AbstractThe seawater fishery in Dusun Sine has the higher potentials, due to its location near the coastal area of Sine Beach. In general, the people in Dusun Sine make a living as sea fishermen. However, the income of the marine fishing community has not maximized because the community still uses the conventional marine product processing production system, so that the marketing of processed marine fish products is also limited. As an effort to increase the selling value of processed marine fish, the International Community Service Group empowers fishermen's wives in Sine Hamlet by conducting several activity programs in the form of socializing the manufacture of modern marine processed products in the form of Sine Foodies, home industry food (PIRT), and the use of e-commerce. This activity was held to use a health protocol and through a presentation method on product marketing licensing in the form of PIRT socialization and marketing of processed marine fish products with e-commerce as well as demonstrations on the process of making processed marine fish products in the form of shredded fish and fish balls using attractive packaging. Hal ini disebabkan letaknya yang berada di dekat wilayah pesisir Pantai Sine. Secara umum, masyarakat di Dusun Sine bermata pencaharian sebagai nelayan laut. Namun, pendapatan masyarakat nelayan laut belum maksimal karena masyarakat masih menggunakan sistem produksi pengolahan hasil laut secara konvensional, sehingga pemasaran produk hasil olahan ikan laut juga terbatas dengan seadanya. Sebagai upaya untuk meningkatkan nilai jual hasil olahan ikan laut, Tim Pengabdian masyarakat Departemen Kimia, Fakultas Sains dan Teknologi, Universitas Airlangga dengan didukung penuh oleh Kelompok mahasiswa KKN Internasional, FST, UNAIR melakukan upaya pemberdayaan para istri nelayan di Dusun Sine dengan melakukan beberapa program kegiatan berupa sosialisasi pembuatan hasil olahan laut secara modern berupa Sine Foodies, pangan industri rumah tangga (PIRT), serta penggunaan e-commerce. Kegiatan ini diselenggarakan menggunakan protokol kesehatan dan melalui metode presentasi mengenai perijinan pemasaran produk berupa sosialisasi PIRT dan pemasaran produk hasil olahan ikan laut dengan e-commerceserta demonstrasi mengenai proses pembuatan produk hasil olahan ikan laut yang berupa abon ikan dan bakso ikan dengan menggunakan kemasan yang menarik. North Lombok Regency is the most affected area due to the sequential earthquake that occurred in July 2018 on the island of Lombok. Therefore, the purpose of community service activities is to provide training and business assistance to communities that have an impact on earthquakes. The location is addressed to the Sedayu Putri Fisheries Processing and Marketers Group (POKLAHSAR) on Lokok Rangan Hamlet, Kayangan District, North Lombok Regency. The training provided on entrepreneurship and business management to produce a variety of food products from marine fish, such as shredded meat, fish bone crackers and fish bone sticks from the utilization of fish bone waste. Next to provided training on marketing and finance. The method used by lectures, consultation and assistance. Activities will be carried out from May 2019 to November 2019. The results of the activities of group members are able to produce shredded fish products, fish bone crackers and fish sticks. Expected result is the participants rose again to produce a variety of processed products from the sea acquired knowledge about the importance of packaging, used social media for broad marketing, and made financial report. Participants got back up from adversity and generated income to improve their welfare.

This activity was carried out at Poklahsar Tampung Parei Jalan Tingang VIIB/Bukit Pengharapan No.2 Palangka Village, Jekan Raya Sub-District, Palangka Raya City on Tuesday, September 10, 2019. The purpose of this activity was to transfer knowledge and technology for processing value-added fish products for added value. Poklahsar Tampung Pare utilizes local wisdom so that it can produce new variant products. The open mindset of participants of the Fisheries Product Technology Study Program at Palangkaraya University to learn entrepreneurship with the skills they have to prosper their lives going forward. The activity was carried out by giving material to the Community Service Team in discussions with fish processing products entrepreneurs and demonstration of the manufacture of new products by adding sesame powder to processed products of wadi patin. Value-added processed fish products from local wisdom have advantages over other products. Besides being a product with a variety of new flavors, it can also increase consumer interest in buying to increase income and improve the welfare of the community, especially fisheries processing.

