The research purpose is to describe the transformation of education management which focus is on memorizing Al Qur’an in Jawa Tengah. The research is qualitative of ethnographic approach to observe the Pesantren Yanbu’ul Qur’an Arwaniyyah Kudus in Central Java which had been conducted in 2016.Data were collected by a series of observations, in-depth interviews and document analysis and archival research. The uniqueness and the consistency in memorizing Al Qur’an can be clearly seen from a series of transformation to the learning system such as its curriculum, methods, materials, teachers, media and evaluation system. Institutional development is in accordance with the type of the Pesantren, education level and management cooperation which expectation is to be able to serve students from a wide segmentation. Predominance leadership style relies on the charismatic Kyai as delegated to the Pesantren institutional unit leadership system and professional assistances.ThePesantren able to manage such transformation without sacrificing the character as a traditional pesantren well known for its special culture as an institution in which knowledge of Islam is transmitted and transferred, Islam values and tradition reservation and ulema reproduction. This study aims to describe the implementation of Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic Boarding Schools on the management of pesantren in Kebumen Regency in 2020-2021; describe the problems of education management, availability of infrastructure and financing in Islamic boarding schools; and describe strategies for solving problems of education management, availability of infrastructure and financing in Islamic boarding schools in terms of Law Number 18 of 2019 in Kebumen Regency in 2020-2021. This study used descriptive qualitative method. The place of research is Islamic boarding school in Kebumen district, Central Java province. The sample criteria in this study was to use purposive sampling. The sample taken in this study was from 2 salafiyah Islamic boarding schools consisting of one advanced salafiyah cottage and one undeveloped salafiyah cottage. The participants of this research are the leaders of Islamic boarding schools. Informants in this study were students, ustadz/ustadzah, managers, and guardians of students. Data collection techniques in this study using documents, in-depth interviews, and observation. The method used to check the validity of the data is the credibility test (triangulation, discussion with colleagues, and member check), transferability test, dependability test, and confirmability test. The data analysis technique used in this research is through the field process. The stages in analyzing the data in this study are analysis before in the field, analysis while in the field (data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions). The results showed that: 1). implementation of Law Number 18 of 2019 concerning Islamic boarding schools for the management of Islamic boarding schools in Kebumen Regency in 2020-2021 has been carried out well, especially in advanced Salafiah Islamic Boarding Schools; 2). problems of education management, availability of infrastructure and financing in Islamic boarding schools in terms of Law Number 18 of 2019 in Kebumen Regency in 2020-2021 for salafiah Islamic boarding schools that have developed almost none, but salafiah Islamic boarding schools that have not advanced in all three aspects experiencing problems; 3). problem solving strategies, especially for salafiah Islamic boarding schools that have not developed yet, by conducting comparative studies to Islamic boarding schools that have good governance, recruiting human resources who understand information systems and technology, submitting infrastructure budgets to related parties, collaborating with Lazis and Baznas in particular. related to the completion of education financing in Islamic boarding schools, as well as developing a network of general donors and networks through alumni.

This study aims to describe the transformational leadership style in managing character education in MAN Jambi Province. This study used a qualitative approach with case study design. Research result; Transformational leadership factors have not been optimal in managing character education in MAN Jambi Province due to two factors; First, internal factors are; 1). Some heads and teachers do not fully understand the nature of character education 2). There is no guidebook that becomes guide 3). Students are not boarded up, so they are not full in character. Both external factors are; 1) Ministry of Religion Office has not yet instructed concretely about the management system of character education in Madrasas 2) Many parents of students still do not care about children's character education. Transformational leadership style Head of MAN 3 Jambi Province, can be seen from several indicators 1). Madrasah head who always brings change, 2). Communicate effectively, 3). Encourage subordinate performance, (d). Harmonize the work environment, (e). Improve ability continuously. The management model is planned, implemented, evaluated in an integrated manner with the management of the madrasah, its application through three main channels, namely (1) integrated through learning activities, (2) integrated through extracurricular activities, and (3) integrated through civilizing or habituation activities. Research conclusion; Transformational leadership of the head of Jambi Province madrasah madrasah has not been optimal in managing character education, but the content of planting character values goes naturally along with the learning system at the madrasa which is based on Islamic character.

