Education becomes a spear in developing the potency that exists in students both physically and spiritually.Besides increasing competence, interpersonal intelligence is an important thing to apply to the learning process. Learning is not always about values, but it can shape attitudes, so that later students can be intelligent, skilled and characterized citizens. Innovations that develop continuously that is begun from the industrial revolution 1.0 to 4.0, become challenges and opportunities for educators in developing the potentials of students in order to create competently, character and reliable graduates. The presence of the industrial revolution 4.0 which is known as the digital era is not only opens wide interactions but also disrupts various fields in human life. One of them is education. Therefore the role of interpersonal intelligence in schools is expected to be able to bridge the student’s  attitudes to be in accordance with the Qur'an and the Constitution 195 and can be integrated in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.

The Impact

This article addresses the impact of the digital era and it specifically refers to information and communication technologies (ICT) in Public Administration. It is based on the international approach and underscores the importance of incorporating new technologies established by the United Nations and the Organization of American States. Thereon, it highlights the Argentine Republic national approach towards ICT, and how it has moved towards a digital paradigm. It then emphasizes on the challenges and opportunities that emerge from the impact that artificial intelligence has in transforming Public Administration. Finally, it concludes that the key challenge of the Fourth Industrial Revolution is to achieve a boost towards a Digital and Intelligent Administration and government, which promotes the effectiveness of rights and an inclusive technological development that assures the digital dignity of people.

This chapter describes how Tourism 4.0 is a concept that combines tourism and the fourth industrial revolution, and although the literature in this field is very scarce, this concept has been explored in some research projects, such as the government-sponsored research project in Slovenian tourism. People with various kinds of access requirements represent a combination of challenges and opportunities for the tourism industry. Tourism 4.0 set up the main goals of making tourism accessible to everyone at any time. Therefore, this new phenomenon may have an essential role in the development of accessible tourism. The adoption of technological components in accessible tourism enables the development of a new technological solution that can facilitate access to tourism products for disabled people, contributing to the development of accessible tourism. The new term Accessible@Tourism 4.0 is the answer to the role of the fourth industrial revolution in accessible tourism, emphasizing the effect of Industry 4.0 components in the tourism sector.

Background : With the progress and development of technology, the ideology of Pancasila as the guide, cornerstone, and identity of the nation faces various challenges from time to time. Many new ideologies emerged due to the rapid flow of globalization, characterized by the influx of foreign cultures so that national cultures began to be abandoned. As a result, it causes the dilution of the essence and behavior that looks about the appreciation of Pancasila that began to fade. Therefore Pancasila must be maintained as an ideology, especially in the people's perception toward the Industry Revolution 4.0 era. Based on the problem above, the researcher determines the question : How to create citizens with Pancasila insight and maintain the existence of Pancasila in the era of globalization and revolution 4.0? Purpose : The purpose on this article is to explore the role of Pancasila values and generating human resources with Pancasila personality in facing the globalitation and Industrial Revolution 4.0 era. Method : The method used in this study is literature review by collecting information and facts from various sources related to the discussion. Literature source search carried out with the help of google with the keyword “Pancasila”, “Revitalization”, “Industrial Revolution “ , and “Globalization”. In the end, there are 12 articles used as a literature source. Results : It shows that the ideology of Pancasila should be a binding force for all legal subjects in Indonesia. It means that every subject of state law should practice Pancasila and carry out all its segmental functions in realizing the ideals of the nation. Therefore, In the era of Globalization and the Industrial Revolution 4.0, putting back the position of Pancasila as the basis of the philosophy of the Indonesian state is an important ultimatum for estimating the upheavals in human life today which are undergoing rapid changes.