The freshwater fishery sector is one of the potentials possessed by the village of Tapen due to its location near the river and the Sampean Baru dam, which is the largest river in Bondowoso Regency. However, the income of the people with the livelihood of freshwater fish fishermen in Tapen Village is not optimal because the community does not understand how to process and market processed freshwater fish products in order to increase the selling value of fish. Efforts to increase community income through the fisheries sector carried out by the 60 KKN BBM Uniar period eke-63 are socialization of processing and marketing of processed freshwater fish products. The activity was carried out with a presentation method regarding the processing and marketing of processed freshwater fish products as well as a demonstration on the process of making processed freshwater fish products in the form of catfish dumplings and tilapia nuggets. The socialization participants were PKK women, village cadres, fishermen's wives, and prospective entrepreneurs from the village of Tapen. In addition, the socialization regarding the marketing of processed freshwater fish products was also carried out using the online method using the Whatsapp group media.AbstrakSektor perikanan air tawar merupakan salah satu potensi yang dimiliki oleh desa Tapen disebabkan letaknya yang berada di dekat sungai dan bendungan Sampean Baru yang merupakan sungai terbesar yang berada di Kabupaten Bondowoso. Namun, pendapatan masyarakat dengan mata pencaharian nelayan ikan air tawar di Desa Tapen belum maksimal karena masyarakat kurang memahami cara mengolah dan memasarkan produk olahan ikan air tawar guna meningkatkan nilai jual ikan. Upaya untuk meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat melalui sektor perikanan yang dilakukan oleh kelompok 60 KKN BBM Uniar periode ke-63 adalah dengan Sosialisasi Pengolahan dan  Pemasaran Produk Olahan Ikan  Air  Tawar.  Kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan metode presentasi mengenai pengolahan dan pemasaran produk olahan ikan air tawar serta demonstrasi mengenai proses pembuatan produk olahan ikan air tawar yang berupa siomay ikan lele dan nugget ikan nila. Peserta sosialisasi adalah ibu-ibu PKK, kader desa, istri nelayan, serta calon pengusaha yang berasal dari desa Tapen. Selain itu sosialisasi mengenai pemasaran produk olahan ikan air tawar juga dilakukan dengan metode daring menggunakan media grup Whatsapp.

<em>Freshwater fish farming is one of the efforts made by the people of Sindumartani Village, Ngemplak Sub-district, Sleman Regency. The battle for water and land has made most people cultivate freshwater fish, especially tilapia. This makes fish products abundant. This condition is the initiative of the Mina Mandiri Women Farmer Group to process the fish production into several processed fish products such as fish chips and shredded fish. One of the obstacles faced in the effort to develop this processing business is that the group's performance has not been optimal due to a lack of knowledge about group business interests and how to create a solid group with good performance. This community service is carried out in order to solve these problems by conducting group dynamics training both in theory and practice. The group dynamics training that was carried out made women members of the Mina Mandiri Women Farmer Group understand the importance of group business, the factors that are the strengths and weaknesses of groups and working in groups (teamwork). The understanding and skills obtained from community service activities increase the group's performance. This can be seen from the increasing number of members who attend monthly meetings, the increasing frequency of production activities, </em><em>the increasing types of processed fish products and the wider the marketing area.</em>

Moringa oleifera is a type of plant that has many benefits. Moringa leaves are very well consumed by humans with a variety of processed products. This Community Service aims to open people's insight, knowledge, and skills about the benefits of Moringa leaves for healts, as well as provide business opportunities for farming communities who are interested in cultivating Moringa plants to increase their income. The method used in community service is in the form of counseling. The results of this activity have provided knowledge to the community, especially farmers in the Landasan Ulin Barat Village about the benefits of Moringa leaves for health. This community service is expected to be carried out in a sustainable manner, so that the counseling that has been given can be put into practice in real terms, thus providing benefits for the people of the West Landasan Ulin Village.

Food Processing Training with Community Agricultural Products. The Sosok Peak tourist destination in the village of Bawuran has abundant natural resources in the form of Moringa plants. Until now, the community has not been able to use the Moringa plant to be used as a variety of processed products and has a resale value. This community service program aims to increase the knowledge and skills regarding the use of Moringa leaves. To train and grow an entrepreneurial spirit in the community so that it can improve the economy of the Bawuran village community. The targets of community service activity are the people of Bawuran village, Sosok Peak’s tourism manager and the merchants. The method used in this community service is carried out in several stages including identification, socialization, training and assistance. Community service has provided several benefits to the community, namely an increase in community knowledge about the benefits of Moringa and its use as well as introducing an entrepreneurial spirit. For traders, they can increase their knowledge about processing various food products that can be sold at Sosok Peak. For the tourism manager, this training can create a product image (typical food) for the Sosok Peak tourist destination