The leadership and managerial ability of the leader of an educational institution is one of the determinants of the development of the educational institution. This study aims to describe the portrait of educational management from Sayid Idrus bin Salim Aljufri in developing educational institutions. This study uses a qualitative approach. Data collection methods are observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. Data is analyzed by data reduction, presentation, and verification. The results showed that Sayid Idrus bin Salim Aljufri was a person who had a broad understanding of leadership and management, including management of education. This is indicated by its ability to develop educational institutions to carry out managerial functions of education management in planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating and monitoring. The application process by Sayid Idrus bin Salim Aljufri is a process of adaptation in accordance with the conditions and challenges of future education. Kepemimpinan dan kemampuan  manajerial pimpinan suatu lembaga pendidikan merupakan salah satu faktor penentu perkembangan lembaga pendidikan tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan potret manajemen pendidikan dari Sayid Idrus bin Salim Aljufri dalam mengembangkan lembaga pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Metode pengumpulan data adalah observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Data dianalisis dengan reduksi data, presentasi, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sayid Idrus bin Salim Aljufri adalah orang yang memiliki pemahaman luas dalam kepemimpinan dan manajemen, termasuk manajemen pendidikan. Hal ini ditunjukkan oleh kemampuannya mengembangkan lembaga pendidikan untuk melaksanakan fungsi manajerial manajemen pendidikan dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, implementasi dan evaluasi serta pemantauan. Proses aplikasi oleh Sayid Idrus bin Salim Aljufri adalah proses adaptasi sesuai dengan kondisi dan tantangan pendidikan ke depan.

This study attempts to describe the concept of inclusive education management in Early Childhood Education; to describe the implementation of inclusive education management in PAUD Inklusi Saymara Kartasura; to describe the implementation of inclusive education management in PAUD Inklusi Saymara. The method used is descriptive qualitative with research place in PAUD Inklusi Saymara Kartasura, Sukoharjo, Central Java. Data collection used observation, interview and documentation techniques on the implementation of inclusive education management, where the data validity checks used the source triangulation technique. The results of the study explain that inclusive education management in PAUD Inklusi Saymara is implemented in several stages: preparation of vision, mission and objectives of Early Childhood Education with inclusion setting, preparation of program of development and implementation of Inclusive education, Acceptance of students with inclusive setting, understanding the children with special needs, preparing Human Resources , preparing learning system and reporting of child development, Provision of facilities and infrastructures, cooperation with other parties, and monitoring and evaluation of early childhood education inclusion.

<p>Islam, through the Quran proclaims that its mission includes the teachings to the whole universe, Everything in the universe is maintained by Islam, and none of the symptoms is ignored. The revelations also include the traditions of the Prophet that are authentic (shahih) and good (hasan) in quality. Both the Quran and maqbulah hadiths are accepted by Muslims on the basis of faith. When some experts of UIN Walisongo from various disciplines try to understand the sacred words of these two resources, their understanding continues, reaching the paradigm of unity of science which essentially unites the the normative, social, and natural sciences.</p><p>The effect of this paradigm has brought up an issue for the author. Is there any hadiths or  Prophetic traditions that can be used as a grand theory in the management disciplines of Islamic educatio .To address this issue, the authors conducted a literature research with the title Development of Islamic Education Management Module. Sources of data were focused on nine books of Hadiths : Sahih al-Bukhari, Sahih al-Muslim, Sunan Abu Dawud, Sunan at-Turmudzi, Sunan an-Nasai, Sunan Ibn Majah, Sunan ad-Darimi, Muwatta Malik, and Musnad Imam Ahmad bin Hanbal in the form of digital data  Lidwa Reader i Software Book 9 Imam Hadith.</p>The findings of the study stated that the meaning of the word Rabb includes: creating, nurturing, maintaining, teaching, educating, and organizing. Thus, in an academic term, the word Rabb implies a manager or leader. Meanwhile, in the concept of comprehensive manager it contains at least 14 nomenclature denotations: planning, responsibility, organization, coordination, system of employee payroll, learning, resources, humanity, principle of making it easier for the manager to the employee, motivated to achieve optimal performance, preventing unproductivity, education participation, institutional costs, monitoring and evaluation system. Each nomenclature has numerous hadiths that could serve as its grand theory. Thus, building elements of Islamic education management science have references of Prophet Muhammad SAW hadits so the final figure that was found was "prophetic educational management.

