During the pandemic, the teaching and learning process is carried out by implementing e- learning or online learning. One of the most common applications that are used in online learning is Google Meet. The researchers focused on EFL students’ perception by looking for significant studies using information and communication technology using Google Meet for students' English learning during the pandemic. The data used in this literature review are published articles in the form of pdf format. Thus, a total of six studies were found relevant to review. The result showed that using Google Meet in online learning during the pandemic is helpful to assist their learning process. However, students still prefer face-to-face learning because online learning tends to get boring and uninteresting. After all, most teachers are incapable of using an online application to provide an engaging, creative, and innovative learning environment. Virtual University is a learning system by providing an online environment based on information and communication technology. This system can overcome the problems that arise due to covid-19 not to gather together to do the learning process, but must learn from their respective places. This Virtual University system uses Moodle version 3.7 with PHP and MySql programming language platforms as a database server and Apache as a web server can be an innovative learning method that is an ideal solution and in accordance with existing conditions with the hope that it can improve the quality of education if used optimally and comprehensive. This system can perform the basic functions of an e-learning system in which the lecturer can upload lecture material and students can download the material online and can conduct online meetings that can replace face to face in the room. The general objective of this research is to apply a web-based online learning system. The system applied is software that supports the ongoing teaching and learning process for online learning through the internet. The software is installed on the server and can be accessed by participants of online learning programs from browser applications on their PC / cell, and the formation of a university that is not limited by time and space. The stages of this research are: determining user needs, creating a system model, design, system implementation, and testing.

Abstrak: Pandemi COVID-19 adalah krisis kesehatan yang sedang menjadi perhatian negara-negara di dunia saat ini. COVID-19 merupakan penyakit yang belum pernah teridentifikasi sebelumnya pada manusia yang disebabkan oleh virus Sars-CoV-2. Menyebarnya COVID-19 di Indonesia menyebabkan Indonesia perlu melakukan pembatasan sosial untuk mencegah meningkatnya jumlah pasien COVID-19. Pembatasan sosial menyebabkan terganggunya beberapa aktivitas di berbagai bidang, terutama di bidang pendidikan. Kajian yang dilakukan dalam penyusunan paper mengacu pada 10 artikel terbaru pada tahun 2020 yang membahas tentang permasalahan yang sedang terjadi saat ini, berkaitan dengan dampak COVID-19 terhadap pembelajaran online menggunakan metode Systematic Literature Review. Proses pengkajian 10 artikel ini diklasifikasi menjadi 3 kelompok sub topik. Berdasarkan kajian yang telah dilakukan, diperoleh hasil pembelajaran online di era pandemi COVID-19 sangat memacu pertumbuhan pembelajaran online yang memudahkan dalam proses belajar mengajar, namun jika dinilai dari perubahan sikap siswa, sistem tersebut lebih menunjukkan sisi negatif, sehingga diperlukan adanya evaluasi terkait pembelajaran online oleh pemerintah Kata kunci: Covid-19, pembelajaran online, Systematic Literature Review(SLR)Abstract: COVID-19 pandemic is a health crisis that currently has been becoming the concern of countries in the world. COVID-19 is a disease that has never been previously identified in humans, which is caused by the Sars-CoV-2 virus. The spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia has made this country need to do social distancing to prevent the increasing number of COVID-19 patients. This social distancing has disrupted several activities in various fields, especially in the field of education. The paper done refers to 10 current articles in 2020 that discuss current problems, with the COVID-19 impact of online learning using Systematic Literature Review method. The review process of these 10 articles was classified into 3 sub-topic groups. Based on the studies that had been carried out, the result of online learning in the COVID-19 pandemic era has greatly accelerated the growth of online learning which eases the teaching and learning process. However, if it is judged by the changes in the students’ attitudes, the system shows more of negative sides. The Covid-19 pandemic that has spread throughout the country has made the government decide teaching and learning activities to be carried out boldly (online). Learning makes students bored and eventually lazy to learn. Researchers are trying to create new breakthroughs to increase student learning motivation to increase, namely by utilizing interactive learning media based on kahoot in brave learning. This study uses a literature review method where the data obtained from research comes from articles or journals that are relevant to the topic, or other people's research results are then analyzed again to draw a conclusion. The results of this research kahoot interactive media can be used in bold learning because of its easy use and includes a link or website so that it can be accessed by students. This interactive media also makes students not easily bored in the learning process. Learning that increases in fun can make students' learning motivation, this is because students do not feel bored easily when learning takes place, so students feel motivated and feel comfortable when learning using Kahoot media.

Data security is a process in maintaining and securing information packages in exchanging data in the digital world. The purpose of this study is to produce a method for securing online data transactions. The method used is a literature review by comparing several data security methods that already exist in online learning. The results achieved are a method or method that can be used in online learning for computer network courses. The implication is that the Computer Network course given online will have an online data security system in the teaching and learning process.

