As one of the natural resin materials produced by bees, propolis has been used as a traditional medicine for various diseases because of its biological and pharmacological activities. The purpose of this study was to analyze the potential of propolis as a healing agent for pulp injuries. A total of 35 journals from PubMed, Ebsco, ResearchGate, Wiley Online Library, and other international journal databases were analyzed. DETERMINANTS OF DISCLOSURE OF SUSTAINABILITY REPORTS IN LQ 45 COMPANIES LISTED ON IDX 2014 - 2018

This study aims to determine and analyze net profit margin, debt ratio, and dividend policy on Sustainability Reporting disclosure. The research sample used was 13 companies with the period 2014-2018. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique. The data used in this study is using secondary data. The method used is a multiple regression technique that tests the variables of the panel data using SPSS 25. The results of this study indicate that net profit margin has a significant positive effect on Sustainability Reporting disclosure. With the increase in NPM (net profit margin), it will increase investor confidence in the company, so that the company's demands for its efforts in environmental and social performance are also higher. Debt ratio has a significant positive effect on Sustainability Reporting disclosure. The increase in the debt ratio shows the company's high need for fresh funds, the high value of the debt ratio also reveals the company's dependence on debt which can create risks for the company's survival. Dividend policy has a significant positive effect on Sustainability Reporting disclosure. The higher the level of dividend payments of a company, the level of disclosure in the Sustainability Report is also high.

THE COMPARISON OF TWO TYPES COMPOSITE RESIN PACKABLE NANOHYBRID WITH TOTAL ETCH BONDING IN CLASS V RESTORATION MICROLEAKAGE

At dental clinic, there are some obstacles which occasionally may occur. A dentist runs out of the same brand of the composite resin and bonding material during tooth restoration, so they would have to be paired with material of the diffrent brand. Certain things that may occur during tooth restoration is polymerization shrinkage which forms a gap that could reducing edge density. This research is using packable nanohybrid type A composite resin and packable nanohybrid type B resin composite with total etch bonding on Class V restoration with the thin cervical section of enamel. Aim: This research is to explain the differences between two types of packable nanohybrid composite resins with total etch bonding in Class V microleakage. Methods: This research will use an experimental laboratory method with 32 maxillary premolars that have been prepared in Class V, which divided into 2 groups, group A and group B. Methylene blue will be used for the measurements, whereas the microscope will be used for the observation. Furthermore, data analysis would be conducted using the Mann Whitney U Test Method. Results: The research showed that there was a significant difference between group A and group B, which is p <0.05. Conclusion: According to this research, it can be seen that group B showed less leakage compared to group A.

IMPLEMENTATION OF DIGITAL LITERACY MOVEMENT FOR MSMEs ACTORS IN JAKARTA THROUGH PARTICIPATORY ACTION RESEARCH

Digital literacy is an interesting study at this time in the midst of the development of Information and Communication Technology (ICT), especially for SMEs. Through socialization and digital literacy training, MSME actors can apply in their business so that they are skilled and can market their products as well as increase income and improve the economy. The purpose of this study is to identify the actions of MSME actors in Kuningan Barat, South Jakarta. The research approach is qualitative and the method used is Stephen Kemmis's Action Research (PRA), and the concept used is the digital literacy stage of Steve Wheeler. The results show that digital literacy can be implemented through socialization and training that is realized in a digital product. Through action participation, MSME actors can be digitally literate and use digital media well. In this case, MSME actors create a website product www.plazakuninganbarat.com as a medium for digital marketing.

ANALYSIS OF ZERO RUPIAH DOWN PAYMENT HOUSE POLICY FORMULATION FOR LOW INCOME COMMUNITIES IN DKI JAKARTA

This study describes the public policies of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government on housing assistance for law-Income Communities. DKI Jakarta as the center of Government and economy attract people to come to the city. The scarcity and the high price of land in DKI Jakarta factors into the number of Low-Income Communities in the city who struggle to own housing/ property. The study aims to analyze the policy formulation of DKI Jakarta Provincial Government on the assistance in providing decent housing needs the policy formulation of the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government for assistance in providing decent housing needs for Low-Income Communities. The research uses descriptive qualitative methods by using primary and secondary data. Data and information are obtained through interviews with the actors involved in the process of policy formulation, surveys and taking photographs related to the Zero Rupiah Down Payment House and document that can support research. From the analysis, it is found in the formulation of the Zero Rupiah Down Payment House Program policy that there should be stronger legal basis and a set of wage margin for Low-Income Communities in DKI Jakarta as well as supervision in the implementation of the program so that it is targeted to the Low- Income community by paying attention to aspects of alignments to the community need.

