2021 3rd Asia Conference on Automation Engineering (ACAE 2021) was held as a virtual event August 27-29, 2021. The conference provided an opportunity to highlight recent developments and to identify emerging and future areas of growth in this exciting field. As coronavirus spreads worldwide, after careful consideration and following some participants’ advices, the organizing committees decided to convert ACAE 2021 into a fully virtual conference. It has been a very difficult decision, but it has also given to all of us an opportunity to innovate and to test a new style of conference in a safer and convenient way in this special period. Researchers from all the world attended the Conference from home and saw the live broadcast of the invited and contributed speeches. The success of the conference is due to the high scientific level of all the contributions as well as to the enthusiasm of all the attendees. The member of the Technical Committee did a precious job in selecting the papers that were accepted for presentation and for inclusion in this book of proceedings among those that were initially submitted. Beside the authors, the attendees and the TC members, we would like to thank members of the organizing committee, anonymous reviewers and volunteers, whose work was fundamental for assuring the smooth running of the Conference. Without their contribution, dedication and commitment, we would not have achieved so much. We hope this success can develop into persistent success in future years, involving attendees and speakers from all corners of the globe and all countries. And we believe with the strong support of all participants, professors, scholars, etc., this conference will be more distinctive. ACAE 2021 Organizing Committee August 27-29, 2021 List of Statement of Peer Review, Conference Committee and this titles are available in this pdf.

Socialization of students, their proper preparation for professional activities exactly corresponds to the spirit of the Bologna Process. That is why it became the basis for our learning process. Besides, our frenetic aspiration to integrate into the Euro-Atlantic space obliges us to follow the mentioned activity. Therefore, it is absolutely clear that we have already established a new scientific field – communicology. The eminent scholars, such as professors of Georgian Technical University Temur Jagodnishvili and Ivane Jagodnishvili laid the firm foundation for the development of the mentioned field. The books published by them: "Oral Communication," "Written and Oral Communication," "Academic Writing" or other textbooks are of the same level as the works of European and Russian textual critics, where the authors' concepts, findings, and methods establish the requirements of the modernity at a high scientific level. In the process of teaching the Georgian language, we pay special attention to the use of specific elements of non-Georgian speakers; for instance, determining the ways of language development and its management, clarifying the issue of language prestige, specifying its role in determining nationality, finding and establishing valid language policy models.

<p>Polish research on Roman law is traditionally concerned first of all on the private law and its reception in European legal systems. However, very few publications deal with the role Roman law played on the British Isles. One of the important exceptions is Łukasz Jan Korporowicz’s research from the University of Lodz. This article analyzes his last book entitled <em>Prawo rzymskie w Anglii w XVIII wieku. Nauczanie, studia, nauka</em>. It describes the system of teaching Roman law in England in the 18th century and the role that graduates of Roman studies at Oxbridge played in English society at the time. First of all, the pioneering nature of reviewed work was indicated, as a similar one has not yet been published not only in Poland, but also in the world. By analyzing the subsequent parts of the book, their critical analysis was made and its strong and weaker elements were indicated. The conclusions indicate a very high scientific level of the reviewed book.</p>

