. This study analyzes and examines the effect of work motivation and madrasah climate on the ability of teachers to implement the 2013 curriculum at MA Ar Risalah Sungai Lilin Musi Banyuasin. A quantitative research approach with this type of explanatory research research. As for the research technique using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire, the research respondents were 18 teachers at MA Ar Risalah. The data collection technique used a questionnaire and then analyzed using product moment correlation for partial testing and multiple linear regression for simultaneous testing. The research results reveal several important findings. First, the findings show that there is a positive influence between work motivation and the ability of teachers to implement the 2013 curriculum, with a percentage of 28.3%, it is concluded that the higher the work motivation, the higher the teacher's ability to implement the curriculum. Second, it shows a positive influence between the madrasah climate and the teacher's ability with a percentage of 30.5%. The better the madrasah climate, the higher the teacher's ability to implement the 2013 curriculum. Third, it shows a positive influence between work motivation and madrasah climate, on The teacher's ability to implement the 2013 curriculum, the amount of influence is 58.8%. The results of the analysis show that work motivation and madrasah climate jointly affect the achievement of teachers' abilities in implementing the 2013 curriculum. The results of this study have the aim of knowing the existence of "The Influence of Leadership and Supervision on Employee Discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat". The approach taken in this study uses an associative approach. The population in this study were all employees at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat, totaling 264 people with a sample of 72 people using the slovin formula. The data analysis technique uses the Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression, Hypothesis Testing (T Test, F Test), & Coefficient of Determination. Data processing in this study using the SPSS 25.00 software program. The data collection technique used a questionnaire technique by producing a positive influence between Leadership on Employee Discipline which could state tcount ttable 4.784 2.972 significant 0.00 0.05. There is a positive influence on employee discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat with tcount 4.784 1,401 ttable significantly.The conclusion of the research on the influence of leadership and supervision on employee discipline at PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) Kebun Bandar Selamat states that there is a positive influence, which is based on the results of the Fcount test of 12,984 with a significant value of 0.000 and the value of Ftable 2.391, because Fcount Ftable then Ha rejected.

The focus of this study was to determine the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on the performance of teachers at Muhammadiyah Elementary School in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses associative quantitative research with a total population of 123 teachers and a sample of 94 teachers. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The data were analyzed using simple linear regression analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the effect of teacher perceptions about the principal's managerial ability and work motivation on teacher performance was 54.9% while the remaining 45.1% was influenced by other factors. So it can be concluded that the better the teacher's perception of the principal's managerial ability and work motivation, the higher the teacher's performance.

 This study aims to determine whether there is a partial influence of work environment and motivation on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees. To find out the influence of work environment and work motivation simultaneously on the performance of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta Household Employees.      The nature of this research is correlational. The variables of this study are the work environment and work motivation and employee performance. The population in this study were all Household Employees at the University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta with a population of 37, a population of less than 100, so that all populations were sampled by the census method. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with a significance level of 5%.       The results obtained by the work environment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa Yogyakarta University. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the Household Section of the Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa University in Yogyakarta. Employee performance is influenced by the work environment and work motivation by 29.3%, while the remaining 70.7% is influenced by other factors.

In an effort to achieve a success, then the satisfaction of organizational communication is a very important factor, it ‘caused communication satisfaction is the result of a number of processes that are internal and external.Employees is one of the most important assets who participate in helping in the achievement effortof organizational goals that is realization of the vision and mission of the organization. Therefore, good cooperation between the organization and all employees are indispensable so that common goals can be realized. This research aims to find the influence of communication organizational satisfaction to employees performance in Secretariat Legislature Singkawang city. This research uses quantitative research, the method used in this research is survey method. In this research, researcher used a questionnaire as the data collection technique. Sample in this study is all civil servants in Secretariat Legislature Singkawang city numbered as many as 35 people. Data analysis techniques used in this study is simple linear regression analysis techniques. Based on the results of simple linear regression test, obtained constant values from the regression variable employees performance that is equal 26,603. While the regression coefficient of the variable communication organization satisfaction is positive that is equal 0,462. This means that the variable communication organization satisfaction have a positive influence on variable employees performance that is equal 0,462. Based on t-test result, obtained t value of 3,874, greater than the table value of 2,034. Therefore, it can be concluded that H0rejected. This mean that the amount of significant influence among the variables communication organization satisfaction to employees performance of 31,3% while the rest 68,7% influenced by other variable.

