AbstractHierarchical key-insulated identity-based encryption (HKIBE) is identity-based encryption (IBE) that allows users to update their secret keys to achieve (hierarchical) key-exposure resilience, which is an important notion in practice. However, existing HKIBE constructions have limitations in efficiency: sizes of ciphertexts and secret keys depend on the hierarchical depth. In this paper, we first triumph over the barrier by proposing simple but effective design methodologies to construct efficient HKIBE schemes. First, we show a generic construction from any hierarchical IBE (HIBE) scheme that satisfies a special requirement, called MSK evaluatability introduced by Emura et al. (Des. Codes Cryptography 89(7):1535–1574, 2021). It provides several new and efficient instantiations since most pairing-based HIBE schemes satisfy the requirement. It is worth noting that it preserves all parameters’ sizes of the underlying HIBE scheme, and hence we obtain several efficient HKIBE schemes under the k-linear assumption in the standard model. Since MSK evaluatability is dedicated to pairing-based HIBE schemes, the first construction restricts pairing-based instantiations. To realize efficient instantiation from various assumptions, we next propose a generic construction of an HKIBE scheme from any plain HIBE scheme. It is based on Hanaoka et al.’s HKIBE scheme (Asiacrypt 2005), and does not need any special properties. Therefore, we obtain new efficient instantiations from various assumptions other than pairing-oriented ones. Though the sizes of secret keys and ciphertexts are larger than those of the first construction, it is more efficient than Hanaoka et al.’s scheme in the sense of the sizes of master public/secret keys.

Abstract A family business is a business that the founders pass on to the next generation. But not many family businesses, especially in Indonesia, think about and plan the succession process. Education and motivation for successor readiness is a very important part of the succession process in a family business. High education is expected so that children can develop their knowledge in various fields and fulfill their desires. In the family business, if the child chooses to develop a family business with the knowledge they have and the motivation and potential that is in him, the founder will guide him well. This study aims to determine the level of education and motivation for successor readiness in the family business. This research will be conducted on the second generation of culinary business owners who come from Betawi culture who have settled in DKI Jakarta. This study used a qualitative approach and the Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis method, where data collection was carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation. The results show that the level of education is not a special requirement in the Betawi family business, although it is believed that the higher the level of education the successor has, the more knowledgeable both theoretically and practically about business are gained. In addition, in the beginning, to become a successor, of course the founder also saw the motivation of the readiness of successors who already know and are directly involved in helping founders manage the family business.

At the development of new machines or modernization of existing ones a special requirement is applied to the operating safety of this equipment. First of all, this requires certain strength calculations. For this, the manufacturers use various methods of calculating the strength of materi-als using a wide range of software applications and online services. In the calculations, special emphasis should be placed on deformation, that is, on the stiffness of structural elements, since stiffness characterizes the ability of a part to withstand a load without significant deformations. Using the example of calculating the deformation of the plate fixing the knife of a rotary grinder, comparative calculations were made in various ways. This is necessary due to the fact that during operation significant forces arise that can change the structure. The following computational methods were used as the investigated methods: online calculators, the method of initial parameters, Kompas-3D and APM WinMachine software applications, bench tests and opera-tion tests. It seems that the solution of one problem in dif-ferent ways should not cause a problem - the initial condi-tions are the same everywhere. However, each of the con-sidered methods has its own peculiarities just in laying the initial conditions. If the conditions are not laid, the result will be significantly different, and this will lead to incorrect de-sign actions. In this case, the use of various methods of calculation and testing, even at the design stage, should lead to a deep analysis of the results. The calculated data may differ from experimental results. This is due to the inconsistency of the materials under study with the claimed requirements, fastening conditions, load application, etc.

Hermeticity of MEMS wafer packaging has a major impact on the performance and reliability of MEMS devices. The test for hermeticity is usually based on the test method from MIL-STD-883. However, both theory and experiment have shown that this test standard has great limitations for MEMS wafer cavities. Raman spectroscopy has also been used to obtain the quantitative and qualitative information about the molecular composition in the small cavity of MEMS packages and then determine the leak rate of MEMS packages. However, this method is reliant on the package cap being transparent to the probing light and requires a reflective surface. In this paper, the Raman spectroscopy is used to obtain the stress of the surface of the package cap and from the information of stress change to infer the change of the gas pressure in the vacuum encapsulation cavity. The results have shown that the lower the gas pressure in the cavity, the larger the tensile stress; When packaged in the atmosphere, the sample cap has shown a compressive stress (corresponding to the reference), which may result from fabrication process. Based on this method, there is no need to use a transparent package cap, and there is no special requirement for the roughness of the cap surface. Compared with the optical deformation test, this method can directly obtain the surface stress information of the cover without knowing the relevant geometric parameters of the MEMS structure.