This study aims to prove that the societal tradition in in Trucuk alive and growing dynamically, because of the strength of syncretism. This research was conducted in rural areas Trucuk District, Klaten, Central Java. The time to conduct field studies began in March to October 2006. As a research subject, namely: farmer, caretaker shrine, the pilgrims, paranormal, dalang, arts reog elders, chairman slawatan, modin, lurah, Muhammadiyah activists, political elites, religious teachers, kyai, mubaligh, congregational recitation, and the priest mosque. Methods of data collection is participant observer, depth interviews, and study of documentation. This study uses an ethnographic approach. The results showed that the societal tradition who are still be regularly performed of rural communities is slametan. Slametan an intangible form of social activism traditional ceremony which was attended by a group of people from different social groups to come together, accompanied by a serving dish and prayed the Islamic way. In gathering together, all of them understand each other and can understand each other. The discrepancies in all respects to be thin and fixed on the formation of community integration or syncretism. The strength of syncretism make the societal tradition in Trucuk alive and growing dynamically. So, the theory mentions that syncretism is the attempt to unify the different sects (Mulder, 1992) proved in this study

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan membuktikan adanya pengaruh gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawa dewan pelaksana pengelola masjid agung jawa tengah. Peneletian ini menggunakan metode sensus data dari 119 responden. Tehnik analisis data yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis data dengan menggunakan uji parsial (uji t) variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratisdi peroleh nilai t hitung 6,125 > 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05, artinya gaya kepemimpinan demokratis berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Variabel disiplin kerja di peroleh nilai t hitung – 1,419 < 1,657 (t tabel) dengan taraf signifikansi 0,159 > 0,05 artinya disiplin kerja tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa TengahBerdasarkan hasil uji F (simultan) diketahui bahwa F hitung > F tabel (20,337 > 2,68), sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa secara simultan atau bersama – sama gaya kepemimpinan demokratif dan disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif sigifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah. Hasil pengujian koefisien determinasi (R2) terhadap variabel gaya kepemimpinan demokratis dan disiplin kerja menunjukan pengaruh terhadap kinerja kariawan pada dewan pelaksana pengelola Masjid Agung Jawa Tengah sebesar 24,7%. Sedangkan sisanya (100% - 24,7% = 74,3%) dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain di luar penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Disiplin Kerja, Gaya Kepemimpinan Demokratis, Kinerja Karyawan Abstract This study aims to analyze and prove the influence of democratic leadership style and work discipline on the work performance of the executive board of managers of the Central Java Grand Mosque. This research uses census data method from 119 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of data analysis using a partial test (t test) democratic leadership style variables in the t value obtained 6.125> 1.657 (t table) with a significance level of 0.000 F table (20,337> 2.68), so that it can be concluded that simultaneously or together the democratic leadership style and work discipline have a significant positive effect on employee performance on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque. The results of testing the coefficient of determination (R2) on the variables of democratic leadership style and work discipline showed an influence on the performance of caribou on the managing board of the Central Java Grand Mosque manager at 24,7%. AbstractThis research is a pilot study on identifying the social initiatives that could potentially provide employment opportunities for female Sudanese refugees settled in western Sydney, Australia. An interpretative ethnographic approach was employed to analyse academic literature, government information and data gathered through in-depth interviews with a not-for-profit organisation working with this community. The outcome of this research emphasises three fundamental questions that relate to community value, customer need and opportunity risk that need to be considered with respect to the limitations that are framed by the social initiatives identified in relation to reducing unemployment for these women. This study revealed an interesting observation: programs that make use of existing skills create new opportunities in the employment market, whereas programmes that provide new skills or a combination of new and existing skills, were more inclined to link to existing opportunities in the employment market.