The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of own capital and the number of members partially and simultaneous on the growth of cooperatives (SHU) in Pematangsiantar City Cooperative in 2017-2019 periods. Data collection in this study is conducted by interview, observation and documentation methods. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The number of samples in this study were 17 cooperatives with the 2017-2019 periods with population of 86. The analysis techniques have been carried outusing simple and multiple linear regression, with the program SPSS 21. The partial test results of the t test show that own capital has a positive and significant effect on SHU while the number of members has a negative and significant effect on SHU. Meanwhile the results simultaneous testing hrough the F test shows that the own capital and the number of members have a positive and significant effect on SHU. The results of the determinant test have an adjusted R square (R2) value of 0.227 which means that the effect of own capital and the number of members on SHU is 22.7% and the remaining 77.3% is explained by variables or other factors not examined in this study, such as loan capital, total deposits, business volume and total assets. The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of work spirit on the performance of nagari apparatus in Nagari financial management in Pesisir Selatan Regency. The background of this study is due to the low work spirit of Nagari apparatus in Koto XI Tarusan and Bayang subdistrict which is still so that it has an impact on Nagari financial management that is not optimal. The method used in this study is a quantitative method with the form of associative research. The population in this study was of Nagari apparatus in Koto XI Tarusan and Bayang Subdistrict, totaling 140 respondents. The sample in this study consisted of 126 Nagari apparatus which were determined using the Slovin formula with an error rate of 5% and the sampling technique using the Proportionate Stratifed Random Sampling technique. Data collection technique in this study are using questionnaires distributed to respondents with measurement using a Likert scale. The data obtained are then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this study indicate that the work spirit variable (simultaneously) has a significant effect on the performance of nagari apparatus in nagari financial management with a significance value of 0,000 and the value of Adjust R Square 0.295. Thus, the influence of work spirit on the performance of nagari apparatus in managing nagari finances is 29.5%. While the remaining 70.5% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Repurchase intention is something that must be noticed by companies that provide products or services. Due to the repurchase intention of a customer, the sales level of a product or service will continue and the company will get its sales again. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of brand loyalty, word of mouth and celebrity endorsement on repurchase intention, one of the sports product brands. The research method that been used in this study is multiple linear regression and data collection techniques used are using questionnaires distributed online through help from Google Form. The population and sample in this study were all people who knew and had bought a product from one of the sports brands, and the total number of respondents collected was 150 people. The results of this study are that brand loyalty, word of mouth and celebrity endorsement have a positive influence on repurchase intention.

The purpose of this research is to know the influence of technical guidance, facilities and incentives to performance Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Deli Serdang. The population in this study was the entire personnel of the Bhabinkamtibmas Polres Deli Serdang amounting to 230 people. The sample is used as many as 40 personnel Bhabinkamtibmas who are the rank of Bripka. The data collection techniques in this study are documentation and questionnaire list. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analyses, classical assumption Test T, Test f and coefficient of determination. Data processing in this study uses the program SPSS 22.00 for Windows Software. Based on the results of the research conducted, from a partial test of guidance to significant impact on performance. Partial testing of facilities has significant effect on performance. Incentive partial testing has significant effect on performance. Simultaneous testing of the influence of technical guidance, facilities and incentives has significant effect on performance.

This study aimed to describe the compensation, non-physical working environment, motivation, and employees’ job satisfaction in Sanan Tempeh Chips Industrial Center, to figure out the simultaneous and partial effects of compensation, non-physical working environment, and motivation towards the employees’ job satisfaction, and to know which one of the independent variables having the greatest influence on the dependent one. There were 100 employees of the production unit used as respondents. The data collection techniques used were Interview, Observation, and Questionnaire. The data were analyzed by Likert Scale, Classical Assumption Test, and Multiple Linear Regression. The findings showed that the variable of compensation was categorized as “good” while variables of non-physical working environment, motivation, and job satisfaction were categorized as “fair”. Moreover, the variables of compensation, non-physical working environment, and motivation significantly affected the variable of job satisfaction. The compensation significantly and positively affected the job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the compensation, non-physical working environment, and motivation partially affected the job satisfaction. Among all the independent variables, the non-physical working environment had the greatest influence towards the employees’ job satisfaction.

<p>This paper aimed to examine and analyze the consequence of transformational leadership and motivation on work performance at PT PLN UWP IV Electric Maintenance Center Bandung, West Java, Indonesia. The novelty of this research is by testing the theoretical framework for the consequence of transformational leadership and motivation (need for achievement) on work performance in a different context, scope, and population than existing research. This research uses quantitative research methods with detailed causality research. The sampling technique in this study was saturated sampling, which was 40 employees at PT PLN UWP IV Electric Maintenance Center. The data investigation approach used is multiple linear regression. The consequence of this study confirm the influence of transformational leadership and work motivation on performance, both partially and simultaneously. The results of this paper are persistent with the theory of transformational leadership and the theory of motivation for achievement. This research contributes scientifically to the consequence of transformational leadership and work motivation on work performance. <br></p>