Abstract: The people of Sendang Village, Jambon Subdistrict, Ponorogo Regency, especially Pondok Country, were mostly farmers. Some farmers in Pondok Country grew vegetables, especially eggplant. In general, eggplant was only intercropping plant or crop interlude in some part of the land they plant. So far, the farmers had suffered losses because the eggplants’ prices tended to be unstable. Therefore, this community service activity was carried out to empower the people of Pondok Country in social entrepreneurship activities to solve the problems that existed in the community environment. The community service team provided training to the community by making alternative processed products in the form of eggplant chips. This activity consisted of three stages, namely preparation, implementation and evaluation. At the implementation stage, the activities carried out in the form of training in making eggplant chips. The training was held in one of the houses of the residents. The result of this activity was the formation of social entrepreneurship growing in the community environment with products in the form of processed eggplant chips that can increase the community income. The processing of eggplants into chips could also minimize the farmers' losses because the chips were not stale easily and the prices became stable.

Bangka Island itself has special foods, including brain-brain, pineapple cake, sting, trigger, kemplang, pantiaw, tahukok, rusip. Among the typical foods of Bangka Island there is one unique type of food that is rusip. Rusip is a traditional food for the people of Bangka Island. At first glance, there is nothing interesting about the typical Bangka cuisine. Rusip is a chili sauce made from anchovy or bilis. The color is cloudy, the smell is pungent, and the flesh of the fish is smooth. Rusip is made from fermented bilis fish (Clupeoides borneensis) After the fish is fermented and emits an acidic odor, then it is processed with onions, chili with brown sugar, rice crust water, salt, and also key oranges. "Rusip can be eaten in the morning, afternoon and night. Rusip is also considered to be a side dish at meals or commonly eaten with cassava leaves, kangkung leaves and also dipped with cucumbers and eggplants or other vegetables. Almost all regions in Bangka produce rusip. small or home industry In general, rusip products have the appearance of whole fish that starts to crumble, cloudy and runny with gray and brown color, salty and sour taste, and fishy and sour aroma which is a characteristic of fermented products. rusip that cannot last for a long time, it is necessary to process innovations based on rusip to bring up new processed products, besides that the rusip can be easily accepted by many people. Based on this, there is a need for community service that emphasizes innovation processed products made from russip-based products, while the participants in the community service activities were women P KK who are members of the National Crafts Council of the Bangka Province with a total of 30 people. From the results of counseling, discussions, and demonstrations carried out for PKK mothers, it can be concluded that the importance of understanding the scope of culinary tourism and the importance of culinary tourism in the development of tourism in an area can improve people's income, culinary can preserve regional specialties. Thus the community will feel ownership and feel proud of the local cuisine that exists.

AbstrakKegiatan Pengabdian Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan perekonomian Masyarakat nelayan di Desa Bagan Serdang Kecamatan Pantai Labu Kabupaten Deli Serdang melalui diversifikasi pengolahan ikan dalam bentuk pembuatan bakso dan nugget ikan. Metode yang digunakan pada kegiatan pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini adalah dengan cara pelatihan yang meliputi pengolahan ikan menjadi bakso dan nugget, pengemasan produk olahan ikan, pengelolaan adminitrasi dan keuangan, serta pendapingan usaha. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa kelompok mitra sudah mampu dalam melakukan pengolahan ikan menjadi bakso dan nungget. Mitra juga sudah mampu mengemas dan memasarkan hasil olahan tersebut dalam lingkup lokal. Pendapatan kelompok masyarakat melalui kegiatan ini juga mulai menunjukkan hasil. Keuntungan yang dapat dihasilkan melalui pengolahan ikan dapat mencapai 80-120%, tergantung dari jenis ikan yang digunakan.Kata kunci: Diversifikasi Pengolahan Ikan. Doing physical activity can make the body fit and increase the body's immunity to be able to fight the virus during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on this, sports activities are needed to invite people to maintain their physical health through healthy exercise activities which are held aimed at increasing people's interest in exercising during the Covid-19 pandemic during new normal so that their body endurance is better. This community service (PKM) is a form of real work from the Hamzanwadi University Physical Education and Health Study Program for the people of South Pringgasela Village to participate in healthy gymnastics as an effort to prevent Covid-19. Healthy gymnastics activities can increase public awareness of the importance of maintaining health in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic.