Pesantren as one of the religious education institutions that are the womb of the prospective Muslim scholars, they also have a mandate to carry out educational missions based on Article 1 (1) of Law No. 20 of 2003 namely developing the potential of students to have religious spiritual power, self-control, personality, intelligence, noble character and skills needed by him, society, nation, and state. Era of Industrial Revolution 4.0 (here in after: Era 4.0) has an unimportant impact. It affects all aspects of human life. Included in this case is education. This era is characterized by the increasingly central role of cyber technology in human life. So do not be surprised if in the world of education the term "Education 4.0" appears. Availability of various information is born from the 4.0 digital revolution makes everyone able to access knowledge without being limited by space and time, therefore the pesantren curriculum continues to be encouraged to be contextual to the needs of the times, but on the other hand the pesantren is still able to maintain its identity as guardian of tradition. Efforts that can be developed in Islamic boarding schools in the era of 4.0 include building digital literacy in Islamic boarding schools and creating Islamic study channels.

Family communication is a communication process experienced by every individual in the life of his family. Every good family will want to provide the best education and care for their children. It even manifests itself based on religious values in the family communication process. Religion is certainly the main foundation, not only in family communication, but in every aspect of human life. In this digital era, every family also has its own way in building religious values that are established through the process of family communication islamic. Therefore, the authors raised this research with the title "Internalization of Religious Values in Shaping Islamic Family Communications in the Digital Era". In this study, the authors use qualitative research method of case study. The data collection techniques used are participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentary tracking from various related sources. The result of the research shows that there is an effort to internalize religious values in shaping the Islamic family communication in this digital era which consists of: (1) The role of parent as communicator, very dominant in the pattern of family communication that is Islamic; (2) religious values embedded in Islamic families through the context of verbal and non verbal messages, ranging from education, health, association, and Islamic lifestyle; (3) The existence of social media use Whatsapp Group in spreading the message containing religious values to other family member

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a fundamental impact on various aspects of humanity. Starting from attacking health, this pandemic has hit the education sector which is quite influential on human life. Enforcement of regulations while maintaining a distance of about one meter has implications for the education process in Indonesia. Therefore, the educational element must encourage the distance learning process. The term arises because it sees distance learning as an alternative to face-to-face methods so that education can always be held without controversy under any circumstances. This activity raises the use of technology that is used as teaching material for distance education. Distance learning techniques allow users to take advantage of technologies such as online learning. Teachers will be required to abandon using traditional techniques whose methods are somewhat indifferent. Online learning creates internet connectivity and the use of information technology in helping the teaching and learning process that can be applied in Google Classroom. In this article, researchers focus on using Google Classroom in the context of implementing distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Abstrak-Komunikasi merupakan hal penting dalam kehidupan manusia, dengan berkomunikasi manusia dapat memahami satu sama lain, mengenai keinginan, kebutuhan dan juga tujuannya. Untuk dapat memperoleh pemahaman satu sama lain dan mencapai tujuan, komunikasi harus dilakukan dengan efektif jika tidak dilakukan secara efektif, maka yang timbul adalah kesalahpahaman dan konflik. Komunikasi dapat dilakukan diberbagai lingkungan, baik itu keluarga, masyarakat maupun perusahaan. Dalam lingkungan perusahaan, komunikasi merupakan salah satu faktor penting untuk dapat mewujudkan tujuan perusahaan. Komunikasi dalam suatu perusahaan dapat terjadi antara: pemimpin dengan pemimpin, pemimpin dengan bawahan, sesama bawahan, staf perusahaan dengan pelanggan atau masyarakat. Salah satu profesi yang sangat membutuhkan komunikasi yang baik adalah Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP), profesi ini berhubungan langsung dengan masyarakat luas di mana Satpol PP memiliki kewajiban untuk menegakkan peraturan pemerintah daerah, misalnya: mengenai ketertiban umum   yang melarang pedagang kaki lima untuk berjualan di trotoar, untuk itu seorang Satpol PP harus dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik untuk memberikan pengertian dan pemahaman kepada Pedagang Kaki Lima agar tidak menimbulkan konflik atau kerusuhan. Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran komunikasi Satpol PP dalam memberikan pembinaan kepada pedagang kaki lima. Kata kunci: Komunikasi, Satpol PP, Pembinaan Pedagang Kaki Lima  Abstract-Communication is an important thing in human life, by communicating humans can understand each other, about their wants, needs and goals. To be able to gain understanding of one another and achieve goals, communication must be done effectively if not done effectively, then what arises is misunderstanding and conflict. Communication can be done in various environments, be it family, community or company. In the corporate environment, communication is one of the important factors in achieving company goals. Communication within a company can occur between: leader with leader, leader with subordinates, fellow subordinates, company staff with customers or the community. One of the professions that really need good communication is the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP), this profession deals directly with the wider community where Satpol PP has an obligation to enforce local government regulations, for example: regarding public order which prohibits street vendors from selling on the sidewalk, for that a Satpol PP must be able to communicate well to provide understanding and understanding to street vendors so as not to cause conflict or riots. <p>Industry 4.0, which is a shape of fourth stage of industrial revolution, influences human life such as new media development. Nowadays, most people are being active users in digital world as a new social sphere. Many activities in social media affects various creative ideas, one of them is a medium of fund raising. As fourth stage of industrial revolution it does not cut off humanitarian acts for caring each others, even its appearance can be alternative media to create various humanitarian acts. Islamic philantrophy has take for granted New Media as developing model of fund raising and supervision program to enhance humanitarian acts. This study attempts to analyze developing of Islamic philantrophy phenomena in new media by utilizing qualitative method. The results is going to find a model of fund raising throughout new media and to create a program of supervision for sustainability acts as an effort to establish prosperous society. By this research, Islamic philantrophy is able to develop rapidly and achieve wider success through a new strategy. The main aspect of new strategy model must be syncronized to Islamic laws embedded in Quran and Hadits for avoiding inappropiate ways and debatable rules.</p>