The article presents the results of the publications' analysis on the issue of sensory marketing. The study was conducted using bibliometric analysis, and the visualization method was used to visualize the results. In total, to achieve the goal of this study, 182 publications (articles) from the Scopus database for the period from 2004 to 2020 were processed. The search in the Scopus database was performed in the field "title, abstract, keywords". Visualization of the results was performed using VOSviewer programs. The analysis provides the following results. First, the study found that the problem of sensory marketing is quite new and in development. The total number of publications in the field of sensory marketing, as well as the number of citations, is gradually increasing since 2011. The peak of publishing activity was in 2020. Second, one-third of publications are related to such areas of knowledge as business, management, and accounting, while 10% of publications are related to economics, econometrics, and finance, and 10% of publications are related to psychological sciences. Third, scientists from different institutions, countries, and continents work on the issue of sensory marketing. The scientific cooperation becomes deeper. It contributes to the creation of geographical clusters. The three largest clusters are formed around the United States, Great Britain, and France. Fourth, six articles were cited more than 100 times. It indicates their high scientific level. Fifth, the main "critical" areas of research on sensory marketing include sensory marketing, marketing, consumer behavior, color, and music. Around these keywords powerful scientific clusters are formed. Moreover, the research topic of sensory marketing was significantly deepened, moving from the analysis of the relationship between sensory marketing and consumer behavior in articles published before 2015, to a comprehensive approach of the sensory marketing tools use, their impact on product sprinting, storage, etc., starting in 2019 p. The obtained results of the analysis and their graphical interpretation are relevant and form the basis for a better understanding of the issues of sensory marketing. They can help to find the gaps and offer useful guidance for further researches.

Goal – the goal of the present article is to put into perspective the conceptual framework of Norway’s development assistance policy. It argues that the Norwegian approach to development assistance stems from the welfare-state ideology, the position of moralism and the humane internationalism formed due to Norway’s identity as a small state. In this vein, Norway regards development assistance as a crucial way to promote its socio-political values and maintain international stability. Being one of the most generous donors of ODA in proportion to the size of its economy, Norway demonstrates its readiness to have a moral responsibility for the global common good. Research methodology – the methods used in the article are external research of offi cial documents and reports of Norwegian governmental agencies and international organizations, as well as historical analysis of key pillars and trends of Norwegian development assistance. Score/result – the article is distinguished by a high scientific level. Originality/value – the article represents the original complex approach to the pro blem of Norwegian development assistance providing substantial analysis of its legal framework and conceptual ground.

Martyr Halyn is a military surgeon, from 1888 is a doctor of medicine in the Emperor’s university of Saint Volodymyr (now the Kyiv National University named after T.Shevchenko), from 1901 is a knight of the order of Saint Stanislav and other battle rewards of the Rossian empire. In 1903 appointed by the performer of duties of the Main doctor of the Kyiv combat hospital. Halyn, together with М.Hrushevskyj et al, participated in founding of 1907 of Ukrainian Scientific Society in Kyiv, from 1908 chairman of its naturally-medical section, and from 1911 – chairman of medical section, chairman of terminological commission on medicine. In 1917-1921 Halyn participated in organization of sanitary corps of UNR Army, cornet general, at hetmanate in 1918 managed the Terminological commission of Ministry of People’s Health and Guardianship, compiler of the first Ukrainian medical dictionaries. In 1920 at soviet power went out separate edition him the «Rosijsko-ukrajinskyj medychnyj slovnyk». To editing of dictionary of Halyn the known Ukrainian figures were attracted, that gave to its high scientific level, as professional so language, and confession of all Ukraine. One hundred years ago the Ukrainian linguists were oriented in term formation to national character of term system: all scientists agreed, that it is necessary to involve internal language resources, terminate new concepts with the use of both existent facilities and by scientific creation from own sources. Terminological principles of М. Halyn there were base on most lexicographic medical labours of 1920 years, among that there is the «Shkilnyj medychnyj slovnyk (za Halynym)» of B. Aleksandrovskyj (Poltava, 1924); «Nomenklatura khorob (latynsko-ukrajinski nazvy khorob ta rosijskyj pokazhchyk do nykh)» of O. Korchak-Chepurkivskyj (Kyiv, 1927) and most ukrainian medical dictionary of time of the shot up renaissance, final edition that time – «Medychnyj rosijsko-ukrajinskyj slovnyk» of Dr. V.Kysiljov (Odesa, 1928), that was accepted to printing of the medical section of the natural department of the Institute of scientific ukrainian language of the Allukrainian academy of sciences. Most given out then medical dictionaries often are not even in the large libraries of Ukraine. They were destroyed or hidden in the special storehouses, and about their existence presently it knows only to the very narrow circle. Only the Ukrainian diaspore did not forget Martyr Halyn. In 1969 Ukrainian Medical Association of North America reprinted in Detroit the Prague «Medychnyj latynsko-ukrajinskyj slovnyk» of М. Halyn in 1926. On occasion of 100 years of edition of him the «Rosijsko-ukrajinskyj medychnyj slovnyk» we must honour Martyr Halyn and to rehabilitate his approach in relation to creation of the ukrainian medical terms, his vision of «ukrainian medical terminology of the future» that was reflected in his dictionaries. М. Halyn had pride enough of place in the Rossian empire, but he chose the Ukrainian state. He was far unindifferent to the fate of his nation and native word, whatever will say about majority of modern ruler of Ukraine.

