Wedding Organizer is a service that provide services of organizing all the activities relating to the need in a marriage. This business appears because of the opportunities of modern life who want speed, convenience and practicality separately troubleshooting time deficiency urban communities. This research is motivated by the many people who use the wedding organizer to hold the wedding. Therefore, this study tried to see how the service system in UD.Santoso wedding organizer, is already in line with the Business Ethics Islam or not. From this background, the issues to be addressed is how the service system in UD.Santoso wedding organizer as well as whether the service system implemented by UD.Santoso it is in conformity with the Business Ethics Islam or not. The theory used in this study is one of them according to the "Sinambela" which explains what is meant by the service and also by "Napitupulu". Meanwhile, to collect data by interview and secondary data such as internet assistance and journals. The results of this study indicate that the service system which has been run by this UD.Santoso uses the principle of honest and open. This means that between the service provider and tenant services no shift that caused one of the injured party. On the other hand, in terms of Islamic Business Ethics, service system implemented by the UD.Santoso is in conformity with the principles of Islamic Business Ethics.

Wages are a form of income as a reward given by the owner of the boat to fishermen for services that have been provided. Wages serve as a guarantee for the survival of fishermen so that boat owners must provide wages in accordance with their work and fishermen must work according to the agreement. The problem occurs if there is no written work agreement regarding the determination of wages, so that if the policy in work activities is fully controlled by the handler, the handler may act fraudulently in setting wages and also in taking an action such as unilaterally terminating the job without the ship owner’s knowledge. The purpose of this study is to determine the feasibility and fairness in determining the wages of fishing trawlers in Kuala Langsa and to find out the views in Islamic Business Ethics. This type of research is a field study (field research) with descriptive qualitative research methods. Primary data were obtained from interviews with boat owners and fishermen in 5 trawler businesses in Kuala Langsa, while secondary data were obtained through books, scientific papers and documents used to answer problems in research. The researcher concludes that the determination of wages for fishing trawlers in Kuala Langsa is not against Islamic Business Ethics because there is willingness from each party and the fish income obtained is also calculated in a transparent manner. In this case, the fishermen don’t feel wronged because each party receives a legal wage according to the level of their work without being wrongful to the other and the rights and obligations of each party (boat owners and fishermans) have been fulfilled

