This study found that amid numerous issues within the service of e-ID, the Department of Population and  Civil Registration Kabupaten Aceh Tenggara tried to create a spread of methods to extend His ministry. The strategy is to develop a structure through best management of the division of labor, collaboration with districts and extra manpower. Development of procedures through the simplification requirements, proactive service and distribution of e-ID cards are printed. Infrastructure development is completed with the addition of printing instrumentality and repair facilities in the District of different services. Listening as the primary skill in learning English plays very important role. This study investigates if Keyword strategy can improve students’ listening comprehension. The study involved 22 students of the second semester Islamic Law Department students at STAIN Sultan Abdurrahman taken by using cluster random sampling technique. The study was a pre-experimental research with one group pretest-posttest design. The research was carried out into three stages: pretest, treatments by using Keyword Strategy, and posttest. The score of pretest was 65.23 (Sufficient) and the posttest score was 77.27 (Good) which further analyzed with a paired simple T-test by using SPSS. The results show that the probability 0.00 < 0.05 indicating that there is a significant improvement on students’ listening comprehension after being taught by using Keyword Strategy.

This study aims to describe the strategy of the madrasa head in implementing the memorizing (tahfidz) al-Qur'an program in MAN 1 Sampang and MA Al-Ittihad Al-Islami Camplong, with sub foci including (1) madrasa head planning, (2) madrasa head program implementation, and (3) the implications of the madrasa head strategy, which was carried out by MAN 1 Sampang and MA Al-Ittihad Al-Islami Camplong Sampang Madura. The results of this study indicate that: 1) planning the tahfidzul Qur'an program namely; cooperating with various parties both inside and outside the school, determining the coach of tahfidz who already memorized 30 juices. 2) The process of implementing the Tahfidz program is carried out every week at 06: 50-07: 30 WIB in each class using the Muroja'ah and Tikrar methods, the depositing process can be carried out on male or female coaches or assistant coaches. 3) Implications of the program of tahfidz al-Qur'an namely; improve the quality of madrasas, the number of student memorization that exceeds the target, and student achievement in non-academic fields. Keyword: Strategy, Remembering, Memorizing, Tikrar

ABSTRAK   In a organization, good of education organization and also other organization, human resource represent central factor and very required by a[n organization. Without existence of human resource, organizational will not mean something. Therefore, human resource require to be managed by professional so that organization can expand productively, and employees can work better. Employees performance influenced by various factor, for example: activity environment, leadership, activity motivation, as well as activity discipline. Activity discipline represent conscious attitude or readiness a employees to do and adhere specified orders. Employees with activity discipline which is good to be expected can execute and finish work becoming its responsibility effectively and efficient and also on time. The present study aimed at investigating the effect of teaching mnemonic keyword strategy on vocabulary learning and retention among students with learning disabilities in Asir region, Saudi Arabia. The participants of this study included 40 students with learning disabilities studying in the ninth grade in one of the middle schools in Abha, Saudi Arabia. These students were equally distributed into two groups (20 students in the control group and 20 students in the experimental group). Vocabulary achievement test (pre-test, post-test, and delayed test) prepared by the researchers to collect the data of this study. Also, the researchers designed 10 lessons to teach the experimental group keyword strategy, while the control group did not receive such instruction. The results of the study showed that there were no statistically significant differences between the control group and the experimental group in the pre-test of vocabulary achievement, while statistically significant differences were found between both groups in the post-test of vocabulary achievement in favor of experimental group. Furthermore, there were statistically significant differences between both groups in the delayed test of vocabulary achievement in favor of experimental groups either.

     The research aims at identifying the effectiveness of employing both Ishikawa strategies and the key word in teaching biology and its reflection on strategic reading and cognitive thinking skills among the fifth grade students. The researcher selected the study sample from all students in the fifth grade (2016 - 2017) from the Al-Furat Secondary School for Boys under the Directorate General of Education Baghdad Al-Karkh / 1 and the chosen means, (46) students distributed randomly on two divisions (A, B). The total number of students in Division A is 24 students studying using the Ishikawa strategy, and the total number of students in Division B is 22 students studying using the keyword strategy. The equivalence of the two groups was verified in some variables that are believed to affect the results of the experiment: age, previous achievement in biology, strategic reading scale, and cognitive skills testing. The two groups were equal in all variables. As for the research tool, the researcher adopted the strategic reading scale with some modifications, the final form of which was (30) paragraphs. The researcher also prepared the skills of cognitive thinking, which consisted of (30) paragraphs. After completing the research experiment, In the strategic reading scale and the testing of cognitive thinking skills, the experimental group taught in Ishikawa's post-test strategy is superior to strategic reading and cognitive thinking skills to the control group taught using the keyword strategy.