New calculation formulas for estimating the technological uncertainty and completeness of each process and the scheme as a whole are derived. A high correlation is established between the ideal hierarchical structure of complex systems and the structure of technological schemes for real metallurgical copper productions. Thus, the problem of theoretical substantiation and practical application of unified information laws for the comparative assessment of competing technological schemes and improvement of existing metallurgical industries, ensuring the achievement of the goal in the most technological way, is solved. The studies carried out in the work are completely original. A significantly high scientific level of the work is defined by the use of modern information technologies in solving practical problems in the production with the aim of comparative estimation and improving individual technological processes and schemes on the whole on the basis of the unified index which represents an objective complex technological value of chemical-and-metallurgical (and any other) production on the basis of fundamental laws of conservation. There is considered using the formulae obtained for uncertainty and completeness of each technological operation for calculating the complex uncertainty and completeness of the technological scheme on the whole on the example of typical metallurgical productions, first of all, non0ferrous metals characterized with the most variety. There are suggested new aspects of entropy-and-information analysis of chemical-and-metallurgical processes and technological schemes on the whole, new calculation formulae for determining the level and system determinations of technological systems.

We consider the process of forming the iconic system of atlas mapping of the Baikal region. More than twenty atlases were created for the territory of the Baikal region and published. Fifteen of these were selected by us for their general cartosemiotic study. We review the results of the analysis of the information-modular structure of atlases on the example of the map index in these atlases. It is shown that the number of information-semiotic modules in each atlas can vary and depends on its subject and purpose. The subject, structure and purpose of atlases are the cause of their complex and flexible modular-thematic semiotic structure. The analysis of the internal semiotic structure of atlases was carried out from the perspective of a single system of classification of conventional signs and graphic display methods on the example of three atlases: Atlas of Transbaikalia, Atlas of the Baikal Basin and the new atlas “Baikal region: society and nature”. The information and semiotic modules of the new atlas are formed according to the macrostructure of its thematic content, taking into account territorial levels and specific substantive thematic positions of mapping. When creating this atlas, we used effective methods of semiotic modeling and a certain balance and variety of applied syntactic constructions of cartographic signs. The atlas is being prepared for a printing publication as a work of a new kind, integrating modern information about the impact of socio-economic processes on the natural environment. The balance and diversity in the combination of various types, classes, groups and types of syntactic constructions of cartographic signs revealed during semiotic analysis of atlases of the Baikal region shows a high scientific level of map compilation and works on the general semiotic design of the publication of most atlases of the Baikal region.