Trade is a form of business that is run by many people around the world, ranging from trading various kinds of daily necessities or primary needs, to selling the need for luxury goods for human satisfaction. For that, to overcome the many needs of life, they try to outsmart them buy products that are useful, economical and efficient. One of the markets they aim at is the second-hand market or the so-called trashy market. As for a trader at a trashy market, they aim to sell in the used goods market with a variety of reasons. These reasons include; first, because it is indeed to fulfill their needs. Second, the capital needed to trade at trashy markets is much smaller than opening a business where the products come from new goods. Third, used goods are easily available and easily sold to buyer. Here the researcher will discuss the behavior of Muslim traders in a review of Islamic business ethics (the case in the Jagalan Kediri Trashy Market). Kediri Jagalan Trashy Market is central to the sale of used goods in the city of Kediri. Where every day there are more than 300 used merchants who trade in the market. The focus of this research is how the behavior of Muslim traders in the Jagalan Kediri Trashy Market in general. Then, from the large number of traders, of course not all traders have behavior in accordance with Islamic business ethics, as well as traders who are in accordance with the rules of Islamic business ethics. This study aims to determine how the behavior of Muslim traders in the Jagalan Kediri Trashy Market in buying and selling transactions and to find out how the behavior of Muslim traders in the Jagalan Kediri Trashy Market in reviewing Islamic business ethics. The purpose of this study was to determine the culture of siri' na pacce in revealing the profits of retail traders from the perspective of Islamic business ethics. This type of research is a qualitative descriptive study with an ethnographic approach. This study obtained data from retailers of Bugis-Makassar ethnicity and Muslim who trade at the Panakukkang Market in Makassar. Data collected through a series of observation methods, interviews, secondary data from literature books, journals, the internet, and other complementary data. Research results internalization of siri' na pacce culture and Islamic business ethics in trading produce material and non-material benefits. The internalization of siri' na pacce culture with Islamic business ethics results in the values of tongeng and the principle of truth, the value of lempu' and the principle of tauhid, balance, ihsan, and the value of adele' and the focus of truth. The values in the siri' na pacce culture can implement Islamic business ethics in trade to achieve world happiness and the end, which is the goal of human life.الغرض من هذه الدراسة هو تحديد ثقافة السيري في الكشف عن أرباح تجار التجزئة من منظور أخلاقيات العمل الإسلامية. هذا النوع من البحث هو دراسة وصفية نوعية ذات نهج إثنوغرافي. تم الحصول على مصادر البيانات من تجار التجزئة من عرقية Bugis-Makassar والمسلمين الذين يتاجرون في سوق Panakukkang في Makassar. تم جمع البيانات من خلال سلسلة من طرق المراقبة والمقابلات والبيانات الثانوية من كتب الأدب والمجلات والإنترنت والبيانات التكميلية الأخرى. نتائج البحث عن استيعاب ثقافة السيري وأخلاقيات العمل الإسلامية في التجارة تنتج فوائد مادية وغير مادية. إن استيعاب ثقافة سيري مع أخلاقيات العمل الإسلامية ينتج عنه قيم توغنغ ومبادئ الحقيقة ، وقيم ليمبو ومبادئ التوحيد ، والتوازن ، والحقيقة ، وقيم الإحسان ، وأديل ومبادئ الحقيقة. يمكن تطبيق القيم الواردة في ثقافة السيري ومبادئ أخلاقيات العمل الإسلامية في التجارة لتحقيق السعادة العالمية والغاية التي هي هدف حياة الإنسان على هذه الأرض.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui budaya siri’ na pacce dalam mengungkap keuntungan usaha pedagang eceran perspektif etika bisnis Islam. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan etnografi. Sumber data diperoleh dari pedagang eceran bersuku Bugis-Makassar dan beragama Islam yang berdagang di Pasar Panakukkang Makassar. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui serangkaian metode observasi, wawancara, data sekunder dari literatur buku, jurnal, internet, dan data pelengkap lainnya. Hasil Penelitian internalisasi budaya siri’ na pacce dan etika bisnis Islam dalam berdagang menghasilkan keuntungan materi dan non materi. Internalisasi budaya siri’ na pacce dengan etika bisnis Islam menghasilkan nilai togeng dan prinsip kebenaran, nilai lempu’ dan prinsip tauhid, keseimbangan, kebenaran, ihsan, dan nilai adele’ dan prinsip kebenaran. Nilai-nilai terdapat di budaya siri’ na pacce dan prinsip-prinsip etika bisnis Islam dapat di implementasikan dalam berdagang untuk mencapai kebahagian dunia dan akhir yang menjadi tujuan hidup manusia di muka bumi ini.

The Aim of this research are to determine the strategy of the Moeslem Square MSME business development of the big family of Mr. H. Ahmad Subkhi Djuwigna and to know Islamic business ethics in the business development strategy of the big family Mr. H. Ahmad Subkhi Djuwigna. The Business of Mr. H. Ahmad Subkhi Djuwigna is a fast growing business in Muslim fashion products that are external and internal strategies of business development. The branch of bussiness like Aluminum and Glass Mabrur along with its branches, mabrur boutiques, as-salaam boutiques, kalila boutiques, and nirmala boutiques that have been known by many people in the city of Ngawi. This is because this business has a very Islamic development method and its own characteristics and always provides the best quality of goods and services for its customers. This research is a qualitative descriptive study. This research was conducted in a business location in order to obtain data using primary data sources through interviews, observation and documentation, and to support this research also used secondary data taken from books, journals and other sources related to Islamic business ethics in business development strategies extended family Mr. H. Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is a positive image for companies to stakeholders in a business. Business ethics is very necessary, because business ethics is a values about good, bad, right and wrong in business. Meanwhile, business ethics in Islam like trust, fairness and honesty are essential elements in achieving the success of a business. CSR of PT.Garudafood is realized through Garudafood Sehati which is focused on social activities. The research objectives are to explain 1) Islamic business ethics; 2) CSR; and 3) CSR management of PT GarudaFood in Islamic business ethics. This research is a qualitative research. Primary data obtained from interviews and documentation. Secondary data were obtained from books and internet sites containing economics, Islamic business ethics, and CSR. The results of this study are 1) Islamic business ethics has basic axioms, namely unity, equilibrium, free will, benevolence, responsibility, shiddiq, istiqamah, fathanah, amanah, and tablig. 2) PT. Garuda Food has got CSR in the social, economic, and environmental fields. 3) The application of a form of social responsibility in accordance with Islamic business ethics, namely a form of business responsibility between man and God, man and the universe, and man and man.

