with nursing technicians (54 - 37.76%) and nurses (23 - 16.08%). 2,050 guidelines were reached, with 998 (48.68%) patients. The activities took place in 32 inpatient units. In- service training is important in classroom teaching in pre-primary school as a tool for professional development and to enhance their knowledge and quality of teaching and learning. If the teacher is welltrained then only, he/she will be able to handle the students properly as students at pre-primary level require extra attention, skills, knowledge and patience of teachers. In- service training programmes are refresher courses, workshops, conferences, study groups, experimental schools. In- service training increase the staff motivation, self-condence, attitude, knowledge and communication. The effectiveness of the inservice training is inuenced by the role of administrator, teacher’s attitude, need of analysis and strategies used in the training program.

Objektif: Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengulas tantangan dan hambatan yang dihadapi pelaksanaan pendidikan inklusi serta strategi yang dapat dilakukan oleh negara.Metode: Artikel ini merupakan telaah kritis sistematis . Jurnal diambil dari 9 situs artikel penelitian internasional berbeda. Pencarian jurnal diutamakan terbit tahun 2011-2020. Didapatkan 11 jurnal yang merupakan jurnal kualitatif.Temuan: Hambatan yang dihadapi yaitu tenaga pendidik kurang terlatih, stigma negatif, kebijakan otoritas yang kurang aplikatif, kurangnya pengetahuan tenaga pendidik, hambatan aksesibilitas, keterbatasan sumber belajar, dan keterbatasan finansial. Strategi yang dilakukan yaitu peningkatan kualitas inservice training (INSET), awareness programmes, school-based professional development programmes, family support, kontekstualisasi proses belajarmengajar, dukungan berkelanjutan selama proses implementasi di lapangan, komitmen pemerintah memberikan sebagian prosentase dari GNP sebagai sumber dana, kolaborasi dengan stakeholders, dan kerjasama regional, nasional, maupun internasional.Kesimpulan: Ada beberapa strategi yang dapat dilakukan di Indonesia, yaitu pelatihan kepada guru kelas, menyelenggarakan awareness program, bekerjasama dengan tim Pokja yang memiliki resource center yang mendukung implementasi pendidikan inklusi, penyediaan dana untuk menyelenggarakan pelatihan guru kelas, dan

Rendahnya  kinerja  guru  disebabkan  tidak  maksimalnya  guru dalam mempersiapkan diri   untuk lebih berkompeten dalam mengajar    baik secara eksternal maupun internal dengan menambah     wawasan pengetahuannya seperti mengikuti pelatihan,workshop,  seminar  dan  lain-lain.  Penelitian  ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan   peningkatan kinerja guru dengan strategi capacity building di tinjau dari kompetensi profesional. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian Diskriptif. Sampel penelitian   diperoleh dengan porpusive sampling dari guru-guru yang berada disekolah-sekolah  Madrasah Ibtidaiyah sebanyak 150 guru. Instrumen Penelitian berupa angket. Tehnik analisis data    menggunakan prosentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peningkatan kinerja guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah di langsa masih sebagian kecil  yang sudah meningkat yaitu 34,53% . Strategi capacity building yang dilakukan dalam peningkatan kinerja guru berupa inservice training dalam pendidikan  dan  pelatihan  masih  sedikit  sekali  yang mengikutinya yaitu 8.6%

The article illustrates an overview of the various types of police training in the United States. It includes types of mandatory minimum annual training within the states, the purpose, importance, and benefits of various types of police training. The types of training include basic training (e.g., sponsored academy basic training and preservice self-pay basic training), field training officer (FTO), roll-call training (e.g., recent incidents, new updates), inservice training (e.g., legal updates, firearms, community policing, mental health issues, wellness), and specialized training (e.g., SWAT training, traffic enforcement, hostage and barricaded subjects, promotions, dealing with issues in the community). Relevancy of training curriculum and validation of selection criteria are| also addressed.