Sebagai salah satu problem yang sering muncul dalam proses pembelajaran tentang bagaimana pola hubungan antara guru dan peserta didik. Kaidah Kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim perlu diimplementasikan dalam lembaga pendidikan. Eksistensi pelaksanaan manajemen pendidikan yang terkandung dalam kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim sebagaimana yang diterapkan dalam lembaga-lembaga pendidikan. seperti apa yang sudah diterapkan oleh kepala sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa bahwa Manajemen Pendidikan dalam kitab Ta’lim al-muta’allim sangatlah bagus diterapkan dalam lembaga pendidikan saat ini. Pengajaran tentang cara menjadi seorang siswa dan guru yang baik. Pemikiran dan keyakinan Syekh Az Zarnuji tentan kaifiyah etika menuntut ilmu yang itu semua dapat meraih kemanfaatan dan keberkahan ilmu. Manajemen pendidikan yang mengamalkan kaidah kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim di SMP Plus Ar Rahmat tentang Pembiasaan karakter yang di terapkan dalam kaidah Ta’lim al-Muta’allim adalah kejujuran, kedisiplinan, kerja keras, fokus kepada tujuan, pantang menyerah, kesederhanaan, menghargai proses, pentingnya keseimbangan ihtiar lahir dan batin, need of achievment, dan beberapa filosofi hidup dan motto yang berisi motivasi. Eksistensi manajemen pendidikan kitab Ta’lim al-Muta’allim di Ar-Rahmat yang masih begitu eksis pelaksanaannya.As one of the problems often arising in the learning process on the pattern of relationships between teachers and students, the rules of the so-called Ta'lim al-Muta'allim need to be implemented in educational institutions. The implementation of education management contained in the Ta'lim a-Muta'allim as applied in educational institutions as what implemented by the principal. The results of the study show that the education management in the Ta'limul Muta'allim is extremely important applied in educational institutions today. It teaches on how to be a good student and teacher. The thoughts of Syekh Az Zarnuji on the ethics of studying in addition to achieving the benefits and blessings of knowledge. Educational management that practices the rules as contained in the Ta'lim al-Muta'allim in Ar Rahmat about the character habituation is honesty, discipline, hard work, focus on goals, never give up, simplicity, respect for the process, the importance of balance of physical and spiritual exercise, need of achievement, and several life philosophies and mottos that contain motivation.

In the continuity of a company, there is a pattern of behavior that is carried out continuously by its members. Then formed a culture that is characteristic of the company. Each leader also has his own leadership style in operating the company. With a good organizational culture and leadership style, it can form a comfortable work environment and can support the success of the company. The formulation of the problem that will be examined is how is the organizational culture and leadership style in the Leader Forum Community? The method used in this research is a qualitative ethnographic approach, studied with organizational communication theory, organizational culture, and leadership style. The purpose of this research is to describe and find out the organizational culture and leadership style in the Community of Leaders Forum. The object to be studied is the organizational culture and leadership styles used in the Leader Community Forum. Based on the results of research related to organizational culture and leadership styles in the Community of Wadah Leaders, it can be concluded that the value of Family Impact Teamwork continues to be emphasized to members as a reference for acting in the community. And leaders apply a combination of charismatic, transactional, transformational, and visionary leadership styles in Komunitas Wadah Pemimpin.Dalam keberlangsungan suatu perusahaan terdapat pola perilaku yang dilakukan secara terus menerus oleh anggotanya. Kemudian terbentuk sebuah budaya yang menjadi ciri khas dalam perusahaan tersebut. Setiap pemimpin juga memiliki gaya kepemimpinan tersendiri dalam mengoperasikan perusahaan. Dengan adanya budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan yang baik dapat membentuk lingkungan kerja yang nyaman serta dapat medukung keberhasilan perusahaan. Rumusan masalah yang ditelaah dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan dalam Komunitas Wadah Pemimpin? Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode etnografi dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Penelitian ini dikaji dengan teori komunikasi organisasi, budaya organisasi, serta gaya kepemimpinan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk menggambarkan dan mengetahui budaya organisasi dan gaya kepemimpinan dalam Komunitas Wadah Pemimpin. Objek yang diteliti adalah budaya organisasi serta gaya kepemimpinan yang digunakan dalam Komunitas Wadah Pemimpin. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa nilai Family Impact Teamwork terus ditekankan kepada anggota sebagai acuan untuk bertindak dalam komunitas. Pemimpin menerapkan kombinasi dari gaya kepemimpinan kharismatik, transaksional, transformasional, dan visioner dalam Komunitas Wadah Pemimpin.
