The research data is obtained trough questioners from 320 students senior high school and vocational school around the campus of STIKOM MuhammadiyahBatam. This analysis of the units by using research of associative quantitative model of multiple correlation which test the result of calculation data obtained that fourth variable; image, promotion, communication, and facilities together have a significant effect on students interest to STIKOM MuhammadiyahBatam. there is a positive direct effect of image on the interest of students of Senior High School entrance into STIKOM MuhammadiyahBatam City, if the value of t_hitung>t_table, From the analysis results can be compared that the value t_hount>t_table (14.771> 1.976) ,. The result of analysis obtained t_hitung equal to 10,071 bigger value with t_tabel value equal to 1,976, 10,071> 1,976, hence decision taken is there is direct positive influence of promotion to interest of student of School of Advanced Up. The result of analysis obtained t_count 4,271 value bigger when compared with t_table value equal to 1,976, 4,271> 1,976, hence decision taken is there is positive direct influence of communication to student interest value of F_count equal to 2245.199 bigger when compared with value of F_table 2,400 ( 2245.199> 2.400), The conclusion by increasing image, promotion, communication, and facilities will increase students interest to STIKOM MuhammadiyahBatam can be increased by effort of image, promotion, communication, and facilities. This research was conducted to describe the character establishment of learners through learning dance in terms of the learning process, exercises and elements of traditional dance. This research was conducted to find and explain the process of learning traditional dance in the development of learners’ character establishment. This research data is in the form of information, documents and learning process collected through interview, literature study and observation. Meanwhile, triangulation method is done to test the validity of data from those various sources. The result shows that learning the traditional dance of Bajul Mahambara can enrich the experience of learners and on the other hand train the intellect and sense by understanding the characters of local wisdom contained in traditional dance. Learning traditional dance can give a positive influence in establishing the character of learners which are (1) religiosity; (2) honesty; (3) responsibility and cooperation; (4) tolerance; (5) discipline; (6) creativity.

The purpose of this research is (1) analyze student’s concept in answering the association test, (2) analyze the concept of understanding  relationship  to  answer  the test depends on the student’s school origin.The method used in this research is qualitative with case study approach. In clustering sampling technique the subject was used in this research is 6 students, shared  in  3  groups.  They  are  2  students come from public vocational school, 2 students come from public senior high school and 2 students come from private senior high school and vocational school. Data was collected through test and interview.   Data   analysis   used   in   this research refers to Milles and Huberman in Moellong’s book; they are data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing. The result showed that the student’s understanding is various enough in answering the  set  test.  Depending on  the first subject analysis (S1) who came from private school, he did not understand about the concept of set. The second subject analysis (S2) and the third subject analysis (S3)  who  came  from  public  school,  they had understood. But, they need to be careful and patient to avoid the mistakes. The data which  had  gained from deeply interview, showed that the subject analysis (S1), (S2) and (S3) were able to indicate the relationship of school origin with the student’s concept of understanding within answering the set test.

The community service activity is conducted in the form ofa counselingabout the use of GeoGebra-aided modul in integral application learning.This activity aims to add knowledge about the use of GeoGebra-aided modul in mathematics learning especially integral application learning to mathematics teachers. The implementation method consists of four stages namely preparation, action, evaluation and report. This one day activity were attended by 26 mathematics teachers from elementary school, junior and senior high school and vocational school in Balikpapan at the 7th Floor G Building of Balikpapan University. The presented material consists of the use of GeoGebra-aided modul in integral application topic namely area of plane regions and volume of solids of revolution. This community service activity run well and smoothly and in accordance with the planning. Based on the carried activities, it is expected for mathematics teachers to create learning modules that appropriate with their students� conditions in the class and integrate various multimedia to support their mathematics learning process.Keywords: modul, geogebra, integral application

This study aims to examine and describe the school's efforts to function the role of students parents in the education process at school. Descriptive research methods are used to achieve the research objectives. The study sample was parents and teachers who were purposively determined on the basis of considering the status of school accreditation. The schools selected as samples were Santun Untan Senior High School (accredited B) and Gembala Baik Senior High School (accreditation A). The research data was collected by interview instruments, questionnaires, and documentation. Data analysis was carried out by descriptive statistical studies to describe the optimal functioning of parents by schools. From the research data obtained the fact that the perceptions of parents of students and teachers in Santun Untan Senior High School and Gembala Baik Senior High School toward the relationship between parents and teachers  are "good." In playing the functions of parents in school, both parents and teachers state "no difficulties." Aspects that are considered "important" to "very important" in fostering parent and teacher relationships include not giving up children's affairs to schools, assuming parents as school partners, parents controlling children's education, parents always following the development of the school , and care about children's education. With this perception, it is possible to "ideal conditions" in building optimal cooperation in student education in the two sample schools.

This study aimsat determine how the teacher creativity and interaction in learning effects on student interest in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic at State Vocational High School 2 KuripanAcademic Year 2020/2021. The research method used by the researcher was 1) the sample used in this study was 100 students, 2) the data collection method used was the questionnaire and documentation method, then 3) the data analysis technique used was descriptive statistics and multiple regression analysis, conducted using SPSS 16 software. The results of data analysis shows that: 1) There was a positive influence on teacher creativity in learning on student interest in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, based on the significance level of teacher creativity (X1) 0.000 <0.05, and the value of t-count 3.805 that is greater than t-table 1.984; 2) There is a significant effect of teacher learning interaction on student interest in learning during the Covid-19 pandemic, based on significance level of teacher interaction (X2)0.008 <0.05, and the t-count value of 2.719 greater than t-table 1.984;and 3) There is a significant effect of teacher creativity and interaction in learning on student learning interest during the Covid-19 pandemic with an F-count value of 15.213 that is higher than the value of F-table 3.09. Based on the results of the analysis, all Ha-s are accepted. Finally, it can be concluded that teacher creativity and interaction in learning have a significant effect both partially and simultaneously onstudent interest in the Covid-19 pandemic at State Vocational High School 2 Kuripan Academic Year 2020/2021. Keywords: Teacher Creativity, Student Learning Interest

The purpose of this research is improve the interest and learning outcomes of student grade XI Senior High School of Muhammadiyah Pringsewu on Verb and Noun material by using cooperative learning type “Make a Match”. Data collection component obtained from the pre-test, post-test I and II, questionnaires, observations and interviews. The results showed thatthe application of cooperative learning model of “Make a Match” can increase student interest and learning outcomes XI Senior high school class Muhammadiyah Pringsewu on Verb and Noun material.

<p><em>Purpose of this study to analyze the effects of leadership style, organizational culture on motivation and performance of senior high school techers in Wonogiri.  Job performance is very necessary for any profession. Job performance of teacher increasingly organizational performance so that purpose of company or organization can be reachable. Many factors which can increase job/activity such as leadership style, organizational culture, and motivation.How far leadership style and organizational culture influence to job performance is tested in this research, by insert motivation as intervening variables.</em></p><p><em>Test utilized to analyze leadership style and organizational culture influence to job performance that is path analysis,R<sup>2</sup>test, as well as statistic T test, and direct and inderct effect. Research data obtained from questionary answer propagated to the teacher of senior high school in Wonogiri. Result of research analysis express that leadership style and organizational culture has positive influence and significant to teachers job performance. And Motivation proof to be intervening variabel in relationship beetwen leadership style and organizational culture to teachers job performance.</em></p>