POLICY FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF LARGE-SCALE SOCIAL RESTRICTIONS ON THE ERADICATION OF THE COVID-19 VIRUS IN JAKARTA

The presence of the Covid 19 Pandemic has ravaged various aspects of human life in the world, including in Indonesia, including: health aspects, economic aspects, education aspects, social aspects, defense and security aspects, cultural aspects, and so on, thus requiring super strict handling. . The purpose of this study was to determine the implementation of the Large-Scale Social Restriction (PSBB) policy towards eradicating the Covid-19 virus in DKI Jakarta. Methods This research uses a qualitative descriptive method. Qualitative research data were collected through in-depth interviews. The results of the analysis of the Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy have not been fully effective in terms of suppressing the transmission of Covid-19 in DKI Jakarta. The standard implementation of DKI Jakarta's Large-Scale Social Restrictions (PSBB) policy has not been running according to community expectations. The level of community compliance is felt to be still less visible than the high number of violations that occurred during the PSBB period.

GOVERNMENT EFFORTS TO IMPLEMENT THE GREEN BUILDINGS MARKET IN DKI JAKARTA

Green buildings are very important and become a necessity that is environmentally friendly, this research was conducted to analyze the government's efforts to implement the market with buildings through aspects that influence it such as intellectual capital (human capital, organizational capital, customer capital) and governance. Sampling was carried out randomly through the distribution of questionnaires carried out in a number of markets spread across the DKI Jakarta area as a population, so that the results of research observations obtained a number of 170 samples filled in by market managers from different regions. Multiple linear regression and statistical hypothesis testing t are analyzes used to test hypotheses with data analysis tools using SPSS software. The research concludes that the dimensions of intellectual capital, namely human capital and organizational capital, have a significant positive effect, while customer capital and governance do not have a significant effect on market implementation with green buildings. The limitation of the study is that the sample used at random has not been able to conclude the overall results, In addition, the questionnaire submitted has the potential to be inconsistent with existing facts because of the possibility of subjectivity that can occur.

CYBER GOVERNMENT PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGEMENT IN STRENGTHENING THE IMAGE OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY BOARD AND NATIONAL COMMUNICATION (WANTIKNAS)

This study aims: to determine the implementation of cyber Public Relations Wantiknas in strengthening the organization's image, and to determine the role and function of optimal cyber Public Relations management. The theory used is communication management theory Public Relations, Cyber Public Relations, two-way symmetrical communication, computer mediated communication theory, and image theory. The research method used is a case study. The results of the study show that WANTIKNAS has not implemented PR's management optimally which has an impact on the lack of management of cyber public relations, besides that limited human resources and not positioned in a strategic role in WANTIKNAS's internal become obstacles to the implementation of PR's activities in the delivery of information.

THE EFFECTIVENESS OF REGIONAL REGULATION ENFORCEMENT RELATED TO THE MANAGEMENT OF COVID-19 IN STREET SELLERS IN JAKARTA BARAT

Enforcement of local regulations regarding the handling of Covid 19 against street vendors in the West Jakarta Administrative City is still ineffective based on the lack of discipline on street vendors to comply with Health Protocols and the efforts of Satpol PP in enforcing PERDA to overcome Covid 19. While the theory used is effectiveness according to Tyson & Jackson, which consists of 1) Briefing, (2) Delegation, (3) Control, (4) Accountability, (5) Efficiency, (6) Coordination, (7) Adaptation, (8) Social Systems and Individual Expectations. The research method in this research uses qualitative methods. A qualitative approach is used because it involves the formulation of symptoms, information, or information regarding the enforcement of local regulations on Covid-19 prevention by Satpol PP against street vendors in West Jakarta Administrative City. The use of qualitative methods is supported by a project map on the Nvivo 12 application.
