This study aims to determine the income of horticultural traders in Tanawangko Market, Borgo Village, Tombariri District, Minahasa Regency during the Covid-19 pandemic. This research was conducted for two months, namely in October and November 2020. The method used in this study was a survey method by taking primary data and secondary data. The data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis which is presented in tabular form. The results of research, total revenue of Rp. 2,909,750 while the total cost of Rp. 2,097,450 consisting of business capital and market retribution costs. The profit of Tanawangko market traders during the Covid 19 pandemic was an average of IDR 812,300 / week.

The objective of this research is to know rambutan fruit income ratio during holiday and not holiday. This research was conducted in Talawaan Village Talawaan Subdistrict. For three months, ie from June to August 2015, from preparation, data collection to the preparation of research reports. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews to 20 (twenty) respondents of rice farmers and 20 respondents for sellers of Rambutan Fruit and secondary data obtained from the government of Talawaan subdistrict of North Minahasa. Data analysis used in this research is descriptive analysis, where the data collected will be presented in tabular form. The results showed that agro-tourism influenced the income of rambutan fruit seller is seen from the day of the holiday increment compared to the day is not a holiday.

This study aims to see how much income earned by farmers. This study was conducted from July to September 2017. The data used are primary data and secondary data. This research was conducted by direct interview technique with 18 (eighteen) respondents in this case palm sugar processor and also using written data in document form obtained from village head of North Lowu Village. The data obtained will be analyzed using descriptive analysis and will be presented in tabular form. Total acceptance of all palm sugar processors in Kalatin Hamlet, amounting to Rp.3.310.000 / day of the total revenue obtained by all palm sugar processing with a cost incurred of Rp.2.411.902 then, obtained profit by 18 processors that is Rp.898.098 / day if not calculated raw material costs, then each processor gain profit Rp.49.898/day. However, if calculated raw material costs then the losses experienced by all palm sugar processing that is Rp.-2.903.902 / day with the cost incurred is Rp. 6.213.902 and each processor suffered loss of Rp.- 161.327 / day. If the cost for the raw material and labor were not included, the processing of palm sugar in Kalatin Hamlet is economically and feasible to be cultivated by R / C = 1,37.

Research conducted to obtain empirical evidence how the influence of independent variables of intellectual intelligence to accounting with moderating variables of emotional and spiritual intelligence. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with explanatory descriptive or explanatory research. This method is an explanatory research that proves the existence of causal relationship of independent variable (independent variable) that is intellectual intelligence; moderating variable (emotional and spiritual intelligence); and dependent variable (accounted dependent variable). Research begins by conducting library search, followed by primary data collection conducted by using questionnaires and secondary data through data analysis. And for the use of data analysis consists of descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and verification analysis with the method of Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). This study is a census study with homogeneous and limited population of 92 students, all students of Accounting Graduate Program at UNSOED. Conclusion of research result that is: (1) Intellectual intelligence have influence either positively or signifikan to accountancy. Thus intellectual intelligence can lead students to more easily understand accounting, (2) Intellectual intelligence can be strengthened by emotional intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly. (3) Spiritual intelligence can strengthen the influence of intellectual intelligence on accounting both positively and significantly.

This study aims to determine the characteristics of smallholder farmers in Tolok Village, Tompaso District. The study was conducted in August to September 2019. The selection of samples in this study was carried out purposevley with 33 respondent farmers, namely those who have small size of land of less than 0.5 hectares. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data collected through interviews and observations. Secondary data were obtained from the Tolok Village office, library and the Internet. Data analysis uses description analysis, which describes the characteristics of smallholder farmers and is presented in tabular form. The results showed that farmers who have small size of land with low income and are unable to rely solely on the agricultural sector as a source of income. The non-agricultural sector is also used as a source of additional income to meet their needs.*eprm*

This study aims to describe the business profile of the bakery industry in the company "New Segar" in Pinaesaan Urban District Wenang Manado City. This research was conducted in January to March 2017. The data used are primary data and secondary data. This research is done by directinterview technique with company leader who holds authority and plays an important role in "New Segar" operational process. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive analysis and presented in tabular form. The result of this research shows that the business profile of New Segarbakery industry is a cottage industry and has 8 manpower with production of 3 bread models as much as 4600 packs with production value Rp.48.300.000, for its marketing is done in Manado, Tomohon and Minahasa North. New Segar bakery business has gained profit in 1 month amounting to Rp.20.805.000.

This study aims to determine and analyze licensing arrangements that seek to be integrated electronically (Online Single Submission-OSS) in legislation, the application of OSS in Pekalongan City, and to know and analyze the constraints of OSS implementation in Pekalongan City and its solutions. This study uses a sociological juridical approach with descriptive analysis research specifications. The data used are primary data and secondary data obtained through interviews and literature study. Data analysis method used is qualitative analysis. Furthermore, based on the results of the study it can be concluded: that 1) Government Regulation Number 24 of 2018 On Electronically Integrated Business Licensing seeks to regulate all licenses in Indonesia, but in practice the implementation can only reach a portion of licensing in Indonesia; 2) The issuance of PP 24/2018 does not regulate the transition period of its enactment, the OSS system is not ready, the NSPK has passed the stipulation 15 (fifteen) days since the issuance of the PP, the OSS system has not used Digital Signature, and the weak aspects of supervision, and inefficiency in obtaining permits.Keywords: OSS; Integrated Business Licensing; PP; NSPK.