Abstract Local wisdom values mean society awareness about their ability in recognizing the surrounding condition.  In this context, the values refer to the Lampungnese custom in planting crop. Unfortunately, many EFL learners were not familiar with their surroundings.  Furthermore, this research describes the used of environmental issue topic in learning Essay writing. The teaching and learning process was done by EFL students by using online platform. It was suggested during the pandemic situation. However, the aim of this research is describing EFL students’ activities in emerging environmental topic toward their essay. This research was done on second semester of essay writing students. It was about 27 students. In conducting the teaching and learning process the lecturers choose any pictures that deal with the local culture of Lampungnese in planting crop as a topic. Then, the students would be more familiar with the values of the culture and elaborate the values in term of essay writing.

The sophisticated information and technology (IT) development can be the answer for various problems post the covid-19 pandemic, particularly the teaching and learning challenges. The role of IT that is booming nowadays is online learning. Online learning is obviously different from regular learning. In this mode of learning, the students are required to have the ability to receive and process information. It serves as media that connect teachers and students who are being remote from one another at any time and anyplace. There are various media utilized to perform online learning such as WhatsApp, Google Meet, Zoom, Google Classroom, and other e-learning platforms. Among all these media, though, WhatsApp apparently appointed as the simplest and easiest media to access in all levels of education. Online learning at current is the effective medium to carry on the teaching and learning process in all levels of education. For the effectiveness of online teaching and learning process during the covid-19 pandemic, there have been a number of learning models suggested by the expert such as remote learning, face to face learning, e-learning, project-based learning, and Blended Learning.

This study aims to analyze the principal's competence towards teachers implementing online learning during the 19th period to save the vital role of education itself, especially the opportunity for the principal as a leader in the school environment to give influence to the teacher in the distance learning process (online), as well as providing safety for many people, especially for students to avoid covid19. This study is a study that uses a literature review method that is where the authors make observations and reviews as well as analyzing the results of previous writings that will become a reference in this writing. The results of this study are: 1) the role of the principal is vital in term of the competencies that must be possessed by a leader in the school environment not only during the COVID-19 pandemic but also during ordinary situations; 2) and during such regular activities, the role and Principal competence must be able to provide positive space for teachers to improve competence in term of teaching and learning.

The online learning system is still having problems. As a result of the observations of the USU team, several obstacles were felt not only by the teachers at MIN 2 Serdang Bedagai but also by students and parents. The problems that occur are quite diverse. Starting from limited signal, limited devices suitable for online learning, to the lack of technological knowledge of teachers and students on online applications that support the teaching and learning process. There are various online applications available today, such as Google Classroom, Zoom, Google Meet, Youtube, and others. These various online applications play an important role in helping students and teachers in the distance learning process. The USU team conducted training using the online application Google Classroom and Zoom. Google Classroom and Zoom were chosen because they are easier for the teacher to implement, besides that the two online applications facilitate coordination and communication between teachers and students, so that the material being taught can be discussed more easily, more freely and can be updated more quickly. In this community service, Online Learning training was conducted for the Elementary School / Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Level with Various Online Applications at MIN 2 Serdang Bedagai. This community service has reached the implementation stage of training which begins with the initial survey stage, provision of training modules and also training. The next stage is monitoring and evaluation and feedback.

The trend of online learning is growing. Through the Circular of theMinister of Education and Culture Numbers 2 and 3 of 2020 requires that the entire teaching and learning process be carried out online. Not all elements of society can accept online learning patterns as a medium for transforming knowledge due to the availability of infrastructure to the characteristics of the community itself. This study aims to explain implementing online learning with the adaptation pattern proposed by Robert Merton. The research design used is a literature review. Articles are collected using the Science and Technology Index (Sinta) link, Garba Reference Digital (Garuda), Ministry of Religious Affairs Reference (Moraref), Indonesian Scientific Repository (Neliti) The Preprint Server of Indonesia (RINarxiv). The time range used is 2011-2021. Based on theresults of the study and analysis of the articles collected, it was found that the pattern of adaptation carried out by educators and students is the antithesis of policies issued by the government. The pattern of adaptation carried out by the community is based on the resources and characteristics they have.

As the Coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic shuts down many school buildings around the world, many schools and universities are implementing online learning. This is a new challenge in the teaching and learning process for teachers, students and parents. At the beginning of this online learning, teachers, students, and parents had to adapt quickly, where previously face-to-face learning had to switch to online learning and this is certainly not easy to do. Students are expected to be able to direct themselves in learning, so that they can follow the learning process well. The self-regulatory learning framework developed by Zimmerman (2008) has been used consistently to support students in independent learning. There are three phases of this framework, namely: planning, conducting, and evaluating. This research method is a literature study method that examines books and journals. The conclusion of this study is that learning based on self-regulation is effective in increasing student achievement in learning, with the evaluation phase students can improve or change previous strategies that are less effective so that students can show their maximum achievements