Objetivo: identificar os desafios enfrentados pelo enfermeiro no processo do treinamento de recém-admitidos em unidades pediátricas e neonatais. Método: trata-se de um estudo qualitativo, descritivo, tipo estudo de campo, por meio de entrevista semiestruturada para enfermeiros. Utilizou-se a Análise Qualitativa do Conteúdo convencional. Estabeleceram-se categorias para a interpretação dos discursos, compreendendo o pensamento do sujeito expresso no texto, em uma concepção transparente de linguagem. Resultados: identificou-se a categoria principal << Delineando as particularidades do processo de treinar >> subdividida em cinco subcategorias. Conclusão: enfatizou-se pelas entrevistadas a importância de ter um profissional disponível na equipe para assumir a função de treinar, o que favoreceria a integração do novo colaborador à equipe, minimizando a sobrecarga do trabalho para o enfermeiro da unidade, diminuindo as chances de ocorrência de eventos adversos. Objetivo: relatar a experiência na atualização de trabalhadores de enfermagem sobre suporte básico de vida em um hospital público. Método: trata-se de um estudo descritivo, tipo relato de experiência, com 123 profissionais de Enfermagem das unidades de internação clínica e cirúrgica e centro cirúrgico, sobre a atualização de trabalhadores de Enfermagem em suporte básico de vida. Aplicaram-se instrumentos de aprendizagem pré-teste e pós-teste. Resultados: observou-se que, dos 86 participantes que responderam aos instrumentos pré-teste e pós-teste, 36% acertaram todas as questões no pré-teste e pós-teste; 54,7% erraram questões na seção pré-teste, mas acertaram no pós-teste e 9,3% erraram as respostas no pré-teste e pós-teste. Verificou-se que as opções incorretas que obtiveram destaque estavam relacionadas à sequência correta para a realização da ressuscitação cardiopulmonar e à relação entre as compressões torácicas e a ventilação. Conclusão: faz-se necessária a realização de capacitações periódicas, uma vez que se identificou uma importante lacuna no conhecimento sobre o suporte básico de vida e o risco de implicações negativas à assistência aos pacientes graves. Method: this is a descriptive study, an experience report type, with 123 nursing professionals from the clinical and surgical inpatient units and operating room, about the updating of nursing workers in basic life support. Pre-test and post-test learning instruments were applied. Results: it was observed that, from the 86 participants who answered the pretest and posttest instruments, 36% answered all questions in the pretest and posttest; 54.7% missed questions in the pretest section, but got it right in the posttest and 9.3% missed the answers in the pretest and posttest. The incorrect options that were highlighted were related to the correct sequence to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the relationship between chest compressions and ventilation. Conclusion: it is necessary to perform periodic training, as it has identified an important gap in the knowledge about basic life support and the risk of negative implications for the care of critically ill patients. Resultados: se observó que, de los 86 participantes que respondieron a los instrumentos de la prueba previa y posterior, el 36% respondió todas las preguntas en la prueba previa y posterior; el 54.7% erraron preguntas en la sección de la prueba previa, pero acertó en la prueba posterior y el 9.3% erraron las respuestas en la prueba previa y posterior. Las opciones incorrectas que se resaltaron estaban relacionadas con la secuencia correcta para realizar la reanimación cardiopulmonar y la relación entre las compresiones torácicas y la ventilación. Conclusión: se necesita capacitación periódica, ya que se identificó una brecha importante en el conocimiento sobre el soporte vital básico y el riesgo de implicaciones negativas para la atención de pacientes críticos. This chapter evaluated leadership and management of instructional technology in teacher education. It recalls that training and educating teachers is of great importance to society. Teachers can have either positive or negative effects on students which can impact on society. A lot of models have been produced for training and educating teachers. According to Wallace (1991), the most common models are skill, applied science and reflective models. The management of the equipment dimension of educational technologies in teacher training is the effective use of the available equipment. Information technology used in the inservice training provided for teachers who are officially teachers, and in the preservice training provided for preservice teachers, should be applied at the top level. The leadership in the dimension of the equipment of educational technologies in teacher training is that it is regularly renewed by the state of the art technology. First of all, it is needed to use updated information technology in order to achieve the equipment target used in preservice training for preservice teachers and inservice training for teachers at the top level.