Attractions Puger Beach in Jember District, East Java Province. Puger Beach 35 km northwest of the city of Jember known as a fish auction, will Puger Beach has a very interesting beauty with a large waves also can be used for surfing. Another potential that can be developed is the island of Nusa Barong is located not far from Puger Beach, Development of attractions that must be done with more focused and sustainable.The formulation of this research is how is the strategy of puger beach tourism development in increasing the tourists in Jember District Government? So the purpose of the research is to analyze the strategy of puger beach tourism development in increasing the tourists. Sources of data in this study are primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained by conducting interviews to tourism managers, the public. Related offices and visitors who are in the location of research, while secondary data obtained from BPS, Department of Culture and Tourism Kab. Jember, libraries and internet, data analysis techniques used using Descriptive Analysis method while to obtain tourism development strategy using SWOT analysis.Based on the results of data analysis and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded tourism object. Puger Beach can be developed using aspects of attractiveness, accessibility aspects, aspects of activities and facilities, social, economic and cultural aspects. Fluctuation in the price of red chili pepper is an old problem in the horticultural product trade, moreover, the high level of red chili pepper consumption also has an impact on the sensitivity of red chili pepper prices in the market. The cause of this fluctuation is not only due to production and productivity factors of red chili pepper but also due to distribution factors and the role of marketing of each agency. The purpose of this study was (1) to describe the institutions involved in the marketing of red chili pepper; (2) to analyze the functions and roles of institutions in the marketing of red chili pepper; (3) to analyze the potential of institutional development in producing marketing recommendations system in the future. This research was conducted in North Sumatra by selecting 3 districts, namely Karo Regency, Deli Serdang Regency, and Dairi Regency. The data method used was a survey method with qualitative data analysis. The data used consisted of primary data (observation, interviews, and questionnaires) and secondary data (literature study). The method of processing and data analysis used was descriptive qualitative analysis. The results showed: (1) there are 2 main institutions in the marketing of red chili pepper, namely a marketing agency and a farmer institution; (2) those institutions have different roles in the marketing of red chili pepper and the results of the research show that marketing agencies have a bigger role in marketing red chili pepper; (3) the existing STA is the potential for farmer level institutional development. It is necessary to strengthen farmer level institution without forgetting farmers and also marketing institutions that play a role in the red chili marketing system.

ABSTRAK Kedelai merupakan bahan pangan yang menduduki posisi strategis, ketergantungan impor kedelai berdampak kurang baik untuk menjaga keamanan pangan, karena impor kedelai menyedot devisa negara, dan adanya kerawanan pasokan jika penurunan nilai tukar rupiah, akibatnya berdampak pada kesetabilan harga kedelai nasional. Oleh karena itu diperlukan upaya megembangkan kedelai lokal yang didukung oleh petani. Tujuan penelitin ini untuk menganalisis peranan usahatani kedelai tumpangsari terhadap pendapatan keluarga tani. Penelitian dilaksanakan di sentra produksi kedelai Jawa Barat. Metoda yang digunakan adalah metoda survey, data yang digunakan terdiri data primer (dari petani) dan data secunder. Data dianalisis menggunakan analisis matematik dan deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, usahatani kedelai tumpangsari memberikan kontribusi cukup besar terhadap pendapatan petani. Selain itu tanaman tumpangsari (non kedelai) memberikan pendapatan tambahan, pendapatan berkelanjutan dan turut menjaga kegagalan usahatani. Kata kunci: kedelai, tumpangsari, pendapatan, Jawa Barat. ABSTRACT Soybean is a food that occupies a strategic position, dependence on soybean imports has a bad impact on maintaining food security, because soybean imports suck up foreign exchange, and the supply of insecurity if the rupiah exchange rate decreases, consequently impacts on national soybean price stability. Therefore, an effort is needed to develop local soybeans supported by farmers. The purpose of this research is to analyze the role of intercropping soybean farming on the income of farmer families. The research was conducted at the West Java soybean production center. The method used is the survey method, the data used consists of primary data (from farmers) and secondary data. Data were analyzed using mathematical and descriptive analysis. The results showed that intercropping soybean farming contributed significantly to farmers' income. In addition, intercropping (non-soybean) crops provides additional income, sustainable income and helps maintain farm failure. Keywords: soybean, policulture, West Java Income

The purpose of this study was to determine the role of ornamental plant farming women in poor families in Tolombukan Village, Pasan District, Southeast Minahasa Regency. The research was conducted for three months, from December to February 2020. The data used are primary data obtained through interviews with 20 women who are farming ornamental plants. Secondary data were obtained from the Tolombukan Village Office. The data analysis used is descriptive, contribution formula and the data is presented in tabular form. The role of women as main breadwinners if it has greater than 50 percent. The results showed that the role of women as wives who cultivated ornamental plants in Tolombukan Village was as additional breadwinners and not the main breadwinners for their families.