Baitul Maal wa at-Tamwil Tamzis Inggit Garnasih is a Sharia Cooperative that is very strategically located with Micro business in Kebon Kelapa ITC Market Bandung. That small capital deficit entrepreneurs can do mudharabah financing at Tamzis. The number of small entrepreneurs who do the financing Tamzis needs to be careful in running his business. Considering that the mudhârabah contract is a contract of cooperation between Shahibul Mal and Mudharib, both must hold to full trust, it is necessary to implement Islamic ethics in carrying out the contract. The purpose of this study was to eximine the susccesful implementation of business ethics in mudharabah contracts at BMT TAMZIS KCP Bandung Inggit Garnasih. The research method is based on a sociological juridical approach. Research methods conducted based on the normative juridical approach. This research is understood as filed research, which is collecting documentation data that is located in BMT TAMZIS KCP Bandung Inggit Garnasih.The research used is analytical descriptive, that is, research to describe current problems or based on reality in the field, and the type of data used in this research, namely primary data, material or data and secondary data in the form of supporting books. related to the object. The results showed that the Islamic business ethics carried out in the mudharabah contract at BMT TAMZIS KCP Bandung Inggit Garnasih showed an example of its success in helping members (customers) who are traders in the Kebon Kalapa ITC market enivironment.Keywords: BMT, Islamic Business Ethics, and Mudharabah.

Morals are very important in every action in the life of a Muslim, including in his business activities. In a difficult or happy situation a Muslim must continue to prioritize in order to create the benefit of the whole community. In difficult circumstances such as in early 2020 where the world and Indonesia were shocked by the emergence of the COVID-19 virus which disrupted the health and economy of the country. At such times it is important to review the establishment of policies that can provide welfare for all levels of society both from the government or business actors in accordance with applicable norms and culture. This research . This research was conducted with a literature review method using analysis of secondary data. The results of this study indicate that some requirements that are in accordance with Islamic business ethics must be considered by the government and business actors, namely establishing clear and transparent information platforms, setting standards on business activities and products that are in accordance with health regulations to control the needs of community products, and making public educative. The concrete market is a gathering place for buyers and sellers to trade goods that are there. Based on preliminary studies indicated there are some traders who make a deviation in business practices in terms of Islamic business ethics principles. The formulation of this research is about how the application of Islamic business ethics principles to traders in traditional markets Pancasila Tasikmalaya. The purpose of this study is to find out how the application of Islamic business markets Pancasila Tasikmalaya. The research method using the descriptive method of the qualitative. The data source in this study, namely the primary data is interviewed to the relevant parties is traders, buyers and managers of traditional markets Pancasila. While the secondary data are data obtained through reports on traders and PD. Profiles the traditional market of Pancasila. By using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interview, and documentation. While the data analysis techniques using analytical techniques developed by Miles and Huberman, with its stages: data reduction, display data, and conclusion drawing/ verification. Based on the results obtained from traders, buyers, and managers of traditional markets Pancasila shows that the principles of Islamic business ethics basically traders have applied in the activity of buying and selling. However, there are some deviations committed by traders in buying and selling such as, there are still those who neglect prayers, cheating on scales, selling goods below market prices due to tight market prices, less honest traders do not pay the debt to the supplier, doing savings and loan to conventional bank, unclear expiration limits, and there are still processed food products that add formalin and borax.

AbstractPresidential Election in 2019 has become the most interesting executive election throughout Indonesia's political history. People likely separated, either Jokowi’s or Prabowo’s stronghold. Then it can be assumed, when someone, not a Jokowi’s stronghold he or she certainly within Prabowo’s stronghold. The issue that was brought up in the presidential election campaign, sensitively related to religion, communist ideology, China’s employer, and any other issues. On the other side, politics identity also enlivened the presidential election’s campaign in 2019. Normative Yuridis method used in this research, which was supported by primary and secondary data sourced from either literature and social phenomenon sources as well. The research analysis concluded that political identity has become a part of the political campaign in Indonesia as well as in other countries. The differences came as the inevitability that should not be avoided but should be faced wisely.
