The article examines the ideological contradictions and specificity of the Black Lives Matter movement in Europe and the development of the All Lives Matter response movement. The author analyzes the causes and patterns of the outbreak of anti-racist protests in the European space in 2020, their cultural roots in the United States and the reaction of traditionalists. The conflict potential of socio-political challenges and the acuteness of disagreements in the context of a new dichotomy and the need to search for a new identity are revealed. Conclusions are made about the similarity of the socio-political demarcation in a number of EU countries and the United States, the role and place of European countries in this conflict are determined. The author analyzes the correlation of US political culture with the process of public dialogue about the problem of racism in Europe, the role of «Cancel» culture and the consolidation of contradictions in the socio-political split among traditionalists and their opponents. Arguments are made in favor of the further development of the ideological conflict in a new dimension and the inevitable exacerbation of the problems of xenophobia.

The relevance of the article. An important problem of modern Ukrainian society is small number of inclusive spaces, what complicates the process of socialization of young people with disabilities. Prevailing forms of mentality in Ukraine (charitable, administrative, magical) do not provide an opportunity to adequately solve this problem. Only a humanistic, dialoguebased model of mentality will contribute to the creation of a true inclusive in the society. The purpose of the article is to develop proposals for the formation of a local tourism inclusive space on the example of “Klavdiia Shulzhenko Museum”. The methodology. The work is a practice research based on the principles of the philosophy of dialogue, devoted to the search for practical ways to implement a humanistic model of social development in a particular enterprise of tourist infrastructure. The use of general scientific (analysis, synthesis, generalization) and special methods (modeling) is determined by the purpose and objectives of the study. The results. Based on the analysis of successful examples of the formation of inclusive space in Ukrainian museums, a stepbystep plan for the transformation of space in the direction of inclusion for the “Klavdiia Shulzhenko Museum”. For the first stage, it is important to create a space for dialogue with the target audience and establish cooperation in the working group. For the second — cooperation for creating the excursions. The next stage is the transformation of infrastructure. The practical significance. The article is a theoretical base for practical museum projects, in which young people with disabilities are actively involved in society, visitors without disabilities will understand that young people with disabilities have high potential and are able to actively participate in society; creates a positive social discourse of acceptance, favorable for the socialization of young people with disabilities. Conclusion. Since the problem of transformation of society in the direction of inclusion is not belongs exclusively for Kharkiv, it is has meaning to use successful world and Ukrainian cases. Since infrastructural problems are the result of existing mental attitudes, they can be solved through changes in mentality (establishing public dialogue), rather than government directives. For Kharkiv, the Municipal Institution of Culture “K. I. Shulzhenko Museum” is a place with significant social and cultural potential. Given the creation of an inclusive space in the museum, it can become one of the outposts of socialization of young people with disabilities, but also — to promote the formation of a positive image of people with disabilities in society. The solution of this task can take the form of cooperation with NGOs and further joint project activities.

This article analyzes the cultural politics of gentrification as they are deployed in the Netflix series Marvel’s Luke Cage. Based on the comic book character, Luke Cage, who was created in response to the popularity of the 1970s blaxploitation films, and the Black Power movement, the television series portrays a Black superhero who defends contemporary Harlem and its people from crime and exploitation. Critically recognized and widely watched during its first airing from 2016 to 2018, Luke Cage was a breakthrough television series that not only centered a Black superhero but directed itself to Black experience and public dialogue during the time of Black Life Matters. The Harlem portrayed in Luke Cage is both a specific community, and a virtual invocation of Black community aspiration, and the structural violence of gentrification. The violent emotions and displacement of gentrification that are presented in the series represent a form of intramural dialogue between the Black creatives working on the show and the broader Black public that is engaging with the long-time debates around the meaning and future of Harlem.

Management perspectives of the concept of «public dialogue» are revealed in the article on the basis of secondary data of the project of Сupertino (Сalifornia, USA), carried out in the 90s of the twentieth century by a research group led by W.B. Рeirce and V.E. Кronen. The view of the theory of coordinated control of meaning as the conceptual basis of this project allowed the authors to focus on the co-evolution of its methodological foundations and empirical potential, which was expressed in the development of criteria for evaluating any practical theory and improving its conceptual apparatus. The six key principles identified by the authors as SMM Grammar: coordination, forms of communication, event (case), forces of logic, position of the intermediary personality, and contextual reconstruction allow us to take a broader look at the possibilities of the modern field of scientific discourse and the communicative process as a whole. A long-term social dialogue allows us to harmonize the interests of different social groups not by unilateral managerial influence, but by allowing all stakeholders to engage in a constructive dialogue. The main empirical method here is contextual reconstruction of events (focus groups, group discussions, etc.) with the involvement of an рerson-рosition of the facilitator (moderator).

In the research of the past decade, Russian sociologists are increasingly turning to communication theories in the discourse of constructing social reality and actualizing the meanings of the modern socio-cultural environment. According to the author, one of the most promising, although not devoid of internal contradictions, is the “Theory of coordinated control of meaning” by W.B. Peirce and V.E. Kronen. Appearing in American science in the second quarter of the twentieth century as a philosophical project, it quickly became the methodological basis for many empirical experiments. The purpose of this study is to present the management perspectives of this theory in the context of Public Dialogue as a project implemented in the late 90’s of the XX century in Cupertino (California). The corresponding range of tasks is also outlined here, namely, to show how ontological theory becomes the basis for building a social technology for managing interaction processes in the urban environment and what management resources were used to achieve the final goal of the project. In the conclusions, the significance of communication as a primary social process is formulated, which determines the expansion of six concepts as the basis of the “grammar” of the theory of coordinated meaning management.

The concern of the newly founded Kingdom of Greece for the reestablishment of old place names dates to 1833 and was due to a clear and deliberate effort to break with the Ottoman past and connect the modern Greek state with ancient and Byzantine Greece. In post-Risorgimento Italy, the fundamental causes of toponymic changes wasto lessen the potential for confusion between the numerous homonymous municipalities that, once part of various sovereign states, were now part of a single nation. This article discusses the parallel paths that Greece and Italy followed on the renaming issue, where the internal discourse evolved within similar political and ideological parameters, both at an administrative and public dialogue level. However, despite their similarities, the final decisions in Greece and Italy were dictated by, firstly, the administrative organisation and structure selected by each country and, secondly, the political and ideological priorities, which were set in direct correlation with the domestic political conflicts, as well as the different circumstances each country faced in relation to its borders and the rise of antagonistic neighbouring nationalisms.

This study seeks to identify how Canadian newsprint media portrayed seventy-six Tamil refugees who arrived off the coast of Victoria, British Columbia on October 17, 2009. The corpus consists of articles published between October 2009 to January 2010 from The Vancouver Sun, The Toronto Star, and National Post. Using discourse analysis, I questioned issues of framing, representation, and identity and sought to understand how the Tamil refugee migration was understood within public dialogue. The study found that there was an overall negative representation of the Tamil refugees as the press emphasized issues of criminality and terrorism, and constructed the refugees as 'risky'. The discussion placed security -- rather than human rights -- as a focal point and portrayed the immigration system as both "failing" and "abused" by "bogus claimants". This security framework provided the necessary political environment for refugee reform Bill C-11 to be ushered through parliament later that spring.