High-precision dimension controlling and special requirement of microstructures and mechanical for TC16 Alloy wire was obtained by cold rolling. In this paper, the effects of cold tandem rolling on M and STA mechanical of TC16 Alloy wire were investigated through Comparative study TC16 Alloy wire by cold tandem rolling and hot-draw. The results show that the M state tensile and yield strength of TC16 Alloy wire obtained by cold tandem was lower, while the ductility was higher. And this benefits the subsequent Cold Heading formability. The result of solid solution for TC16 Alloy wire by cold tandem rolling was evidenced, the tensile strength has been increased and the ductility has been reduced more drastically. To break down elongated α of Vertical microstructure ability and drastic machining deformation have significant contributions to the annealed ductility and solution strengthening. It is very positive to TC16 titanium alloy use for fastener of heat treatment strength with the cold tandem rolling technology application.

The article analyzes global and Russian market of e-advertising and trends in its development. E-commerce market in Russia can grow to 3.491 trillion rubles by the end 2023. The increase in on-line purchase frequency and number of buyers takes place due to effective on-line marketing, whose expenses in 2017 exceeded expenses on TV commercials. In Russia there are no rules (and restrictions) concerning on-line adverts placement. It could lead to the fact that the number of adverts surpasses the volume of meaningful information. The notion of on-line advertising in the Russian Federation is limited by the general idea of advertisement, while in many countries its specific definition is put forward in order to provide an opportunity to advance special requirement to it. One problem of on-line advertising is a great amount of spam interfering both with the customer and business-communities as a result of dropping confidence of buyers. Russia is included in five most active span distributors. Today spam makes over 60% of all incoming correspondence in public mail services of the Russian segment of the Internet. The authors propose to upgrade Russian legislation and direct it to spam regulation, which could protect customers’ rights and raise their confidence to e-commerce and to development and adoption of special guiding principles that would explain ways of using laws concerning adverts in the Internet.

The 3D virtual mannequin has been widely used in apparel industry, and its importance is also increasing. This work develops a new 3D virtual mannequin reconstruction system based on optimization. All the mannequins reconstructed by the proposed approach share the identical topology, that is, there is a point-to-point correspondence among the mannequins, which will significantly facilitate much subsequent processing in fashion design, made-to-measure, and virtual try-on. The inputs to the proposed system contain a template human body, a raw scan (represented in mesh), and a very sparse corresponding landmarks set. The proposed approach substantially utilizes the optimization technology to drive the template to deform into a real scan. There is no special requirement on the raw meshes. The raw meshes may have a different number of vertices and triangles or may even be incomplete. The proposed method only needs 21 landmarks as hard-constraints to reconstruct a mannequin with tens of thousands of vertices. These landmarks can be extracted automatically for standard mannequin reconstruction. Besides the standard mannequin, the proposed system can also be used to reconstruct display mannequins, that is, mannequins with various poses. The experiments visualize the optimization procedure and verify that the optimization is efficient and effective. Quantitative analysis also proves that the reconstruction error satisfies the requirements of fashion design and tailoring.

Corruption is an extraordinary crime, so the law enforcement for corruption cases must also be done extraordinarily. Therefore, the corruption prisoners or corruptors should be differentiated by their pattern of guidance in Penitentiary. The difference in the process of fostering in Penitentiary is in the form of limitation of granting remission for corruptors. The existence of such restrictive policy poses a problem dilemma to the guidance of current corruption prisoners based on Penitentiary System. This is because the penitentiary system essentially sees the crime of "deprivation of liberty" against a person is only "temporary" so that there is a reduction in criminal or remission for every prisoner. The problem is how to overcome the dilemma of granting remission for corruptors in the perspective of the correctional system. The research method is normative juridical with the regulation of law and doctrinal approach. The result of this research is to overcome the dilemma of granting remission for corruptors by revising Government Regulation Number 99 of 2012 on Terms and Procedures Implementation of Rights of Citizens Correctional Penitentiary that distinguishes the requirements for corruption prisoners that cause losses of state in the high or low nominal. For the corruption prisoners that doing corruption in the high nominal to get the special requirement for granting remission should be added in the high profile corruption prisoners are required to accomplish morality education on the nation and homeland patriotism at their expenses. While the lower profile ones are required to following the common standard coaching for general prisoners. Keywords: Remissions, Corruption Prisoners, Corruption, Correctional System
