The article is devoted to the policy in the sphere of state-religious relations in the 20-30s of the XX century. It is shown that the policy of creating a mass atheist movement, declared by the Bolsheviks as large-scale, in practice in the period under study turned out to be much more modest in its results. Real politics sometimes took place outside the activities of the "Union of Militant Atheists". It is shown that the relations of state and party bodies with religious organizations at the regional level in the 1920s carried characteristic features inherent in "church politics" in the whole country.

In a world filled with "ambient violence", public protest is a vital signal of shared discontent. The essential compulsion at the heart of protest, however, is conventionally not recognised for what it is: solidarity with those suffering injustices. Despite this overabundance of discourses, it often remains unclear what protest, at heart, constitutes. That is, what are we talking about when we talk about protest, and why does this question matter? In this paper I consider the constituent parts of protest formation in the abstract, including grievances, gestures, and tactics, among other. Developing these constituent parts reveals protest to be, first and foremost, a manifestation of a nonhegemonic ethical commitment to justice, requiring courage and coordination, and whose outcome is always contingent, that is, an act of love. I also reflect on the nature of protest as a direct political action that sits on a continuum that ranges from opposition politics to civil war. This continuum offers a graded view ranking expressions of discontent by severity of outcome.

The paper discusses voice as a medium of human communication through the indirect approach of listening. After designating the multifaceted nature of the voice, the author dedicates attention to Bernhard Waldenfels' theory of the voice as developed on the basis of the phenomenology of the alien. According to Waldenfels, the polyphony of the vocal, in which the own and the alien re-sound in mutual permeation, calls for the possibility of responsive listening. In the concluding portion of the article, the author takes into consideration one of the poems from the cycle "Stimmen" ("Voices") that Paul Celan published in the collection Sprachgitter. With regard also to Celan's auto-poetological writings, the ensuing interpretation attempts to briefly sketch the contours of the anti-politics of voice.

The COVID-19 pandemic has laid bare many of the inadequacies of our capitalist systems, as Zizek extols in Pandemic! COVID-19 Shakes the World (2020). This essay explores how the capabilities approach, as outlined by Amartya Sen and Martha Nussbaum, may be re-examined in the light of this new viral reality by the contributions of Slavoj Zizek and Byung-Chul Han. The capability approach, as it stands, suffers from two missing pieces: that of an acknowledgement of the necessity of negativity as a foil to positivity within the capabilities as articulated by Nussbaum, and the existence of the material root of all capabilities, namely the need to have the capacity to be capable. A "capability for boredom", and a "zeroth capability" are discussed as solutions, means by which to fill these gaps. Finally, an universal basic income is discussed as a means by which to support the functioning of a "zeroth capability", the goal being to avoid a descent into bare life during this time of pandemic capitalism. Teather-Posadas E.R. To thrive in these times: capabilities, negativity, and the pandemic // International Journal of Zizek Stu-dies. 2021. Vol. 15. №1.

The article is devoted to the comparative analysis of innovative trends in domestic and foreign museums. The analysis is interdisciplinary and methodological in nature. The main purpose of the article is to show examples of fundamental changes and the communicative nature of museum forms, dictated by the massization of museums, which changed the quantitative and qualitative composition of the public. According to the author, the museum includes directing and design necessary for communication with the mass audience. In this aspect, the article analyzes the exposition principles of two museums located in different countries. The philosophical foundations of one of the most authoritative museum centers in Europe: the "House of German History" in Bonn are presented in the most detailed way. Noting the integrity of the exhibition in the "House of German History", the author identifies several key principles of the museum exhibition: including:"museum drama", "path", "local space" (chronotope). These staging techniques are comparable to the "Yeltsin Center": the path through 7 rooms is the basis of the exhibition. "Problem Rooms" and the chronotope "Paths" form a common dramatic concept. The scientific novelty of the article also lies in the substantiation of the connection between the museum's drama and mass character. The flow of visitors could not but influence the choice of techniques that are easily read by the mass audience.

The state's interest in the blogosphere has been around for a long time. In 2014, the so-called law on bloggers was introduced, which, according to the FOM, is known to about 1/3 of the population (28%). However, in 2017, it ceased to operate, as the government considered it not effective. In this regard, the topic of the study is the study of the possible consequences of this innovation and the attitude of young people to them. Within the framework of the study of bloggers and their possible professionalization, approaches to blogging are determined, factors, conditions and attitudes to this phenomenon as a labor activity are identified. The authors of the study used a scheme that can operationalize " professionalization "as a strategy chosen by members of a professional group to exercise control over working conditions through" exclusionary social closure in countries with market economies and pluralistic social environments. Considering the theoretical works on this issue, the authors were able to identify several of the most significant stages of professionalization.