The second part of the proposed papers (the first part was published in the previous issue of “Ethnomusic”) covers detailed history of the ethnographic and folk music col- lection activity of ethnomusicologist Clyment Kvitka and dialectologist Olena Kurylo in 1924th–1926th based on historical information from printed and archival sources. In 1924 the geographical orientation of the corporate expeditions of K. Kvitka and O. Kurylo changed from the Polissya to the Podillya region. In the spring of 1924 they traveled to the Vinnytsia oblast by train to observe live performance of the Easter rituals. Apparently, having done this task, K. Kvitka suggested O. Kurylo visiting the 92 final train’s stop village Kamyanka on the river Dnister. From here, they went to the nearby villages, where Moldavians and German colonists lived, thanks to which they were able to study folklore of national minorities. Generally in the expedition they spent three weeks and collected 65 songs. The next trip to Volyn and Podillya was scheduled for summer 1924 to collect materials on the history of culture and historical documents. In early August, Kvitka took a train to Vinnytsia and returned to Kyiv in three weeks, but there is no informa- tion about the collection work done there. Just two weeks later, K. Kvitka (together with M. Hayday) set off again – this time to the Middle Polissya – in Korosten, Zhytomyr and Berdychiv districts, where he recorded 20 melodies. O. Kurylo obviously did not take part in this expedition. O. Kurylo and K. Kvitka returned to the joint expeditions in the following year, going in the summer on their second Podillya “excursion” for a two-week period. They planned to visit Zhytomyr, Berdychiv, Shepetivka, Proskuriv, Kamyanets and Vinnyt- sia districts, and especially towns Slavuta, Teofipol and others. In his list of records for 1925 K. Kvitka mentioned thirty-five recordings of folk melodies from Vinnytsia and Kamyanets-Podilsky regions, but only one of them is known – ballads about a seduced girl in Polish performed by O. Pototska from the Russian Filvarki settlement. In their expeditionary sessions O. Kurylo recorded poetic texts and it allowed K. Kvitka to concentrate on writing down musical notes, in particular, to trace possible performing melodic “variations”, which was one of the most characteristic features of his tran- scriptions of that period. In return, dialectologist O. Kurylo professionally wrote folk songs poetic texts, noting semi-phonological features. It is worth quoting the whole transcription made by Kvitka and Kurylo with the author’s notes to give a clear idea of the unprecedentedly high scientific level of fixation of folklore material. Collectors continued to explore Podillya in the following 1926, going there to- gether for the third time. Again, K. Kvitka wanted like earlier to watch live Easter rituals for which the time and place were chosen in advance. It was village Kukavka. Such details of K. Kvitka's work with singers as the creation of an atmosphere of respect and friendliness with some encouragement the performers with small treat or small payment seem to be interesting. In general, the expedition lasted a month and a half and was finished at the end of the first decade of June. Apparently, immediately after returning to Kyiv, O. Kurylo moved to Vinnytsia in August. After 1926 O. Ku- rylo no longer took part in joint expeditions as well as K. Kvitka. Apparently, the plan of field research (primarily dialectological) was succeeded, at least in general, and sci- entists focused entirely on the study of the obtained materials, primarily from Podillia. Thus, we only know about the materials collected by O. Kurylo and K. Kvitka in the expeditions of 1922–1926, which were published largely on occasion. The rest of the hard work in five years seems to have disappeared.

The article is devoted to outstanding scientist Boris E. Kvasniuk, who in his research focused on a wide range of topical issues of economic growth, increased efficiency of the state regulation of the economy, made a significant contribution to the theory of economic growth, and scientifically substantiated the basic structural proportions of GDP to ensure a stable investment in Ukraine’s economic growth. The theoretical and methodological foundations of the formation of the national savings, their specifics for various institutional sectors of the economy, the impact of government policies on the level of consumer spending in GDP and gross capital accumulation were presented in his works at a high scientific level. Borys E. Kvasnyuk identified the reasons for the volatility of gross savings and the high dependence of the economy on external financing and external shocks in Ukraine. Long before the new crisis of 2009, he warned about the need for the state support of domestic producers until they improve their competitiveness to a level ensuring a balance in foreign trade in goods and foreign exchange stability. He also foresaw that subsequently the overseas income of Ukrainians would become a factor in balancing the current account of the balance of payments, while the revenues from foreign direct investment would be a factor in its deterioration and would increase the dependence of Ukraine’s economy on external factors. Kvasnyuk’s works remain relevant for new generations of researchers as they reveal the fundamental principles of economic development and the role of the state in supporting the macroeconomic equilibrium.