Environment is a very important thing to maintain and preserve. From the perspective of religion or ethics there is has been done. But in the development of human life, it seems that the impact of industrialization begin to cause various enviromental problems. Therefore, regulation that relating to the production in a business and/or activity are needed, one of which is EIA-Environmental Impact Assessment (in Indonesia usually called by Amdal). This study aims to describe the role of EIA for guarding bussiness ethics on the environtment. The method is use qualitative-decriptive-literature. Result from this study is the existence of “Kerangka Acuan,” “Andal,” and “RKL-RPL” in EIA documents can be an instrument for guarding this ethics, in other side there are contain a “mashlahah” to maintain and preserve the environment. In the event of industrial revolution 4.0, commonly known as the "Age of Disruption", several challenges and opportunities arise and affect various aspects of human life. With no exception in the field of science which gave birth to a new paradigm in the realm of philosophy of science. The Faculty of Ushuluddin as the core of the University of Darussalam Gontor Ponorogo is also in need of evaluation and improvement in order to answer the challenges and to take advantage of these opportunities. A firm construction of the Faculty’s epistemology requires a massive revitalization in many aspects. In this paper, the author describes the aspects that need special attention by using Gavin Moodie's perspective to produce a comprehensive map for the aspects that support the continuity of higher education in the age of disruption. Revitalization by the Faculty of Ushuluddin would include the aspects of learning system, educational components, students, human resources, and literacy. The learning system needs to utilize a wide range of supporting digital media that the students are familiar with. The educational components which comprise the facility and infrastructure to support learning activities from classrooms, classrooms’ layouts, dormitories, equipment, and management in the faculty also receives very intense attention in accordance with the times. Students need to be equipped with 10 basic skills needed by the world and society today, these skills include the ability of metacognition, which is the ability of advance thinking. To achieve the previous profile, it is necessary to provide, guide and develop educators (HR) and to be supported by a new literacy movement that includes digital, technological, and human literacy. All of these revitalization efforts are still based on the philosophy of life of the Darussalam Gontor Islamic Boarding School, it is “the preservation of good traditions and adoption of a better innovation.
